Description
Claims (16)
- 半径方向の内側表面を画定する環状の開口部、半径方向の外側表面、前記内側表面に沿った隆起部、前記隆起部のある内側表面に沿って配置される付勢部材、および前記外側表面に配置され、前記開口部に垂直に延在するフランジを含む磁気保持プレートと、
半径方向の外側表面およびそれの中央に開口部を有する非磁気のプレッシャープレートであって、前記磁気保持プレートに対して相対的に回転し得る前記プレッシャープレートと、
前記磁気保持プレートの前記フランジに取り付けられるセンサーターゲットと、
前記プレッシャープレートおよび前記磁気保持プレートから半径方向外側へ配置されるセンサーおよびセンサーハウジングを含むセンサーアセンブリと
を備えるアクチュエータ用の検知システムにおいて、
前記プレッシャープレートの前記外側表面は、前記磁気保持プレートの前記隆起部の下に、前記隆起部と前記付勢部材との間に軸方向に配置される、
検知システム。 - 前記付勢部材は、スプリング部およびギャップ部を含み、前記プレッシャープレートの前記外側表面は、前記ギャップ部に配置される、
請求項1に記載の検知システム。 - 前記スプリング部は、U字形である、請求項2に記載の検知システム。
- 前記付勢部材は、隆起外側部をさらに備える、請求項2に記載の検知システム。
- 前記センサーターゲットは磁石であり、前記センサーはホールセンサーである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の検知システム。
- 前記センサーアセンブリは、前記磁気保持プレートの前記フランジから半径方向外側へ配置される、請求項4に記載の検知システム。
- 前記プレッシャープレートは、平坦で円形のプレートである、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の検知システム。
- 前記フランジは、前記隆起部の前記外側表面に配置される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の検知システム。
- 請求項1に記載の検知システムと、
検知システムに選択的に接続される可動部材と、
ハウジング、コイル、および線形移動可能なアーマチャを含むソレノイドと
を備えるアクチュエータアセンブリにおいて、
前記ソレノイドは、センサーから半径方向内側へ配置され、前記線形移動可能なアーマチャは、前記可動部材に駆動接続される、
アクチュエータアセンブリ。 - 前記プレッシャープレートは、ロックギアセットに選択的に係合する、請求項9に記載のアクチュエータアセンブリ。
- 前記磁気保持プレートは、前記アクチュエータアセンブリ内に軸方向に移動可能である、請求項9または10に記載のアクチュエータアセンブリ。
- アクチュエータハウジングをさらに備え、磁気保持プレートは、前記アクチュエータハウジングに移動可能に取り付けられる、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータアセンブリ。
- 請求項9に記載の前記アクチュエータアセンブリと、
差動装置ギアセットと、
前記可動部材を含み、前記差動装置ギアセットおよび前記可動部材に選択的に係合するクラッチと、
前記差動装置ギアセットを収容すると共に、前記クラッチを部分的に収容する差動装置ケーシングと
を備える差動装置アセンブリにおいて、
前記差動装置アセンブリは、自動車の複数の車軸に駆動接続される、
差動装置アセンブリ。 - 前記アクチュエータアセンブリは、前記差動装置ケーシングの外側にある、
請求項13に記載の差動装置アセンブリ。 - 検知システムは、前記差動装置ギアセットに軸方向に隣接すると共に前記複数の車軸から半径方向外側へ配置される、
