本发明涉及一种可拆卸膨胀钉,包括套管和螺钉,套管的内周壁上设有与螺钉的外螺纹相配合的内螺纹,套管的前端内腔为锥形,套管的前端周壁上沿轴向均布有膨胀逢,相邻膨胀逢之间的套管构成了膨胀条,套管的中部周壁上开设有与膨胀逢相连通的膨胀槽,所述螺钉的前端设有与套管的锥形相对应的锥状尖部。本发明是一种由内向外的膨胀方式,膨胀条可以张开更大的角度,膨胀直径更大,使得套管连接更加牢固,不易脱落,可以承受较大的重物,保证物品使用安全,螺钉旋紧时向建筑物内方向移进,当膨胀钉安装好后,螺钉外露部分很少,使得墙体外表美观,膨胀钉需要拆卸时,只需把螺钉倒回之无拉力感,套管内失去了撑力,这样膨胀条就会收回,然后将螺杆和套筒一起向外拔,即可轻松取出,可重复利用,节约资源。

本发明涉及紧固件技术领域,具体涉及一种可拆卸膨胀钉。
背景技术
在紧固件领域,膨胀钉的使用非常广泛,比如在建筑物的墙壁、梁、柱等上面安装其他悬挂物时,一般先在建筑物需要的位置上钻孔,然后在孔中安装膨胀钉,再将其他悬挂物固定在膨胀钉上。目前常见的膨胀钉包括螺钉及其外部的套管构成,套管上设有膨胀缝,通过螺钉与套管相对位置的改变实现套管体积的改变,以达到固定的目的。现有的膨胀钉一般通过两端向内挤压进而膨胀的方式使得套管变形进而将套管紧固在孔内,这种膨胀钉遇到松软密度不大的墙体例如泡沫砖,石膏板墙,空心砖等几乎失去作用,现有使用过后膨胀钉拆卸很困难,拆卸过程容易使螺钉变形,不能重复使用,比较浪费资源,而且膨胀钉滞留在墙体上,影响装修效果,不美观。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可拆卸膨胀钉,其采用由内向外的膨胀方式,可与墙孔牢固结合,使用安全方便,方便装卸。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种可拆卸膨胀钉,包括套管和螺钉,所述套管的内周壁上设有与螺钉的外螺纹相配合的内螺纹,套管的前端为实心,套管内靠近实心处的内腔为锥形,套管的前端周壁上沿轴向均布有膨胀逢,相邻膨胀逢之间的套管构成了膨胀条,套管的中部周壁上开设有与膨胀逢相连通的膨胀槽,所述螺钉的前端设有与套管的锥形相对应的锥状尖部。
优选的,所述套管的前端外周壁上均布有防滑纹。
优选的,所述套管的后端外周壁上设有防转凸起。
优选的,所述膨胀逢的数量为2-5个。
优选的,所述螺钉的后端面上设有螺丝刀口。
优选的,所述锥状尖部的外壁上设有螺纹。
本发明的套管的前端内腔为锥形,螺钉的前端设有与套管的锥形相对应的锥状尖部,螺钉旋进套管内后逐渐将套管前端的膨胀条张开,并在套管的中部周壁上开设有与膨胀逢相连通的膨胀槽,其由内向外膨胀,这样膨胀条张开的角度更大,膨胀直径更大,膨胀的倍数比原来大3倍以上,可以解决以往膨胀钉在松软墙体不牢固,易脱落的诟病,使得套管连接更加牢固,不易脱落,可以承受较大的重物,保证物品使用安全,而且螺钉作为撑力部件安装在套管内,套管的外形长度尺寸较小,这样可以缩短安装孔的深度,装卸方便,而且螺钉旋紧时向建筑物内方向移进,当膨胀钉安装好后,螺钉外露部分很少,使得墙体外表美观,膨胀钉需要拆卸时,只需把螺钉倒回之无拉力感,套管内失去了撑力,这样膨胀条就会收回,然后将螺杆和套筒一起向外拔,即可轻松取出,可重复利用,节约资源,解决了以往由两端向内的膨胀导致不方便拆卸的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1-图5所示,一种可拆卸膨胀钉,包括套管1和螺钉2,套管的内周壁上设有与螺钉的外螺纹相配合的内螺纹3,套管的前端为实心,套管内靠近实心处的内腔为锥形,套管的前端周壁上沿轴向均布有膨胀逢4,相邻膨胀逢之间的套管构成了膨胀条,套管的中部周壁上开设有与膨胀逢相连通的膨胀槽5,套筒的规格大小,可以根据市场的不同型号的螺纹钉进行选择,螺钉的前端设有与套管的锥形相对应的锥状尖部6。
套管的前端外周壁上均布有防滑纹7,其可使膨胀条张开后与墙体连接更加牢固。
套管的后端外周壁上设有防转凸起8,将套管置于安装孔后,防转凸起8与墙体紧密贴合,可防止旋转螺钉时套管随着一起转动。
膨胀逢的数量为2-5个,可以设置2个、3个或多个。
螺钉的后端面上设有螺丝刀口,不仅可以用扳手装卸螺钉,也可采用螺丝刀装卸螺钉,使用更加方便。
锥状尖部的外壁上设有螺纹,其与套管的内腔锥形处的内螺纹配合,方便将膨胀条撑开。
本发明具体使用时,首先在墙体或地面的安装位置上钻与套管外径大小一致的安装孔,然后将套管1安装在安装孔内,然后将待固定物的固定点对准安装孔并安装螺钉,通过扳手或螺丝刀将螺钉向内移入套筒内,螺钉的锥状尖部6穿过套管的锥形内腔后进入套管的实心处逐渐向外顶起膨胀条,最后螺钉的螺杆穿过套管的锥形内腔进入套管的实心处进而将膨胀条完全撑开,使膨胀条胀紧安装孔,进而达到安装紧固的目的,当需要拆卸膨胀钉时,通过扳手或螺丝刀把螺钉倒回之无拉力感,套管内失去了撑力,这样膨胀条就会收回,然后将螺杆和套筒一起向外拔,即可轻松取出。

1.一种可拆卸膨胀钉,包括套管和螺钉,其特征在于:所述套管的内壁上设有与螺钉的外螺纹相配合的内螺纹,套管的前端为实心,套管内靠近实心处的内腔为锥形,套管的前端周壁上沿轴向均布有膨胀逢,相邻膨胀逢之间的套管构成了膨胀条,套管的中部周壁上开设有与膨胀逢相连通的膨胀槽,所述螺钉的前端设有与套管的锥形相对应的锥状尖部。
