包装盒泡沫衬板开孔装置,包括操作平台,在操作平台上设有门架,在门架上安装有驱动机构,在门架两侧分别安装有一组电热装置,在操作平台上安装有支撑装置;电热装置包括电热丝,电热丝两端分别通过调节螺丝与各转盘连接;支撑装置包括支撑板、安装在操作平台上的多个气缸和多个导套,在各导套内均设有导杆,各导杆和气缸活塞杆均与支撑板连接。本发明用于解决现有包装盒泡沫衬板开孔效率不高和开孔尺寸误差较大的问题。

包装盒泡沫衬板开孔装置
技术领域
本发明涉及包装盒泡沫衬板开孔装置。
背景技术
白酒包装盒在运输的过程中为了防止白酒在包装盒内晃动,如图9所示,会在包装盒内装入带有开孔的泡沫衬板对酒瓶瓶颈进行固定,而现有对泡沫衬板开孔一般是使用泡沫切割机来开孔手工开孔,例如专利号为“CN 207564621U”、名称为“一种异形泡沫切割机”;以及专利号为“CN 108972720A”、名称为“一种用于泡沫加工的切割装置”,这种开孔方式一方面是开孔效率不高,另一方面是开孔尺寸误差较大的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供包装盒泡沫衬板开孔装置,用于解决现有包装盒泡沫衬板开孔效率不高和开孔尺寸误差较大的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明要解决的技术方案为:
包装盒泡沫衬板开孔装置,包括操作平台,在操作平台上设有门架,在门架上安装有驱动机构,在门架两侧分别安装有一组电热装置,在操作平台上安装有支撑装置;
驱动机构包括安装在门架上的伞齿轮转向箱和两个分别安装在门架两侧的支撑块,在各支撑块内均安装有转轴,各根转轴一端分别通过齿轮传动机构和连接轴与伞齿轮转向箱输出端传动连接,伞齿轮转向箱输入端与安装在门架上的驱动装置传动连接;
电热装置包括电热丝,电热丝两端分别通过调节螺丝与各转盘连接;
支撑装置包括支撑板、安装在操作平台上的多个气缸和多个导套,在各导套内均设有导杆,各导杆和气缸活塞杆均与支撑板连接。
在转盘上设有一条沿着转盘径向延伸的缺口,调节螺丝安装在缺口内,所述调节螺丝包括螺丝本体,在缺口两侧螺丝本体上分别安装有一颗螺母,在螺丝一端设有通孔,电热丝一端系紧在通孔内。
在各根转轴外均套有电极盘,电极盘通过多根连杆与支撑块固定连接,在各根调节螺丝上均安装有阻尼机构,所述阻尼机构包括管套,管套一端螺纹连接在调节螺丝一端,管套另外一端设有销孔,在销孔内设有销轴,销轴朝向电极盘一端设有沉孔,沉孔内可分离式插入一根石墨柱,销轴与调节螺丝之间设有第一弹簧,第一弹簧通过销轴推顶石墨柱抵靠在电极盘上。
在支撑板上固定连接有限位板。
在支撑板两侧分别安装有夹具,所述夹具包括设置在支撑板一侧的夹板和安装在支撑板上的多排滑套,在夹板端面上开设有开口,在各排滑套内均设有滑杆,滑杆一端与夹板固定连接、另外一端与限位块固定连接,在滑杆外套有第二弹簧,第二弹簧两端分别抵靠限位块与滑套上。
所述驱动装置为手柄。
所述驱动装置为驱动电机。
还包括控制系统,所述控制系统包括安装在门架上的第一限位开关、安装在操作平台上的第二限位开关、安装在块上的第三限位开关和控制器,第一限位开关、第二限位开关和第三限位开关均连接控制器输入端,驱动电机和用于控制各气缸伸缩的电磁阀均连接控制器输出端。
本发明的技术效果为:使用时,可以同时将多个泡沫衬板同时放置到支撑板上,而后各气缸托举各泡沫衬板移动到电热丝上,驱动机构驱动两个转盘同步同向旋转,旋转的电热丝对各泡沫衬板同步进行批量切割开孔,不仅开孔效率得到提高,而且开孔尺寸准确一致。

具体实施方式
如图1到6所示,包装盒泡沫衬板开孔装置,包括操作平台1,在操作平台1上设有门架2,在门架2上安装有驱动机构3,在门架2两侧分别安装有一组电热装置4,在操作平台1上安装有支撑装置;
