本发明属于新能源车领域,涉及一种蜂窝铝板新能源车电池盖,采用轻质蜂窝铝板为主要增强材料,上下两面复合玻纤编织布来替代目前普遍应用的重质树脂材料,从而达到轻量化目的,选用的材料均属于难燃材料,符合安全要求。还提供该蜂窝铝板新能源车电池盖的制作方法。本发明蜂窝铝板新能源车电池盖采用以蜂窝铝板为主要增强材料并复合轻质玻纤编织布的“三明治”结构材料,整体比重小,其电池盖成型工艺为压制成型工艺;由于与传统材料材质相差较大,蜂窝铝板电池盖比SMC电池盖降重近30%~40%;选用的蜂窝铝板和玻纤编织布均属于难燃材料,符合安全要求。

技术领域
本发明属于新能源车领域,具体涉及一种蜂窝铝板新能源车电池盖及其制作方法。
背景技术
在乘用车技术领域中,轻量化技术是非常重要的课题。新能源车即电动车的发展迅速,同时也面临着轻量化技术问题。目前,国产电动车的蓄电池电池盖材质大多为复合树脂材料,如SMC,缺点是材质的比重较大、可燃,产品质量重,不利于降低能耗,其电池盖成型工艺为模压成型工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种蜂窝铝板新能源车电池盖,采用轻质蜂窝铝板为主要增强材料,上下两面复合玻纤编织布来替代目前普遍应用的重质树脂材料,从而达到轻量化目的,选用的材料均属于难燃材料,符合安全要求。还提供该蜂窝铝板新能源车电池盖的制作方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种蜂窝铝板新能源车电池盖,采用以蜂窝铝板为增强材料并复合轻质玻纤编织布的三明治结构材料制成,所述玻纤编织布和蜂窝铝板从上至下按玻纤编织布Ⅰ1、蜂窝铝板2和玻纤编织布Ⅱ3依次排列并粘接成复合体,复合体上下两面喷涂PU面漆。
上述蜂窝铝板新能源车电池盖的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
A、裁剪出大于成型所需尺寸的玻纤编织布和蜂窝铝板2;
B、从上至下按玻纤编织布Ⅰ1、蜂窝铝板2和玻纤编织布Ⅱ3依次排列对齐,在玻纤编织布Ⅰ1和玻纤编织布Ⅱ3对应中部蜂窝铝板2的的一面上均匀涂一层聚氨酯粘接剂;
C、在蜂窝铝板2的上下两个对应玻纤编织布的面均匀涂一层聚氨酯粘接剂;
D、把玻纤编织布Ⅰ1和玻纤编织布Ⅱ3与蜂窝铝板粘接成复合体;
E、通过自动喷涂设备4在玻纤编织布与蜂窝铝板复合体上下两面喷涂PU面漆;
F、把复合材料整体放入电池盖模具中压制成型;
G、取出成型件,通过专用工装定位,修复成型件的边缘及装配孔位,使其形成完整的电池盖成品。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明蜂窝铝板新能源车电池盖采用以蜂窝铝板为主要增强材料并复合轻质玻纤编织布的“三明治”结构材料,整体比重小,其电池盖成型工艺为压制成型工艺;由于与传统材料材质相差较大,蜂窝铝板电池盖比SMC电池盖降重近30%~40%;选用的蜂窝铝板和玻纤编织布均属于难燃材料,符合安全要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
“三明治结构”材料是一种特殊的复合材料结构类型,三明治夹芯结构是通过在重量轻而相对厚一点的芯材两侧贴上两层薄而坚固又有刚度的面板所组成。三明治夹芯结构具有轻重量、高刚性和高强度特征。
本发明蜂窝铝板新能源车电池盖,采用蜂窝铝板与玻纤编织布组成“三明治结构”材料。
一种蜂窝铝板新能源车电池盖,采用以蜂窝铝板为增强材料并复合轻质玻纤编织布的三明治结构材料制成,所述玻纤编织布和蜂窝铝板从上至下按玻纤编织布Ⅰ1、蜂窝铝板2和玻纤编织布Ⅱ3依次排列并粘接成复合体,复合体上下两面喷涂PU面漆。
上述蜂窝铝板新能源车电池盖的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
A、裁剪足够尺寸(裁出大于成型所需尺寸)的两块玻纤编织布(图1)和蜂窝铝板2(图2);
B、从上至下按玻纤编织布Ⅰ1、蜂窝铝板2和玻纤编织布Ⅱ3依次排列对齐,在玻纤编织布Ⅰ1和玻纤编织布Ⅱ3的玻纤编织布的一面上(对应中部蜂窝铝板的面)均匀涂一层聚氨酯粘接剂;
C、在蜂窝铝板2的上下两面(对应玻纤编织布的面)均匀涂一层聚氨酯粘接剂;
D、把玻纤编织布Ⅰ1和玻纤编织布Ⅱ3与蜂窝铝板粘接成复合体(图4);
E、通过自动喷涂设备4在玻纤编织布与蜂窝铝板复合体上下两面喷涂PU面漆(图5);
F、把复合材料整体放入电池盖模具中压制成型(模具带有加热系统)(图6);
G、取出成型件,通过专用工装定位,修复成型件的边缘及装配孔位,使其形成完整的电池盖成品(图7)。
如不考虑轻量化及安全性(阻燃型)问题,可以采用其它不饱和树脂,如环氧树脂来制作电池盖,如同SMC电池盖成型工艺。

Claims (3)

1.一种蜂窝铝板新能源车电池盖,其特征在于:采用以蜂窝铝板为增强材料并复合轻质玻纤编织布的三明治结构材料制成,所述玻纤编织布和蜂窝铝板从上至下按玻纤编织布Ⅰ(1)、蜂窝铝板(2)和玻纤编织布Ⅱ(3)依次排列并粘接成复合体,复合体上下两面喷涂PU面漆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝铝板新能源车电池盖的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、裁剪出大于成型所需尺寸的玻纤编织布和蜂窝铝板(2);
B、从上至下按玻纤编织布Ⅰ(1)、蜂窝铝板(2)和玻纤编织布Ⅱ(3)依次排列对齐,在玻纤编织布Ⅰ(1)和玻纤编织布Ⅱ(3)对应中部蜂窝铝板(2)的的一面上均匀涂一层聚氨酯粘接剂;
C、在蜂窝铝板2的上下两个对应玻纤编织布的面均匀涂一层聚氨酯粘接剂;
D、把玻纤编织布Ⅰ(1)和玻纤编织布Ⅱ(3)与蜂窝铝板粘接成复合体;
E、通过自动喷涂设备(4)在玻纤编织布与蜂窝铝板复合体上下两面喷涂PU面漆;
F、把复合材料整体放入电池盖模具中压制成型,模具带有加热系统;
G、取出成型件,通过专用工装定位,修复成型件的边缘及装配孔位,使其形成完整的电池盖成品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝铝板新能源车电池盖的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤F,所述模具带有加热系统。
