For example, the self-service ticket purchasing element audio file or the security check audio file and the safety prompt audio file can be uniformly customized for a plurality of online subway stations, so that passengers can be sensed by the audio playing equipment, the ticket purchasing element can be automatically played, and the played content is updated along with the combination of the richness of the ticket purchasing and the activity desire, thereby achieving the self-service and unified service of ticket purchasing. And for the outbound navigation audio file and the triggering condition thereof, personalized customization can be carried out based on each subway station so as to meet different personalized requirements.
And if the preset scene is an expressway service area, unifying or individually customizing real-time weather audio files, safe driving propaganda audio files and/or peripheral scenic area introduction audio files for audio playing equipment in each service area controlling one high speed or multiple high speeds in the audio playing system, and corresponding trigger conditions. In the embodiment of the invention, the audio files personalized and customized for the expressway service area can be the resident people in the service area and the staff in the daily operation service area. For example, assuming that a railway station is taken as a preset scene, the railway station is provided with A, B, C, D self-service ticket taking ports, and audio playing devices may be arranged at the respective ticket taking ports, wherein the audio playing device arranged at the A, B, C, D port automatically plays an audio file related to self-service ticket taking when sensing the existence of a human body, and the audio playing file arranged at the self-service ticket taking port automatically plays an audio file playing process related to ticket taking elements when sensing the existence of a human body. Each audio playing device can collect the triggering times of the playing process of the audio file within the appointed time, and meanwhile, the playing times of the audio file, the setting position of the audio playing device and the corresponding audio file are used as playing data to be uploaded to the central control system.
If the commonality information is set to be X-type data, the non-commonality information is Y-type data, and the final people flow data is Z-type data, the central control system can take the triggering process of the audio file as the X-type data and the setting position and the playing frequency of each audio playing device as the Y-type data after receiving the playing data transmitted by each audio playing device, and then synthesize the X-type data and the Y-type data to perform data modeling and data analysis, and simultaneously, adopt a mode of Z being X + Y, and synthesize the X-type data and the Y-type data to input the Z-type data corresponding to each audio playing device so as to determine the people flow information passing each audio playing device.

In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the parsing module 120 is further configured to: analyzing the playing data, and determining the matching degree of the playing data of the audio playing equipment and the current environment to obtain a matching result; the update module 130 is further configured to: and determining an updating data packet of the audio playing device according to the matching result, and transmitting the updating data packet carried by the updating instruction to the audio playing device for playing. Taking a railway station as an example, the ticket gates 1, 2 and 3 are respectively provided with an audio playing device a, an audio playing device B and an audio playing device C, generally, the audio playing device a can play train number information about the ticket gate 1, the audio playing device B can play train number information about the ticket gate 2, and the audio playing device C can play train number information about the ticket gate 3, but when a train at the ticket gate 1 changes the ticket checking time due to train number delay, the audio playing device B and the audio playing device C can also play related information synchronously to remind a passenger, so that delay of passenger travel is avoided.
In this embodiment, the update module 130 of the central control system is further configured to: and forming a cloud audio transmission architecture by using the central control system and the audio playing equipment of each scene, and correspondingly transmitting the audio file to be updated to the corresponding audio playing equipment of each scene by using the central control system through the cloud audio transmission architecture. step S308, the audio file to be updated is correspondingly transmitted to the corresponding audio playing device of each scene, and each audio playing device updates and plays the local audio file.
The embodiment of the invention provides an audio playing control method of a remote automatic audio control central control system, which comprises the steps of receiving playing data transmitted by at least one audio playing device of each scene, analyzing the received playing data to obtain analysis results of different audio playing devices of each scene, respectively generating an audio file to be updated of each scene according to the analysis results of the different audio playing devices, and correspondingly transmitting the audio file to be updated of each scene to the audio playing devices of each scene for playing. According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the central control system is used for uniformly managing the audio playing devices arranged in each scene, the central control system is used for managing and analyzing the playing data of each audio playing device, and the audio file to be updated of the audio playing device is determined and issued, so that the cloud management and the cloud update of each audio playing device are realized, and compared with the traditional method of manually updating, the method is more intelligent and more flexible.
