When the first linear driving portion 64 drives the spring receiving device 62 to move to the reset piece fixing seat 63, the fifth linear driving portion 621 drives the inserting plate 622 to leave the through hole, the lower end of the reset spring 102 falls into the opening of the reset piece 101, the upper end of the reset spring is still in the through hole, and the second driving portion 41 clamps the assembly body clamping the reset spring 102 and the reset piece 101 from the upper side and the lower side.
The second linear driving part 65 drives the reset piece fixing seat 63 to move downwards, the second driving part 41 moves downwards along with the reset piece fixing seat 63 until the reset spring is released from the spring receiving device 62, and at the moment, the second driving part 41 smoothly takes out the assembly body of the reset spring 102 and the reset piece 101; at which time the return spring 102 is compressed.
After the second clamping jaw 42 moves to the position above the final assembly platform 5, the second driving part 41 drives the second clamping jaw 42 to rotate by 90 degrees, the second clamping jaw fingers 43 are aligned with the grooves on the jacquard panel 103, and the second clamping jaw fingers 43 move downwards and extend into the grooves on the jacquard panel 103; when the second clamping jaw fingers 43 clamp the assembly body to move downwards and extend into the groove on the jacquard panel 103, the pressing plate 8 enters the middle of the two second clamping jaw fingers 43 under the driving of the third linear driving part 7, and when the second clamping jaw fingers 43 are drawn out of the groove, the assembly body is limited by the pressing plate 8 and is left in the groove, and the task of assembling the assembly body into the groove of the jacquard panel 103 is completed.
