篷布的应用领域比较广,随着军事探测技术和精确制导武器的迅猛发展,各种军事目标如导弹、战车、飞机等被敌军快速追踪、打击的概率越来越大,在未来的战场上,军事目标的生存能力和武器装备的突防能力受到前所未有的挑战,而隐身技术则成为解决以上问题的唯一技术手段;隐身技术包括雷达隐身、红外隐身、激光隐身、可见光隐身、声波隐身等,目前隐身技术的主要研发对象是雷达隐身和红外隐身;通过在导弹、战车和飞机上覆盖隐身篷布实现对各种设备的实时隐身功能,这样可以避免被打击;在隐身过程中,万一被发现或者被击中,一般情况下火是从里面朝外面燃烧,在燃烧的时候,如果此时篷布的防火性能不好或者容易着火的时候,很容易殃及旁边的导弹、战车及其飞机等,此时就需要一种性能优越的能够从内部进行防火的阻燃篷布,有时候在内部的设备进行燃烧的时候,起到较好的阻燃效果,避免旁边的设备被点燃;或者附近的设备的被击中燃烧的时候,此时可以通过覆盖该篷布也可以实现阻燃的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种轻型多功能隐身防火篷布,该发明能够使用在军事防御的场合中,将其覆盖在军用设备上实现对雷达隐身及其红外的隐身功能,同时该篷布本身具有多层防火层,具有较好的阻燃性能,使得安全性得到较大的提高。

步骤一:将碳纤维、木炭纤维、涤纶、抗氧化剂及其防紫外线剂构成混合纤维,通过织布机在经向和纬向交叉编织形成基布层;
步骤二:将反射填料、阻燃剂、填充溶剂、光热稳定剂、环保增塑剂、树脂粉、耐磨剂及其防紫外线剂按照比例混合,通过搅拌机混合,温度设定在30-50℃,转速设置在600-1000r/min,时间设置为45min-1.5h,制得上涂料覆盖复合层;
步骤三:将阻燃剂、填充溶剂、环保增塑剂、树脂粉、耐磨剂、氢氧化钠、无水助剂、水、油酸聚乙二醇酯按照比例混合,低速混合搅拌5-10min,再高速混合搅拌5-10min;低速混合搅拌转速设置在300-500r/min,高速混合搅拌转速设置在1000-1500r/min,制得下涂料覆盖复合层;
步骤四:将腈纶纤维、稳定剂、增塑剂、无水助剂、水及其阻燃剂按照比例混合,通过织布机在经向和纬向交叉编织形成面料层;
步骤五:使用基布加热辊(180-250℃),得到表面呈融化状态的基布层,将表面呈融化状态的基布层倒入到烘箱,烘干,在胶辊和主加热辊件热压贴合基布和上涂料覆盖复合层并得到上两层复合布;
步骤六:使用基布加热辊(180-250℃),得到表面呈融化状态的面料层,将表面呈融化状态的面料层倒入到烘箱,烘干,在胶辊和主加热辊件热压贴合面料层和下涂料覆盖复合层并得到下两层复合布;
步骤六:将下两层复合布平铺在压制机上,将骨架层通过浸泡并加热压制在下两层复合布上,再进行冷却;
步骤七:在胶辊和主加热辊之间热压合上两侧复合布和下两层复合布,再进行加压,得到半成品刀刮布,冷却收卷;

本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种轻型多功能隐身防火篷布,包括篷布本体,所述篷布本体通过若干层柔性复合材料粘接而成,其特征在于,所述篷布本体包括上涂料覆盖复合层、下涂料覆盖复合层、上涂料覆盖复合层和下涂料覆盖复合层之间的中间复合层;所述上涂料覆盖复合层、下涂料覆盖复合层和中间复合层之间粘接设置;所述中间复合层从上到下分别包括基布层、骨架层及其面料层;所述基布层、骨架层和面料层的表面呈波浪形设置,所述基布层、骨架层和面料层相互粘接在一起。
所述上涂料覆盖复合层按照质量份计制得:反射填料50份、阻燃剂30份、填充溶剂90份、光热稳定剂8份、环保增塑剂25份、树脂粉65份、耐磨剂5份、防紫外线剂6份。
所述下涂料覆盖复合层按照质量份计制得:阻燃剂70份、填充溶剂85份、环保增塑剂25份、树脂粉65份、耐磨剂4份、氢氧化钠6份、无水助剂6份、水7份、油酸聚乙二醇酯3份。
所述基布层按照质量份计制得:碳纤维14份、木炭纤维6份、涤纶35份、抗氧化剂2份、防紫外线剂2.5份。
