Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于生鲜冷链过程中标签纸的压敏胶及其制备方法,所述的压敏胶包括以下重量份数的原料:甲基丙烯酸甲酯10~30份;环氧丙烯酸树脂1~5份;聚四氢呋喃多元醇(分子量1000)80~120份;甲苯二异氰酸酯20~50份;2,2‑二羟甲基丁酸5~20份;三乙胺3~10‑份;蓖麻油3~10份;聚四氟乙烯(水性分散液)3~10份;扩链剂2~10份;表面活性剂1~10份;溶剂20~80份。本发明的压敏胶使用了MMA、PTFE与自制的环氧增韧的WPU的混合配方,制取的压敏胶,具备优异的耐水性和在低温使用时优异的持粘性,能够满足生鲜冷链过程中标签纸粘贴所需的各项要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶水,具体涉及一种能在低温条件下使用且具备高强度和耐水性的压敏胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
不干胶标签材料广泛应用于医药、日化、物流及电子标签等国民经济和消费品领域。其中所采用的的胶水即压敏胶,是面材和底纸连接的媒介,胶水不干胶材料技术中最重要的成分,是标签应用的关键。在压敏标签使用过程中,压敏胶与被粘物接触后,只要增加一定的压力,就会润湿被粘物表面并将被粘物粘牢,产生使用的粘接强度。
不干胶标签使用胶水种类较多,按涂布技术分:热熔胶、溶剂胶、乳剂胶;按化学特性分:橡胶类、硅胶类、丙烯酸类;按粘结特性分:永久、可移除、可重贴类;按应用范围分:通用型、特粘型、医用型、低温型、高温型等。
日常生活中,食品在生鲜冷链过程中,一直处在较低的温度下,通常冷藏食品的冷藏温度在0~10℃之间,而冷冻的冷藏温度更低,一般在-20℃~-1℃之间。所以对于提供一种在生鲜冷链过程中低温条件下使用的压敏胶还是一个待以完善的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于解决上述问题,提供一种用于生鲜冷链过程中标签纸的压敏胶。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述用于生鲜冷链过程中标签纸的压敏胶的制备方法。
实现本发明第一目的的技术方案是:
一种用于生鲜冷链过程中标签纸的压敏胶包括以下重量份数的原料:
通过采用上述方案,提供了一种用于生鲜冷链过程中标签纸的压敏胶的配方,具体采用低分子量的聚四氢呋喃多元醇制备水性聚氨酯,并用蓖麻油、低粘度的环氧丙烯酸树脂对其进行改性;然后以改性得到的水性聚氨酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯为基料,添加低粘度聚四氟乙烯的水性分散液,制备得到压敏胶,该压敏胶具备良好的力学性能,在低温下依然具备较好的粘力和耐水性。
所述的环氧丙烯酸树脂为低粘度环氧丙烯酸树脂,粘度为80~180cps at 25℃。
通过采用上述方案,提供的低粘度环氧丙烯酸,在增韧改性的同时,并不会大幅度增加反应产物的粘度,控制反应产物的粘度,以满足后期对反应生成的压敏胶粘度的控制,使其能满足帘式涂布的需求。
所述的聚四氢呋喃多元醇采用分子量为1000的聚四氢呋喃多元醇。
通过采用上述方案,提供了一种低分子量的水性聚氨酯的合成,具体为依靠采用低分子量为1000的聚四氢呋喃多元醇来反应,控制反应生成的水性聚氨酯的分子量,达到控制其性能与粘度的效果。
所述的扩链剂采用乙二胺与氨基磺酸盐的组合,其中氨基磺酸盐具体为固含量50%左右的氨基磺酸钠水溶液,两者的重量比为1:1。
通过采用上述方案,提供了一种丙酮法制备水性聚氨酯的的扩链剂组合。
所述的表面活性剂为非离子型表面活性剂,具体为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类化合物。
通过采用上述方案,提供了一种非离子型表面活性剂,用以调节最后压敏胶的表面张力,非离子型表面活性剂对压敏胶在帘式涂布过程中的动态表面张力降低度具有明显的效果,更有利于压敏胶的涂布。
所述的溶剂为丙酮。
通过采用上述方案,采用丙酮为溶剂主要是利用丙酮法制备水性聚氨酯。
实现本发明另一目的的技术方案是:上述用于生鲜冷链过程中标签纸的压敏胶的制备方法,具有以下步骤:
①搅拌釜内加入称取好的聚四氢呋喃多元醇,真空脱水2h,降温至60℃后缓慢加入一定量甲苯二异氰酸酯,并缓慢升温,控制反应温度至80℃反应2h;
②加入2,2-二羟甲基丁酸,缓慢加入蓖麻油和低粘度环氧丙烯酸树脂,继续反应2h,然后降温至60℃,加入三乙胺中和,并加入适量溶剂丙酮控制反应釜内粘度;
③加入冷水将反应体系降温至40℃以下进行分散,控制乳化器高速分散体系,同时缓慢加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚四氟乙烯(水性分散液)进行均匀搅拌;
④加入乙二胺和氨基磺酸钠水溶液扩链反应20分钟;
⑤出料时加入非离子表面活性剂,采用帘式涂布将胶水均匀地涂布在纸面层,粘度控制在,400~1000cps,总涂布量为20~50g/m2,涂布车速为400~600m/min。
通过采用上述方案,提供了一种用于生鲜冷链过程中标签纸的压敏胶的制备方法,制备得到的压敏胶能满足生鲜冷链过程中的使用。
本发明生产的积极效果:
①采用蓖麻油与环氧树脂以及缩合物环氧丙烯酸树脂(低粘度)改性的水性聚氨酯具备优良的性能,包括耐水性以及耐低温性;
②采用一系列较低粘度或者较低分子量的原料,包括低粘度环氧丙烯酸树脂;聚四氢呋喃多元醇(分子量1000)和聚四氟乙烯(水性分散液),使得反应生成的压敏胶粘度也较低,相对应的材料表界张力也较小,适合采用帘式涂布方法进行量产化;
③采用水性聚氨酯、聚四氟乙烯改性的丙烯酸树脂胶水,使其具备耐低温的优点,能满足生鲜冷鲜过程中的长时间使用;
④采用水性聚氨酯、聚四氟乙烯改性的丙烯酸树脂胶水,由于水性聚氨酯和聚四氟乙烯本身材料的耐水性也较好,改性后的压敏胶也同样具备较好的耐水性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
生产原料来源如下:
本实施例的用于生鲜冷链过程中标签纸的压敏胶由下述用量的组分制成:
100g的PTMEG、30g的TDI、10g的DMBA、5g的蓖麻油、3g的EA、5g的TEA、50g丙酮、15g的MMA、5g的PTFE、3g的EDA、3g的AAS-Na、5g的NA。
①搅拌釜内加入称取好的的PTMEG,真空脱水2h,降温至60℃后缓慢加入TDI,缓慢升温,控制反应温度至80℃反应2h;
②加入DMBA、蓖麻油和EA,继续反应2h,然后降温至60℃,加入TEA,并加入适量丙酮用来控制反应釜内粘度;
③加入冷水将反应体系降温至40℃以下进行分散,控制乳化器高速分散体系,同时缓慢加入称取好的MMA和PTFE水性分散液进行均匀搅拌;
④在加入EDA和AAS-Na扩链反应20分钟;
⑤出料时加入十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚NA,制取带压敏胶的标签纸,采用帘式涂布将胶水均匀地涂布在纸面层,粘度控制在400~1000cps,总涂布量为40g/m2,涂布车速为450m/min。
实施例2~6:
各实施例的压敏胶的制备方法与实施例1相同,不同之处在于各组分的用量,具体见表1。

