Abstract

本发明公开了一种水稻浸种剂及其制备方法和应用,含有如下重量百分比的组分:0.001~1%芸苔素内酯类化合物、1~5%糖精钙、0.01~5%维生素E烟酸酯、0.5~10%甘草酸二钾、0.025~2.5%聚谷氨酸和0.025~2.5%双乙酸钠,其余全是溶剂。本发明浸种剂能极大地促进水稻根系的生长,增强水稻幼苗素质,显著提升水稻种子的发芽活力,促进其快速生根发芽,提高水稻产量和改善水稻的品质,并且易降解无残留;同时,可促进水稻光合效率,促进光合作用与植物组织分化,提高植株的抗寒能力、植株束缚水的能够,并且降低细胞膜透性,增强抵抗力。

一种水稻浸种剂及其制备方法和应用
技术领域
本发明涉及农业技术领域,具体涉及一种水稻浸种剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
水稻直播技术因具有降低劳动强度和节省生产成本的优势而备受农民欢迎。据不完全统计,我国目前直播稻的面积已超过200万ha(公顷)。根据国外的稻作技术随工业化和市场化发展的规律,直播是今后我国水稻栽培的重要方向。欧美和澳大利亚等发达国家自20世纪70年代后,在工业化和城市化的带动下,水稻种植几乎全部采用直播的方式。目前,我国直播水稻面积也逐年增加。可以预见,随着我国水稻生产规模化程度的提高和农村劳动力结构的变化,直播将会成为我国水稻的主要栽培方式之一。
水稻作为主要的粮食作物,成苗率不稳定是限制直播水稻高产和稳产的关键因子。因此,寻找通过优化水稻种子的生理生化功能,而促进其快速生根发芽,已成本领域从业者亟待解决的,值得探讨和研究的核心问题。
发明内容
本发明目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种水稻浸种剂及其制备方法和应用。通过化控技术调节种子生理生化功能,促进水稻种子快速生根发芽,用于解决现有技术土壤碳氮比增加,微生物与水稻幼苗共同争氮,水稻种子萌发供氮能力不足;同时,土壤过于疏松,大孔隙多,种子不能与土壤紧密接触,而影响发芽生长,扎根不牢,出现黄苗、死苗、减产等现象的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种水稻浸种剂,含有如下重量百分比的组分:0.001~1%芸苔素内酯类化合物、1~5%糖精钙、0.01~5%维生素E烟酸酯、0.5~10%甘草酸二钾、0.025~2.5%聚谷氨酸和0.025~2.5%双乙酸钠,其余全是溶剂。
优选的,含有如下重量百分比的组分:0.001~0.1%芸苔素内酯类化合物、2~4%糖精钙、1~3%维生素E烟酸酯、3.5~7%甘草酸二钾、0.1~1.5%聚谷氨酸和0.01~1.5%双乙酸钠,其余全是溶剂。
较佳的,含有如下重量百分比的组分:0.01%芸苔素内酯类化合物、3%糖精钙、2.5%维生素E烟酸酯、5.45%甘草酸二钾、1.25%聚谷氨酸和1.25%双乙酸钠,其余全是溶剂。
优选的,所述芸苔素内酯类化合物选自22,23,24-表芸苔素内酯、24-表芸苔素内酯、28-表高芸苔素内酯、28-高芸苔素内酯、丙酰芸苔素内酯或14-羟基芸苔素甾醇中的一种。
优选的,所述溶剂由丙二醇、乙酸乙酯和水按照体积比(5~9)∶(1~3)∶(988~994)组成。
较佳的,所述溶剂由丙二醇、乙酸乙酯和水按照体积比7∶2∶993组成。
本发明同时公开了上述水稻浸种剂的制备方法,先将所述重量百分比的组分混合均匀,再用所述溶剂配制成水稻浸种剂。
本发明另一个目的在于保护上述的水稻浸种剂在水稻机械直播、手工直播、旱直播或水直播方面的应用。
具体的,水稻播种前用所述水稻浸种剂稀释倍2500倍后,浸泡水稻种子12~36小时,然后再播种。
较佳的,所述水稻浸种剂稀释2500倍液与水稻种子的重量比等于(1~2)∶1。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和积极效果如下:
(1)本发明浸种剂对水稻安全,用量少,成本低,能极大地促进水稻根系的生长,增强水稻幼苗素质。通过调节作物内源激素含量与平衡,而促进种子萌发过程的DNA修复与复制,优化物质代谢进程。通过塑造壮苗株型、克服了土壤疏松,大孔隙多,种子不能与土壤紧密接触,而影响发芽生长,扎根不牢,出现黄苗、死苗、减产等现象。
