技术领域
本发明涉及一种齿圈,其可以安装在车轮制动器的制动盘上,并且齿圈具有在其周向上均匀分布的、通过径向接片彼此间隔开的缺口。
背景技术
这种齿圈由EP 1 293 699 A2已知。齿圈可以与车轮的制动盘连接。齿圈具有接片,接片使齿圈中的缺口彼此间隔开。齿圈的接片和/或缺口用作针对接近传感器的脉冲发生器,接近传感器的传感器信号被传导至例如防抱死系统的控制器。从传感器信息可以获知制动盘和因此车轮的角度位置和/或转速。齿圈和制动盘的在该文献中描述的特别的设计方案应该能够实现齿圈在制动盘上的有利的紧固,并且避免锈蚀下移(Rostunterwanderung)的危险。
发明内容
与此相对,本发明的任务是设计一种用于相同的应用目的的齿圈,从而在齿圈的面对传感器的表面与传感器的面对齿圈的端侧的端部面之间的必要的气隙即使当出现锈蚀下移和不同的材料膨胀时也维持预设的大小。
该任务利用具有权利要求1的特征的齿圈解决。有利的改进方案在从属权利要求中限定。
因此,本发明涉及一种齿圈,其可以安装在车轮制动器的制动盘上,并且齿圈具有在其周向上均匀分布的、通过径向接片彼此间隔开的缺口。为了解决提出的任务,在该齿圈中设置的是,齿圈径向在其缺口和接片之上具有轴向突出的凸出部。
在此优选设置的是,转速传感器的端侧的端部面可以靠到轴向突出的凸出部上,并且凸出部仅稍微轴向延伸,从而通过该凸出部轴向在一方面的缺口和接片与另一方面的转速传感器的端侧的端部面之间构造出限定宽度的气隙。
通过所描绘的结构,转速传感器可以轴向地靠到齿圈的凸出部上,其中,凸出部的轴向的延伸确保维持在转速传感器与齿圈的缺口和接片之间的具有预设的轴向宽度的气隙。即使当齿圈由于在其紧固区域中的锈蚀下移或基于不同的材料膨胀而移位时,在齿圈与转速传感器之间的该气隙也不发生改变。转速传感器贴靠在凸出部上的接触面是很小的,从而在那里的摩擦损耗是可忽略的。
在本文中设置的是,接片和/或缺口是针对待相对于齿圈轴向且位置固定地布置的转速传感器的、在齿圈的周向方向上相继的脉冲发生器。
只要在此提到转速传感器,那么要说明的是,转速传感器确切地说是接近传感器,其中在齿圈转动的情况下,运动经过的接片产生以电磁方式引起的脉冲,该脉冲随后被传导至与传感器连接的控制器。控制器随后例如从接近传感器的在每个时间单位中输出的脉冲计算出齿圈或与齿圈抗相对转动(drehfest)地连接的构件的当前的转动角度位置或当前的转速,例如已经提到的机动车制动盘的当前的转动角度位置或当前的转速。
根据优选的实施方式设置的是,齿圈的径向取向的接片与径向靠外的轴向法兰并且与径向靠内的轴向法兰一体式地连接,并且径向靠外的轴向法兰和/或径向靠内的轴向法兰与折向径向的径向法兰一体式地连接,折向径向的径向法兰被限定用于紧固在制动盘的径向的贴靠面上。
为了将磁极盘紧固在这种制动盘上可以设置的是,径向的贴靠面轴向加深地布置在制动盘内,并且与贴靠面相邻地,制动盘中构造有径向向内敞开的圆形的槽,用以容纳将齿圈固定在制动盘上的卡环。
能特别简单地制造和有利的是,轴向突出的凸出部在从径向靠外的轴向法兰到接片的过渡部上构造为成形的、环绕的凸肩,并且该凸出部的轴向延伸相当于在接片的面对转速传感器的表面与转速传感器的端侧的端部面之间的气隙的必需尺寸。
为了即使在锈蚀下移时或由于不同的材料膨胀也使齿圈的稍微的轴向可运动性保持无作用,可以设置的是,转速传感器弹性地贴靠在构造为环绕的凸肩的凸出部上。
齿圈可以以简单的方式制造为板材改形件,其具有冲压出的或以其他的适当的方式引入的缺口。
所描述的齿圈、其布置和其与转速传感器的协作是车辆运行中的车轮的角度位置和/或转速的电子监控系统的有利的组成部分,尤其是在防抱死系统中的有利的组成部分。

