技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力车辆用变速器。
背景技术
在专利文献1中,提出了具有发动机和电动机作为驱动源的混合动力车辆用变速器。在该变速器中,发动机及电动机的扭矩经由拉维娜式行星轮系而输出。

发明内容
发明要解决的技术问题
因为如上所述的混合动力车辆用变速器复杂,所以期望更简化的混合动力车辆用变速器。
本发明的技术问题在于,提供更简化的混合动力车辆用变速器。
用于解决技术问题的方案
本发明的一方面涉及的混合动力车辆用变速器构成为改变发动机及电动机的转速而进行输出。该混合动力车辆用变速器具备输入轴、输出轴、行星轮系、第一制动器、第二制动器、第三制动器、第一离合器以及第二离合器。来自发动机的扭矩输入至输入轴。输出轴输出来自发动机或电动机的扭矩。行星轮系具有太阳齿轮、行星齿轮、行星架以及内齿圈。第一制动器构成为对太阳齿轮的旋转进行制动。第二制动器构成为对行星架的旋转进行制动。第三制动器构成为对内齿圈的旋转进行制动。第一离合器构成为连结太阳齿轮、行星架及内齿圈中的两者。第二离合器构成为选择性地将电动机与内齿圈和输出轴中的一方连结。
根据该结构,因为使用的是具有太阳齿轮、行星齿轮、行星架及内齿圈的普通行星轮系,所以能够形成更简化的混合动力车辆用变速器。
优选地,输入轴与所述太阳齿轮一体地旋转。
优选地,第一制动器构成为对所述输入轴的旋转进行制动。
优选地,输出轴与所述行星架一体地旋转。
优选地,第一制动器、所述第二制动器、所述第三制动器以及所述第一离合器中的至少一方具有一张以上的摩擦片。
优选地,第一制动器、所述第二制动器、所述第三制动器以及所述第一离合器为液压式。
优选地,第二离合器是爪形离合器。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明涉及的混合动力车辆用变速器的实施方式进行说明。
如图1所示,混合动力车辆用变速器构成为改变发动机E及电动机M的转速而将其输出。该混合动力车辆用变速器100具有输入轴1、输出轴2、行星轮系3、第一制动器41、第二制动器42、第三制动器43、第一离合器51以及第二离合器52。
来自发动机E的扭矩输入至输入轴1。输入轴1经由阻尼装置101连接到发动机E。输入轴1能够以旋转轴O为中心旋转。
输出轴2输出来自发动机E或电动机M的扭矩。输出轴2与输入轴1平行地延伸。输出轴2能够以旋转轴O为中心旋转。即,输出轴2具有与输入轴1相同的旋转轴。输出轴2经由中间轴6及差动齿轮7向驱动轴8输出扭矩。
行星轮系3具有太阳齿轮31、多个行星齿轮32、行星架33以及内齿圈34。太阳齿轮31安装于输入轴1,并与输入轴1一体地旋转。
各行星齿轮32配置在太阳齿轮31的径向外侧。各行星齿轮32与太阳齿轮31啮合。各行星齿轮32在周向上相互隔开间隔而配置。各行星齿轮32一边围绕太阳齿轮31自转一边进行公转。
行星架33将各行星齿轮32支承为能够旋转。行星架33配置成能够以旋转轴O为中心旋转。行星架33安装于输出轴2,并且能够与输出轴2一体地旋转。
内齿圈34配置在各行星齿轮32的径向外侧。内齿圈34与各行星齿轮32啮合。内齿圈34配置成能够以旋转轴O为中心旋转。
第一制动器41~第三制动器43固定于壳体102。因此,第一制动器41~第三制动器43不旋转。
第一制动器41构成为对太阳齿轮31的旋转进行制动。具体而言,第一制动器41通过对与太阳齿轮31一体地旋转的输入轴1的旋转进行制动,从而制动太阳齿轮31的旋转。第一制动器41例如为液压式,能够由一张以上的摩擦片构成。
当第一制动器41处于启动状态时,第一制动器41对太阳齿轮31的旋转进行制动。即,当第一制动器41处于启动状态时,第一制动器41连结太阳齿轮31和壳体102。因此,当第一制动器41处于启动状态时,太阳齿轮31不能旋转。
另一方面,当第一制动器41处于解除状态时,第一制动器41不对太阳齿轮31的旋转进行制动。即,当第一制动器41处于解除状态时,第一制动器41不连结太阳齿轮31和壳体102。因此,当第一制动器41处于解除状态时,太阳齿轮31能够旋转。