实验例
①测定实施例1~6出料前的压敏胶的指标性能。其中吸水率测试按照GB/T 1733-93进行。测试结果如表2;
②选取实施例1~6的压敏胶标签纸,测试其环形初粘力、180°剥离力和持粘性。
环形初粘性测试按照《压敏胶胶粘带初粘性试验方法(环形法)》GB/T 31125-2014进行;
180°剥离强度测试按照《胶粘带剥离强度试验方法》GB/T 2792-2014进行;
持粘性测试参照GB/T 4851-1998《压敏胶带持粘性试验方法》,修改测试条件温度于-5±3℃情况下,测试时间为1周。
由上述表2,表3可知,本发明提供的压敏胶具备优异的耐水性、同时低温下依然具备优异的持粘性,具备满足在生鲜冷链过程中标签纸上使用的各项指标。

1.一种用于生鲜冷链过程中标签纸的压敏胶,所述压敏胶包括以下重量份数的原料:

3.根据权利要求1所述的用于生鲜冷链过程中标签纸的压敏胶,其特征在于:所述的聚四氢呋喃多元醇采用分子量为1000的聚四氢呋喃多元醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于生鲜冷链过程中标签纸的压敏胶,其特征在于:所述的扩链剂为乙二胺和氨基磺酸盐,其中氨基磺酸盐为固含量50%左右的氨基磺酸钠水溶液,两者的重量比为1:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于生鲜冷链过程中标签纸的压敏胶,其特征在于:所述的表面活性剂为非离子型表面活性剂,具体为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类化合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于生鲜冷链过程中标签纸的压敏胶,其特征在于:所述的溶剂为丙酮。
7.权利要求1所述的一种用于生鲜冷链过程中标签纸的压敏胶的制备方法,其特征在于具有以下步骤:
①向搅拌反应釜内加入称取好的聚四氢呋喃多元醇,真空脱水2h,降温至60℃后缓慢加入甲苯二异氰酸酯,并缓慢升温,控制反应温度至80℃反应2h;
②加入2,2-二羟甲基丁酸,缓慢加入蓖麻油和低粘度环氧丙烯酸树脂,继续反应2h,然后降温至60℃,加入三乙胺中和,并加入适量溶剂丙酮控制反应釜内粘度;
③加入冷水将反应体系降温至40℃以下进行分散,控制乳化器高速分散体系,同时缓慢加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚四氟乙烯(水性分散液)进行均匀搅拌;
④在整个过程中加入扩链剂乙二胺和氨基磺酸钠水溶液扩链反应10分钟;
⑤加入非离子型表面活性剂,出料采用帘式涂布法将胶水均匀地涂布在纸面层,粘度控制在,400~1000cps,总涂布量为20~50g/m2,涂布车速可达400~600m/min。
