本发明涉及纸张技术领域，尤其为一种冷库专用瓦楞面纸，包括面层纸和瓦楞板芯，所述面层纸分别胶黏设置在瓦楞板芯的上下两面，所述面层纸的面层均设置有涂料层，所述面层纸和瓦楞板芯的纸浆内添加有AKD施胶剂。本发明中，通过在面层纸的面层均设置有涂料层，该涂料层为笨丙表面施胶剂，通过在面层纸和瓦楞板芯的纸浆内添加AKD施胶剂，可使瓦楞纸形成超强的抗水性，适合冷库等潮湿环境下的使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸张技术领域，具体为一种冷库专用瓦楞面纸。
背景技术
近年来，国际国内的包装工业已经有了很大的发展。包装产业基材的四大支柱——纸、塑料、玻璃、金属，其中纸制品增长最快，它的来源也比较广泛，被认为是最有前途和潜力的包装材料。普通纸做成的纸箱从冷库搬出后容易吸潮，纸箱变软并容易坏掉，因此，针对上述问题提出一种冷库专用瓦楞面纸。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种冷库专用瓦楞面纸，通过在面层纸的面层均设置有涂料层，该涂料层为笨丙表面施胶剂，通过在面层纸和瓦楞板芯的纸浆内添加AKD施胶剂，可使瓦楞纸形成超强的抗水性，适合冷库等潮湿环境下的使用,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种冷库专用瓦楞面纸，包括面层纸和瓦楞板芯，所述面层纸分别胶黏设置在瓦楞板芯的上下两面，所述面层纸的面层均设置有涂料层，所述面层纸和瓦楞板芯的纸浆内添加有AKD施胶剂。
优选的，所述面层纸和瓦楞板芯的纸浆添加AKD施胶剂的配比在10％-20％之间。
优选的，所述涂料层为笨丙表面施胶剂。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：通过在面层纸的面层均设置有涂料层，该涂料层为笨丙表面施胶剂，通过在面层纸和瓦楞板芯的纸浆内添加AKD施胶剂，可使瓦楞纸形成超强的抗水性，适合冷库等潮湿环境下的使用。

一种冷库专用瓦楞面纸，包括面层纸1和瓦楞板芯2，面层纸1分别胶黏设置在瓦楞板芯2的上下两面，面层纸1的面层均设置有涂料层3，面层纸1和瓦楞板芯2的纸浆内添加有AKD施胶剂。
其中，面层纸1和瓦楞板芯2的纸浆添加AKD施胶剂的配比在10％-20％之间。
其中，涂料层3为笨丙表面施胶剂。
原理：通过在面层纸的面层均设置有涂料层，该涂料层为笨丙表面施胶剂，通过在面层纸和瓦楞板芯的纸浆内添加AKD施胶剂，可使瓦楞纸形成超强的抗水性，适合冷库等潮湿环境下的使用，适宜推广使用。

1.一种冷库专用瓦楞面纸，包括面层纸(1)和瓦楞板芯(2)，其特征在于：所述面层纸(1)分别胶黏设置在瓦楞板芯(2)的上下两面，所述面层纸(1)的面层均设置有涂料层(3)，所述面层纸(1)和瓦楞板芯(2)的纸浆内添加有AKD施胶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冷库专用瓦楞面纸，其特征在于：所述面层纸(1)和瓦楞板芯(2)的纸浆添加AKD施胶剂的配比在10％-20％之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种冷库专用瓦楞面纸，其特征在于：所述涂料层(3)为笨丙表面施胶剂。
