背景技术
门板是家具行业的一种常用成品件，近年来，金属门板得到了越来越广泛的应用，铝合金边框是金属门板的一种常用装配方式。
现有技术中，金属门板的铝合金边框，通常边条连接处的设计方式为45度角粘接，这样的单纯粘胶连接，必然存在不稳固的缺点。如果通过螺丝连接，将会破坏门板的整体性，并且螺丝连接经过较长时间后存在容易松动的问题。
还有的产品，设计专门的铝合金边框的转角连接件，这样的连接件作为配件使用，将会外露，并且连接件与铝合金边条之间同样存在难以连接牢固的问题。
蜂窝类板材被越来越多的应用到家具门板中，由于现有的金属门板的铝合金边框难以保证整体性和稳固性，蜂窝类板材的门板会出现封边缝隙大的问题，不仅影响美观，而且影响到门板的使用性能。
发明内容
因此，本发明针对现有技术的上述问题，设计一种家具金属门板。
具体的，家具金属门板，包括门板本体及铝合金边框，所述铝合金边框包括铝合金边条、扣件、连接件，相邻的铝合金边条首尾相接且通过插入铝合金边条内部的连接件固定，铝合金边条的连接位置设有槽口，扣件的两侧设有用于将扣件卡接在槽口内的卡紧弹片，连接件的两个端头各设有一个倒扣，扣件的内侧设有与倒扣对应的倒扣弹片。
进一步的，所述铝合金边条的端部连接部位为45度斜面。
进一步的，所述连接件为L型。
进一步的，所述扣件为尼龙注塑扣件。
进一步的，所述槽口为矩形槽口。
进一步的，所述门板本体包括五层，依次为PVC层、第一铝板、铝蜂窝材料层、第二铝板、亚克力片。
本发明的有益效果在于：本发明的家具金属门板与现有技术的产品相比，具有以下优点。
通过铝合金边框的设计，解决了现有的铝合金边条45度拼接单纯粘胶连接不稳固的缺点。免螺丝连接，门板外观无配件外露更漂亮。门板结构稳固，不容易脱落。
将蜂窝类板材应用于本发明的门板结构中，解决了蜂窝板类材料封边缝隙大，不美观的缺点。平整度非常好，表面无波浪纹，相当于镜面平整度；金属材质保证了门板非常耐用；重量适中不会给门铰造成负担；亚克力片与PVC膜可以变换各种颜色，色彩丰富，满足个性化需求；表面的亚克力片与PVC膜也可更换成其他材料，丰富了可选择性，满足个性化需求；封边稳固不能脱落，封边无配件外露，缝隙紧密，美观；工序简单，降低人工，提高生产效率； 可根据需要尺寸定做，满足个性化定制需求。

1.一种家具金属门板，包括门板本体及铝合金边框，其特征在于，所述铝合金边框包括铝合金边条、扣件、连接件，相邻的铝合金边条首尾相接且通过插入铝合金边条内部的连接件固定，铝合金边条的连接位置设有槽口，扣件的两侧设有用于将扣件卡接在槽口内的卡紧弹片，连接件的两个端头各设有一个倒扣，扣件的内侧设有与倒扣对应的倒扣弹片。
