and (7): on the basis of the step (6), the PLC receives a qualified signal, the human-computer interface outputs a page of the assembly position of the second joint body, the PLC outputs a signal to control the electromagnetic valve 2 (the electromagnetic valve 2 is connected with the cylinder of the material mechanism), the cylinder 2 (namely the cylinder of the general worker of the material mechanism) pushes out the second joint body, and the step (3), the step (4), the step (5) and the step (6) are executed, and the rest is done;
and (8): and (4) on the basis of the step (7), finishing the assembly of the last joint body, outputting an ok page by a human-computer interface, and controlling the automatic release of a clamping cylinder (namely the cylinder in the clamping setting) after 2 and 3 seconds of the relay by the output signal of the PLC.

A multiple way valve mounting system, comprising: a frame, a collecting mechanism for identifying the information of the multi-way valve, a material mechanism for matching the joint body according to the information of the multi-way valve, a controller for controlling the operation of the multi-way valve mounting system and a mounting mechanism for mounting the joint body on the multi-way valve,
the collecting mechanism, the material mechanism, the controller and the mounting mechanism are all arranged on the rack; the collecting mechanism, the material mechanism and the mounting mechanism are all connected with the controller; the output end of the acquisition mechanism is connected with the input end of the installation mechanism;
the material mechanism includes: at least one pushing device for pushing out the joint body and a transfer plate for receiving and transferring the joint body,
the conveying plate is arranged on one side of the top end of the rack, the conveying plate is of a plate-shaped structure with an inverted conical sector, the pushing device is arranged at the position of the edge of the top end of the conveying plate, the output end of the pushing device is communicated with the edge of the top of the conveying plate, and the edge of the bottom of the conveying plate is communicated with the input end of the installing mechanism.
2. The multiple unit valve installation system of claim 1, wherein the pushing apparatus comprises: a storage bin for storing the joint body, a cylinder for pushing the joint body, a sliding cavity for pushing the joint body and a sliding block for pushing the joint body,