(2)应用本发明浸种剂浸种的水稻苗分蘖早而多,根系发育健壮,活力高,具有更强的逆境抵抗能力。经由浸种剂浸种的水稻苗的种子发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、幼苗鲜重、株高和根长均较明显优于清水浸种的水稻苗,能够显著地提升水稻种子的发芽活力,促进其快速生根发芽。
(3)本发明浸种剂各组分能够促水稻生长发育,提高水稻产量和改善水稻的品质并显著高于用清水浸种,水稻增产率达到18%以上,并且易降解无残留;同时,可促进水稻在黑暗环境叶绿素的合成、提高叶绿素和捕光系统Ⅱ的稳定性,提高光合效率,促进光合作用与植物组织分化,抑制水稻在黑暗环境呼吸、扩大气孔等基础生理活性,显著提高植株的抗寒能力、植株束缚水的能够,并且降低细胞膜透性,增强抵抗力。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施例做详细说明。
实施例1
一种水稻浸种剂,含有如下重量百分比的组分:0.01%28-高芸苔素内酯、3%糖精钙、2.5%维生素E烟酸酯、5.45%甘草酸二钾、1.25%聚谷氨酸和1.25%双乙酸钠,其余全是溶剂,所述溶剂由丙二醇、乙酸乙酯和水按照体积比7∶2∶993组成。
实施例2
一种水稻浸种剂,含有如下重量百分比的组分:0.001%丙酰芸苔素内酯、4%糖精钙、3%维生素E烟酸酯、7%甘草酸二钾、1.5%聚谷氨酸和1.5%双乙酸钠,其余全是溶剂,所述溶剂由丙二醇、乙酸乙酯和水按照体积比8∶3∶994组成。
实施例3
一种水稻浸种剂,含有如下重量百分比的组分:0.1%22,23,24-表芸苔素内酯、5%糖精钙、5%维生素E烟酸酯、10%甘草酸二钾、2.5%聚谷氨酸和2.5%双乙酸钠,其余全是溶剂,所述溶剂由丙二醇、乙酸乙酯和水按照体积比9∶3∶995组成。
实施例4
一种水稻浸种剂,含有如下重量百分比的组分:0.01%24-表芸苔素内酯、2%糖精钙、1%维生素E烟酸酯、3.5%甘草酸二钾、0.1%聚谷氨酸和0.1%双乙酸钠,其余全是溶剂,所述溶剂由丙二醇、乙酸乙酯和水按照体积比4∶2∶993组成。
实施例5
一种水稻浸种剂,含有如下重量百分比的组分:0.001%28-表高芸苔素内酯、1%糖精钙、0.01%维生素E烟酸酯、0.5%甘草酸二钾、0.025%聚谷氨酸和0.025%双乙酸钠,其余全是溶剂,所述溶剂由丙二醇、乙酸乙酯和水按照体积比6∶2∶993组成。
实施例6
一种水稻浸种剂,含有如下重量百分比的组分:1%14-羟基芸苔素甾醇、1.25%糖精钙、0.5%维生素E烟酸酯、5%甘草酸二钾、0.05%聚谷氨酸和0.05%双乙酸钠,其余全是溶剂,所述溶剂由丙二醇、乙酸乙酯和水按照体积比5∶1∶990组成。
应用试验
本发明实施例1制得的水稻浸种剂的应用试验,实验于2018年1月至2019年4月,在华南农业大学测试中心的大型人工气候室进行。
(1)原料
水稻种子(沪旱3号、旱优8号、秀水123,上海市农业科学院);
28-高芸苔素内酯、糖精钙、维生素E烟酸酯、甘草酸二钾、聚谷氨酸、双乙酸钠(分析纯粉剂,国药集团化学试剂有限公司);
丙二醇、乙酸乙酯(分析纯,国药集团化学试剂有限公司)。
(2)仪器
ME204型电子天平(精确到0.0001g,梅特勒-托利多公司);相关玻璃器皿(国药集团化学试剂有限公司)。
(3)实验方法
分别对3种不同类型的水稻品种(节水抗旱稻:沪旱3号,杂交稻:旱优8号,常规稻:秀水123),用本发明浸种剂(将实施例1所述重量百分比的组分混合均匀,再用溶剂配制成)浸种和清水浸种后,在农田开展田间对比实验。
备注:在种植水稻前,将准备好的待浸泡水稻种子与本发明水稻浸种剂稀释2500倍按照重量比1∶1.5混合浸泡24小时,然后在阴凉处风干,用于农田直播水稻的播种种植。
(4)试验结论
4.1发芽实验结果

由上表1可知,不论对何品类的水稻种子,应用本发明浸种剂处理后,种子的发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数均明显优于用清水浸种的对照组。说明本发明的浸种剂浸种能够显著提升水稻种子的发芽活力,促进其快速生根发芽。
4.2幼苗成苗实验结果

