When the second clamping jaw fingers 43 clamp the assembly body to move downwards and extend into the groove on the jacquard panel 103, the pressing plate 8 enters the middle of the two second clamping jaw fingers 43 under the driving of the third linear driving part 7, and when the second clamping jaw fingers 43 are drawn out of the groove, the assembly body is limited by the pressing plate 8 and is left in the groove, and the task of assembling the assembly body into the groove of the jacquard panel 103 is completed.
When the assembly device is used specifically, the first assembly component 3 grabs the reset piece 101 which is arranged on the reset piece vibration upper tray 1 and places the reset piece 101 on the reset piece fixing seat 63, two ends of the reset piece 101 fall into the groove of the reset piece fixing seat 63, and the reset piece 101 is stably limited on the reset piece fixing seat 63;
the sensor 613 detects whether the return spring 102 is in the material conveying pipeline 21 through the through hole; if the return spring 102 exists, the fourth linear driving part 611 drives the arc-shaped pressing plate 612 to move away from the holding pipe 614, the return spring 102 in the arc-shaped pressing plate 612 falls downwards, and then the fourth linear driving part 611 drives the arc-shaped pressing plate 612 to move towards the holding pipe 614 to press the return spring 102 falling from the material conveying pipeline 21; the return spring 102 falls into the through hole of the spring fixing seat 623, and the insert plate 622 is blocked at the lower end of the spring fixing seat 623, so that the return spring 102 is held in the through hole of the spring fixing seat 623.
When the first linear driving portion 64 drives the spring receiving device 62 to move to the reset piece fixing seat 63, the fifth linear driving portion 621 drives the inserting plate 622 to leave the through hole, the lower end of the reset spring 102 falls into the opening of the reset piece 101, the upper end of the reset spring is still in the through hole, and the second driving portion 41 clamps the assembly body clamping the reset spring 102 and the reset piece 101 from the upper side and the lower side.
The second linear driving part 65 drives the reset piece fixing seat 63 to move downwards, the second driving part 41 moves downwards along with the reset piece fixing seat 63 until the reset spring is released from the spring receiving device 62, and at the moment, the second driving part 41 smoothly takes out the assembly body of the reset spring 102 and the reset piece 101; at which time the return spring 102 is compressed.
After the second clamping jaw 42 moves to the position above the final assembly platform 5, the second driving part 41 drives the second clamping jaw 42 to rotate by 90 degrees, the second clamping jaw fingers 43 are aligned with the grooves on the jacquard panel 103, and the second clamping jaw fingers 43 move downwards and extend into the grooves on the jacquard panel 103; when the second clamping jaw fingers 43 clamp the assembly body to move downwards and extend into the groove on the jacquard panel 103, the pressing plate 8 enters the middle of the two second clamping jaw fingers 43 under the driving of the third linear driving part 7, and when the second clamping jaw fingers 43 are drawn out of the groove, the assembly body is limited by the pressing plate 8 and is left in the groove, and the task of assembling the assembly body into the groove of the jacquard panel 103 is completed.

The assembling device of the reset piece and the reset spring as claimed in claim 8, further comprising a third linear driving part (7) and a pressure plate (8) fixedly installed at the power output part of the third linear driving part (7); the pressing plate (8) is a long strip-shaped flat plate and is arranged on one side of the final assembly platform (5); the pressure plate (8) is aligned with the groove on the jacquard panel (103) and is higher than the upper surface of the jacquard panel (103); the third linear driving part (7) drives the pressing plate (8) to move horizontally and insert between the two second clamping jaw fingers (43).