所述面料层按照质量份计制得:腈纶纤维35份、稳定剂6份、增塑剂65份、无水助剂4份、水3.5份、阻燃剂25份。
所述骨架层采用碳纤维材料制成,所述骨架层的上表面和下便面涂装有阻燃剂。

步骤一:将碳纤维、木炭纤维、涤纶、抗氧化剂及其防紫外线剂构成混合纤维,通过织布机在经向和纬向交叉编织形成基布层;
步骤二:将反射填料、阻燃剂、填充溶剂、光热稳定剂、环保增塑剂、树脂粉、耐磨剂及其防紫外线剂按照比例混合,通过搅拌机混合,温度设定在35℃,转速设置在650r/min,时间设置为50min,制得上涂料覆盖复合层;
步骤三:将阻燃剂、填充溶剂、环保增塑剂、树脂粉、耐磨剂、氢氧化钠、无水助剂、水、油酸聚乙二醇酯按照比例混合,低速混合搅拌8min,再高速混合搅拌8min;低速混合搅拌转速设置在350r/min,高速混合搅拌转速设置在1200r/min,制得下涂料覆盖复合层;
步骤四:将腈纶纤维、稳定剂、增塑剂、无水助剂、水及其阻燃剂按照比例混合,通过织布机在经向和纬向交叉编织形成面料层;
步骤五:使用基布加热辊(200℃),得到表面呈融化状态的基布层,将表面呈融化状态的基布层倒入到烘箱,烘干,在胶辊和主加热辊件热压贴合基布和上涂料覆盖复合层并得到上两层复合布;
步骤六:使用基布加热辊(200℃),得到表面呈融化状态的面料层,将表面呈融化状态的面料层倒入到烘箱,烘干,在胶辊和主加热辊件热压贴合面料层和下涂料覆盖复合层并得到下两层复合布;
步骤六:将下两层复合布平铺在压制机上,将骨架层通过浸泡并加热压制在下两层复合布上,再进行冷却;
步骤七:在胶辊和主加热辊之间热压合上两侧复合布和下两层复合布,再进行加压,得到半成品刀刮布,冷却收卷;
步骤八:根据定制尺寸热合拼接布料,在四周双线包边,四周打孔,再定制间距,折叠打包,托盘出货。

所述上涂料覆盖复合层按照质量份计制得:反射填料55份、阻燃剂40份、填充溶剂90份、光热稳定剂9份、环保增塑剂26份、树脂粉75份、耐磨剂5份、防紫外线剂7份。
所述下涂料覆盖复合层按照质量份计制得:阻燃剂80份、填充溶剂85份、环保增塑剂25份、树脂粉65份、耐磨剂5份、氢氧化钠7份、无水助剂7份、水8份、油酸聚乙二醇酯4份。
所述基布层按照质量份计制得:碳纤维16份、木炭纤维8份、涤纶38份、抗氧化剂3份、防紫外线剂2.6份。
所述面料层按照质量份计制得:腈纶纤维40份、稳定剂7份、增塑剂68份、无水助剂5份、水4份、阻燃剂30份。
所述骨架层采用碳纤维材料制成,所述骨架层的上表面和下便面涂装有阻燃剂。
本发明的另一个目的是这样实现的:一种轻型多功能隐身防火篷布的制备方法,包括:
步骤一:将碳纤维、木炭纤维、涤纶、抗氧化剂及其防紫外线剂构成混合纤维,通过织布机在经向和纬向交叉编织形成基布层;
步骤二:将反射填料、阻燃剂、填充溶剂、光热稳定剂、环保增塑剂、树脂粉、耐磨剂及其防紫外线剂按照比例混合,通过搅拌机混合,温度设定在40℃,转速设置在750r/min,时间设置为50min,制得上涂料覆盖复合层;
步骤三:将阻燃剂、填充溶剂、环保增塑剂、树脂粉、耐磨剂、氢氧化钠、无水助剂、水、油酸聚乙二醇酯按照比例混合,低速混合搅拌9min,再高速混合搅拌8min;低速混合搅拌转速设置在380r/min,高速混合搅拌转速设置在1200r/min,制得下涂料覆盖复合层;
步骤四:将腈纶纤维、稳定剂、增塑剂、无水助剂、水及其阻燃剂按照比例混合,通过织布机在经向和纬向交叉编织形成面料层;
步骤五:使用基布加热辊(205℃),得到表面呈融化状态的基布层,将表面呈融化状态的基布层倒入到烘箱,烘干,在胶辊和主加热辊件热压贴合基布和上涂料覆盖复合层并得到上两层复合布;
步骤六:使用基布加热辊(205℃),得到表面呈融化状态的面料层,将表面呈融化状态的面料层倒入到烘箱,烘干,在胶辊和主加热辊件热压贴合面料层和下涂料覆盖复合层并得到下两层复合布;
步骤六:将下两层复合布平铺在压制机上,将骨架层通过浸泡并加热压制在下两层复合布上,再进行冷却;