第二制动器42构成为对行星架33的旋转进行制动。第二制动器42例如为液压式,能够由一张以上的摩擦片构成。
当第二制动器42处于启动状态时,第二制动器42对行星架33的旋转进行制动。即,当第二制动器42处于启动状态时,第二制动器42连结行星架33和壳体102。因此,当第二制动器42处于启动状态时,行星架33不能旋转。
另一方面,当第二制动器42处于解除状态时,第二制动器42不对行星架33的旋转进行制动。即,当第二制动器42处于解除状态时,第二制动器42不连结行星架33和壳体102。因此,当第二制动器42处于解除状态时,行星架33能够旋转。
第三制动器43构成为对内齿圈34的旋转进行制动。第三制动器43例如为液压式,能够由一张以上的摩擦片构成。
当第三制动器43处于启动状态时,第三制动器43对内齿圈34的旋转进行制动。即,当第三制动器43处于启动状态时,第三制动器43连结内齿圈34和壳体102。因此,当第三制动器43处于启动状态时,内齿圈34不能旋转。
另一方面,当第三制动器43处于解除状态时,第三制动器43不对内齿圈34的旋转进行制动。即,当第三制动器43处于解除状态时,第三制动器43不连结内齿圈34和壳体102。因此,当第三制动器43处于解除状态时,内齿圈34能够旋转。
第一离合器51构成为连结太阳齿轮31和行星架33。详细地说,第一离合器51以能够断开的方式连结太阳齿轮31和行星架33。需要指出,具体而言,第一离合器51连结输入轴1和行星架33。由于输入轴1与太阳齿轮31一体地旋转,因此当通过第一离合器51连结输入轴1和行星架33时,太阳齿轮31与行星架33一体地旋转。第一离合器51例如是液压式离合器机构,能够由一张以上的摩擦片构成。
当第一离合器51处于启动状态时,第一离合器51连结太阳齿轮31和行星架33。因此,当第一离合器51处于启动状态时,太阳齿轮31与行星架33一体地旋转。
另一方面,当第一离合器51处于解除状态时,第一离合器51断开太阳齿轮31与行星架33的连结。因此,当第一离合器51处于解除状态时,太阳齿轮31与行星架33能够相对地旋转。
第二离合器52构成为选择性地将电动机M连结于内齿圈34或输出轴2。即,当第二离合器52处于启动状态时,第二离合器52连结电动机M和内齿圈34,或者连结电动机M和输出轴2。需要指出,当第二离合器52处于解除状态时,电动机M能够与内齿圈34及输出轴2相对地旋转。第二离合器52例如是爪形离合器。
[混合动力车辆用变速器的动作]
对如上所述构成的混合动力车辆用变速器100的动作进行说明。图2是表示在各行驶模式中为启动状态的各离合器或各制动器的表。需要指出,图2的○符号表示处于启动状态的各离合器或各制动器。
如图2所示,在No.1的行驶模式中,使第三制动器43为启动状态。另外,第二离合器52连结电动机M和内齿圈34。需要指出,第一制动器41、第二制动器42及第一离合器51为解除状态。在该行驶模式下,由于第三制动器43为启动状态,因此内齿圈34不能旋转。需要指出,发动机E进行驱动,电动机M停止。
图3A是表示该状态的共线图。需要指出,在包括图3A在内的各共线图中,S表示太阳齿轮31,C表示行星架33,R表示内齿圈34,B1表示第一制动器41,B2表示第二制动器42,B3表示第三制动器43,C1表示第一离合器51,D1及D2表示第二离合器52。另外,在各共线图中,用涂满斜线的圆圈表示该部件为启动状态,未涂满斜线的圆圈表示该部件为解除状态。另外,D1圆圈涂满斜线表示第二离合器52连结电动机M和输出轴2。另外,D2圆圈涂满斜线表示第二离合器52连结电动机M和内齿圈34。
在该状态下,混合动力车辆用变速器100以图3B中粗线所示的路径传递扭矩。具体而言,通过来自发动机E的扭矩,输入轴1和太阳齿轮31一体地旋转。由于该太阳齿轮31的旋转,各行星齿轮32在自转的同时进行公转。其结果,行星架33与输出轴2一起旋转。
