Abstract
本发明公开了一种防火阻燃帐篷布料的生产工艺,包括基布层、面料层及涂覆层,该发明制备工艺简单,基布层及面料层制备配方中均采用磷类阻燃剂,涂覆层制备配方中采用磷类阻燃剂或者硼类阻燃剂其中任意一种或者多种,通过本工艺生产的帐篷布料防火阻燃性能更好,安全性能大大提升。

本发明涉及帐篷布料防火阻燃技术领域,具体为一种防火阻燃帐篷布料的生产工艺。
背景技术
帐篷,是撑在地上遮蔽风雨﹑日光并供临时居住的棚子,多用帆布做成,连同支撑用的东西,可随时拆下转移,帐篷是以部件的方式携带,到达现场后才加以组装,所以,需要各种部件和工具,了解各个部件的名称和使用方法,熟悉帐篷的构造,才能快速、方便地搭起帐篷。
帐篷大多用于户外,而目前帐篷布料防火阻燃性能较差,一旦遇到明火记忆燃烧,存在较大的安全隐患,因此,亟待一种改进的技术来解决现有技术中所存在的这一问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防火阻燃帐篷布料的生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防火阻燃帐篷布料的生产工艺,包括基布层、面料层及涂覆层,所述基布层由以下原料按质量份计制得:涤纶40~60份、碳纤维8~15份、玻璃纤维8~15份、木炭纤维4~8份、滑石粉1~5份、醋酸纤维3~5份、基布层阻燃剂10~15份;
所述面料层由以下原料按质量份计制得:腈纶纤维40~60份、聚磷酸铵8~12份、氢氧化铝3~8份、沸石1~5份、面料层阻燃剂10~15份;
所述涂覆层由以下原料按质量份计制得:聚氨酯树脂30~60份、苯丙乳液3~8份、涂覆层阻燃剂8~12份、氢氧化钠3~6份、油酸聚乙二醇酯2~4份、二甲基硅油2~4份、催化剂3~6份、无水助剂3~6份、硅烷偶联剂1~5份、水10~15份。
优选的,所述基布层由以下原料按质量份计制得:涤纶50份、碳纤维12份、玻璃纤维12份、木炭纤维6份、滑石粉3份、醋酸纤维4份、基布层阻燃剂12份;
所述面料层由以下原料按质量份计制得:腈纶纤维50份、聚磷酸铵10份、氢氧化铝6份、沸石3份、面料层阻燃剂12份;
所述涂覆层由以下原料按质量份计制得:聚氨酯树脂50份、苯丙乳液6份、涂覆层阻燃剂10份、氢氧化钠5份、油酸聚乙二醇酯3份、二甲基硅油3份、催化剂4份、无水助剂5份、硅烷偶联剂3份、水15份。
优选的,所述基布层阻燃剂及面料层阻燃剂均选用磷类阻燃剂。
优选的,所述涂覆层阻燃剂为磷类阻燃剂或者硼类阻燃剂其中的一种或多种。

步骤一:将涤纶、碳纤维、玻璃纤维、木炭纤维、滑石粉、醋酸纤维及基布层阻燃剂构成混合纤维,并通过织布机将经向和纬向纤维交叉编织,制得基布层,待用;
步骤二:将聚氨酯树脂、苯丙乳液、涂覆层阻燃剂、氢氧化钠、油酸聚乙二醇酯、二甲基硅油、催化剂、无水助剂、硅烷偶联剂及水通过搅拌机充分混合,将温度设置为40~60℃,转速设置为800~1200r/min,时间设置为1~2h,制得涂覆剂;
步骤三:将涂覆剂通过涂覆机均匀涂覆在基布层上,通过烘干设备,在温度150~180℃下加热烘干、冷却,待用;
步骤四:将腈纶纤维、聚磷酸铵、氢氧化铝、沸石及面料层阻燃剂构成混合纤维,并通过织布机将经向和纬向纤维交叉编织,制得面料层;
步骤五:在涂覆好涂覆层的基布层背面均匀涂抹上粘合剂后,将面料层与基布层通过布料复合机压紧,通过烘干设备,在温度80~100℃下加热烘干、冷却,最终得到防火阻燃帐篷布料。
优选的,所述步骤五中粘合剂为聚氨酯粘合剂。
优选的,所述步骤三、五中烘干设备为一种滚筒连续式布料烘干机。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
生产工艺简单,基布层及面料层制备配方中均采用磷类阻燃剂,涂覆层制备配方中采用磷类阻燃剂或者硼类阻燃剂其中任意一种或者多种,通过本工艺生产的帐篷布料防火阻燃性能更好,安全性能大大提升。