In practical application, the central control system is arranged in the audio playing devices of each scene and needs to store related data for playing when the current audio playing device is triggered for the first time in advance before each audio playing device of each scene collects the playing data of each audio playing device. Therefore, before the step S303, the method may further include: and customizing the playing audio data of the audio playing equipment in an individualized way based on the preset scenes of the audio playing equipment, and transmitting the playing audio data to the corresponding audio playing equipment in advance for the audio playing equipment to use when being triggered for the first time. The pre-transmitted playing audio data may include a preset playing condition, a pre-stored audio file, and/or a preset playing policy of each audio playing device. That is to say, for any one audio playing device, the central control system may transmit the preset playing condition, the pre-stored audio file and/or the preset playing policy of the audio playing device in advance, and may invoke the preset playing policy to play the pre-stored audio file when the preset playing condition of the audio playing device is triggered for the first time in the current environment.
Optionally, when the central control system stores the audio files individually customized for each audio playing device, the audio files of the audio playing devices may be individually customized based on the scene type of the preset scene of the audio playing device and/or the deployment position of the audio playing device in the preset scene. In this embodiment, the preset scene type may be at least one of: the system comprises a gas station, a tourist attraction, a park, a railway station, a subway station, an expressway service area, a shop, an airport and other large public places with various different scenes. For audio playing devices set in different scenes, the pre-stored audio files are different, and the following examples are given for different audio playing files set in different scenes.
Gas station
If the preset scene is a gas station, the audio playing device is used for personalized advertisement audio files, public welfare enterprise announcement audio files and/or sales promotion activity audio files. In addition, when the central control system is used for central control of the audio playing system set for the preset scene, advertisement audio files, public welfare enterprise announcement audio files and/or sales promotion activity audio files can be unified and customized for the gas stations managed in the designated area controlled by the central control system of the audio playing system.
Generally, the services of gas stations can be divided into two categories: oil products and non-oil products (commodities, automobile products, car washes, etc.). At present, gas stations have three main services for popularizing non-oil products: 1. the communication between the fuel filler and the consumer when filling the fuel (within 1 minute) has the advantages of direct and individual subjective exertion and maximization. The defects are that the standardization cannot be realized, the management is not good, and the fluctuation is large after the personnel are lost. 2. Based on the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, a service structure of multi-audio playing equipment can be provided for a gas station, two 20-watt outdoor sound posts and a wall-mounted loudspeaker in a store are arranged on two sides of the left and right ends of a convenience store of the gas station so as to respectively adjust different sound intensities indoors and outdoors, and one audio playing equipment is connected with a central control system to form an automatic playing pre-stored audio file without manual operation. The content of the audio file is checked by a designated department and then played. Specifically, when the audio file is played through the audio playing device, the advertisement audio file or the promotion activity audio file can be played at set time (all positions of 4 and 9 minutes in each hour), and the business requirement of a gas station scene is met. In addition, it is also possible to start from 7: 30- - -20: 30 or when a vehicle is detected to enter, playing public welfare enterprise announcement audio files to carry out safe propaganda.
Second, tourist attraction
And if the preset scene is a tourist attraction, individually customizing multilingual attraction introduction audio files, public service propaganda audio files and/or catering position audio files for the audio playing equipment. When the audio file is specifically customized, the audio file can be customized for all the audio playing devices in the scenic spot in a unified mode, or the audio file can be customized for each audio playing device in a personalized mode.
For tourist attractions and parks, in addition to personalized customization of introduction audio files of the attractions or parks, for any attraction, introduction audio files of all attractions in the attraction can be customized, weather, toilet positions, catering positions and introduction, opening and closing of attraction park descriptions, cultural and cultural tourist literacy knowledge, multilingual services and the like are personalized and customized for broadcasting of the tourist attractions, so that user experience can be improved, and human resources can be saved compared with a traditional manual tour guide method.
Third, subway station
If the preset scene is a subway station, customizing a self-service ticket purchasing element audio file, a security check audio file, a safety prompt audio file and/or an outbound guide audio file for the audio playing equipment in a personalized manner; or can be customized for all audio playing devices of a plurality of subway stations on any one or more lines.
At present, a subway is operated in a plurality of cities, and is an underground railway transportation mode established under the traveling requirements of a large urban population and high density. The subway train not only can guarantee the travel time, but also is efficient and convenient. Generally speaking, subway management is divided into two structures of construction and operation. The operation is divided into a line, a team is established to manage the whole vehicle operation and personnel management of each station, each station is provided with a plurality of (such as about 5) working posts, and the working types can report for cleaning, security inspection, ticket selling and the like. In most cases, a subway station is divided into two layers, namely a station hall and a station floor, wherein the station hall layer has the functions of buying tickets, entering the station through security inspection and exiting the station. The platform is getting on or off the bus, the transfer station has a relatively complex structure, and the design requirement of guidance is high.
