本发明公开了一种路牙石荧光剂复合振动覆膜工艺,是一种能够在路牙石表面进行涂覆荧光剂的工艺包括以下步骤:步骤一、准备材料;步骤二、制作沙基荧光材料;步骤三、涂覆荧光材料;步骤四、后处理,在路牙石表面涂覆荧光剂的过程中添加复合振动工艺。覆膜过程中的振动工艺可以使荧光材料分布更均匀、更致密,可以有效提高路牙石荧光剂覆膜的耐久性和反光性能;涂覆过程施加的振动工艺可以使涂覆荧光层表面更光滑,具有更好的自清洁特性。

技术领域
本发明属于道路建筑施工技术领域,具体为一种路牙石荧光剂复合振动覆膜工艺。
背景技术
一些路牙石上需要反光材料做指示标识,用于交通指示图案或提高道路美观性。传统的人工刷涂方式荧光膜表面光整性差、荧光材料刷涂不均匀,荧光膜表面自清洁特性、耐久性、反光性能差等问题。因此,针对传统刷涂荧光膜方式存在的问题,提出了路牙石荧光剂复合振动覆膜工艺技术。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种路牙石荧光剂复合振动覆膜工艺,在路牙石表面涂覆荧光剂过程加入复合振动工艺,加入振动工艺提高涂覆荧光材料的均匀性和致密性,进而提高路牙石涂覆荧光膜的自清洁性、均匀性、反光性能和耐久性。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:
一种路牙石荧光剂复合振动覆膜工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、准备材料:
准备路牙石材料、荧光材料、细沙,将准备好的荧光材料放入球磨混料机中进行调制;
步骤二、制作沙基荧光材料:
以细沙作为基体材料,将混好的荧光材料与细沙按2:1的比例放入V型混料机进行混料;
步骤三、涂覆荧光材料:
在带有特定图案凹槽的路牙石固定在复合振动工作台上,凹槽内采用三轴式自动注胶机注入凹槽容积三分之二的马贝瓷砖粘结剂;应用粉体送料机在路牙石凹槽内层铺沙基荧光材料;利用复合振动平台的工作台法向振动和平行台面的水平振动功能,对路牙石施加图案法向方向振动25s增加荧光材料均匀性,施加平行于图案方向振动20s增加荧光材料致密性;
步骤四、后处理:
覆膜完成后,由工作人员对路牙石进行检测,检测表面覆膜是否存在缺陷,测试合格进行打包,不合格品进行报废处理。
本发明所述的路牙石荧光剂复合振动覆膜工艺的优点在于:
1、本发明所述的路牙石荧光剂复合振动覆膜工艺,加入振动工艺后路牙石涂覆荧光粉的表面更光滑,空气中灰尘以及污染物不易粘附在表面,雨水易冲洗干净,具有更好的自清洁特性。
2、本发明所述的路牙石荧光剂复合振动覆膜工艺,振动可以使涂覆荧光粉厚度分布更加均匀,涂覆荧光层致密度更高,使用寿命更长。
3、本发明所述的路牙石荧光剂复合振动覆膜工艺,加入振动工艺使得荧光材料在表面分布更均匀、更平整,荧光膜具有更好的反光性能,在夜晚荧光膜亮度更高。
本发明设计合理,具有很好的实际应用价值。

下面对本发明的具体实施例进行详细说明。
一种路牙石荧光剂复合振动覆膜工艺,该路牙石荧光剂复合振动覆膜工艺技术是通过在路牙石表面制作所需图案凹槽,在凹槽内注入一定量的粘结剂,层铺荧光材料后加入震动工艺提高荧光材料的均匀性和致密性,进而提高路牙石涂覆荧光膜的自清洁性、均匀性、反光性能和耐久性。
具体的路牙石荧光剂复合振动覆膜工艺的步骤包括:
步骤一、准备材料:
准备路牙石材料、荧光材料、细沙,将准备好的荧光材料放入球磨混料机中进行调制。
其中,荧光材料按照现有工艺配方,荧光剂由碳酸锶(SrCO3)、氧化铕(Eu2O3)、氧化镝(Dy2O3)和Al2O3等材料按一定比例调制而成。
步骤二、制作沙基荧光材料:
以细沙作为基体材料,将混好的荧光材料与细沙按2:1放入V型混料机进行混料。
步骤三、涂覆荧光材料:
在带有特定图案凹槽的路牙石固定在复合振动工作台上,凹槽内采用三轴式自动注胶机注入凹槽容积三分之二的马贝瓷砖粘结剂;应用粉体送料机在路牙石凹槽内层铺沙基荧光材料;利用复合振动平台的工作台法向振动和平行台面的水平振动功能,对路牙石施加图案法向方向振动25s增加荧光材料均匀性,施加平行于图案方向振动20s增加荧光材料致密性。

以细沙作为基体材料,将混好的荧光材料与细沙按比例放入V型混料机进行混料;
步骤三、涂覆荧光材料:
在带有特定图案凹槽的路牙石固定在复合振动工作台上,凹槽内采用三轴式自动注胶机注入马贝瓷砖粘结剂;应用粉体送料机在路牙石凹槽内层铺沙基荧光材料;利用复合振动平台的工作台法向振动和平行台面的水平振动功能,首先对路牙石施加图案法向方向振动增加荧光材料均匀性,之后施加平行于图案方向振动增加荧光材料致密性;
步骤四:后处理:
覆膜完成后,由工作人员对路牙石进行检测,检测表面覆膜是否存在缺陷,测试合格进行打包,不合格品进行报废处理。
