Abstract
本发明公开了一种棉花抗低温种衣剂及其制备方法,涉及农药技术领域。该种衣剂,在添加杀虫剂和杀菌剂的同时,还添加了植物激素‑‑油菜素内酯,棉花种子在播种前使用该种衣剂进行包衣处理,不仅可以有效的防治棉花发芽期和苗期的虫害和土传病害同时,还能提高棉种的发芽率和出苗率,增强棉花的在发芽期和苗期的耐冷性。覆膜条件下棉种出苗整齐出苗率高,裸地种植中表现出一定的耐低温效果,具有较好的应用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农药技术领域,尤其涉及一种棉花抗低温种衣剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
低温是影响作物生长发育的主要环境因子之一。棉花属于喜温作物,在种子萌发期对低温尤其敏感。近年来,随着农业劳动力成本大幅上升,棉花生产为轻简化种植已势在必行。精量播种是棉花轻简化种植的重要内容之一,这对棉种质量提出了更高的要求。因此提高棉种萌发期低温耐受性,对实现精量播种条件下的一播全苗具有重要的意义和作用。
目前,生产上常用的抵御棉花发芽期和苗期冷害的方法主要有两种:一种是地膜覆盖的方法,这种方法通过覆盖地膜,可以增加地温,实现棉花早播种、早出苗、苗期增温,但是此方法由于需要使用大量的塑料地膜,所以会造成严重的白色污染,影响农业的可持续发展;另一种是棉花育苗移栽技术,这种方法是适合我国国情的棉花栽培技术,在延长棉花生育期的同时有效避免了棉花苗期遭遇低温伤害,但这种育苗移栽技术在实施过程中,需要的用工多、管理繁琐、劳动强度大,不适合当前农村劳动力短缺的问题。
种子包衣已成为新疆棉花生产中解决棉花发芽期和苗期冷害问题的重要技术措施,许多学者对棉花种衣剂保苗效果进行了大量研究,但主要侧重于防治病害,只能防治因低温引起的病虫等,不能提高棉种自身的耐低温能力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种棉花抗低温种衣剂及其制备方法,从而解决现有技术中存在的前述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种棉花抗低温种衣剂,包括A药剂和B药剂,其中,A药剂为悬浮剂,包括如下重量百分含量的物质:噻虫嗪15-25%,咯菌腈0.5-2%,精甲霜灵0.5-3%,湿润分散剂0.1-2%,增稠剂0.1-2%,成膜剂2-8%,稳定剂0.1-1%,着色剂0.1-1%,防腐剂0.05-0.5%,消泡剂0.1-2%,其余为水补至100%;B药剂为水剂,包括如下重量百分含量的物质:油菜素内酯0.1-0.8%,分散剂0.1-1%,消泡剂0.1-2%,渗透剂2-15%,其余为水补至100%。
优选地,A药剂中,所述湿润分散剂包括烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物、木质素磺酸钙或十二烷基苯磺酸钠;
所述增稠剂包括硅酸镁铝PTIN-Z68、黄原胶或海藻酸钠;
所述成膜剂包括聚乙烯醇-聚乙二醇聚合物或丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸丁酯-苯乙烯共聚物;
所述稳定剂包括异丙基磷酸酯、丁醇或黄原酸胶;
所述着色剂包括亮蓝、玫瑰精或碱性品红;
所述防腐剂包括苯基酸钠-卡松聚合物、山梨酸钾或水杨酸;
消泡剂包括巨氧丙烯甘油醚或磷酸三丁酯;
B药剂中,所述分散剂包括十二烷基苯磺酸钠-木质素磺酸钠共聚物、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚或烷基芳基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯;所述消泡剂包括有机硅消泡剂或磷酸三丁酯;
所述渗透剂包括渗透JFC----脂肪醇与环氧乙烷的缩合物、有机硅渗透剂或异辛基琥珀酸磺酸钠。
优选地,A药剂包括噻虫嗪15-25%,咯菌腈0.5-2%,精甲霜灵0.5-3%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物0.1-2%,硅酸镁铝PTIN-Z68 0.1-2%,聚乙烯醇-聚乙二醇聚合物2-8%,异丙基磷酸酯0.1-1%,亮蓝0.1-1%,苯基酸钠-卡松聚合物0.05-0.5%,巨氧丙烯甘油醚0.1-2%,其余为水补至100%;
B药剂包括油菜素内酯0.1-0.8%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠-木质素磺酸钠共聚物0.1-1%,有机硅消泡剂0.1-2%,渗透JFC----脂肪醇与环氧乙烷的缩合物2-15%,其余为水剂补足至100%。
优选地,A药剂包括噻虫嗪20%,咯菌腈1.5%,精甲霜灵2%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物1%,硅酸镁铝PTIN-Z68 1%,聚乙烯醇-聚乙二醇聚合物6%,异丙基磷酸酯0.6%,亮蓝0.8%,苯基酸钠-卡松聚合物0.3%,巨氧丙烯甘油醚1.2%,其余为水补至100%;
