Abstract

一种用小鼠筛选雌蚊装置,为长圆柱体,包括网塞、诱蚊瓶、挡鼠网塞、置鼠瓶。网塞端部有1个网塞把手,底部为纱网;网塞大小和诱蚊瓶口相容,防止蚊虫逃逸和放置乙醚棉球。诱蚊瓶距离底部1cm处的防蚊网为纱网,既透气,又防蚊虫;诱蚊瓶壁底部四周均匀分布3个小圆内突,其直径大小与置鼠瓶端部均匀分布的内凹的直角状轨道相容;诱蚊瓶底部与置鼠瓶端口大小相容。挡鼠网塞底部为网状,高度低于诱蚊瓶和置鼠瓶相容部分,四周均匀分布三个弧形凹槽,凹槽大小与置鼠瓶三个直角轨道相容;挡鼠网塞大小与置鼠瓶端口相容,并被其环形内突承托。置鼠瓶用于放置小鼠。本装置有扣合严实、透气良好、防护得当、使用便捷、适用的优点。

一种用小鼠筛选雌蚊装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用小鼠筛选雌蚊装置,主要用于但不限于室内蚊虫饲养笼中筛选雌蚊试虫。
背景技术
在进行卫生杀虫剂室内灭蚊药效检测、现场灭蚊现场药效检测、驱避剂室内药效检测等时,都需要用到一定数量的雌蚊做试虫。目前,挑选雌蚊试虫,主要是收集大量雌雄成蚊,用乙醚麻醉后人工挑选,需要专业人员了解雌、雄蚊虫特征,在麻醉的试虫中将雌蚊识别并筛选出来。存在以下弊端:首先,乙醚麻醉时间不能过长,否则会使试虫致死,或影响试虫活力;其次,挑选人员要动作迅捷,在试虫处于麻醉状态时完成工作,否则会发生试虫复苏逃逸;最后,在需要大批量雌蚊试虫时,该方法会占用大量人力和时间。
发明内容
针对该项工作中存在问题,本装置很好地解决了工作中遇到的上述问题。
本发明装置采用了如下技术方案:
一种用小鼠筛选雌蚊装置,为长圆柱体,包括网塞、诱蚊瓶、挡鼠网塞、置鼠瓶。网塞端部有1个网塞把手,底部为纱网,网格大小以蚊虫试虫不能自此逃逸为准;网塞直径大小和诱蚊瓶口相容,可塞住诱蚊瓶口,也可通过网塞把手将其自诱蚊瓶口拉出;其作用是防止蚊虫逃逸和放置麻醉用乙醚棉球。
诱蚊瓶距离底部1cm处防蚊网为纱网,既透气,又防蚊虫自此逃逸吸食小鼠血;诱蚊瓶壁底部四周均匀分布3个小圆内突,其直径大小与置鼠瓶端部均匀分布的内凹的直角状轨道相容;诱蚊瓶底部直径与置鼠瓶上部端口大小相容。
挡鼠网塞底部为网格状,其高度低于诱蚊瓶和置鼠瓶相容的高度,四周均匀分布三个弧形凹槽,其大小与置鼠瓶三个直角轨道相容;挡鼠网塞大小与置鼠瓶上端口大小相容,并被置鼠瓶端口下部的环形内突承托,可以防止小鼠逃逸。
置鼠瓶为密封状态,用于放置小鼠。
总的来说,本装置有如下优点:扣合严实、透气良好、防护得当、使用便捷、适用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本装置作进一步详细的说明。
图1、图2所示为一种用小鼠筛选雌蚊装置,先将网塞(1)通过网塞把手(2)拔出诱蚊瓶(3)瓶口;把小鼠放入置鼠瓶(10)中,将挡鼠网塞(6)按照弧形凹槽(7)与直角轨道(8)相容的方式,放入置鼠瓶(10)瓶口,并被环形内突(9)承托;然后将诱蚊瓶(3)通过圆内突(4)与置鼠瓶(10)端部的直角轨道(8)相容,将诱蚊瓶(3)置于置鼠瓶(10)上部。小鼠气味通过挡鼠网塞(6)、防蚊网(5),自诱蚊瓶端口散出,引诱雌性蚊虫。
将整个装置放入蚊虫饲养笼内,一段时间后,拿出该装置,将网塞(1)通过网塞把手(2)塞住诱蚊瓶(3)瓶口;将诱蚊瓶(3)与置鼠瓶(10)分离,拿出挡鼠网塞(6),释放置鼠瓶(10)中的小鼠;将乙醚棉球放在网塞(1)上,麻醉引诱的蚊虫,取出,计数。

1.一种用小鼠筛选雌蚊装置,为长圆柱体,包括包括网塞、诱蚊瓶、挡鼠网塞、置鼠瓶,其特征为:诱蚊瓶通过底部内突与置鼠瓶端部直角轨道与置鼠瓶严密结合。
2.按照权利要求1所述的用小鼠筛选雌蚊装置,其特征为:网塞大小与诱蚊瓶瓶口相容,端部带有一个网塞把手,底部为纱网,网格大小以蚊虫无法自此逃逸为准。
3.按照权利要求1所述的用小鼠筛选雌蚊装置,其特征为:诱蚊瓶端部有防蚊网,四周均匀分布3个圆内突,其大小与置鼠瓶上的直角轨道相容。
4.按照权利要求1或3所述的用小鼠筛选雌蚊装置,其特征为:诱蚊瓶底部与置鼠瓶端部大小相容。
5.按照权利要求1所述的用小鼠筛选雌蚊装置,其特征为:挡鼠网塞四周均匀分布3个弧形凹槽,凹槽大小与置鼠瓶上的直角轨道相容。
6.按照权利要求1所述的用小鼠筛选雌蚊装置,其特征为:置鼠瓶端部均匀分布3个直角轨道,端部底端有1个环形内突,承托挡鼠网塞。
7.按照权利要求1或5所述的用小鼠筛选雌蚊装置,其特征为:挡鼠网塞高度低于诱蚊瓶和置鼠瓶相容部分。
