Abstract

本发明公开了一种低气味快速固化的丙烯酸胶黏剂,包括体积比为1:1的A组分和B组分,所述A组分包括:10~25份的甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、20~65份的(甲基)丙烯酸高级烷基酯、10~25份的增韧填料、0.5~5份的促进剂、0.2~1份的表面固化增进剂、1~6份的触变性气相二氧化硅;所述B组分包括:10~25份的甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、20~65份的(甲基)丙烯酸高级烷基酯、5~15份的甲基丙烯酸、10~25份的增韧填料、2~8份的过氧化物引发剂、0.5~2份的稳定剂、2~5份的触变性气相二氧化硅。本发明的丙烯酸胶黏剂气味更低,刺激性小,不会因为反应剧烈而导致粘接强度降低,能极大的改善流水线的使用环境,提高生产效率。

Description

一种低气味快速固化的丙烯酸胶黏剂
技术领域
本发明涉及结构粘接技术领域,尤其涉及一种低气味快速固化的丙烯酸胶黏剂。
背景技术
随着稀土永磁电机向大功率化和轻量化等方向发展,高性能永磁材料钕铁硼逐渐成为行业的主流,为将钕铁硼粘接在电机材料上,目前多采用丙烯酸结构胶,厌氧胶和环氧胶进行粘接,上述胶黏剂各有自己的特点和不足之处。
其中双组份丙烯酸结构胶可实现室温固化,且固化速度可控,力学性能优异,有良好的剥离及冲击强度,粘结范围广泛和表面预处理简单。
但是目前丙烯酸结构胶最大不足之处在于臭味大,国内对丙烯酸结构胶的生产和研究很活跃,但由于技术、原材料、价格等方面,对低臭味、低毒等问题未给与解决。之前国内厂商多着重于丙烯酸结构胶的固化速度,粘接强度等性能的提高,随着人们对环保意识的增强,低臭,低毒的丙烯酸结构胶成为厂商的重要要求。
甲基丙烯酸甲酯是丙烯酸胶黏剂的重要功能性单体,往往质量分数在45%-65%,其沸点仅有100℃,室温下挥发型强,刺激性大,严重影响使用者的身体健康。为了降低臭味,可以采用(甲基)丙烯酸高级烷基酯替代甲基丙烯酸甲酯,一般来说(甲基)丙烯酸高级烷基酯的气味低,刺激小,但相比甲基丙烯酸甲酯,稀释能力弱,反应活性低,价格偏高。
因此解决丙烯酸胶黏剂气味高的关键在于寻找一种或多种气味低,刺激小的(甲基)丙烯酸高级烷基酯,另外还要寻找或自制一种用于解决(甲基)丙烯酸高级烷基酯反应活性低的促进剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种低气味快速固化的丙烯酸胶黏剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种低气味快速固化的丙烯酸胶黏剂,包括体积比为1:1的A组分和B组分;

优选地,所述(甲基)丙烯酸高级烷基酯为2-苯氧基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯,甲基丙烯酸四氢呋喃酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯中的一种或多种混合物。
优选地,所述增韧填料为苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物、丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物、甲基丙烯酸-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物中的一种或多种或混合物。
优选地,所述促进剂属于有机硼胺络合物主要由有机硼烷和有机胺化合物在氮气氮气保护下络合生成,所述促进剂的合成步骤如下:将100ml的有机硼烷装入有氮气保护的三口烧瓶,边搅拌边缓慢滴入100ml有机胺化合物,期间通入循环冷水,反应持续2-4小时,制得促进剂。
优选地,所述有机硼烷为三甲基硼、三乙基硼、三正丁基硼、三仲基硼的一种或多种混合物,所述有机胺化合物为正丙胺、正丁胺、二乙胺、1.3-丙二胺,二丁胺的一种或多种混合物。
优选地,所述稳定剂为对苯醌、对苯二酚、8-羟基喹啉、吩噻嗪、甲基氢醌、对羟基本加密的一种或多种混合物。
优选地,所述表面固化增进剂为液体石蜡、聚乙烯石蜡粉、固体石蜡的一种或多种混合物。
相比于现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、不含有低沸点高挥发度的甲基丙烯酸甲酯,产品气味低,对人体和环境无害。
2、使用自主合成的有机硼胺类络合物,可在空气中稳定存在,延长胶黏剂最终的保质期,同时可引发聚合(甲基)丙烯酸高级烷基酯。
3、固化后的胶黏剂的拉伸性能、抗剥离性能、抗冲击性能和耐水性优异,比传统的胶黏剂有很多的提高。
综上所述,本发明制得丙烯酸胶黏剂相比传统丙烯酸胶黏剂气味更低,刺激性小,不会因为反应剧烈而导致粘接强度降低,能极大的改善流水线的使用环境,提高生产效率。