由上表2可知,不论对何品类的水稻种子,应用本发明浸种剂处理后,水稻幼苗鲜重、成苗率、分枝根数和叶绿素含量均明显优于用清水浸种对照组。说明本发明的浸种剂浸种能够显著增强水稻幼苗的素质,促进水稻根系的生长,提高其吸水、吸肥能力。并且水稻在分蘖期植株苗的生长发育状况明显要好于用清水浸种的对照组,本发明浸种剂浸种的水稻苗分蘖早而多,根系发育健壮,活力高,具有更强的逆境抵抗能力,强大的根系对直播稻今后的抗倒伏也具有十分重要的意义。与此同时,本发明浸种剂浸种的水稻幼苗的叶长、叶宽和叶绿素的含量均有所提高。
4.3田间实验结果
表3本发明浸种剂浸种和清水浸种对水稻产量的影响
由上表3可知,不论对何品类的水稻种子,应用本发明浸种剂处理后,水稻籽粒的产量均显著高于用清水浸种的对照组,旱稻“沪旱3号”增产率18.34%,杂交稻“旱优8号”增产率22.51%,常规稻“秀水123”增产率达到23.83%,水稻增产率均达到18%以上,说明用本发明浸种剂处理水稻种子具有明显的增产效果。
综上所述,本发明研制的水稻浸种剂,专门针对水稻的直播种植方式,通过化控技术调节水稻种子生理生化功能,能促进水稻种子在农田上快速生根发芽,并且具有明显的增强水稻幼苗的素质和增产效果,具有高的产业利用价值。
上述实施例仅是本发明的较优实施方式,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所做的任何简单修饰、修改及替代变化,均属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种水稻浸种剂,其特征在于,含有如下重量百分比的组分:0.001~1%芸苔素内酯类化合物、1~5%糖精钙、0.01~5%维生素E烟酸酯、0.5~10%甘草酸二钾、0.025~2.5%聚谷氨酸和0.025~2.5%双乙酸钠,其余全是溶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水稻浸种剂,其特征在于,含有如下重量百分比的组分:0.001~0.1%芸苔素内酯类化合物、2~4%糖精钙、1~3%维生素E烟酸酯、3.5~7%甘草酸二钾、0.1~1.5%聚谷氨酸和0.01~1.5%双乙酸钠,其余全是溶剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水稻浸种剂,其特征在于,含有如下重量百分比的组分:0.01%芸苔素内酯类化合物、3%糖精钙、2.5%维生素E烟酸酯、5.45%甘草酸二钾、1.25%聚谷氨酸和1.25%双乙酸钠,其余全是溶剂。
4.根据权利要求1~3任意一项所述的一种水稻浸种剂,其特征在于,所述芸苔素内酯类化合物选自22,23,24-表芸苔素内酯、24-表芸苔素内酯、28-表高芸苔素内酯、28-高芸苔素内酯、丙酰芸苔素内酯或14-羟基芸苔素甾醇中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水稻浸种剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂由丙二醇、乙酸乙酯和水按照体积比(5~9)∶(1~3)∶(988~994)组成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种水稻浸种剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂由丙二醇、乙酸乙酯和水按照体积比7∶2∶993组成。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种水稻浸种剂的制备方法,其特征在于,先将所述重量百分比的组分混合均匀,再用所述溶剂配制成水稻浸种剂。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种水稻浸种剂在水稻机械直播、手工直播、旱直播或水直播方面的应用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种水稻浸种剂的应用,其特征在于,水稻播种前,用所述水稻浸种剂稀释2500倍液后,浸泡水稻种子12~36小时,然后再播种。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种水稻浸种剂的应用,其特征在于,所述水稻浸种剂稀释2500倍液与水稻种子的重量比等于(1~2)∶1。
