本发明涉及一种厨房空气调节系统。
背景技术
厨房是人们进行烹饪的主要场所,厨房空气环境的好坏直接影响着烹饪者的心情,特别是在炎热的夏天,厨房闷热的环境给烹饪者带来很大的不适感,为此,人们发明了各种厨房空调,以对厨房空气进行降温。现有的厨房空调基本形式和普通空调没有大的区别,一般有两种形式,一种是内外机分体式,即外机位于室外,内机位于室内,内、外机各具有一个电机风扇,内外机分体式的厨房空调连接方式需要通过管路连接,需在墙上开孔,破坏装修,外面需挂一个外机,结构不够紧凑,整体不够美观。
此外,现有的厨房空调一般都设有室外进风口和室内出风口,出风方式较为单一。空调工作时,空调的换热器换热产生的热量没有得到有效利用,不仅不利于节能减排,也不利于提高空调能效。综上所述,有待对现有的厨房空气调节系统作进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的第一个技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状,提供一种室内外两个出风口之间可以进行切换的厨房空气调节系统。
本发明所要解决的第二个技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状,提供一种能够实现空调余热利用的厨房空气调节系统。
本发明解决上述第一个技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该厨房空气调节系统,包括空气调节组件,所述空气调节组件包括压缩机、第一换热器和第二换热器,所述压缩机、第一换热器和第二换热器之间通过冷媒管路相连通,其特征在于:所述空气调节组件具有进风口、第一出风口和第二出风口,所述第一出风口与室外相连通,所述第二出风口与厨房室内相连通,在第一出风口与第二出风口之间的风道内安装有风道切换阀,所述风道切换阀能切换至使进风口与第一出风口相连通,或者切换至进风口与第二出风口相连通。
本发明解决上述第二个技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该厨房空气调节系统的空气调节组件包括有外壳,所述压缩机和第一换热器安装在所述外壳内,在厨房内安装有水箱,所述第二换热器安装在所述水箱内。
优选地,厨房内部还安装有散热装置,所述散热装置与所述水箱之间通过水管相连通,在所述水管上安装有水泵。这样,可以通过散热装置为厨房供热。
优选地,所述水箱通过水管与厨房用水设备的热水进水口相连通。这样,可以给用户提供生活热水,且同时利于提高空调能效。
为了给厨房提供清洁的空气,在厨房吊顶上开有通风口,所述第二出风口通过出风管与通风口相连通,在第二出风口与通风口之间的风道内安装有空气净化单元。
作为空调的一种安装方式,所述外壳设于厨房吊顶上方,在厨房吊顶上开有与所述进风口相连通的回风口。
作为空调的另一种安装方式,所述外壳设于厨房外,所述进风口与室外相连通。
作为上述任一方案的优选,所述第一换热器为蒸发器,所述第二换热器为冷凝器。这样,空调工作在制冷模式,为厨房提供冷风,同时,空调换热产生的热量可以得到有效利用,也利于提高空调能效。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:该厨房空气调节系统的第一出风口与室外相连通,第二出风口与厨房室内相连通,通过风道切换阀可以切换至使进风口与第一出风口相连通,或者切换至进风口与第二出风口相连通,出风通道切换非常方便,此外,空调换热产生的热量可以得到有效利用,从而也利于提高空调能效。

以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例一:
如图1和图2所示,本实施例中的厨房空气调节系统包括有空气调节组件1,空气调节组件1具体包括有压缩机11、第一换热器12和第二换热器13,压缩机11、第一换热器12和第二换热器13之间通过冷媒管路14相连通,在冷媒管路14上安装有四通阀(图中未示),通过切换四通阀,进行空调工作模式的切换,空气调节组件1的工作原理与现有空调相同,在此不再展开描述。
本实施例中,空气调节组件1具有外壳10,压缩机11和第一换热器12安装在外壳10内,在外壳10上开有进风口15、第一出风口16和第二出风口17,第一换热器12位于进风口15与第二出风口17之间的风道内,在进风口15与第一换热器12之间的风道内安装有风机18和过滤器19。进风口15与室外相连通,第一出风口16与室外相连通,第二出风口17与厨房室内相连通,具体地,在厨房吊顶7上开有通风口71,第二出风口17通过出风管8与通风口71相连通,从而使第二出风口17吹出的风补充至厨房室内。
在第一出风口16与第二出风口17之间的风道内安装有风道切换阀2,对风道切换阀2进行切换后,可以使进风口15与第一出风口16相连通,且第二出风口17关闭,或者使进风口15与第二出风口17相连通,且第一出风口16关闭。
本实施例中,厨房内安装有水箱3和散热装置4,第二换热器13安装在水箱3内,散热装置4可以采用散热片,散热装置4与水箱3之间通过水管5相连通,在水管5上安装有水泵6。此外,水箱3还通过水管5与厨房用水设备的热水进水口相连通,厨房用水设备可以使洗碗机、水槽等其他各种用水设备。
系统工作时,以空调制冷模式为例,第一换热器12为蒸发器,第二换热器13为冷凝器。风道切换阀2切换至第二出风口17与进风口15相连通,室外新风从进风口15进入空调内部,过滤器19先对室外新风进行净化,然后经第一换热器12制冷后从第二出风口17流出至厨房室内,给厨房降温,同时,第二换热器13换热后产生的热量给水箱3内的水进行加温,水箱3内的热水通过水管5流入散热装置4,通过散热装置4给厨房供热,同时,水箱3内的热水还能通过水管5流入厨房内的各种用水设备,提供生活热水,从而实现空调余热的有效利用,也利于提高空调能效。
实施例二:
如图3和图4所示,本实施例的厨房空气调节系统在厨房吊顶7上开有回风口72,回风口72与进风口15相连通。与实施例一相比,用室内回风口代替了室外进风口,其余结构和工作原理相同,在此不再展开描述。
实施例三:
如图5所示,本实施例的厨房空气调节系统将外壳10设于厨房外,外壳10上也设有进风口15、第一出风口16和第二出风口17,第二出风口17与通风口71之间的风道内安装有空气净化单元9,使进入厨房内部的空气更为清洁。本实施例的其余结构与实施例一相同,在此不再展开描述。
