Abstract
本发明提供了一种用于军用防护屋的板材结构包括防爆板,所述防爆板的第一侧设有耐腐蚀涂层,所述防爆板包括上下设置的第一板和第二板,所述耐腐蚀涂层设置于所述第一板的顶面,所述第一板和所述第二板之间设有气凝胶层。本发明通过设置气凝胶层,提高用于军用防护屋的板材结构的防爆能力,还能隔绝爆炸带来的高温。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于军用防护屋的板材结构。
背景技术
在现代战争中,战场环境趋于复杂化。搭建前线指挥所、部署宿营地点和战场救护点是战时的重中之重。通常这些场所会搭建为一个军用防护屋,军用防护屋设置在地面上,易成为敌方目标,还易被流弹击中,对军用防护屋的防御能力提出了较高的要求,因此对制造军用防护屋的板材也提出了较高的防爆要求。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于军用防护屋的板材结构,具有较高的防爆性能,使得该板材制成的军用防护屋能应对爆炸的军事威胁。
基于此,本发明提出了一种用于军用防护屋的板材结构,包括防爆板,所述防爆板的第一侧设有耐腐蚀涂层,所述防爆板包括上下设置的第一板和第二板,所述耐腐蚀涂层设置于所述第一板的顶面,所述第一板和所述第二板之间设有气凝胶层。
可选的,还包括伪装层,所述伪装层包括上下依次设置的真空镀铝膜、第一隔热层和第二隔热层,所述真空镀铝膜设置于所述第二板的底面。
可选的,所述第一隔热层包括上下设置的聚丙烯纤维无纺布基材和镀铝树脂膜,所述聚丙烯纤维无纺布基材的顶面设置于所述真空镀铝膜的底面,所述镀铝树脂膜设置于所述第二隔热层的顶面。
可选的,所述第二隔热层包括上下设置的聚酯纤维无纺布基材和聚氨酯膜,所述聚酯纤维无纺布基材的顶面设置于所述镀铝树脂膜的底面。
可选的,还包括阻隔层,所述阻隔层设置于所述聚氨酯膜的底面。
可选的,还包括保温层,所述保温层包括上下依次设置的基体层、第一钛纤维层、保温夹层和第二钛纤维层,所述基体层设置于所述阻隔层的底面。
可选的,所述第一板和所述第二板均由长纤维复合材料制成。
可选的,所述阻隔层由乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物制成。
本发明的用于军用防护屋的板材结构,包括防爆板,所述防爆板的第一侧设有耐腐蚀涂层,所述防爆板包括上下设置的第一板和第二板,所述耐腐蚀涂层设置于所述第一板的顶面,所述第一板和所述第二板之间设有气凝胶层。通过设置气凝胶层,提高用于军用防护屋的板材结构的防爆能力,还能隔绝爆炸带来的高温,使得该板材制成的军用防护屋不仅能应对爆炸和地面冲击等军事威胁,还能防止高温为军用防护屋内部的人员和设备带来的损害。

在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例一
本实施例提供一种用于军用防护屋的板材结构,包括防爆板2,防爆板2的第一侧设有耐腐蚀涂层1,防爆板2包括上下设置的第一板21和第二板23,耐腐蚀涂层1设置于第一板21的顶面,第一板21和第二板23之间设有气凝胶层22。其中,第一板21和第二板23均由长纤维复合材料制成。在本实施例中,长纤维复合材料为玄武岩纤维和树脂合成的复合板材。第一板21和第二板23均具有防爆性能,设置气凝胶层22,更提高了整体的防爆能力。而且在爆炸中,即便是第一板21受损,气凝胶层22也能保证整体的防爆性能,实现多重保护。此外,气凝胶层22还能隔绝爆炸带来的高温,能防止高温为军用防护屋内部的人员和设备带来的损害。本实施例中,耐腐蚀涂层1为LINE-X的XS-350涂料,不仅能够耐化学腐蚀还能够耐湿。