B药剂包括油菜素内酯0.5%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠-木质素磺酸钠共聚物0.8%,有机硅消泡剂1%,渗透JFC----脂肪醇与环氧乙烷的缩合物10%,其余为水剂补足至100%。
一种上述的棉花抗低温种衣剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1,按照A药剂中各物质的百分含量称取物质,混匀后研磨6-8h,使得95%的物质的粒径在5微米以内,制得A药剂;
S2,按照B药剂中各物质的百分含量称取物质,混匀后得到的无色透明液体即为B药剂;
S3,混合相同量的A药剂和B药剂,制得棉花抗低温种衣剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的棉花抗低温种衣剂,在添加杀虫剂和杀菌剂的同时,还添加了植物激素--油菜素内酯,棉花种子在播种前使用该种衣剂进行包衣处理,不仅可以有效的防治棉花发芽期和苗期的虫害和土传病害同时,还能提高棉种的发芽率和出苗率,增强棉花的在发芽期和苗期的耐冷性。覆膜条件下棉种出苗整齐出苗率高,裸地种植中表现出一定的耐低温效果,具有较好的应用前景。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明一方面提供了一种棉花抗低温种衣剂,包括A药剂和B药剂,其中,A药剂为悬浮剂,包括如下重量百分含量的物质:噻虫嗪15-25%,咯菌腈0.5-2%,精甲霜灵0.5-3%,湿润分散剂0.1-2%,增稠剂0.1-2%,成膜剂2-8%,稳定剂0.1-1%,着色剂0.1-1%,防腐剂0.05-0.5%,消泡剂0.1-2%,其余为水补至100%;B药剂为水剂,包括如下重量百分含量的物质:油菜素内酯0.1-0.8%,分散剂0.1-1%,消泡剂0.1-2%,渗透剂2-15%,其余为水补至100%。

B药剂中,所述分散剂包括十二烷基苯磺酸钠-木质素磺酸钠共聚物、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚或烷基芳基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯;所述消泡剂包括有机硅消泡剂或磷酸三丁酯;
所述渗透剂包括渗透JFC----脂肪醇与环氧乙烷的缩合物、有机硅渗透剂或异辛基琥珀酸磺酸钠。
油菜素内酯(BRs)是一种广泛存在于植物界的植物激素,被称为“第六大激素”。促进细胞脯氨酸的积累,维持细胞膜的完整性和稳定性,减少离子渗漏,增强耐冷能力,从而维持植物的生长发育和避免作物产量的损失。所以本发明将油菜素内酯与杀虫剂杀菌剂复配药剂按比例混合对种子进行包衣,来提高棉种的抗低温能力,以期改善棉花生产中萌发期、苗期受冻害的生产问题。
本发明的一个优选实施例中,A药剂包括噻虫嗪15-25%,咯菌腈0.5-2%,精甲霜灵0.5-3%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物0.1-2%,硅酸镁铝PTIN-Z680.1-2%,聚乙烯醇-聚乙二醇聚合物2-8%,异丙基磷酸酯0.1-1%,亮蓝0.1-1%,苯基酸钠-卡松聚合物0.05-0.5%,巨氧丙烯甘油醚0.1-2%,其余为水补至100%;
B药剂包括油菜素内酯0.1-0.8%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠-木质素磺酸钠共聚物0.1-1%,有机硅消泡剂0.1-2%,渗透JFC----脂肪醇与环氧乙烷的缩合物2-15%,其余为水剂补足至100%。
在本发明的一个更加优选的实施例中,A药剂包括噻虫嗪20%,咯菌腈1.5%,精甲霜灵2%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物1%,硅酸镁铝PTIN-Z68 1%,聚乙烯醇-聚乙二醇聚合物6%,异丙基磷酸酯0.6%,亮蓝0.8%,苯基酸钠-卡松聚合物0.3%,巨氧丙烯甘油醚1.2%,其余为水补至100%;
B药剂包括油菜素内酯0.5%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠-木质素磺酸钠共聚物0.8%,有机硅消泡剂1%,渗透JFC----脂肪醇与环氧乙烷的缩合物10%,其余为水剂补足至100%。
本发明另一方面还提供了一种棉花抗低温种衣剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1,按照A药剂中各物质的百分含量称取物质,混匀后研磨6-8h,使得95%的物质的粒径在5微米以内,制得A药剂;
S2,按照B药剂中各物质的百分含量称取物质,混匀后得到的无色透明液体即为B药剂;
S3,混合A药剂和B药剂,制得棉花抗低温种衣剂。

按照本发明提供的制备方法,按照上述实施例1至实施例5中的物质组成制备得到的棉花抗低温种衣剂,分别进行如下的试验,方法如下:
种子包衣处理:按照播种量,挑选健康饱满、大小均匀的棉花种子,量取推荐用量的A药剂,再加入同等体积的B溶液稀释并搅拌均匀为药浆,药浆种子比为1:50-100,即100公斤种子对应的药浆为1-2升,将种子倒入,充分搅拌均匀,阴干后即可播种。
