Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

When the solution container according to the present invention is described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5, the configuration of the container body 100 is formed so that the upper and lower portions are largely opened, and is detachably coupled to the lower portion of the container body 100. Receiving member 200, the filter member 300 is disposed inside the container body for filtering the foreign matter contained in the solution solution, and the opening and closing means for selectively blocking the inflow of the solution solution is disposed inside the container body It is roughly divided into.

In more detail, the container body 100 includes an upper liquid chamber 110 having an inner space in which a solution solution containing cells is accommodated, a lower liquid chamber 120 provided below the upper liquid chamber 110, and the upper portion. The liquid chamber 110 and the lower liquid chamber 120 is divided into a liquid collecting part 130 having a fluid passage 135 for guiding the solution solution downward.

That is, the container body 100 has a cylindrical body and has a structure divided into upper and lower liquid chambers 120 based on the filter member 300 disposed to be seated on the upper portion of the liquid collecting part 130.

In addition, the lower liquid chamber 120 is formed to have a size smaller than the volume of the upper liquid chamber 110.

The lower liquid chamber 120 has a male thread formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof and is detachably coupled to the female thread formed on the inner circumferential surface of the receiving member 200 in a fastening manner.

On the outer circumferential surface of the upper liquid chamber 110, a threaded portion 105 having a male thread is formed, and a cap member 150 for sealing the upper portion of the container body 100 is fastened to the threaded portion.

The liquid collection part 130 has a structure in which the fluid passage 135 is narrowed toward the lower side, and the lower end of the liquid collection part 130 is disposed at a position lower than an intermediate position of the lower liquid chamber 120.

This is to adjust the level of the solution solution accommodated in the receiving member 200.

The filter member 300 is formed in a mesh shape and is disposed to be seated on the upper surface of the liquid collecting part 130.

In addition, the filter member 300 has a mesh structure having a pore size of 5 ~ 7㎛ to perform the filter function to pass the sample cells, the foreign matter contained in the solution solution to filter.

The opening and closing means is formed in the upper end of the plug portion 410 formed to have a diameter larger than the diameter of the lower end of the fluid passage 135, and formed to extend downward from the stopper portion 410 in the lower portion is received through the fluid passage 135 It is formed in the shape of a rod to be disposed inside the member 200 and consists of a closure member 400 consisting of a fitting portion 420 is formed with an inlet groove 425 is a passage in which the solution solution flows perpendicular to the outer peripheral surface.

For this reason, the closure member 400 has a structure in which the closure portion 410 is moved downward by its own weight when the coupling state of the accommodation member 200 and the lower liquid chamber 120 is released to seal the fluid passage 135. Has

That is, in the state in which the receiving member 200 is coupled to the lower liquid chamber 120, the lower end of the plug member 400 comes into contact with the bottom surface of the receiving member 200 to open the fluid passage 135. Due to this, the solution solution contained in the upper liquid chamber 110 is allowed to flow into the lower liquid chamber 120 at the lower side.

To this end, the length of the fitting portion 420 of the plug member 400 is longer than the interval between the lower end of the liquid collecting part 130 and the end of the lower liquid chamber 120.

The operation of the present invention having such a configuration will now be described.

In the solution container according to the present invention, after rotating the cap member 150 to open the upper part of the container body 100, the solution solution containing the sample cells through the opened upper part is the upper liquid chamber 110 of the container body 100. Supply inside.

Subsequently, the solution solution supplied to the upper liquid chamber 110 is opened and closed by the plug member 400, and thus passes through the filter member 300 and is lower along the inlet groove 425 of the plug member 400. It flows into the liquid chamber 120.

At this time, foreign matters such as impurities contained in the solution solution while the solution solution passes through the filter member 300 do not pass through the filter member 300 and remain in the upper liquid chamber 110, and filter only the sample cells and the solution solution. It passes through the member 300.

The solution solution and the sample cells introduced into the lower liquid chamber 120 are contained in the receiving member 200 coupled to the lower portion.

Thereafter, the receiving member 200 is rotated to release the combined state of the receiving member 200 and the lower liquid chamber 120 to separate them.

At this time, as the coupling state of the receiving member 200 and the lower liquid chamber 120 is released, the plug member 400 is lowered by its own weight, and thus the plug portion 410 of the plug member 400 is fluid passage. The fluid passage 135 is closed while being in contact with the lower surface of the 135, and the solution solution of the upper liquid chamber 110 is blocked from entering the lower liquid chamber 120.

On the other hand, after the vacuum adsorber 500 is inserted from the upper portion of the separated receiving member 200 into the solution solution contained therein, the sample cells contained in the solution solution are sucked and transferred to a separate place.

Subsequently, a procedure is performed in which the sample cells attached to the vacuum adsorber 500 are buried and confirmed on the surface of the slide.

Thereafter, when the receiving member 200 is coupled to the outer circumferential surface of the lower liquid chamber 120 again, the lower end of the cap member 400 is raised while contacting the bottom surface of the receiving member 200 to open the fluid passage 135. Therefore, the solution solution of the upper liquid chamber 110 is introduced into the lower liquid chamber 120 and the receiving member 200 through the inflow groove 425 of the collecting part 130 and the closure member 400.

Therefore, the present invention can easily separate the cells and foreign matter contained in the solution solution for cell preservation, and has the advantage that the separated cells can be easily collected on the slide.
