Abstract
本发明涉及纸张技术领域,尤其为一种冷库专用瓦楞面纸,包括面层纸和瓦楞板芯,所述面层纸分别胶黏设置在瓦楞板芯的上下两面,所述面层纸的面层均设置有涂料层,所述面层纸和瓦楞板芯的纸浆内添加有AKD施胶剂。本发明中,通过在面层纸的面层均设置有涂料层,该涂料层为笨丙表面施胶剂,通过在面层纸和瓦楞板芯的纸浆内添加AKD施胶剂,可使瓦楞纸形成超强的抗水性,适合冷库等潮湿环境下的使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸张技术领域,具体为一种冷库专用瓦楞面纸。
背景技术
近年来,国际国内的包装工业已经有了很大的发展。包装产业基材的四大支柱——纸、塑料、玻璃、金属,其中纸制品增长最快,它的来源也比较广泛,被认为是最有前途和潜力的包装材料。普通纸做成的纸箱从冷库搬出后容易吸潮,纸箱变软并容易坏掉,因此,针对上述问题提出一种冷库专用瓦楞面纸。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种冷库专用瓦楞面纸,通过在面层纸的面层均设置有涂料层,该涂料层为笨丙表面施胶剂,通过在面层纸和瓦楞板芯的纸浆内添加AKD施胶剂,可使瓦楞纸形成超强的抗水性,适合冷库等潮湿环境下的使用,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种冷库专用瓦楞面纸,包括面层纸和瓦楞板芯,所述面层纸分别胶黏设置在瓦楞板芯的上下两面,所述面层纸的面层均设置有涂料层,所述面层纸和瓦楞板芯的纸浆内添加有AKD施胶剂。
优选的,所述面层纸和瓦楞板芯的纸浆添加AKD施胶剂的配比在10%-20%之间。
优选的,所述涂料层为笨丙表面施胶剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过在面层纸的面层均设置有涂料层,该涂料层为笨丙表面施胶剂,通过在面层纸和瓦楞板芯的纸浆内添加AKD施胶剂,可使瓦楞纸形成超强的抗水性,适合冷库等潮湿环境下的使用。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:
一种冷库专用瓦楞面纸,包括面层纸1和瓦楞板芯2,面层纸1分别胶黏设置在瓦楞板芯2的上下两面,面层纸1的面层均设置有涂料层3,面层纸1和瓦楞板芯2的纸浆内添加有AKD施胶剂。
其中,面层纸1和瓦楞板芯2的纸浆添加AKD施胶剂的配比在10%-20%之间。
其中,涂料层3为笨丙表面施胶剂。
原理:通过在面层纸的面层均设置有涂料层,该涂料层为笨丙表面施胶剂,通过在面层纸和瓦楞板芯的纸浆内添加AKD施胶剂,可使瓦楞纸形成超强的抗水性,适合冷库等潮湿环境下的使用,适宜推广使用。

1.一种冷库专用瓦楞面纸,包括面层纸(1)和瓦楞板芯(2),其特征在于:所述面层纸(1)分别胶黏设置在瓦楞板芯(2)的上下两面,所述面层纸(1)的面层均设置有涂料层(3),所述面层纸(1)和瓦楞板芯(2)的纸浆内添加有AKD施胶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冷库专用瓦楞面纸,其特征在于:所述面层纸(1)和瓦楞板芯(2)的纸浆添加AKD施胶剂的配比在10%-20%之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种冷库专用瓦楞面纸,其特征在于:所述涂料层(3)为笨丙表面施胶剂。