In the embodiment of the invention, the central control system can customize subway broadcasting in an individualized way and design broadcasting rules and content requirements by taking a single station as a unit.
Firstly, customizing a self-service ticket buying element audio file; namely, the audio playing device is installed in the automatic ticket selling area, when a plurality of people buy tickets, the audio playing device can sense passengers, automatically play ticket buying elements, and update the played content along with the combination of the richness of the ticket buying and the activity desire, so that the self-service and unified service of ticket buying is achieved.
Secondly, customizing a security check audio file and/or a safety prompt audio file; the safety inspection area is provided with audio playing equipment (the playing can be set to automatically play, the content can be played in sequence and can also be played in an induction mode), the tolerance of passengers to be subjected to safety inspection is checked relatively in the safety inspection of subways during the morning and evening peaks and holidays, for the safety of people, people are required to be detected in a person-to-person mode, the broadcast content is customized to be related explanatory content of safety inspection, prohibited introduction and safety inspection are safe, the explanatory strength of security personnel is reduced, and the emotion and the matching degree of the passengers are pacified.
Thirdly, customizing the outbound navigation audio file; that is, before exiting the gate, many people can see the subway exit guide map, determine the correctness of the selected exit, and through installing the audio playing device above the guide map, when someone stands at the position of the guide area, the audio playing device senses and sets the content of the automatic playing guide map. Fourthly, customizing a safety prompt audio file; the escalators at the subway entrance and exit can be provided with audio playing equipment. In the traditional scheme, only the audio is prerecorded and then placed in a U disk, and then the U disk is inserted by a worker when the worker ascends to the height of a voice prompter to complete updating and broadcasting, if a station has 12 escalators and at least 12 voice prompters, the worker needs to ascend 12 times to prepare for replacing 24U disks. At present, automobile traveling is also a big traveling mode for people, especially in holidays, people travel in a self-driving mode, and automobile customers can refuel, rest, have meals, go to a toilet, charge, stay and visit supermarkets in a service area. Therefore, based on the solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the scenic spot south gate may be used as a reference position of the scenic spot a, a walking route from the scenic spot a to the scenic spot south gate may be obtained, and the audio file in the audio playing device a may be customized based on the walking route, so that when it is detected that the visitor leaves the scenic spot a from the exit of the scenic spot a, the audio file is played to prompt the visitor about a route from the current position to the scenic spot south gate, and so on. In practical applications, the scene types may be multiple, and multiple audio playing devices may be set in each scene, and the total audio playing device may be millions or millions. Therefore, when the step S302 receives the playing data from at least one audio playing device of each scene, the method may further include: receiving playing data from a plurality of audio playing devices of each scene in batch; the playing data are respectively collected and uploaded by a plurality of audio playing devices in a specified time period. Referring to step S304, after receiving the playing data transmitted by the audio playing device, the central control system may analyze the playing data to obtain analysis results of different audio playing devices for each scene. Optionally, it may further include:
s1, collectively inducing the uploaded playing data of a plurality of audio playing devices distributed in the same scene by taking the scene as an identifier;
s2, further analyzing the plurality of play data in the set: for the analyzed same information, the information is combined into common information, and for the analyzed different information, the information is set as non-common information;
and S3, performing data modeling and data analysis on the common information and the non-common information to generate an update data packet capable of adjusting a plurality of audio playing devices in batch. Optionally, in the specific modeling, the commonality information may be defined as quantitative information in the data modeling, the non-commonality information may be defined as variable information in the data modeling, and for millions or millions of audio playback devices in the same batch, the same commonality information is used as the quantitative information, and different non-commonality information is used as the variable information, so as to generate new update data packages for different audio playback devices in a batch manner.
In practical application, a deep learning model can be constructed according to a neural network during modeling, for a plurality of audio playing devices distributed in the same scene, after a plurality of playing data of the plurality of audio playing devices are aggregated and summarized, when common information and non-common information of the plurality of playing data are analyzed, the played audio file can be determined as the common information, and the setting position of each audio playing device in a preset scene and the playing times of the audio file are the non-common information. After the common information and the non-common information are obtained, data modeling and data analysis can be performed based on the audio file serving as the common information, the position of the audio playing device serving as the non-common information, and the playing times of the audio file, so that a new update data packet capable of adjusting a plurality of audio playing devices in batches is generated. Optionally, in this embodiment, after modeling and analyzing based on the commonality information and the non-commonality information, the people flow information in the preset scene may be obtained, and then a new update data packet capable of adjusting the plurality of audio playing devices in batch is generated based on the people flow information, and the like.
