本发明公开了一种皮肤保湿功能组合物,由以下重量份原料配比制备:胶原蛋白肽12~16份,刺梨粉0.2~0.4份,米糠油粉0.1~0.2份,鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽0.02~0.04份,海藻糖0.4~0.6份。本发明为具有皮肤保湿功能的功能食品,非常安全,并可以定期服用。通过多种原料的合理配伍组方,协同增效,具有补充胶原蛋白,保持皮肤水分的作用,弹性蛋白支撑皮肤弹性,天然VC促进胶原蛋白在体内合成,富含SOD酶强抗氧化,神经酰胺、海藻糖双重保湿作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健食品,特别涉及一种皮肤保湿功能组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
在最新的调查中,冬季有70%的女性认为自己的身体皮肤很干燥,40%的人 脸部皮肤干燥;在夏季,这一比例分别为34%和15%。在临床皮肤含水量测试中, 正常表皮含水量应是25%,但如今都市女性肌肤含水量已降至15%左右。现代人 因工作压力大、空气质量下降、紫外线辐射等内外因素共同作用,皮肤的滋润程 度逐渐下降,单纯的外用化妆品很难补足皮肤所需水分。
目前市场上出现了胶原蛋白类保湿功能食品,多数为鱼胶原蛋白、天然VC、 VE等的组合。该类产品具有一定的皮肤保湿效果,但胶原蛋白纤维极易松弛, 一旦皮肤真皮层组织松弛,皮肤就很容易出现皱纹,使衰老的脚步加快。单纯补 充胶原蛋白,而没有补充皮肤肌底支撑骨架,胶原蛋白很难起到托起皮肤角质层 组织、补足皮肤水分的作用。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种皮肤保湿功能组合物及其 制备方法:
一种皮肤保湿功能组合物,由以下重量份原料配比制备:胶原蛋白肽12~16 份,刺梨粉0.2~0.4份,米糠油粉(米糠油、抗性糊精)0.1~0.2份,鲣鱼弹性蛋 白肽0.02~0.04份,海藻糖0.4~0.6份。
作为优选,由以下重量份原料制备:胶原蛋白肽12份,刺梨粉0.2份,米 糠油粉0.1份,鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽0.02份,海藻糖0.4份。
一种皮肤保湿功能组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照权利要求1或2的配方将原料混合,得到活性物料;
(2)将活性物料与辅料混合制成常规保健食品剂型。
所述辅料包括果汁、果粉、调味剂、稀释剂、助悬剂、助流剂、抗结剂、崩 解剂、粘合剂。
所述剂型包括固体饮料、饮料、压片糖果、凝胶糖果、软糖、粉剂、颗粒剂、 口服液、硬胶囊、软胶囊。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明从皮肤保湿组合物的三个维度出发:通过补充 胶原蛋白肽,可以促进皮肤的修复和再生;鲣鱼弹性蛋白结合胶原蛋白支撑皮肤 弹性,改善皮肤保水性;米糠油粉富含神经酰胺,起到保湿锁水的功效。本发明 的组合物既能增强皮肤弹性,锁水保湿,更能促进皮肤修复再生,从内而外改善 皮肤焕发光彩。本发明可以丰富市场上的美容保湿类保健产品,让消费者有更多 的选择。
本发明为具有皮肤保湿功能的功能食品,非常安全,并可以定期服用。通过 多种原料的合理配伍组方,协同增效,具有补充胶原蛋白,保持皮肤水分的作用, 弹性蛋白支撑皮肤弹性,天然VC促进胶原蛋白在体内合成,富含SOD酶强抗氧 化,神经酰胺、海藻糖双重保湿作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
按照以下配方称取原料:胶原蛋白肽16份,刺梨粉0.4份,米糠油粉(米 糠油、抗性糊精)0.2份,鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽0.04份,海藻糖0.6份,混合,得到活 性物料;将活性物料加入柠檬果粉、三氯蔗糖、阿拉伯胶,制成固体饮料剂型。
实施例2
按照以下配方称取原料:胶原蛋白肽16份,刺梨粉0.4份,米糠油粉(米 糠油、抗性糊精)0.2份,鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽0.04份,海藻糖0.6份,混合,得到活 性物料;将活性物料加入水、蓝莓浓缩汁、柠檬酸、甜菊糖苷,制成液体饮料剂 型。
实施例3
按照以下配方称取原料:胶原蛋白肽12份,刺梨粉0.2份,米糠油粉(米 糠油、抗性糊精)0.1份,鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽0.02份,海藻糖0.4份,混合,得到 活性物料;将活性物料加入异麦芽酮糖醇、山梨糖醇、糊精、硬脂酸镁,制成压 片糖果剂型。
实施例4
按照以下配方称取原料:胶原蛋白肽12份,刺梨粉0.2份,米糠油粉(米 糠油、抗性糊精)0.1份,鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽0.02份,海藻糖0.4份,混合,得到 活性物料;将活性物料加入水、果冻粉、赤藓糖醇、罗汉果苷、柠檬酸,制成凝 胶果冻剂型。
功效试服实验:
1、实验方案:选取100位女士年龄在35-45岁之间,实施例1服用30天。服用 前后对受试者皮肤水分进行测试。(皮肤水分测定仪)
2、实验人员:选取35-45岁女性人群。
3、实验周期:4周。
4、实验样品:实验组:按照上述优化配方,制成液体软包饮料饮品,每日1袋, 直饮。
5、功能试验:空白对照组、试服组,连续服用4周后进行皮肤皱纹及水分测试。
测试方法:用干净棉球蘸蒸馏水将被测皮肤擦洗干净,擦干15分钟后用皮肤 测试仪测定皮肤水分和皱纹。测试结果如表1:

测试结果表明:试食4周后,受试者皮肤水分及皱纹指标均有不同程度的改 善。
一、动物功效试验:
选取SPF级五毛雄性大鼠80只,随机分为A、B、C 3个处理组,每个处理2 个重复,每个重复10只,各组大鼠以标准饲料喂养,自由饮水,适应性喂养 1周后进入试验。A组(对照组)室温下饲养,纯化水(5g·kg-1·d-1)连续 给药4周,B组(干燥对照组)室温、湿度10%下饲养,纯化水(5g·kg-1·d-1) 连续给药4周,C组(保湿功能饮料组)室温、湿度10%下饲养,本实施例1 (5g·kg-1·d-1)连续服用4周。使用皮肤水分测试仪(Corneometer CM 825) 从0周起每周测大鼠背部皮肤的水分含量,记录每组大鼠的皮肤水分。结果 见表2。

结果表明,大鼠饮用本发明制得的保湿功能饮料4周后其背部皮肤的水分含 量可明显提高。

Claims (5)
1.一种皮肤保湿功能组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制备:胶原蛋白肽12~16份,刺梨粉0.2~0.4份,米糠油粉0.1~0.2份,鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽0.02~0.04份,海藻糖0.4~0.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述皮肤保湿功能组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制备:胶原蛋白肽12份,刺梨粉0.2份,米糠油粉0.1份,鲣鱼弹性蛋白肽0.02份,海藻糖0.4份。
3.一种皮肤保湿功能组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照权利要求1或2配方将原料混合,得到活性物料;
(2)将活性物料与辅料混合制成常规保健食品剂型。
4.根据权利要求3所述皮肤保湿功能组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述辅料包括果汁、果粉、调味剂、稀释剂、助悬剂、助流剂、抗结剂、崩解剂、粘合剂。
5.根据权利要求3所述皮肤保湿功能组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述剂型包括固体饮料、饮料、压片糖果、凝胶糖果、软糖、粉剂、颗粒剂、口服液、硬胶囊、软胶囊。