所述促进剂属于有机硼胺络合物主要由有机硼烷和有机胺化合物在氮气氮气保护下络合生成,所述促进剂的合成步骤如下:将100ml的有机硼烷装入有氮气保护的三口烧瓶,边搅拌边缓慢滴入100ml有机胺化合物,期间通入循环冷水,反应持续2-4小时,制得促进剂。
对比实施例二:
一种使用苯胺类促进剂的丙烯酸胶黏剂,包含体积比为1:1的A组分和B组分;

一种传统型丙烯酸胶黏剂,包含A组分和B组分,体积比为1:1,配方及生产工艺如下:

实施例一,对比施例二,对比施例三胶黏剂的制备如下:分别将A组分和B组分原材料搅拌混合,脱泡出料,密闭包装,制得A组分和B组分:将A组分和B组分按照体积比1:1,在20~35℃环境下,搅拌混合均匀使用,记录初固时间,室温放置72小时,进行性能测试,粘接材质为铝-铝。
将上述实施例一,对比施例二,对比施例三制得的丙烯酸胶黏剂,按照试验标准进行刺激性,初固时间,拉伸强度,断裂伸长率,剥离强度,剪切强度的测试,数据测试结果如表一,表二,将AB组分混合均匀后,再室温放置72小时,根据其拉伸强度,断裂伸长率,剥离强度,剪切强度的数值高低来表征其粘接力学性能。
表一表示实施例一,对比施例二,对比施例三丙烯酸胶黏剂气味刺激性和初固时间的测试。

总之,实施例一,对比施例二,对比施例三所示丙烯酸胶黏剂所示性能测试测试分明表明,本发明制得的丙烯酸胶黏剂,不仅具有气味刺激性低,挥发度小,同时具有良好的粘接力学性能,能极大的改善流水线的的现场使用环境,提高工厂的生产效率,减少对工人的将康伤害,对丙烯酸胶黏剂的技术水平有重要的推动意义。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种低气味快速固化的丙烯酸胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述促进剂属于有机硼胺络合物主要由有机硼烷和有机胺化合物在氮气氮气保护下络合生成,所述促进剂的合成步骤如下:将100ml的有机硼烷装入有氮气保护的三口烧瓶,边搅拌边缓慢滴入100ml有机胺化合物,期间通入循环冷水,反应持续2-4小时,制得促进剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种低气味快速固化的丙烯酸胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述有机硼烷为三甲基硼、三乙基硼、三正丁基硼、三仲基硼的一种或多种混合物,所述有机胺化合物为正丙胺、正丁胺、二乙胺、1.3-丙二胺,二丁胺的一种或多种混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种低气味快速固化的丙烯酸胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为对苯醌、对苯二酚、8-羟基喹啉、吩噻嗪、甲基氢醌、对羟基本加密的一种或多种混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种低气味快速固化的丙烯酸胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述表面固化增进剂为液体石蜡、聚乙烯石蜡粉、固体石蜡的一种或多种混合物。