具体实施方式
图1因此以部分纵截面图示意性示出车辆、例如轿车、商用车或拖车的制动盘1。该制动盘1径向靠内地在制动盘的在图1右端侧的区域中具有圆环形的且轴向在一侧敞开的加深部,在加深部上构造有针对齿圈5的贴靠面2。布置在那里的齿圈5由具有形式为径向缝隙的冲压出的缺口6的板材改形件构成,这些缺口通过径向接片10彼此间隔开。这些径向接片10和/或缺口6用作针对图2所示的转速传感器11的脉冲发生器。
如尤其是根据图2的放大的图示说明的那样,齿圈5具有径向靠外的轴向法兰7、一体式地构造在径向靠外的轴向法兰上的弯折的靠外的径向法兰8和径向靠内的轴向法兰9。径向接片10一体式地与径向靠外的轴向法兰7且与径向靠内的轴向法兰9连接,这些径向接片分别使两个相邻的缺口6彼此间隔开,缺口构造为冲压出的径向缝隙。
在径向靠外的轴向法兰7至缺口6和径向接片10的过渡部上构造有圆环形的凸出部7a,其仅非常小地轴向朝转速传感器11的方向延伸。根据另一实施方式,轴向的凸出部7a也可以通过多个仅在径向接片10的径向靠外的端部的区域中构造的圆弧段组成。
转速传感器11以能轴向运动的方式容纳在对其适用的支架中,并且借助通过箭头13表示的弹簧力弹性地挤压到齿圈5的轴向的凸出部7a上。由于凸出部7a轴向稍微突出超过齿圈5的通过径向接片10的表面10a形成的传感器侧的端侧,所以在径向接片10的表面10a与转速传感器11的端侧的端部面11a之间形成气隙12,气隙的轴向宽度S相当于凸出部7a的轴向宽度并且在制造齿圈5时可以精密地实现。
从图1看到的是,齿圈5可以借助其靠外的径向法兰8紧固在制动盘1上,其方法是,在齿圈5导入到制动盘1的贴靠面2上之后将卡环4置入到制动盘1中的与贴靠面2相邻地构造的、径向向内敞开的槽3内。齿圈5在制动盘1上的例如借助置入到槽3内的波纹环或借助螺钉、铆钉等的其他的紧固方式显然同样是可能的。因为板材改形件可以高精度地在没有附加的加工的情况下制造,所以能预设的气隙12即使在大批量制造的情况下也可以以必要的精度构造。

Claims (9)

1.齿圈(5),所述齿圈能安装在车轮制动器的制动盘(1)上,并且所述齿圈具有在其周向上均匀分布的、通过径向接片(10)彼此间隔开的缺口(6),其特征在于,所述齿圈(5)径向在其缺口(6)和接片(10)之上具有轴向突出的凸出部(7a)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的齿圈,其特征在于,所述接片(10)和/或所述缺口(6)是针对待相对于所述齿圈(5)轴向且位置固定地布置的转速传感器(11)的、在所述齿圈(5)的周向方向上相继的脉冲发生器。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的齿圈,其特征在于,所述转速传感器(11)的端侧的端部面(11a)能靠到所述轴向突出的凸出部(7a)上,并且所述凸出部(7a)仅稍微轴向延伸,使得通过所述凸出部轴向在一方面的缺口(6)和接片(10)与另一方面的所述转速传感器(11)的端侧的端部面(11a)之间构造出限定宽度(S)的气隙(12)。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的齿圈,其特征在于,所述齿圈的径向取向的接片(10)与径向靠外的轴向法兰(7)并且与径向靠内的轴向法兰(9)一体式地连接,其中,所述径向靠外的轴向法兰(7)和/或所述径向靠内的轴向法兰(9)与折向径向的径向法兰(8)一体式地连接,所述径向法兰被限定用于紧固在所述制动盘(1)的径向的贴靠面(2)上。
