Abstract

本发明涉及一种挤出型连续包埋压克力板材生产线,包括上下间隙相对的两环状传送带和分别在上述上下间隙两侧封装成一间隙空腔两侧边的连续的密封带,间隙空腔的上下设置加热区,上、下环状传送带的上、下均设有多个水平贴合靠内相对形成间隙空腔的环状传动带的辊体,间隙空腔内设有封料头挡板,封料头挡板上下无间隙贴合上下两环状传送带夹装在两环状传送带间、左右无间隙贴合两侧边的密封带夹装在两密封带间,封料头挡板上沿其横向穿接多根包埋线一端,水平方形长条状出口内沿其横向由上至下穿接多根对应多根包埋线前后方向的通丝管,采用本发明可满足不同长度规格板材的包埋放线,无需配备多种模具,有利于节约生产成本。

一种挤出型连续包埋压克力板材生产线
技术领域
本发明涉及一种压克力产线,具体说是一种挤出型连续包埋压克力板材生产线。
背景技术
现有压克力板材大都采用连续生产,如专利号为200380104534.9公开的传送带式连续制板装置及使用了该装置的板状聚合物的制造方法,采用定量泵喷嘴将料液供给到下传送带表面,由下传送带送至上下传送带间经加热传送成型,但即便配备滚轮滚压,其供料仍然无法精确满足板材成型方形横截面结构内的有效、充分填充,严重影响板材连续成型生产,且直接落在下传送带上,料液裸露存在进灰、进水气等污染隐患,影响板材成型质量,局部问题的板材直接导致定长生产板材的报废,生产成本较高。
另外,传统包埋线材的压克力板材只能定长定模制作,多规格板材需要配备多种模具,无形中提高了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种结构简单,使用便捷,能满足超长板材的连续包埋生产,无质量污染隐患,成型质量好,生产成本低的挤出型连续包埋压克力板材生产线。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种挤出型连续包埋压克力板材生产线,包括上下间隙相对的两环状传送带和分别在上述上下间隙两侧封装成一间隙空腔两侧边的连续的密封带,间隙空腔的上下设置加热区,上、下环状传送带的上、下均设有多个水平贴合靠内相对形成间隙空腔的环状传动带的辊体,其特征在于:所述间隙空腔的进口端经匀料送料筒连接至挤出机出口,匀料送料筒一端为接至挤出机出口的圆筒状进口,另一端为对应间隙空腔的水平方形长条状出口,匀料送料筒中部由一端圆滑过渡延伸至另一端;间隙空腔内设有封料头挡板,封料头挡板上下无间隙贴合上下两环状传送带夹装在两环状传送带间、左右无间隙贴合两侧边的密封带夹装在两密封带间,封料头挡板上沿其横向穿接多根包埋线一端,水平方形长条状出口内沿其横向由上至下穿接多根对应多根包埋线前后方向的通丝管,通丝管的下端管壁上开设水平穿接包埋线的穿线口,包埋线另一端穿过穿线口穿出通丝管的上端管口。
封料头挡板设置起始位置靠近间隙空腔的进口端。
在生产超长包埋压克力板材时,包埋线放线由匀料送料筒另一端水平方形长条状出口上通丝管上口进入经穿线口穿出后,水平对应连接至置于上、下环状传送带间的封料头挡板上固定,压克力料液通过挤出机出口挤出,经匀料送料筒一端圆筒状进口进入,在匀料送料筒内中部的空间内均匀填充并经另一端水平方形长条状出口沿上、下环状传送带间间隙空腔的横向长方形截面均匀送料,间隙空腔内进料在其截面上均匀,无局部料液多少差异问题,有利于确保板材成型无缺陷,成型质量好;随着封料头挡板在上、下环状传送带带动下后移,带动包埋线放线,完成在长度方向上放线调节,满足不同长度规格板材的包埋放线,无需配备多种模具,有利于节约生产成本。

图1、2所示:一种挤出型连续包埋压克力板材生产线,包括匀料送料筒2、通丝管3、上下间隙相对的两环状传送带4、5、分别在上述上下间隙两侧封装成一间隙空腔10两侧边的连续的密封带9、封料头挡板6、辊体7、加热区8,间隙空腔10的上下设置加热区8,上、下环状传送带的上、下均设有多个水平贴合靠内相对形成间隙空腔的环状传动带的辊体7,间隙空腔10的进口端经匀料送料筒2连接至挤出机1出口,匀料送料筒一端为接至挤出机出口的圆筒状进口21,另一端为对应间隙空腔的水平方形长条状出口22,匀料送料筒中部由一端圆滑过渡延伸至另一端,水平方形长条状出口22内沿其横向由上至下穿接多根对应多根包埋线11前后方向的通丝管3,通丝管3的下端管壁上开设穿接包埋线11的穿线口31,包埋线11一端放线由通丝管3的上端管口穿入经穿线口31水平穿出连接置于间隙空腔内10的封料头挡板6,封料头挡板6上下无间隙贴合上下两环状传送带夹装在两环状传送带间、左右无间隙贴合两侧边的密封带夹装在两密封带间,封料头挡板设置起始位置靠近间隙空腔的进口端。
本实施例中包埋材料为包埋线,可根据实际生产需求,包埋带材、片材,其输送的原理与本发明原理一样。

1.一种挤出型连续包埋压克力板材生产线,包括上下间隙相对的两环状传送带和分别在上述上下间隙两侧封装成一间隙空腔两侧边的连续的密封带,间隙空腔的上下设置加热区,上、下环状传送带的上、下均设有多个水平贴合靠内相对形成间隙空腔的环状传动带的辊体,其特征在于:所述间隙空腔的进口端经匀料送料筒连接至挤出机出口,匀料送料筒一端为接至挤出机出口的圆筒状进口,另一端为对应间隙空腔的水平方形长条状出口,匀料送料筒中部由一端圆滑过渡延伸至另一端;间隙空腔内设有封料头挡板,封料头挡板上下无间隙贴合上下两环状传送带夹装在两环状传送带间、左右无间隙贴合两侧边的密封带夹装在两密封带间,封料头挡板上沿其横向穿接多根包埋线一端,水平方形长条状出口内沿其横向由上至下穿接多根对应多根包埋线前后方向的通丝管,通丝管的下端管壁上开设水平穿接包埋线的穿线口,包埋线另一端穿过穿线口穿出通丝管的上端管口。
