背景技术
在战时,指挥人员指挥、军人的后勤保障和伤员救治通常为搭建军用防护屋,在军用防护屋内放置设备和物资,可将军用防护屋设置为前线指挥所、宿营地点或战场救护点。军用防护屋设置在地面上,易于被流弹击中,也易成为敌方目标,因此需要一种能够应对爆炸的军用防护屋。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种军用防护屋,具有较高的防爆性能,能够抵御爆炸的军事威胁。
基于此,本发明提出了一种军用防护屋,包括防护屋本体,所述防护屋本体包括若干块防爆板,若干块所述防爆板彼此之间可拆卸连接,若干块所述防爆板共同构成所述防护屋本体,且所述防护屋本体在任一竖直截面上均呈弧形。
可选的,所述防爆板包括第一防爆板和若干块第二防爆板,所述第一防爆板和所述第二防爆板通过彼此拼接共同构成所述防护屋本体,所述第一防爆板位于地面上,所述第一防爆板上设有房门。
可选的,所述第二防爆板上设有观察窗。
可选的,位于所述防护屋本体顶部的所述第一防爆板的内侧设有吊环。

本实施例提供一种军用防护屋,包括防护屋本体2,防护屋本体2包括若干块防爆板,若干块防爆板彼此之间可拆卸连接,若干块防爆板共同构成防护屋本体2,防护屋本体2在任一竖直截面上均呈弧形。通过设置弧形的结构,在遭遇爆炸袭击时,既能减少爆炸伤害的面积,分散爆炸冲击波的伤害,还能够通过各防爆板的之间的作用使得防护屋本体2无需骨架就能够较为稳固,而且不需要对搭建该防护屋本体2的地面进行硬化,能够适应复杂的环境。在本实施例中,防护屋本体2在任一竖直截面上均呈半圆状,在其他的实施例中,可以按需选择。此外,各防爆板之间可拆卸连接,能够便于拆装,方便运输。
其中,防爆板包括第一防爆板1和若干块第二防爆板3,第一防爆板1和第二防爆板3通过彼此拼接共同构成防护屋本体2,第一防爆板1位于地面上,第一防爆板1上设有房门4。在本实施例中,第一防爆板1和第二防爆板3通过各自的边缘进行拼接,房门4放于方便人员进出以及设备进出。第二防爆板3上设有观察窗,观察窗可以方便防护屋本体2内部的人员观察外部情况。此外,位于防护屋本体2顶部的第一防爆板1的内侧设有吊环。吊环可以配合防风绳使用,防风绳一端连接吊环,另一端埋入地下,在遭遇台风等极端天气时,能够提供较好的防风能力。
此外,第一防爆板1和第二防爆板3均包括由外至内依次设置的第一板11和第二板12,第一板11朝向外侧的一面上设有耐腐蚀涂层13,第一板11和第二板12之间设有气凝胶层14。在本实施例中,第一板11和第二板12均为玄武岩纤维和树脂合成的复合板材,具有较好的防爆性能。气凝胶层14的设置,能够进一步提高第一防爆板1和第二防爆板3的性能,此外,气凝胶层14还能隔绝爆炸带来的高温,防止防护屋本体2内部的温度过高,以避免对防护屋本体2内部的设备和人员造成损坏。在本实施例中,耐腐蚀涂层13为LINE-X的XS-350涂料,不仅能够耐化学腐蚀还能够耐湿。第一防爆板1和第二防爆板3均还包括伪装层15,伪装层15包括由外至内依次设置的真空镀铝膜151、第一隔热层152和第二隔热层153,真空镀铝膜151设置于第二板12朝向内侧的一面上。第一隔热层152包括由外至内依次设置的聚丙烯纤维无纺布基材1521和镀铝树脂膜1522,聚丙烯纤维无纺布基材1521朝向外侧的一面设置于真空镀铝膜151朝向内侧的一面,镀铝树脂膜1522设置于第二隔热层153朝向外侧的一面。聚丙烯纤维无纺布基材1521和镀铝树脂膜1522能够阻挡热红外辐射能量,还能隔绝传到和对流传递的热能。第二隔热层153包括由外至内依次设置的聚酯纤维无纺布基材1531和聚氨酯膜1532,聚酯纤维无纺布基材1531朝向外侧的一面设置于镀铝树脂膜1522朝向内侧的一面。对聚酯纤维无纺布基材1531进行压光和微孔泡沫涂层加工技术,也能阻挡热红外辐射能量,还能隔绝传导和对流传递的热能。伪装层15的目的在于使防护屋本体2能够起到反侦察的效果。其中,真空镀铝膜151能够阻挡少量热红外辐射能量,第一隔热层152和第二隔热层153均能阻止热能通过传导和对流的方式传递,由此隔绝热能的传递,实现隔绝防护屋本体2内的设备和人员自身发射的远红外能量被隔绝,由此实现反侦察的效果。第一防爆板1和第二防爆板3均包括阻隔层16,阻隔层16设置于聚氨酯膜1532朝向内侧的一面。阻隔层16由乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物制成,能够有效阻隔有毒气体,使得该防护屋本体2内的设备和人员有一个空气安全的环境。
综上所述,本实施例通过提供一种军用防护屋,一方面在结构上设置防护屋本体2在任一竖直截面上均呈弧形,提高防护屋本体2的防爆性能,无需骨架能够适应复杂的环境,各个防爆板之间彼此可拆卸连接,能够便于运输。另一方面,第一防爆板1和第二防爆板3在板材本身结构上提高防爆性能,还能起到反红外侦查、隔绝高温和毒气的效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种军用防护屋,其特征在于,所述防爆板包括第一防爆板和若干块第二防爆板,所述第一防爆板和所述第二防爆板通过彼此拼接共同构成所述防护屋本体,所述第一防爆板位于地面上,所述第一防爆板上设有房门。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种军用防护屋,其特征在于,所述第二防爆板上设有观察窗。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种军用防护屋,其特征在于,位于所述防护屋本体顶部的所述第一防爆板的内侧设有吊环。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种军用防护屋,其特征在于,所述第一防爆板和所述第二防爆板均包括由外至内依次设置的第一板和第二板,所述第一板朝向外侧的一面上设有耐腐蚀涂层,所述第一板和所述第二板之间设有气凝胶层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种军用防护屋,其特征在于,所述第一防爆板和所述第二防爆板均还包括伪装层,所述伪装层包括由外至内依次设置的真空镀铝膜、第一隔热层和第二隔热层,所述真空镀铝膜设置于所述第二板朝向内侧的一面上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种军用防护屋,其特征在于,所述第一隔热层包括由外至内依次设置的聚丙烯纤维无纺布基材和镀铝树脂膜,所述聚丙烯纤维无纺布基材朝向外侧的一面设置于所述真空镀铝膜朝向内侧的一面,所述镀铝树脂膜设置于所述第二隔热层朝向外侧的一面。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种军用防护屋,其特征在于,所述第二隔热层包括由外至内依次设置的聚酯纤维无纺布基材和聚氨酯膜,所述聚酯纤维无纺布基材朝向外侧的一面设置于所述镀铝树脂膜朝向内侧的一面。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种军用防护屋,其特征在于,所述第一防爆板和所述第二防爆板均包括阻隔层,所述阻隔层设置于所述聚氨酯膜朝向内侧的一面。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种军用防护屋,其特征在于,所述防护屋本体在任一竖直截面上均呈半圆状。
