本发明提供一种多功能建筑垃圾筛分机,包括移动机构和振动箱,所述振动箱上设置有喂料槽,所述振动箱内设置有超大物料筛网、粗骨料筛网、中骨料筛网和细骨料筛网,所述振动箱上依次设置有对应的超大物料出料口、粗骨料出料口、中骨料出料口和细骨料出料口,所述粗骨料出料口和中骨料出料口处设置有风选装置。本发明提供的多功能建筑垃圾筛分机不但能筛分石料、砖渣等物质,而且能对木块、塑料、废布料等较轻的杂质也能进行筛分处理,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。

一种多功能建筑垃圾筛分机
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑机械领域,特别涉及一种多功能建筑垃圾筛分机。
背景技术
现有的建筑垃圾处理设备一般包括破碎设备和筛分设备,筛分设备主要是用来将建筑垃圾按照不同的粒径进行分选,目前最主要的筛分设备是筛分机。筛分机是利用散粒物料与筛面的相对运动,使部分颗粒透过筛孔,将砂、砾石、碎石等物料按颗粒大小分成不同级别的振动筛分机械设备。
现有的建筑废弃物现场处理筛分技术中,主要先将建筑垃圾筛分为三大类:一是轻物质垃圾,一般指木块、塑料布料及其他相对较轻的物质等;二是小颗粒状的物质,一般指渣土等能够从筛板网孔落下的物质等;三是大块状重物,一般指除以上两类垃圾物质外的较大和较重的物质,例如较大的料、砖渣类物质等。
现有的建筑垃圾筛分机只能将第二和第三类建筑垃圾进行分类,把粒径较大的石料、砖渣等进行筛分,而混含在其中的木块、塑料、废布料等相对较轻的物质杂质无法自动进行筛分,这些混合在其中的较轻的物质就需要安排人工进行挑选,通过人工操作把杂质挑出并放在指定地方,这种工艺和方法存在一定的作业风险,会对筛选人员造成一定的伤害,同时还有漏检现象的发生,而且作业效率低,成本过高。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明专利目的在于设计了一种多功能建筑垃圾筛分机,不但能筛分石料、砖渣等物质,而且能对木块、塑料、废布料等较轻的杂质也能进行筛分处理,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
一种多功能建筑垃圾筛分机,包括移动机构(1)以及固定在所述移动机构(1)上的振动箱(2),所述振动箱(2)上设置有喂料槽(3),所述振动箱(2)内设置有筛网,所述筛网由上到下依次为超大物料筛网(4)、粗骨料筛网(5)、中骨料筛网(6)和细骨料筛网(7),所述振动箱(2)上依次设置有对应的超大物料出料口(41)、粗骨料出料口(51)、中骨料出料口(61)和细骨料出料口(71),所述粗骨料出料口(51)和中骨料出料口(61)处设置有风选装置(8)。
进一步,本发明所述移动机构(1)为履带式移动机构。
进一步,本发明所述超大物料筛网(4)的网孔直径大小为12厘米。
进一步,本发明所述振动箱(2)上连接有振动电机。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
本发明提出了一种多功能建筑垃圾筛分机,请参阅图1是本发明多功能建筑垃圾筛分机的结构图,包括移动机构1以及固定在所述移动机构1上的振动箱2,所述振动箱2上设置有喂料槽3,所述振动箱2内设置有筛网,所述筛网由上到下依次为超大物料筛网4、粗骨料筛网5、中骨料筛网6和细骨料筛网7,所述振动箱2上依次设置有对应的超大物料出料口41、粗骨料出料口51、中骨料出料口61和细骨料出料口71,所述粗骨料出料口51和中骨料出料口61处设置有风选装置8。
多功能移动筛分机使用履带移动到施工场所后,破碎机给喂料槽3送料,通过给料皮带将待筛分的物料送进振动箱2,物料进入振动箱2后经过各级筛网的振动筛分后,各种规格的骨料从相应的出料皮带送出,包括超大粒径的木块、塑料、废布料等,再经过皮带出料口的风选装置8输出干净的骨料。
本发明利用木块、塑料、废布料等杂质的超大尺寸,一般都有15~40cm长或宽,而一般粗骨料的粒径都在5~10cm左右;故在原有筛网的基础上,我们增加一层超大物料筛网,网孔直径设计为12cm;这样设置后,超大尺寸的木块、塑料、废布料等杂质就可以被超大物料筛网筛选出来,而粒径较小的木块、塑料、废布料等,利用其重量比石料、砖渣轻的特性,在出料皮带口增加风选装置将其吹走收集。从而实现了设备自动筛选超大尺寸木块、塑料、废布料等杂质的功能。

1.一种多功能建筑垃圾筛分机,其特征在于,包括移动机构(1)以及固定在所述移动机构(1)上的振动箱(2),所述振动箱(2)上设置有喂料槽(3),所述振动箱(2)内设置有筛网,所述筛网由上到下依次为超大物料筛网(4)、粗骨料筛网(5)、中骨料筛网(6)和细骨料筛网(7),所述振动箱(2)上依次设置有对应的超大物料出料口(41)、粗骨料出料口(51)、中骨料出料口(61)和细骨料出料口(71),所述粗骨料出料口(51)和中骨料出料口(61)处设置有风选装置(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能建筑垃圾筛分机,其特征在于,所述移动机构(1)为履带式移动机构。
