Abstract
本发明公开了一种低碳环保复合型轻质鱼缸及水族盆景容器的工艺流程,其制作工艺流程主要包括功能泥浆布料制备、成型塑膜铺垫底浆、布网贴合堆芯成型、开口卷边造景涂装、防漏附属件设置安装五大步聚。采用本发明工艺流程加工生产水族园艺轻质复合鱼缸容器,其制作方法简单实用,生产原料易得,且低能耗无污染即低碳环保规模化批量生产复合型轻质鱼缸容器完全能得以实现。
Description
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种低碳环保复合型轻质鱼缸及水族盆景容器的工艺流程,具体地说是涉及应用于园艺水族的低碳环保化的复合型的轻质的盆缸容器生产工艺流程。
二、背景技术
目前,传统园艺水族鱼用盆缸及箱体容器的生产加工技术是采用砂石无机胶凝或树脂注塑倒模工艺以及全玻璃化粘合拼接工艺制作而成。其规模化生产投入成本高,产品笨重高物流成本,工艺生产流程高能耗高污染不环保不低碳,其产品形态模式化单一,功能化应用实施不理想。
三、发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种低碳环保复合型轻质鱼缸及水族盆景容器的工艺流程,其加工制作方法简单实用,生产原料易得,低能耗无污染及低碳环保规模化生产轻质复合型具有抗老化多功能的园艺水族鱼缸盆景容器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
低碳环保复合型轻质器皿的工艺流程如下:
①按设计要求制备复合泥浆布料制作:用功能性有机高分子纳米复合型水泥胶凝材料与水按体积比2~1∶1~2先后按适时所需复配成泥浆与若干大小无纺布料进行充分浸裹制成中高低粘度泥浆布料;
②成型塑膜铺垫上底浆:在工作台面上铺垫超玻纤网片既定宽幅的柔性薄塑膜,其面上底部可先喷水后用水泥干粉撒布一层;
③泥浆布网贴合裹团成形:另一工作台面上覆盖一张泥浆布料,并放置玻纤网片及另一张泥浆布料,其上中心位置堆放好柔胀性塑膜团即芯模,泥浆布网依次从里至外分别掀理收起层层包覆住芯模,裹紧成团后翻转即封口面朝下置放于成型塑膜面上,再掀提起底塑膜裙边收紧覆盖住整个布网团,经拍压、抖提、揉弄置于成型模具中,待其自然固化;
④坯体开口卷边造景涂装:工件坯体脱去外型模具,在设计要求高度处用剪具刀刃剪割开局部设定宽幅的布网面,取出部分芯模(软塑膜),掀理起上剪口的布网边翻卷形成山石景物凹体状,再用泥浆布网贴敷包边下剪口并预埋灯线挂件,随后其边口及整个坯体表再经若干次水泥浆料涂装及其他外饰处理;
⑤防漏封固安装处理:工件坯体固化后从缸口处掏出芯模团(软塑膜),缸体内腔再用中低粘度防水泥浆胶料涂抹数遍,封固后缸体内腔设置水泵仓及既定附属配套工件安装即成;
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:采用本发明的工艺流程制作的鱼缸及水族盆景容器可以实现产品呈现三维效果和天然纹理,其超轻质多层次多功能的效果得以实现。该工艺简单实用,零排放无污染,低碳环保方式生产作业能得以实现。
四、具体实例
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
第一步,复配建筑胶水及纳米改性竹炭粉与325#普通硅酸盐水泥,先按灰水体积比1∶1.5制备出2000g中低粘度竹炭泥浆并充分浸裹两张10g/m2 1200mmX1200无纺布,再按灰水体积比1.5∶1制备1000g的中高粘度竹炭泥浆料;
第二步,在工作台面上覆盖宽幅2000mmX2000mmX0.9丝PE塑膜一张,其中心区域三分之二面上撒布上一层1mm厚水泥竹炭干灰粉;
第三步,塑膜干灰粉面上摊铺一张竹炭泥浆布料,布料面上放置一张180g/m2的1200mmX1000mm玻纤网片,用1000g中高粘度竹炭泥浆均匀涂覆在玻纤网片上,再铺盖上另一张竹炭泥浆布料,其中心位置堆积上3000g模芯(软塑膜)后,掀理起面上泥布完全覆盖包封住芯模成团状,再及时掀理起底层玻纤网片布料进行粘合贴敷,使其完全覆盖裹住整个模芯成布网团状,最后布网团翻转即封口面朝下置于底塑膜面上,收提起底塑膜裙裹覆住整个布网团,经拍压揉提整理置放于700mmX500mmX400mm的箱板式模具中待固化;
第四步,坯体固化后脱去外模具,将一方700mmX500mm立面以底部留高20mm左右两边留宽25mm起剪,沿底高平行剪开450mm宽,左右两边平行向上各剪开450mm宽,剪开后掀理起上剪口布网头向上翻卷围成山石凹体状,取出三分之一芯团塑膜,下剪口用泥浆布料贴敷锁边,在顶面部内边沿设置灯具挂件及过线孔,最后用中高粘度水泥浆料分别涂饰剪口边沿及外坯体,覆盖塑膜侍固化。
第五步,工件固化后缸口处掏取芯模脱去外包塑膜,缸腔内用有机硅防水胶涂抹三遍进行防漏处理,其后在立面缸口贴玻璃面的内壁涂抹上中型专用防水硅酮胶,经贴合安装650mmX450mmX6mm的既定超白玻璃片,最后灯具水泵安装到位即成。
上述仅本发明较佳可行的实施例而已,非因此局限本发明保护范围,依照上述实施例所作的各种变形或套用均在此技术方案保护范围之内。
Claims (1)
1.一种低碳环保复合型轻质鱼缸水族盆景容器的工艺流程,其特征在于是所述其工艺流程步骤如下:
第一步,制备功能泥浆布料:用有机高分子纳米复合型水泥材料按灰聚水体积比2~1∶1~2先后按设计要求所需随配随制成中高粘度的高分子水泥浆料与两张超玻纤网片宽幅的无纺布料进行充分浸裹制备成泥浆布料;
第二步,成型塑膜铺垫底浆:成型工作台面上铺盖超其宽幅柔性薄塑膜,再塑面上涂覆一层中高粘度水泥泥浆;
第三步,布网贴合坯体成形:先将大宽幅浸裹泥浆布整体摊开铺盖在塑膜浆面上,并平铺放置上既定宽幅成形玻纤网片,再覆盖一张泥浆布及涂覆上中高粘度水泥泥浆,布网面上中心位置堆积上柔胀性塑膜团即芯模,适时由上至下分别收理掀起泥浆布网边角使其全覆盖围裹住整团芯模,最后翻转置放于成型塑膜面上,再经塑膜裙包覆、拍抖、揉提、整理成形置放在成型模具中待其自然固化;
第四步,开口卷边造景涂装:工件坯体固化脱去外型模具,在坯体面上剪割开局部设定宽幅的布网并向上翻起围卷成山石景物凹体状,缸口边沿包敷胶贴处理后整体再水泥浆料涂覆及其他涂装待固化。
第五步,防漏及附属工件安装:坯体工件整体固化掏尽取出芯模,用中低粘度防水泥浆料腔体内进行防漏封固处理,最后设置水泵仓及既定附属配套工件安装完毕即可。
