Abstract

一种厨房空气调节系统,包括空气调节组件、吸油烟组件和全热交换器,全热交换器外壳上开有第一进风口、第二进风口、第一出风口和第二出风口,外壳内部安装有进行风向切换的风阀,第一进风口与厨房室内相连通,第一出风口与室外或者公用烟道相连通,第二出风口与橱柜和/或碗柜内部的送风口相连通,吸油烟组件的排烟通道与第二进风口相连通,在排烟通道内安装有油烟过滤器和蒸发器,冷凝器安装在第二出风口与送风口之间的风道内。该厨房空气调节系统通过切换风阀可以实现两种不同的工作模式切换,既可以单独使用吸油烟组件,油烟直接排出到室外,又可以使油烟余热与室内空气通过换热出风至橱柜或碗柜,达到烘干效果,从而实现了油烟余热的有效利用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种厨房空气调节系统。
背景技术
厨房是人们进行烹饪的主要场所,厨房空气环境的好坏直接影响着烹饪者的心情,特别是在炎热的夏天,厨房闷热的环境给烹饪者带来很大的不适感,为此,人们发明了各种厨房空调,以对厨房空气进行降温。
现有的厨房空调基本形式和普通空调没有大的区别,一般采用内外机分体式,即外机位于室外,内机位于室内,内、外机各具有一个电机风扇,内外机分体式的厨房空调连接方式需要通过管路连接,需在墙上开孔,破坏装修,外面需挂一个外机,结构不够紧凑,整体不够美观。另外,现有的厨房空调均具有室外进风口和室内出风口,室外新风通过室外进风口进入空调内机,并经换热器换热后从室内出风口补充至厨房室内,即空调工作在新风模式,对于酷暑或者寒冷的极端天气,由于室外空气与室内空气温度较大,导致空调能耗较高,不利于节能,并且,空调换热产生的热量无法得到有效利用。可见,现有厨房空调与吸油烟机没有有机结合,空调换热器产生的热量无法通过吸油烟机排走。
此外,随着人们对节能环保越来越重视,人们不仅仅重视油烟外排对环境的污染问题,对于油烟外排造成的热量浪费的问题也开始越来越重视,然而,目前的吸油烟机工作过程中,外排的油烟所携带的热量在排入公用烟道或者室外之前并没有得有效利用,造成热量的浪费。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状,提供一种能结合空调系统和全热交换器来有效利用油烟余热的厨房空气调节系统。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该厨房空气调节系统,包括空气调节组件和吸油烟组件,所述空气调节组件包括压缩机、蒸发器和冷凝器,所述压缩机、蒸发器和冷凝器之间通过冷媒管路相连通,其特征在于:还包括有全热交换器,所述全热交换器具有外壳,外壳上开有第一进风口、第二进风口、第一出风口和第二出风口,外壳内部安装有进行风向切换的风阀,所述第一进风口与厨房室内相连通,所述第一出风口与室外或者公用烟道相连通,所述第二出风口与橱柜和/或碗柜内部的送风口相连通,所述吸油烟组件的排烟通道与所述第二进风口相连通,在所述排烟通道内安装有油烟过滤器和所述蒸发器,所述冷凝器安装在第二出风口与送风口之间的风道内。
优选地,所述外壳内部还安装有提供风力的风机。
为了使风阀能够顺利切换风向,在所述外壳的相对内侧壁上安装有用来与风阀相配合的挡块。
为了避免油烟污染排烟通道内的蒸发器,所述油烟过滤器设于所述蒸发器的前端。
压缩机和冷凝器可以有多个安装位置,优选地,所述压缩机集成在吸油烟组件上,所述冷凝器设于厨房吊顶上方并靠近空气调节组件的第二出风口。
外壳可以安装在多个位置,优选地,所述外壳设于厨房吊顶上方,所述第一进风口通过厨房吊顶上的通风口与厨房室内相连通。
风阀可以有两者切换方式,所述风阀能切换至第二进风口与第一出风口相连通,或者,切换至第二进风口与第二出风口相连通,且第一进风口与第一出风口相连通。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:该厨房空气调节系统结合了全热交换器、空调系统和吸油烟组件,通过切换风阀可以实现两种不同的工作模式切换,一种工作模式下,单独使用吸油烟组件,油烟机内的油烟直接排出到室外,另一种工作模式下,油烟余热与室内空气通过换热出风至橱柜或碗柜,达到烘干效果,从而实现了油烟余热的有效利用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例的厨房空气调节系统包括空气调节组件1、吸油烟组件2和全热交换器3。其中空气调节组件1包括压缩机11、蒸发器12和冷凝器13,压缩机11、蒸发器12和冷凝器13之间通过冷媒管路14相连通,空气调节组件1的工作原理与现有空调相同,在此不再展开描述。