步骤七:在胶辊和主加热辊之间热压合上两侧复合布和下两层复合布,再进行加压,得到半成品刀刮布,冷却收卷;
步骤八:根据定制尺寸热合拼接布料,在四周双线包边,四周打孔,再定制间距,折叠打包,托盘出货。

所述上涂料覆盖复合层按照质量份计制得:反射填料55份、阻燃剂46份、填充溶剂92份、光热稳定剂9.5份、环保增塑剂26份、树脂粉75份、耐磨剂5.5份、防紫外线剂7.5份。
所述下涂料覆盖复合层按照质量份计制得:阻燃剂85份、填充溶剂90份、环保增塑剂28份、树脂粉65份、耐磨剂5份、氢氧化钠7份、无水助剂7.5份、水9份、油酸聚乙二醇酯4.5份。
所述基布层按照质量份计制得:碳纤维18份、木炭纤维9.5份、涤纶45份、抗氧化剂4份、防紫外线剂2.8份。
所述面料层按照质量份计制得:腈纶纤维45份、稳定剂7.5份、增塑剂69份、无水助剂5.5份、水5份、阻燃剂35份。
所述骨架层采用碳纤维材料制成,所述骨架层的上表面和下便面涂装有阻燃剂。
本发明的另一个目的是这样实现的:一种轻型多功能隐身防火篷布的制备方法,包括
步骤一:将碳纤维、木炭纤维、涤纶、抗氧化剂及其防紫外线剂构成混合纤维,通过织布机在经向和纬向交叉编织形成基布层;
步骤二:将反射填料、阻燃剂、填充溶剂、光热稳定剂、环保增塑剂、树脂粉、耐磨剂及其防紫外线剂按照比例混合,通过搅拌机混合,温度设定在45℃,转速设置在750r/min,时间设置为55min,制得上涂料覆盖复合层;
步骤三:将阻燃剂、填充溶剂、环保增塑剂、树脂粉、耐磨剂、氢氧化钠、无水助剂、水、油酸聚乙二醇酯按照比例混合,低速混合搅拌10min,再高速混合搅拌9min;低速混合搅拌转速设置在350r/min,高速混合搅拌转速设置在1400r/min,制得下涂料覆盖复合层;
步骤四:将腈纶纤维、稳定剂、增塑剂、无水助剂、水及其阻燃剂按照比例混合,通过织布机在经向和纬向交叉编织形成面料层;
步骤五:使用基布加热辊(205℃),得到表面呈融化状态的基布层,将表面呈融化状态的基布层倒入到烘箱,烘干,在胶辊和主加热辊件热压贴合基布和上涂料覆盖复合层并得到上两层复合布;
步骤六:使用基布加热辊(205℃),得到表面呈融化状态的面料层,将表面呈融化状态的面料层倒入到烘箱,烘干,在胶辊和主加热辊件热压贴合面料层和下涂料覆盖复合层并得到下两层复合布;
步骤六:将下两层复合布平铺在压制机上,将骨架层通过浸泡并加热压制在下两层复合布上,再进行冷却;
步骤七:在胶辊和主加热辊之间热压合上两侧复合布和下两层复合布,再进行加压,得到半成品刀刮布,冷却收卷;
步骤八:根据定制尺寸热合拼接布料,在四周双线包边,四周打孔,再定制间距,折叠打包,托盘出货。
所述上涂料覆盖复合层和基布层之间采用多异氰酸酯粘剂粘合,所述基布层与面料层之间采用多异氰酸酯粘剂粘合,所述下涂料覆盖复合层和面料层之间采用多异氰酸酯粘剂粘合。
本发明各实施例制得的篷布布料均进行防火阻燃及其对雷达隐身及其红外的隐身性的实验,经过对比后得出,实施例三制到的篷布能够达到最佳性能。
本发明并不局限于上述实施例,在本发明公开的技术方案的基础上,本领域的技术人员根据所公开的技术内容,不需要创造性的劳动就可以对其中的一些技术特征作出一些替换和变形,这些替换和变形均在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (8)

