背景技术
回转起重机用于垂直提升和水平搬运重物在船舶上应用广泛,目前回转起重机的吊臂有固定长度的,此类回转起重机智能吊取固定范围内的物品,为了增加吊取范围,往往通过增加起重机的臂长来实现;也有吊臂做成可伸缩的,此类吊臂伸缩回转起重机的吊取范围也有一定限制,在增大吊取范围的同时,也增大了自身占用船舶甲板有限且宝贵的空间,使船上的活动空间缩小。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有的回转起重机吊取范围不足的问题,提供一种折臂式可伸缩回转起重机使吊取范围大大增加。
本发明的具体方案是:一种折臂式可伸缩回转起重机,包括底座,底座上装有回转座,回转座顶部铰接有吊臂,吊臂顶端铰接有滑轮,滑轮上通过吊绳装有吊钩,回转座上装有驱动吊钩升降的马达,所述回转座包括底部的回转台,所述吊臂包括一级吊臂,回转台上铰接有油缸A,油缸A的活塞杆与一级吊臂底面铰接,一级吊臂顶端铰接有二级吊臂,一级吊臂底面还铰接有油缸B,油缸B的活塞杆与二级吊臂底面铰接,二级吊臂内套装有三级吊臂,二级吊臂侧面固定装有油缸C,油缸C的活塞杆顶端与三级吊臂固定连接,一级吊臂顶端还铰接有一导轮,所述吊绳通过滑轮和导轮与马达连接。
本发明相比于现有回转起重机具有以下优点:一级吊臂和二级吊臂均可上下摆动,使吊臂更加灵活,吊取范围增大,二级吊臂内套装三级吊臂,通过油缸控制三级吊臂伸缩,进一步加大了吊取范围。
