本发明涉及气缸技术领域,具体为一种固定牢固的丝杆气压缸固定座。
背景技术
引导活塞在缸内进行直线往复运动的圆筒形金属机件。空气在发动机气缸中通过膨胀将热能转化为机械能;气体在压缩机气缸中接受活塞压缩而提高压力。内燃机缸体上安放活塞的空腔。是活塞运动的轨道,燃气在其中燃烧及膨胀,通过气缸壁还能散去一部分燃气传给的爆发余热,使发动机保持正常的工作温度。气缸的型式有整体式和单铸式。单铸式又分为干式和湿式两种。气缸套与冷却水直接接触的称作湿式气缸套;不与冷却水直接接触的称作干式气缸套。为了保持气缸与活塞接触的严密性,减少活塞在其中运动的摩擦损失。
在使用丝杆气压缸进行工作时,我们首先会对其进行固定。然而,现有丝杆气压缸的固定底座,固定效果不理想,经常会出现固定座松脱的情况,需要使用者停机进行检修,从而影响工厂的加工效率,给使用者带来不便,已经不能满足使用者的使用需求。为此,我们提出了一种固定牢固的丝杆气压缸固定座。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种固定牢固的丝杆气压缸固定座,以解决上述背景技术中提出现有丝杆气压缸的固定底座,固定效果不理想,经常会出现固定座松脱的情况,需要使用者停机进行检修,从而影响工厂的加工效率,给使用者带来不便,已经不能满足使用者使用需求的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种固定牢固的丝杆气压缸固定座,包括安装板,所述安装板前表面的靠中间位置固定连接有卡块,所述卡块的顶部和底部均设置有夹板,两个夹板相对的一侧均与卡块的外壁接触,所述夹板的前表面固定连接有锁块,所述锁块的内部开设有活动孔,所述安装板前表面的靠一侧位置固定连接有气缸固定板,所述气缸固定板一侧的靠中间位置固定连接有气缸本体,所述气缸本体位于其一侧的输出端贯穿活动孔并延伸至其外部,所述活动孔的内壁固定连接有护套层,所述护套层的内壁从外到内依次设置有耐磨纤维层、玻璃纤维层、耐磨陶瓷层、碳纤维层以及石墨纤维层,所述耐磨纤维层的一侧通过粘合剂与护套层的内壁粘接,所述耐磨纤维层的另一侧通过粘合剂与玻璃纤维层粘接,所述玻璃纤维层的一侧通过粘合剂与耐磨陶瓷层粘接,所述耐磨陶瓷层的一侧通过粘合剂与碳纤维层粘接。
所述夹板的后端与安装板的前表面接触,两个夹板相背一侧的两端均固定连接有焊接块,两个焊接块相背的一侧均通过转轴活动连接有活动杆,两个活动杆相对的一侧均固定连接有连接杆,两个连接杆相对的一侧均固定连接有锁板,两个锁板相对的一侧均与卡块的外壁接触,位于卡块顶部设置的锁板的顶部设置有螺纹杆,位于卡块底部设置的锁板的底部设置有螺母。