1.一种轻型多功能隐身防火篷布,包括篷布本体,所述篷布本体通过若干层柔性复合材料粘接而成,其特征在于,所述篷布本体包括上涂料覆盖复合层、下涂料覆盖复合层、上涂料覆盖复合层和下涂料覆盖复合层之间的中间复合层;所述上涂料覆盖复合层、下涂料覆盖复合层和中间复合层之间粘接设置;所述中间复合层从上到下分别包括基布层、骨架层及其面料层;所述基布层、骨架层和面料层的表面呈波浪形设置,所述基布层、骨架层和面料层相互粘接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻型多功能隐身防火篷布,其特征在于:所述上涂料覆盖复合层按照质量份计制得:反射填料45-55份、阻燃剂20-50份、填充溶剂80-100份、光热稳定剂5-10份、环保增塑剂20-30份、树脂粉60-80份、耐磨剂3-6份、防紫外线剂5-8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻型多功能隐身防火篷布,其特征在于:所述下涂料覆盖复合层按照质量份计制得:阻燃剂60-90份、填充溶剂80-100份、环保增塑剂20-30份、树脂粉60-80份、耐磨剂3-6份、氢氧化钠5-8份、无水助剂5-8份、水5-10份、油酸聚乙二醇酯2-5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻型多功能隐身防火篷布,其特征在于:所述基布层按照质量份计制得:碳纤维10-20份、木炭纤维5-10份、涤纶30-50份、抗氧化剂1-5份、防紫外线剂2-3份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻型多功能隐身防火篷布,其特征在于:所述面料层按照质量份计制得:腈纶纤维30-50份、稳定剂5-8份、增塑剂60-70份、无水助剂3-6份、水3-6份、阻燃剂20-40份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻型多功能隐身防火篷布,其特征在于:所述骨架层采用碳纤维材料制成,所述骨架层的上表面和下便面涂装有阻燃剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻型多功能隐身防火篷布的制备方法,其特征在于:具体的步骤如下:
步骤一:将碳纤维、木炭纤维、涤纶、抗氧化剂及其防紫外线剂构成混合纤维,通过织布机在经向和纬向交叉编织形成基布层;
步骤二:将反射填料、阻燃剂、填充溶剂、光热稳定剂、环保增塑剂、树脂粉、耐磨剂及其防紫外线剂按照比例混合,通过搅拌机混合,温度设定在30-50℃,转速设置在600-1000r/min,时间设置为45min-1.5h,制得上涂料覆盖复合层;
步骤三:将阻燃剂、填充溶剂、环保增塑剂、树脂粉、耐磨剂、氢氧化钠、无水助剂、水、油酸聚乙二醇酯按照比例混合,低速混合搅拌5-10min,再高速混合搅拌5-10min;低速混合搅拌转速设置在300-500r/min,高速混合搅拌转速设置在1000-1500r/min,制得下涂料覆盖复合层;
步骤四:将腈纶纤维、稳定剂、增塑剂、无水助剂、水及其阻燃剂按照比例混合,通过织布机在经向和纬向交叉编织形成面料层;
步骤五:使用基布加热辊(180-250℃),得到表面呈融化状态的基布层,将表面呈融化状态的基布层倒入到烘箱,烘干,在胶辊和主加热辊件热压贴合基布和上涂料覆盖复合层并得到上两层复合布;
步骤六:使用基布加热辊(180-250℃),得到表面呈融化状态的面料层,将表面呈融化状态的面料层倒入到烘箱,烘干,在胶辊和主加热辊件热压贴合面料层和下涂料覆盖复合层并得到下两层复合布;
步骤六:将下两层复合布平铺在压制机上,将骨架层通过浸泡并加热压制在下两层复合布上,再进行冷却;
步骤七:在胶辊和主加热辊之间热压合上两侧复合布和下两层复合布,再进行加压,得到半成品刀刮布,冷却收卷;
步骤八:根据定制尺寸热合拼接布料,在四周双线包边,四周打孔,再定制间距,折叠打包,托盘出货。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种轻型多功能隐身防火篷布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述上涂料覆盖复合层和基布层之间采用多异氰酸酯粘剂粘合,所述基布层与面料层之间采用多异氰酸酯粘剂粘合,所述下涂料覆盖复合层和面料层之间采用多异氰酸酯粘剂粘合。