步骤一:将涤纶、碳纤维、玻璃纤维、木炭纤维、滑石粉、醋酸纤维及基布层阻燃剂构成混合纤维,并通过织布机将经向和纬向纤维交叉编织,制得基布层,待用;
步骤二:将聚氨酯树脂、苯丙乳液、涂覆层阻燃剂、氢氧化钠、油酸聚乙二醇酯、二甲基硅油、催化剂、无水助剂、硅烷偶联剂及水通过搅拌机充分混合,将温度设置为60℃,转速设置为1000r/min,时间设置为2h,制得涂覆剂;
步骤三:将涂覆剂通过涂覆机均匀涂覆在基布层上,通过烘干设备,在温度180℃下加热烘干、冷却,待用;
步骤四:将腈纶纤维、聚磷酸铵、氢氧化铝、沸石及面料层阻燃剂构成混合纤维,并通过织布机将经向和纬向纤维交叉编织,制得面料层;
步骤五:在涂覆好涂覆层的基布层背面均匀涂抹上粘合剂后,将面料层与基布层通过布料复合机压紧,通过烘干设备,在温度90℃下加热烘干、冷却,最终得到防火阻燃帐篷布料。
经过试验对比,实施例三制得的帐篷布料比实施例二制得的帐篷布料防火阻燃性能好。
实施例四:
一种防火阻燃帐篷布料的生产工艺,包括基布层、面料层及涂覆层,基布层由以下原料按质量份计制得:涤纶55份、碳纤维13份、玻璃纤维13份、木炭纤维7份、滑石粉4份、醋酸纤维4份、基布层阻燃剂14份;
面料层由以下原料按质量份计制得:腈纶纤维55份、聚磷酸铵11份、氢氧化铝7份、沸4份、面料层阻燃剂13份;
涂覆层由以下原料按质量份计制得:聚氨酯树脂55份、苯丙乳液7份、涂覆层阻燃剂11份、氢氧化钠5份、油酸聚乙二醇酯3份、二甲基硅油3份、催化剂5份、无水助剂5份、硅烷偶联剂4份、水15份。

面料层由以下原料按质量份计制得:腈纶纤维60份、聚磷酸铵12份、氢氧化铝8份、沸石5份、面料层阻燃剂15份;
涂覆层由以下原料按质量份计制得:聚氨酯树脂60份、苯丙乳液8份、涂覆层阻燃剂12份、氢氧化钠6份、油酸聚乙二醇酯4份、二甲基硅油4份、催化剂6份、无水助剂6份、硅烷偶联剂5份、水15份。

将本发明各实施例制得的帐篷布料均进行防火阻燃性实验,经过对比后得出,实施例三制得的帐篷布料能够达到最佳性能。

Claims (7)
1.一种防火阻燃帐篷布料的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括基布层、面料层及涂覆层,所述基布层由以下原料按质量份计制得:涤纶40~60份、碳纤维8~15份、玻璃纤维8~15份、木炭纤维4~8份、滑石粉1~5份、醋酸纤维3~5份、基布层阻燃剂10~15份;
所述面料层由以下原料按质量份计制得:腈纶纤维40~60份、聚磷酸铵8~12份、氢氧化铝3~8份、沸石1~5份、面料层阻燃剂10~15份;
所述涂覆层由以下原料按质量份计制得:聚氨酯树脂30~60份、苯丙乳液3~8份、涂覆层阻燃剂8~12份、氢氧化钠3~6份、油酸聚乙二醇酯2~4份、二甲基硅油2~4份、催化剂3~6份、无水助剂3~6份、硅烷偶联剂1~5份、水10~15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火阻燃帐篷布料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述基布层由以下原料按质量份计制得:涤纶50份、碳纤维12份、玻璃纤维12份、木炭纤维6份、滑石粉3份、醋酸纤维4份、基布层阻燃剂12份;
所述面料层由以下原料按质量份计制得:腈纶纤维50份、聚磷酸铵10份、氢氧化铝6份、沸石3份、面料层阻燃剂12份;
所述涂覆层由以下原料按质量份计制得:聚氨酯树脂50份、苯丙乳液6份、涂覆层阻燃剂10份、氢氧化钠5份、油酸聚乙二醇酯3份、二甲基硅油3份、催化剂4份、无水助剂5份、硅烷偶联剂3份、水15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火阻燃帐篷布料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述基布层阻燃剂及面料层阻燃剂均选用磷类阻燃剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火阻燃帐篷布料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述涂覆层阻燃剂为磷类阻燃剂或者硼类阻燃剂其中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火阻燃帐篷布料的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将涤纶、碳纤维、玻璃纤维、木炭纤维、滑石粉、醋酸纤维及基布层阻燃剂构成混合纤维,并通过织布机将经向和纬向纤维交叉编织,制得基布层,待用;
步骤二:将聚氨酯树脂、苯丙乳液、涂覆层阻燃剂、氢氧化钠、油酸聚乙二醇酯、二甲基硅油、催化剂、无水助剂、硅烷偶联剂及水通过搅拌机充分混合,将温度设置为40~60℃,转速设置为800~1200r/min,时间设置为1~2h,制得涂覆剂;
步骤三:将涂覆剂通过涂覆机均匀涂覆在基布层上,通过烘干设备,在温度150~180℃下加热烘干、冷却,待用;
步骤四:将腈纶纤维、聚磷酸铵、氢氧化铝、沸石及面料层阻燃剂构成混合纤维,并通过织布机将经向和纬向纤维交叉编织,制得面料层;
步骤五:在涂覆好涂覆层的基布层背面均匀涂抹上粘合剂后,将面料层与基布层通过布料复合机压紧,通过烘干设备,在温度80~100℃下加热烘干、冷却,最终得到防火阻燃帐篷布料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种防火阻燃帐篷布料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤五中粘合剂为聚氨酯粘合剂。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种防火阻燃帐篷布料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤三、五中烘干设备为一种滚筒连续式布料烘干机。