驱动机构3包括安装在门架2上的伞齿轮转向箱31和两个分别安装在门架2两侧的支撑块35,在各支撑块35内均安装有转轴36,各根转轴36一端分别通过齿轮传动机构34和连接轴33与伞齿轮转向箱31输出端传动连接,伞齿轮转向箱31输入端与安装在门架2上的驱动装置32传动连接;
电热装置4包括电热丝41和固定连接在转轴36一端的转盘43,电热丝41两端分别通过调节螺丝42与各转盘43连接;
支撑装置6包括支撑板61、安装在操作平台1上的多个气缸62和多个导套,在各导套内均设有导杆63,各导杆63和气缸62活塞杆均与支撑板61连接。
本发明的使用方法为:使用时,如图4所示,可以将多块泡沫衬板码放到支撑板61上,而后各气缸62活塞杆伸出,使各气缸62推举支撑板61上的各块泡沫衬板上行,随之电热丝41进入到各泡沫衬板中,随后工人通过驱动装置32驱动两个转盘43同步旋转,由此使得电热丝41绕着转轴36轴线旋转一周,利用电热丝41同步对各块泡沫衬板进行开孔,开孔完毕后,电热丝41转动至原来位置,气缸62活塞杆收回,各块泡沫衬板移动到电热丝41下方,工人将开完孔的各块包装盒泡沫衬板从支撑板61上取下,完成对包装盒泡沫衬板的开孔。
如图3所示,在转盘43上设有一条沿着转盘43径向延伸的缺口431,调节螺丝42安装在缺口431内,所述调节螺丝42包括螺丝本体,在缺口431两侧螺丝本体上分别安装有一颗螺母,在螺丝一端设有通孔,电热丝41一端系紧在通孔内。这种结构可以方便对调节螺丝42的位置进行调整,以使电热丝41能够挖出不同直径的开孔,使装置能够适配不同规格的泡沫衬板的开孔要求,同时能够对电热丝41的松紧进行调节。
如图4和5所示,在各根转轴36外均套有铜制电极盘45,电极盘45通过多根尼龙连杆451与支撑块35固定连接,在各根调节螺丝42上均安装有阻尼机构44,所述阻尼机构44包括管套441,管套441一端螺纹连接在调节螺丝42一端,管套441另外一端设有销孔,在销孔内设有销轴443,销轴443朝向电极盘45一端设有沉孔,沉孔内可分离式插入一根石墨柱444,销轴443与调节螺丝42之间设有第一弹簧442,第一弹簧442通过销轴443推顶石墨柱444抵靠在电极盘45上。
在对电热丝41通电时,可以将用于对电热丝41供电的电线分别与两块电极盘45连接,当转盘43带动电热丝41旋转时,第一弹簧442实时推顶石墨柱444抵靠在电极盘45上,为电热丝41供电,进而能够在保证电热丝41正常旋转的同时,避免为电热器供电的电线打绞;另一方面是石墨可分离式插入在沉孔内,以方便对石墨柱444进行替换。
在支撑板61上固定连接有限位板64。在将泡沫衬板放置到支撑板61上时,可以将泡沫衬板抵靠限位板64,利用限位板64对各块泡沫衬板的位置进行校正,方便工人码放。
如图1所示,在支撑板61两侧分别安装有夹具5,所述夹具5包括设置在支撑板61一侧的夹板54和安装在支撑板61上的多排滑套55,在夹板54端面上开设有开口,在各排滑套55内均设有滑杆51,滑杆51一端与夹板54固定连接、另外一端与限位块53固定连接,在滑杆51外套有第二弹簧52,第二弹簧52两端分别抵靠限位块53与滑套55上。夹具5用于对各块泡沫衬板进行夹紧,防止对泡沫衬板开孔的过程中泡沫衬板因抖动而变形。
所述驱动装置32为手柄(手柄图中未画出)。手柄手动驱动电热丝41旋转,简化设备,降低制造成本。
所述驱动装置32为驱动电机。
如图6到8所示,还包括控制系统,所述控制系统包括安装在门架2上的第一限位开关71、安装在操作平台1上的第二限位开关72、安装在支撑块35上的第三限位开关73和控制器,在齿轮传动机构34上安装有用于触发第三限位开关73的触发块74,第一限位开关71、第二限位开关72和第三限位开关73均连接控制器输入端,驱动电机和用于控制各气缸62伸缩的电磁阀均连接控制器输出端。