如图2所示,在No.2的行驶模式中,使第一离合器51为启动状态。需要指出,第一制动器41、第二制动器42、第三制动器43及第二离合器52为解除状态。在该行驶模式中,第一离合器51为启动状态,因此输入轴1与行星架33连结而一体地旋转。需要指出,发动机E进行驱动,电动机M停止。图4A是表示该状态的共线图。
在该状态下,混合动力车辆用变速器100以图4B中粗线所示的路径传递扭矩。具体而言,通过来自发动机E的扭矩,输入轴1、行星架33和输出轴2一体地旋转。
如图2所示,在No.3的行驶模式中,使第一制动器41为启动状态。另外,第二离合器52连结电动机M和内齿圈34。需要指出,第二制动器42、第三制动器43及第一离合器51为解除状态。在该行驶模式中,第一制动器41为启动状态,因此太阳齿轮31不能旋转。需要指出,发动机E停止,电动机M进行驱动。图5A是表示该状态的共线图。
在该状态下,混合动力车辆用变速器100以图5B中粗虚线所示的路径传递扭矩。具体而言,通过来自电动机M的扭矩,内齿圈34旋转。由于该内齿圈34的旋转,各行星齿轮32在自转的同时进行公转。其结果,行星架33与输出轴2一起旋转。
如图2所示,在No.4的行驶模式中,第二离合器52连结电动机M和输出轴2。需要指出,第一制动器41、第二制动器42、第三制动器43及第一离合器51为解除状态。需要指出,发动机E停止,电动机M进行驱动。图6A是表示该状态的共线图。
在该状态下,混合动力车辆用变速器100以图6B中粗虚线所示的路径传递扭矩。具体而言,通过来自电动机M的扭矩,输出轴2旋转。
如图2所示,在No.5的行驶模式中,第二离合器52连结电动机M和内齿圈34。需要指出,第一制动器41、第二制动器42、第三制动器43及第一离合器51为解除状态。需要指出,发动机E进行驱动,并且电动机M进行驱动。电动机M也可以为发电状态。图7A是表示该状态的共线图。
在该状态下,混合动力车辆用变速器100以图7B中粗线所示的路径传递扭矩。具体而言,通过来自发动机E的扭矩,输入轴1和太阳齿轮31一体地旋转。另外,通过来自电动机M的扭矩,内齿圈34旋转。由于该太阳齿轮31及内齿圈34的旋转,各行星齿轮32在自转的同时进行公转。其结果,行星架33与输出轴2一起旋转。需要说明的是,通过调整电动机M的扭矩,可以用电动机M发电。
如图2所示,在No.6的行驶模式中,使第三制动器43为启动状态。另外,第二离合器52连结电动机M和输出轴2。需要指出,第一制动器41、第二制动器42及第一离合器51为解除状态。由于第三制动器43为启动状态,因此内齿圈34不能旋转。需要指出,发动机E进行驱动,并且电动机M进行驱动。电动机M也可以为发电状态。图8A是表示该状态的共线图。
在该状态下,混合动力车辆用变速器100以图8B中粗线所示的路径传递扭矩。具体而言,通过来自发动机E的扭矩,输入轴1和太阳齿轮31一体地旋转。由于该太阳齿轮31的旋转,各行星齿轮32在自转的同时进行公转。其结果,行星架33和输出轴2旋转。另外,输出轴2也通过来自电动机M的扭矩而旋转。
如图2所示,在No.7的行驶模式中,使第一离合器51为启动状态。另外,第二离合器52连结电动机M和输出轴2。需要指出,第一制动器41、第二制动器42及第三制动器43为解除状态。由于第一离合器51为启动状态,因此输入轴1与行星架33一体地旋转。需要指出,发动机E进行驱动,并且电动机M进行驱动。电动机M也可以为发电状态。图9A是表示该状态的共线图。
在该状态下,混合动力车辆用变速器100以图9B中粗线所示的路径传递扭矩。具体而言,通过来自发动机E的扭矩,输入轴1、行星架33及输出轴2一体地旋转。另外,输出轴2也通过来自电动机M的扭矩而旋转。
在No.8的行驶模式中,不是使车辆行驶,而是起动发动机E或者用电动机M发电。如图2所示,在该行驶模式中,使第二制动器42为启动状态。另外,第二离合器52连结电动机M和内齿圈34。需要指出,第一制动器41、第三制动器43及第一离合器51为解除状态。由于第二制动器42为启动状态,因此行星架33不能旋转。图10A是表示该状态的共线图。
