The working principle is as follows: placing feed raw materials to be pressed in a feed hopper 2, pulling a pull rod 15 to pull a folding rod 21 to fold through a connecting rod 14, controlling the diameter of a granulating hole 16 by folding the folding rod 21, moving the distance of the pull rod 15 according to the diameter of the required granules, placing a bolt 7 in a groove of the connecting rod 14, screwing the bolt 7, rotating a roller wheel 3 to drive a rotating wheel 17 and a driving wheel 18 to rotate, driving a stirring rod 19 to stir the raw materials in the feed hopper 2 by rotating the driving wheel 18, allowing the stirred raw materials to fall into a granulating mold 5 through a filter screen 20, simultaneously driving a pressing plate 4 to move downwards by rotating the rotating wheel 17 through a movable rod, driving the diameter of the rotating wheel 17 to be five times of the diameter of the roller wheel 3, driving stirring and blanking by the roller wheel 3 through the driving wheel 18, allowing the raw materials to fall into the mold to be accumulated, pressing and extruding the raw materials in the granulating mold 5 by the pressing plate 4, allowing the raw materials to fall through the granulating hole 16, the idler wheel 3 rotates to drive the gear 13 to rotate, the gear 13 rotates to drive the rack 11 to move leftwards, the rack 11 stretches the spring 12 to move, the rack 11 drives the blade 8 to move leftwards, the blade 8 extrudes the raw materials into the granulating holes 16 to cut off the raw materials, the gear 13 drives the rack 11 to move to the smooth surface of the rack 11, the rack 11 does not move, the spring 12 is in an unstressed state, the spring 12 resets to drive the rack 11 to move rightwards, the rack 11 drives the blade 8 to move rightwards, the gear 13 rotates to be in contact with the rack 11 to drive the rack 11 to move, the rack 11 works circularly to drive the blade 8 to reciprocate, and the feed extruded out of the die is cut off.
In summary, in the feed granulating device, the roller 3 rotates, the roller 3 drives the rotating wheel 17 and the moving wheel 18 to rotate, feed in the feed hopper 2 falls into the granulating die 5 through the filter screen 20, the rotating wheel 17 drives the pressing plate 4 to move downwards to press raw materials in the granulating die 5, the raw materials fall through the granulating hole 16, the roller 3 drives the gear 13 to rotate, the gear 13 drives the rack 11 to stretch the spring 12 to move leftwards, the blade 8 is driven to move leftwards, the blade 8 moves leftwards to cut off the raw materials exposed out of the granulating hole 16, when the gear 13 rotates the smooth surface of the granulating rack 11, the rack 11 does not move, the spring 12 drives the rack 11 to reset, the rack 11 drives the blade 8 to move rightwards, the gear 13 rotates to contact with the rack 11 to drive the rack 11 to move, the rack 11 works circularly, the raw materials are cut, the blade 8 cuts in a reciprocating manner, so as to ensure the uniformity of granulating particles, and the feed granulating device, by pulling the pull rod 15, the pull rod 15 passes through connecting rod 14 pulling folding rod 21, according to the position of the big or small diameter pulling pull rod 15 of required pelletization to place bolt 7 in the recess of connecting rod 14, screw up bolt 7, connect folding rod 21 between granulation hole 16, guarantee to make the fodder of any diameter, improved the practicality of fodder pelletization mould 5.
