The embodiment of the invention provides a multi-way valve installation system, which comprises: a frame 1, a collecting mechanism 2 for identifying information of the multi-way valve, a material mechanism 4 for matching a joint body 3 according to the information of the multi-way valve, a controller 5 for controlling the operation of a multi-way valve mounting system and a mounting mechanism 7 for mounting the joint body 3 on the multi-way valve 6,
the collecting mechanism 2, the material mechanism 4, the controller 5 and the mounting mechanism 7 are all arranged on the rack 1; the collecting mechanism 2, the material mechanism 4 and the mounting mechanism 7 are all connected with the controller 5; the output end of the acquisition mechanism 2 is connected with the input end of the installation mechanism 7.
Through the combination of the design acquisition mechanism, the material mechanism, the controller and the installation mechanism, the automatic matching and the automatic installation of the joint body and the multi-way valve machine type are realized, the quality hidden danger of mistaken taking and mistaken installation of the joint body in the assembly process is eliminated, the production efficiency is improved, and the manual labor intensity is reduced. Compared with the traditional assembly process, the system realizes automatic matching of machine types, automatic determination of assembly sequence, automatic accurate discharging of a material mechanism and monitoring of a vision system, and simultaneously realizes control of tightening torque of the joint body, thereby fundamentally eliminating quality hidden troubles. In addition, the system is simple to operate, the dependence on the technical level of the staff is reduced, and the staff can be skillfully operated only by simple training. The labor cost and the quality cost in the manufacturing process are greatly reduced.

The torque wrench is used for installing the joint body on the multi-way valve according to the standard torque, so that the installation efficiency is improved.
Wherein, clamping equipment can be the vice, and the input of vice can carry out rotation control through servo motor, realizes clamping equipment to the clamp of multiple unit valve and unclamp, and the servo motor and the controller of control vice are connected.
Further, still include: the oil leakage collecting device comprises a containing box 25 for collecting oil, wherein the top end of the rack 1 is provided with an oil leakage groove 26 for receiving leaked oil of the multi-way valve 6, the oil leakage groove 26 is formed in the other side of the collecting mechanism 2, and the containing box 25 is arranged below the oil leakage groove 26.
The containing box and the oil leakage groove are arranged and used for receiving oil leaked from the multi-way valve and preventing the oil from polluting the surrounding environment.
As an alternative scheme of the air cylinder and the torque wrench, (1) the material mechanism pushes the joint body to discharge materials, and the air cylinder can be replaced by the air cylinder to push the materials; (2) and torque control can be realized by replacing a wired fixed torque wrench with a wireless fixed torque wrench.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a multiple-way valve installation method, where on the basis of any one of the multiple-way valve installation systems, the installation method includes:
collecting machine type information of the multi-way valve;
matching a connector body adapted to the multi-way valve according to the model information;
and installing a joint body adaptive to the multi-way valve on the multi-way valve.
By designing the installation method of the multi-way valve, the automatic matching and the automatic installation of the connector body and the model of the multi-way valve are realized, the hidden quality troubles of mistaken taking and assembling of the connector body in the assembling process are eliminated, the production efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
Specifically, step (1): the multi-way valve is placed at an assembly station, CODE scanning equipment CODE scans two-dimensional CODEs (the two-dimensional CODEs are self-contained by manufacturers and comprise supplier CODEs, product models and material CODEs), the material CODEs, the model information and the assembly sequence are matched, the material CODEs, the model information and the assembly sequence are preset and stored in a database of a PLC (namely a controller), the model information of the multi-way valve is obtained by identifying the material CODE part in the two-dimensional CODEs, and therefore the assembly sequence of the connector body is matched (if a valve body of the multi-way valve corresponds to information of various models, the model is selected through a human-computer interface (namely a human-computer interface display)). The man-machine interface display outputs a page prompt of 'please clamp the cylinder';
step (2): on the basis of the step (1), a double-hand switch is pressed, a coil of the relay 1 is electrified, a normally open contact is closed to control the electromagnetic valve 17 (the electromagnetic valve 17 is connected with the cylinder of the installation mechanism), the electromagnetic valve controls the cylinder 17 (the cylinder 17 is the cylinder of the clamping device in the installation mechanism) to clamp, and the valve body of the multi-way valve is fixed (a circuit diagram is shown in detail in FIG. 4);
and (3): on the basis of the step (2), after the PLC receives a signal clamped by the air cylinder 17, the human-computer interface outputs a page of the assembly position of the first joint body, the visual display and the human-computer interface synchronously display to realize assembly visualization, meanwhile, the PLC outputs a signal to control the electromagnetic valve 1, and the air cylinder pushes a sliding block of a material mechanism connected to the frame body so as to push out the first joint body (the structure of the material mechanism is shown in detail in figure 5);
and (4): on the basis of the step (3), the connector body falls to the material falling position, the valve mechanism is triggered, the proximity switch senses in place, the operator takes away the connector body, the proximity switch senses away, and the PLC outputs a signal to control the cylinder 1 (namely, a cylinder in the material mechanism) to withdraw (see figure 6 in detail);
and (5): on the basis of the step (4), the joint body is placed in a detection area of a vision system (namely detection equipment), the joint body pushed out by the material mechanism is subjected to secondary detection, the appearance characteristics of the joint body are detected, whether the joint body is consistent with the joint body correctly placed by the material mechanism or not is judged, the hidden danger of misplacement of an operator in the process of feeding the material mechanism is thoroughly eliminated, the mistaken material feeding is prevented, and the step (3) and the step (4) are re-executed if the joint body is inconsistent;
and (6): on the basis of the step (5), assembling the joint body on the multi-way valve body by using a torque wrench to reach a torque value, and transmitting a torque qualified signal to the PLC by using the torque wrench;
and (7): on the basis of the step (6), the PLC receives a qualified signal, the human-computer interface outputs a page of the assembly position of the second joint body, the PLC outputs a signal to control the electromagnetic valve 2 (the electromagnetic valve 2 is connected with the cylinder of the material mechanism), the cylinder 2 (namely the cylinder of the general worker of the material mechanism) pushes out the second joint body, and the step (3), the step (4), the step (5) and the step (6) are executed, and the rest is done;
and (8): and (4) on the basis of the step (7), finishing the assembly of the last joint body, outputting an ok page by a human-computer interface, and controlling the automatic release of a clamping cylinder (namely the cylinder in the clamping setting) after 2 and 3 seconds of the relay by the output signal of the PLC.
