Abstract

本发明公开了一种气吹式小型果实分级执行系统,包括电磁阀、风机、输气管、吹气筒、传送链、辊轮、收集口、输送管、分级箱。辊轮安装在两条传送链之间;气吹式装置固定在辊轮的一侧,并且气吹式装置的吹气筒安装在辊轮的上方;气吹式装置通过电磁阀控制风机,风机通过输气管将风送入吹气筒;辊轮的另一侧是收集口,收集口与输送管固定在一起,输送管与分级箱通过滑槽连接,分级箱位于输送管下方。本发明结构简单易行,成本低,分级精度高,自动化程度高且容易控制,效率高,可以快速完成小型果品的分级,适用于大多数小型果实的分级。

技术领域
本专利涉及一种用于小型果实分级的气吹式执行系统。
背景技术
我国小型果蔬果实生产量巨大,例如红枣、核桃、山楂、小土豆等,其中有绝大多数的果实在不通过分级的情况下直接售卖,严重影响了其市场价值,同时对于果实的包装和运输带来了不利的影响。目前果实分级大多数还是需要人工挑选,劳动者根据果实的外观、颜色、病害等影响果实外部质量等级的因素对果实进行识别,然后人为的进行分级。此种方法虽然简单方便易行,但是此种方法所需要的劳动力大,劳动环境条件差,分级效率低,受主观因素影响大,同时增加了成本。近年来,随着科学技术的发展,小型果实自动分选机被研制出来。分级执行系统是分选机的重要组成部分,因此设计一种简单易行且效率高的分级执行系统在提高分选机的分级效率和分级准确度上具有重要的意义。
发明内容
鉴于现有的背景技术,本专利提供了一种结构简单易行,成本低,自动化程度高且易于控制,可以快速实现分级的小型果实分级执行系统。
本专利为实现上述要求,采用的技术方案为一种气吹式小型果实分级执行系统,包括电磁阀、风机、输气管、吹气筒、传送链、辊轮、收集口、输送管和分级箱,辊轮安装在两条传送链之间;气吹式装置固定在辊轮的一侧,并且气吹式装置的吹气筒安装在辊轮的上方;气吹式装置通过电磁阀控制风机,风机通过输气管将风送入吹气筒;辊轮的另一侧是收集口,收集口与输送管固定在一起,输送管与分级箱通过滑槽连接,分级箱位于输送管下方。
所述的电磁阀控制风机的开关,然后风机将风通过输气管准确地送入吹气筒中,吹气筒将风吹出,风力作用于果实,使得果实被吹入收集口中,通过输送管将果实送入分级箱,从而完成果实的分级。
所述的输送管和分级箱通过滑槽连接,实现输送管的上下移动,从而实现收集口的上下移动,进而保证通过调节收集口的相对位置使得果实能够准确地进入收集口。
本专利所具有的有益效果是:结构简单易行,成本低;分级精度高,自动化程度高且易于控制;效率高,可快速完成小型果实的分级,适用于大多数小型果实的分级。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。
如图1,一种气吹式小型果实分级执行系统,包括电磁阀1、风机2、输气管3、吹气筒4、传送链5、辊轮6、收集口7、输送管8和分级箱9。
果实经过识别系统后,将果实的级别信息输送到计算机,再由计算机将相应的信息输送到相对应的电磁阀1,电磁阀1通过控制风机2的运行与关闭从而控制输气管3和吹气筒4中是否有风吹过;识别完成后,果实通过传送链5由辊轮6输送到吹气筒4前,此时电磁阀1控制风机2运行,吹气筒4将果实以一定速度吹入收集口7中,果实通过输送管8送入分级箱9中;风机2短暂运行后,电磁阀1发出信息使风机2关闭,从而完成一次分级并进入等待下一次分级的状态。
如图2,可以根据所需要的分级的个数,可以适当的增加或减少电磁阀1、风机2、输气管3、吹气筒4、收集口7、输送管8和分级箱9的数量。

1.一种气吹式小型果实分级执行系统,包括电磁阀(1)、风机(2)、输气管(3)、吹气筒(4)、传送链(5)、辊轮(6)、收集口(7)、输送管(8)和分级箱(9),其特征在于:所述的辊轮(6)安装在两条传送链(5)之间;气吹式装置固定在辊轮(6)的一侧,并且气吹式装置的吹气筒(4)安装在辊轮(6)的上方;气吹式装置通过电磁阀(1)控制风机(2),风机(2)通过输气管(3)将风送入吹气筒(4);辊轮的另一侧是收集口(7),收集口(7)与输送管(8)固定在一起,输送管(8)与分级箱通过滑槽连接,分级箱(9)位于输送管(8)下方。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的气吹式小型果实分级执行系统,其特征在于:所述的风机(2)的运行与关闭由电磁阀(1)来控制,从而实现将风通过输气管(3)准时的送入吹气筒(4)中,进而实现小型果实的分级。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的气吹式小型果实分级执行系统,其特征在于:所述的输送管(8)和分级箱(9)通过滑槽连接,从而实现输送管(8)的上下滑动,进而改变收集口(7)的相对位置。