低温发芽试验:将种子播种在育苗盒中,基质为细砂,置于20℃/8℃培养箱中,光周期为12h/12h(昼/夜),培养箱光照强度12000lx,相对湿度70%~75%。设光籽处理为空白对照(CK),每个处理30粒,3次重复。
调查方法:以芽长超过0.5cm,色白、无腐烂变质和无负向生长的芽为正常芽。播种后观察种子拱土时间,于播种后第4天开始,每天统计种子发芽数,计算发芽率。在第12天统计出苗数,并随机选取不同处理的棉花幼苗10株,用刻度尺测定幼苗苗全长。
田间试验:试验于2018年4月19日在中国农业科学院棉花研究所试验站基地(河南省安阳县,36O07’N,114O22’E)进行。以中60松散型为供试材料,将棉种按照用量进行包衣,每个处理2行区,行长8m,采用完全随机区组设计,3次重复。于棉花三叶期进行调查,5点取样,每点20株,共100株,统计棉苗立枯病和棉蚜的发生情况,并计算病株率和卷叶株率。
棉种的发芽情况及田间病虫调查结果如表1所示。

由表1可知,在播种之前使用本发明提供的棉花抗低温种衣剂进行棉种包衣后,对其发芽率和出苗率均无不良影响。与空白对照相比,使用种衣剂后,棉种的发芽率和出苗率都有所提高,促进棉苗全长伸长,促进棉花出苗,出苗时间提前,其中实施例1、3和4效果明显,且实施例1的效果最好。而且,使用本发明的种衣剂后,对于棉花苗期的立枯病和棉蚜具有非常好的防治效果,与对照相比降低了发病率,且实施例1的效果最佳。
通过采用本发明公开的上述技术方案,得到了如下有益的效果:本发明提供的棉花抗低温种衣剂,在添加杀虫剂和杀菌剂的同时,还添加了植物激素--油菜素内酯,棉花种子在播种前使用该种衣剂进行包衣处理,不仅可以有效的防治棉花发芽期和苗期的虫害和土传病害同时,还能提高棉种的发芽率和出苗率,增强棉花的在发芽期和苗期的耐冷性。覆膜条件下棉种出苗整齐出苗率高,裸地种植中表现出一定的耐低温效果,具有较好的应用前景。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种棉花抗低温种衣剂,其特征在于,包括A药剂和B药剂,其中,A药剂为悬浮剂,包括如下重量百分含量的物质:噻虫嗪15-25%,咯菌腈0.5-2%,精甲霜灵0.5-3%,湿润分散剂0.1-2%,增稠剂0.1-2%,成膜剂2-8%,稳定剂0.1-1%,着色剂0.1-1%,防腐剂0.05-0.5%,消泡剂0.1-2%,其余为水补至100%;B药剂为水剂,包括如下重量百分含量的物质:油菜素内酯0.1-0.8%,分散剂0.1-1%,消泡剂0.1-2%,渗透剂2-15%,其余为水补至100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的棉花抗低温种衣剂,其特征在于,A药剂中,所述湿润分散剂包括烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物、木质素磺酸钙或十二烷基苯磺酸钠;
所述增稠剂包括硅酸镁铝PTIN-Z68、黄原胶或海藻酸钠;
所述成膜剂包括聚乙烯醇-聚乙二醇聚合物或丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸丁酯-苯乙烯共聚物;
所述稳定剂包括异丙基磷酸酯、丁醇或黄原酸胶;
所述着色剂包括亮蓝、玫瑰精或碱性品红;
所述防腐剂包括苯基酸钠-卡松聚合物、山梨酸钾或水杨酸;
消泡剂包括巨氧丙烯甘油醚或磷酸三丁酯;
B药剂中,所述分散剂包括十二烷基苯磺酸钠-木质素磺酸钠共聚物、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚或烷基芳基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯;所述消泡剂包括有机硅消泡剂或磷酸三丁酯;

4.根据权利要求3所述的棉花抗低温种衣剂,其特征在于,A药剂包括噻虫嗪20%,咯菌腈1.5%,精甲霜灵2%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物1%,硅酸镁铝PTIN-Z68 1%,聚乙烯醇-聚乙二醇聚合物6%,异丙基磷酸酯0.6%,亮蓝0.8%,苯基酸钠-卡松聚合物0.3%,巨氧丙烯甘油醚1.2%,其余为水补至100%;
B药剂包括油菜素内酯0.5%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠-木质素磺酸钠共聚物0.8%,有机硅消泡剂1%,渗透JFC----脂肪醇与环氧乙烷的缩合物10%,其余为水剂补足至100%。
5.一种权利要求1-4所述的棉花抗低温种衣剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1,按照A药剂中各物质的百分含量称取物质,混匀后研磨6-8h,使得95%的物质的粒径在5微米以内,制得A药剂;
S2,按照B药剂中各物质的百分含量称取物质,混匀后得到的无色透明液体即为B药剂;
S3,混合相同量的A药剂和B药剂,制得棉花抗低温种衣剂。