在该状态下,混合动力车辆用变速器100以图10B中粗线所示的路径传递扭矩。具体而言,在发动机E起动时,通过来自电动机M的扭矩使内齿圈34旋转。由于该内齿圈34的旋转,各行星齿轮32自转并且太阳齿轮31旋转。由于该太阳齿轮31的旋转,输入轴1旋转并且起动发动机E。若发动机E起动,则以反向路径传递扭矩,电动机M发电。
在No.9的行驶模式中,使车辆后退。如图2所示,在No.9的行驶模式中,使第一制动器41为启动状态。另外,第二离合器52连结电动机M和内齿圈34。需要指出,第二制动器42、第三制动器43及第一离合器51为解除状态。在该行驶模式中,第一制动器41为启动状态,因此输入轴1和太阳齿轮31不能旋转。需要指出,发动机E停止,电动机M进行驱动。即,进行与No.3的行驶模式基本相同的动作。在该No.9的行驶模式中,电动机M的旋转方向与No.3的行驶模式中的电动机M的旋转方向相反。图11A是表示该状态的共线图。
在该状态下,混合动力车辆用变速器100以图11B中粗线所示的路径传递扭矩。具体而言,通过来自电动机M的扭矩,内齿圈34旋转。由于该内齿圈34的旋转,各行星齿轮32在自转的同时进行公转。其结果,行星架33与输出轴2一起旋转。
在No.10的行驶模式中,使车辆后退。如图2所示,在No.10的行驶模式中,第二离合器52连结电动机M和输出轴2。需要指出,第一制动器41、第二制动器42、第三制动器43及第一离合器51为解除状态。需要指出,发动机E停止,电动机M进行驱动。即,进行与No.4的行驶模式基本相同的动作。在该No.10的行驶模式中,电动机M的旋转方向与No.4的行驶模式中的电动机M的旋转方向相反。图12A是表示该状态的共线图。
在该状态下,混合动力车辆用变速器100以图12B中粗线所示的路径传递扭矩。具体而言,通过来自电动机M的扭矩,输出轴2旋转。
[变形例]
以上说明了本发明的实施方式,但本发明并不限于此,只要不脱离本发明的精神就可以进行各种变更。
例如,在上述实施方式中,第一离合器51构成为连结太阳齿轮31和行星架33,但第一离合器51的结构并不限于此。例如,第一离合器51也可以构成为连结行星架33和内齿圈34。

Claims (7)

1.一种混合动力车辆用变速器,改变发动机及电动机的转速而进行输出,所述混合动力车辆用变速器具备:
输入轴,来自发动机的扭矩输入至所述输入轴;
输出轴,输出来自所述发动机或所述电动机的扭矩;
行星轮系,具有太阳齿轮、行星齿轮、行星架和内齿圈;
第一制动器,构成为对所述太阳齿轮的旋转进行制动;
第二制动器,构成为对所述行星架的旋转进行制动;
第三制动器,构成为对所述内齿圈的旋转进行制动;
第一离合器,构成为连结所述太阳齿轮、行星架和内齿圈中的两者;以及
第二离合器,构成为选择性地将所述电动机与所述内齿圈和所述输出轴中的一方连结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆用变速器,其中,
所述输入轴与所述太阳齿轮一体地旋转。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力车辆用变速器,其中,
所述第一制动器构成为对所述输入轴的旋转进行制动。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的混合动力车辆用变速器,其中,
所述输出轴与所述行星架一体地旋转。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的混合动力车辆用变速器,其中,
所述第一制动器、所述第二制动器、所述第三制动器以及所述第一离合器中的至少一方具有一张以上的摩擦片。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的混合动力车辆用变速器,其中,
所述第一制动器、所述第二制动器、所述第三制动器以及所述第一离合器为液压式。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的混合动力车辆用变速器,其中,
所述第二离合器是爪形离合器。
