本发明涉及一种丝杆轴承,具体的说是一种丝杆轴承防护结构,属于立式车床丝杆结构技术领域。其包括丝杆、轴承座、端盖和挡水块,所述轴承座的开口端上通过连接件可拆卸的连接端盖,端盖和丝杆之间设有挡水块,挡水块通过侧面连接的锁紧螺钉锁紧在丝杆上;端盖中心设有凸起的圆锥台结构的内防护台,挡水块下部外圈设有圆锥台结构的外防护台,外防护台内表面与内防护台外表面吻合连接。本发明能够对丝杆和轴承连接处形成有效密封防护,外防护台内表面与内防护台外表面吻合连接,使得外部的冷却液和灰尘难以进入轴承座内部;挡水块的圆锥台结构的外防护台能够让冷却液沿着挡水块外表面向外流淌,提高了轴承的使用寿命。

本发明涉及一种丝杆轴承,具体的说是一种丝杆轴承防护结构,属于立式车床丝杆结构技术领域。
背景技术
立式车床工作台运转时,冷却液飞溅到外部防护上,会有少许冷却液滴到丝杆上流进轴承里影响轴承使用寿命,同时一些空气中灰尘也会落到轴承上。需要一种保护结构阻挡冷却液和灰尘进入立式车床的丝杆轴承中。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种丝杆轴承防护结构,能够对丝杆和轴承连接处形成有效密封防护,避免冷却液和灰尘进入立式车床的丝杆轴承中,提高了轴承的使用寿命。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,一种丝杆轴承防护结构包括丝杆、轴承座、端盖和挡水块,所述丝杆一端通过轴承转动连接在轴承座内,丝杆另一端伸出轴承座的开口端,其特征是:所述轴承座的开口端上通过连接件可拆卸的连接端盖,端盖和丝杆之间设有挡水块,挡水块通过侧面连接的锁紧螺钉锁紧在丝杆上;所述端盖中心设有凸起的圆锥台结构的内防护台,挡水块下部外圈设有圆锥台结构的外防护台,外防护台内表面与内防护台外表面吻合连接。
进一步的,挡水块内侧嵌装内油封,内油封与丝杆密封接触。
进一步的,端盖内侧嵌装外油封,外油封和轴承座内表面密封接触。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,能够对丝杆和轴承连接处形成有效密封防护,外防护台内表面与内防护台外表面吻合连接,使得外部的冷却液和灰尘难以进入轴承座内部;挡水块的圆锥台结构的外防护台能够让冷却液沿着挡水块外表面向外流淌,而不会向轴承座内流淌,提高了轴承的使用寿命。

下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
如图1~2所示,本发明主要包括丝杆1、轴承座2、端盖6和挡水块7。
所述丝杆1一端通过轴承3转动连接在轴承座2内,丝杆1另一端伸出轴承座2的开口端。
所述轴承座2的开口端上通过连接件可拆卸的连接端盖6,端盖6和丝杆1之间设有挡水块7,挡水块7通过侧面连接的锁紧螺钉9锁紧在丝杆1上。
所述端盖6中心设有凸起的圆锥台结构的内防护台11,挡水块7下部外圈设有圆锥台结构的外防护台10,外防护台10内表面与内防护台11外表面吻合连接,使得外部的冷却液和灰尘难以进入轴承座内部。
所述挡水块7的圆锥台结构的外防护台11能够让冷却液沿着挡水块7外表面向外流淌,而不会向轴承座2内流淌。
所述挡水块7内侧嵌装内油封8,内油封8与丝杆1密封接触。
所述端盖6内侧嵌装外油封5,外油封5和轴承座2内表面密封接触。
本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,能够对丝杆和轴承连接处形成有效密封防护,外防护台内表面与内防护台外表面吻合连接,使得外部的冷却液和灰尘难以进入轴承座内部;挡水块的圆锥台结构的外防护台能够让冷却液沿着挡水块外表面向外流淌,而不会向轴承座内流淌,提高了轴承的使用寿命。

1.一种丝杆轴承防护结构,包括丝杆(1)、轴承座(2)、端盖(6)和挡水块(7),所述丝杆(1)一端通过轴承(3)转动连接在轴承座(2)内,丝杆(1)另一端伸出轴承座(2)的开口端,其特征是:所述轴承座(2)的开口端上通过连接件可拆卸的连接端盖(6),端盖(6)和丝杆(1)之间设有挡水块(7),挡水块(7)通过侧面连接的锁紧螺钉(9)锁紧在丝杆(1)上;所述端盖(6)中心设有凸起的圆锥台结构的内防护台(11),挡水块(7)下部外圈设有圆锥台结构的外防护台(10),外防护台(10)内表面与内防护台(11)外表面吻合连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种丝杆轴承防护结构,其特征是:所述挡水块(7)内侧嵌装内油封(8),内油封(8)与丝杆(1)密封接触。