吸油烟组件2采用吸油烟机,本实施例采用的是顶吸式吸油烟机,吸油烟机内部安装有离心风机20,离心风机20出口后端形成排烟通道21。
全热交换器3安装在厨房吊顶5上方,全热交换器3具有外壳30,外壳30上开有第一进风口31、第二进风口32、第一出风口33和第二出风口34。其中,第一进风口31通过厨房吊顶5上的通风口51与厨房室内相连通,第二进风口32与吸油烟组件2的排烟通道21相连通,第一出风口33与室外或者公用烟道相连通,第二出风口34与橱柜4内部的送风口41相连通,第二出风口34也可以与碗柜内部的送风口相连通。另外,在排烟通道21内安装有油烟过滤器22和蒸发器12,且油烟过滤器22设于蒸发器12的前端,从而避免油烟污染蒸发器12。
全热交换器3的外壳30内部安装有进行风向切换的风阀35和提供风力的风机36,在外壳30的相对内侧壁上安装有用来与风阀35相配合的挡块37。当风阀35切换竖直位置并与挡块37相抵时,第二进风口32与第一出风口33相连通;当风阀35切换脱离挡块37并处于水平位置时,第二进风口32与第二出风口34相连通,且第一进风口31与第一出风口33相连通。
另外,本实施例的压缩机集成在吸油烟组件2上,冷凝器13设于厨房吊顶5上方并靠近空气调节组件1的第二出风口34,并且,冷凝器13安装在第二出风口34与送风口41之间的风道内。
该厨房空气调节系统工作时,通过切换风阀35可以使系统工作在如下两种不同的模式:
第一种模式下,风阀35处于竖直位置,吸油烟机单独工作,压缩机不开,吸油烟机内的油烟通过第二进风口32进入全热交换器3,并进而通过第一出风口33排出至室外或者公用烟道。
第二种模式下,风阀35处于水平位置,吸油烟机内净化后的空气在排烟通道21内与蒸发器12完成第一次热交换,随后通过第二进风口32进入全热交换器3,并与从第一进风口31进入全热交换器3的室内空气完成第二次热交换,换热后的室内空气从第一出风口33排出至室外或者公用烟道,换热后的净化空气从第二出风口34出风,并最后经过冷凝器13完成第三次热交换,出风至橱柜4或碗柜,达到烘干效果。

1.一种厨房空气调节系统,包括空气调节组件(1)和吸油烟组件(2),所述空气调节组件(1)包括压缩机(11)、蒸发器(12)和冷凝器(13),所述压缩机(11)、蒸发器(12)和冷凝器(13)之间通过冷媒管路(14)相连通,其特征在于:还包括有全热交换器(3),所述全热交换器(3)具有外壳(30),外壳(30)上开有第一进风口(31)、第二进风口(32)、第一出风口(33)和第二出风口(34),外壳(30)内部安装有进行风向切换的风阀(35),所述第一进风口(31)与厨房室内相连通,所述第一出风口(33)与室外或者公用烟道相连通,所述第二出风口(34)与橱柜(4)和/或碗柜内部的送风口(41)相连通,所述吸油烟组件(2)的排烟通道(21)与所述第二进风口(32)相连通,在所述排烟通道(21)内安装有油烟过滤器(22)和所述蒸发器(12),所述冷凝器(13)安装在第二出风口(34)与送风口(41)之间的风道内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的厨房空气调节系统,其特征在于:所述外壳(30)内部还安装有提供风力的风机(36)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的厨房空气调节系统,其特征在于:在所述外壳(30)的相对内侧壁上安装有用来与风阀(35)相配合的挡块(37)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的厨房空气调节系统,其特征在于:所述油烟过滤器(22)设于所述蒸发器(12)的前端。
5.根据权利要求1所述的厨房空气调节系统,其特征在于:所述压缩机(11)集成在吸油烟组件(2)上,所述冷凝器(13)设于厨房吊顶(5)上方并靠近空气调节组件(1)的第二出风口(34)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的厨房空气调节系统,其特征在于:所述外壳(30)设于厨房吊顶(5)上方,所述第一进风口(31)通过厨房吊顶(5)上的通风口(51)与厨房室内相连通。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一权利要求所述的厨房空气调节系统,其特征在于:所述风阀(35)能切换至第二进风口(32)与第一出风口(33)相连通,或者,切换至第二进风口(32)与第二出风口(34)相连通,且第一进风口(31)与第一出风口(33)相连通。
