Abstract
本发明公开了一种高粘度、低剪切力环保型PVC糊剂,包括以下重量份的组分:氯醋共聚聚氯乙烯糊树脂为100份、4‑二棕榈酰脯氨酸为65份、钙锌稳定剂为2份和PERMUTHANE XR‑22‑555为2份;本发明,糊剂高粘度的同时,不影响其剪切力与流平性,另外这么高的粘度,使PVC糊胶水与基布渗透率很小,剥离劳度稳定,完全可以达到早期溶剂型的产品柔软弹性舒适度,且环保、耐久,另外成本较溶剂型及水性,会降低成本40%左右。

技术领域
本发明涉及PVC人造革生产技术领域,具体为一种高粘度、低剪切力环保型PVC糊剂。
背景技术
PVC革主要用于沙发、座椅、装饰、鞋材、包装等多个领域,其中PVC主要结构是PVC面层+基布组成,PVC与基布之间通过胶水粘结,早期传统的胶水是溶剂型胶水,这个是成熟的产业,随着市场发展及环保要求,产品需要提升。溶剂型不环保,溶剂污染环境且对人体有害,其中水性胶水及一般的PVC胶水出现,水性及一般的PVC胶水代替溶剂型,环保上升级但是产品的稳定性差。现有的溶剂型及水性胶水产品偏硬、舒适度低,且剥离劳度不稳定、耐久能力差,成本高、与基布渗透率很大;针对这些缺陷,所以我们设计一种高粘度、低剪切力环保型PVC糊剂是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高粘度、低剪切力环保型PVC糊剂,高粘度的同时,不影响其剪切力与流平性,另外这么高的粘度,使PVC糊胶水与基布渗透率很小,剥离劳度稳定,完全可以达到早期溶剂型的产品柔软弹性舒适度,且环保、耐久,另外成本较溶剂型及水性,会降低成本40%左右。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种高粘度、低剪切力环保型PVC糊剂,包括以下重量份的组分:氯醋共聚聚氯乙烯糊树脂为100份、4-二棕榈酰脯氨酸为65份、钙锌稳定剂为2份和PERMUTHANE XR-22-555为2份。
本发明的有益效果:此配方在没有添加PERMUTHANE XR-22-555前,粘度在2000-3000cps中间,增加PERMUTHANE XR-22-555后,由于氯醋共聚聚氯乙烯糊树脂和PERMUTHANEXR-22-555发生交联反应,此时粘度会变化非常大,但是剪切力不受影响,生产的时候流平性不受影响,增加过后粘度会在8-200000cps之间,这个高粘度属于假性粘度,不影响其剪切力与流平性,另外这么高的粘度,PVC糊胶水与基布渗透率很小,此时生产出来的PVC革成品,加工流平性不受影响,与基布渗透性小,剪切力不受影响,另外PERMUTHANEXR-22-5552还会与涤纶针织布起微化学反应,增加剥离牢度,该配方,完全可以达到早期溶剂型的产品柔软弹性舒适度,且环保、耐久,另外成本较溶剂型及水性,会降低成本40%左右,但是此配方加工的时候需要注意,PVC糊胶水由于是交联反应,其中有使用时间限制,根据生产试验跟踪,有效使用时间24小时。

下面将结合实施例对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种高粘度、低剪切力环保型PVC糊剂,包括以下重量份的组分:氯醋共聚聚氯乙烯糊树脂为100份、4-二棕榈酰脯氨酸为65份、钙锌稳定剂为2份和PERMUTHANE XR-22-555为2份。
本发明的工作原理:此配方在没有添加PERMUTHANE XR-22-555前,粘度在2000-3000cps中间,增加PERMUTHANE XR-22-555后,由于氯醋共聚聚氯乙烯糊树脂和PERMUTHANEXR-22-555发生交联反应,此时粘度会变化非常大,但是剪切力不受影响,生产的时候流平性不受影响,增加过后粘度会在8-200000cps之间,这个高粘度属于假性粘度,不影响其剪切力与流平性,另外这么高的粘度,PVC糊胶水与基布渗透率很小,此时生产出来的PVC革成品,加工流平性不受影响,与基布渗透性小,剪切力不受影响,另外PERMUTHANEXR-22-5552还会与涤纶针织布起微化学反应,增加剥离牢度,该配方,完全可以达到早期溶剂型的产品柔软弹性舒适度,且环保、耐久,另外成本较溶剂型及水性,会降低成本40%左右,但是此配方加工的时候需要注意,PVC糊胶水由于是交联反应,其中有使用时间限制,根据生产试验跟踪,有效使用时间24小时。