本实施例提供的用于军用防护屋的板材结构,还包括伪装层3,伪装层3包括上下依次设置的真空镀铝膜31、第一隔热层32和第二隔热层33,真空镀铝膜31设置于第二板23的底面。其中,第一隔热层32包括上下设置的聚丙烯纤维无纺布基材321和镀铝树脂膜322,聚丙烯纤维无纺布基材321的顶面设置于真空镀铝膜31的底面,镀铝树脂膜322设置于第二隔热层33的顶面。第二隔热层33包括上下设置的聚酯纤维无纺布基材331和聚氨酯膜332,聚酯纤维无纺布基材331的顶面设置于镀铝树脂膜322的底面。通过设置真空镀铝膜31,能够阻挡少量热红外辐射能量,聚丙烯纤维无纺布基材321和镀铝树脂膜322能够阻挡较大的热红外辐射能量,还能隔绝传导和对流传递的热能。聚酯纤维无纺布基材331和聚氨酯膜332,对聚酯纤维无纺布基材331进行压光和微孔泡沫涂层加工技术,使得微孔泡沫的聚氨酯膜332设置在聚酯纤维无纺布基材331的底面。这样设置,能够阻止热能通过传导和对流的方式传递,由此隔绝热能的传递,使得该板材制成的军用防护屋内的设备和人员自身发射的远红外能量被隔绝,实现反侦察的效果。
本实施例提供的用于军用防护屋的板材结构,还包括阻隔层4,阻隔层4设置于聚氨酯膜332的底面。在本实施例中,阻隔层4由乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物制成,能够有效阻隔有毒气体,使得该板材制成的军用防护屋内的设备和人员有一个空气安全的环境。
实施例二
实施例二与实施例一的区别是,本实施例提供的用于军用防护屋的板材结构,还包括保温层5,保温层5包括上下依次设置的基体层51、第一钛纤维层52、保温夹层53和第二钛纤维层54,基体层51设置于阻隔层4的底面。通过设置第一钛纤维层52和第二钛纤维层54,能够使保温夹层53的热量能够在第一钛纤维层52和第二钛纤维层54之间反射,延长保温时间。在该板材制成的军用防护屋需要用于高寒地带时,保温层5能够对军用防护屋内部的人员和设备进行保温。
以上为本发明的优选实施例,本发明的优选实施例通过设置气凝胶层22,提高用于军用防护屋的板材结构的防爆能力,还能隔绝爆炸带来的高温,并通过设置伪装层3实现反侦察的效果。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于军用防护屋的板材结构,其特征在于,包括防爆板,所述防爆板的第一侧设有耐腐蚀涂层,所述防爆板包括上下设置的第一板和第二板,所述耐腐蚀涂层设置于所述第一板的顶面,所述第一板和所述第二板之间设有气凝胶层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于军用防护屋的板材结构,其特征在于,还包括伪装层,所述伪装层包括上下依次设置的真空镀铝膜、第一隔热层和第二隔热层,所述真空镀铝膜设置于所述第二板的底面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于军用防护屋的板材结构,其特征在于,所述第一隔热层包括上下设置的聚丙烯纤维无纺布基材和镀铝树脂膜,所述聚丙烯纤维无纺布基材的顶面设置于所述真空镀铝膜的底面,所述镀铝树脂膜设置于所述第二隔热层的顶面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于军用防护屋的板材结构,其特征在于,所述第二隔热层包括上下设置的聚酯纤维无纺布基材和聚氨酯膜,所述聚酯纤维无纺布基材的顶面设置于所述镀铝树脂膜的底面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于军用防护屋的板材结构,其特征在于,还包括阻隔层,所述阻隔层设置于所述聚氨酯膜的底面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于军用防护屋的板材结构,其特征在于,还包括保温层,所述保温层包括上下依次设置的基体层、第一钛纤维层、保温夹层和第二钛纤维层,所述基体层设置于所述阻隔层的底面。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于军用防护屋的板材结构,其特征在于,所述第一板和所述第二板均由长纤维复合材料制成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于军用防护屋的板材结构,其特征在于,所述阻隔层由乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物制成。