控制系统的工作过程为:初始时,触发块抵靠在第三限位开关73上,工人将多块泡沫衬板码放到支撑板61上后,通过夹具5对各块泡沫衬板进行夹紧,而后按动控制器开始按钮,用于控制气缸62的电磁阀YA1得电,气缸62推动各块泡沫衬板上行至触发第一限位开关71后YA1失电,气缸62停止举升,接着控制器控制驱动电机得电,驱动电机旋转一圈后再次触发第三限位开关73后驱动电机停机;而后控制器控制YA2得电,气缸62下行至触发第二限位开关72后,YA2失电,气缸62停止停止下行,工人将开完孔的泡沫衬板从支撑板61上取下,完成对包装盒泡沫衬板的开孔,由此实现对泡沫衬板的自动开孔,提高泡沫衬板的开孔节拍,提高泡沫衬板的开孔效率。

Claims (7)

1.包装盒泡沫衬板开孔装置,包括操作平台(1),在操作平台(1)上设有门架(2),其特征在于:在门架(2)上安装有驱动机构(3),在门架(2)两侧分别安装有一组电热装置(4),在操作平台(1)上安装有支撑装置;
驱动机构(3)包括安装在门架(2)上的伞齿轮转向箱(31)和两个分别安装在门架(2)两侧的支撑块(35),在各支撑块(35)内均安装有转轴(36),各根转轴(36)一端分别通过齿轮传动机构(34)和连接轴(33)与伞齿轮转向箱(31)输出端传动连接,伞齿轮转向箱(31)输入端与安装在门架(2)上的驱动装置(32)传动连接;
电热装置(4)包括电热丝(41)和固定连接在转轴(36)一端的转盘(43),电热丝(41)两端分别通过调节螺丝(42)与各转盘(43)连接;
支撑装置(6)包括支撑板(61)、安装在操作平台(1)上的多个气缸(62)和多个导套,在各导套内均设有导杆(63),各导杆(63)和气缸(62)活塞杆均与支撑板(61)连接;在各根转轴(36)外均套有电极盘(45),电极盘(45)通过多根连杆(451)与支撑块(35)固定连接,在各根调节螺丝(42)上均安装有阻尼机构(44),所述阻尼机构(44)包括管套(441),管套(441)一端螺纹连接在调节螺丝(42)一端,管套(441)另外一端设有销孔,在销孔内设有销轴(443),销轴(443)朝向电极盘(45)一端设有沉孔,沉孔内可分离式插入一根石墨柱(444),销轴(443)与调节螺丝(42)之间设有第一弹簧(442),第一弹簧(442)通过销轴(443)推顶石墨柱(444)抵靠在电极盘(45)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装盒泡沫衬板开孔装置,其特征在于:在转盘(43)上设有一条沿着转盘(43)径向延伸的缺口(431),调节螺丝(42)安装在缺口(431)内,所述调节螺丝(42)包括螺丝本体,在缺口(431)两侧螺丝本体上分别安装有一颗螺母,在螺丝一端设有通孔,电热丝(41)一端系紧在通孔内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的包装盒泡沫衬板开孔装置,其特征在于:在支撑板(61)上固定连接有限位板(64)。
4.根据权利要求1到3任一项所述的包装盒泡沫衬板开孔装置,其特征在于:在支撑板(61)两侧分别安装有夹具(5),所述夹具(5)包括设置在支撑板(61)一侧的夹板(54)和安装在支撑板(61)上的多排滑套(55),在夹板(54)端面上开设有开口,在各排滑套(55)内均设有滑杆(51),滑杆(51)一端与夹板(54)固定连接、另外一端与限位块(53)固定连接,在滑杆(51)外套有第二弹簧(52),第二弹簧(52)两端分别抵靠限位块(53)与滑套(55)上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的包装盒泡沫衬板开孔装置,其特征在于:所述驱动装置(32)为手柄。
6.根据权利要求4所述的包装盒泡沫衬板开孔装置,其特征在于:所述驱动装置(32)为驱动电机。