For example, assuming that the subway station has A, B, C, D four entrance and exit ports, audio playing devices may be disposed at each entrance and exit port and at the ticket selling place and security check place of each port, wherein the audio playing device disposed at A, B, C, D may automatically play audio files related to the safe entrance and exit station when sensing the presence of a human body, the audio playing device disposed at the ticket selling place may automatically play audio files related to ticket purchasing elements when sensing the presence of a human body, and the audio playing device disposed at the security check place may automatically play audio files related to the safe riding when sensing the presence of a human body. Each audio playing device can collect the triggering times of the playing process of the audio file within the appointed time, and meanwhile, the playing times of the audio file, the setting position of the audio playing device and the corresponding audio file are used as playing data to be uploaded to the central control system.
If the commonality information is set to be X-type data, the non-commonality information is Y-type data, and the final people flow data is Z-type data, the central control system can take the triggering process of the audio file as the X-type data and the setting position and the playing frequency of each audio playing device as the Y-type data after receiving the playing data uploaded by each audio playing file, and then synthesize the X-type data and the Y-type data to perform data modeling and data analysis, and simultaneously, adopt a mode of Z being X + Y, synthesize the X-type data and the Y-type data and input the Z-type data corresponding to each audio playing device so as to determine the people flow information passing each audio playing device.
The corresponding audio playing equipment with small pedestrian volume can continue to play the original audio file, and the audio playing equipment with small pedestrian volume can change the audio file into other subway station entrance and exit stations or other ticket selling places to buy tickets, so that the pedestrian volume is dispersed, and the safe and orderly operation of the subway is maintained while the safety of passengers is ensured. In practical application, other related data can be used for data modeling and analysis, and details are not repeated here.
In addition to the above description, in the embodiment of the present invention, after the analysis results of different audio playing devices for each scene are obtained, the audio files to be updated can be respectively generated for each scene according to the analysis results. For any audio playing device, when generating an audio file to be updated, it may be determined whether the audio file of the audio playing device needs to be updated according to the playing frequency and duration of the current audio file. If the playing frequency and the playing time length of the current audio file of the audio playing device are less than a certain numerical value, the audio playing device can be determined not to need to be updated, and if the playing frequency and the playing time length of the current audio file of the audio playing device are greater than the certain numerical value, the audio playing device is determined to need to be updated.
Further, when it is determined that the update is required according to the playing frequency and duration, the method may further include: keeping the scene unchanged, and determining that the playing frequency and/or duration need to be updated; or, determining that the audio file needs to be updated; it is determined that a transition in a different scene is required, from a first scene to a second scene, while the audio file is being adjusted or updated remotely.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, for any one of the audio playing devices, it may also be determined whether the audio file of the audio playing device needs to be updated according to the geographic location of the audio playing device. For example, an audio playing device a, an audio playing device B, and an audio playing device C are disposed near two adjacent landmark positions 1 and 2 in the current park, where the audio playing device a is closer to the landmark position 1, the audio playing device C is closer to the landmark position 2, and the audio playing device B is disposed therebetween. In general, the audio playing device a plays the related introduction about the landmark position 1, the audio playing device C plays the related introduction about the landmark position 2, and the audio playing device B plays the audio file of the safe civilized garden. However, if the audio playing device a detects that the traffic of people in the vicinity is small, and the audio playing device B detects that the traffic of people in the vicinity is large, at this time, the audio file of the audio playing device B may be updated to play the related introduction related to the landmark position B, or to guide the traffic of people to the audio file at another position.
In the embodiment of the invention, for any audio playing device, the determination of the flow of people passing through the audio playing device can be assisted and counted by the ultrasonic sensor. Fig. 4 shows a flow chart of an ultrasonic sensor system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as can be seen from fig. 4, the processing procedure of the whole system may be as follows:
after the system is powered on, the main control chip DSP controls the ultrasonic signal generating module to generate two waveforms of sine waves and square waves. The sine wave is used for ultrasound signal transmission and the square wave is used for demodulation of the acquired doppler shifted signal. After the ultrasonic transmitting probe transmits 640KHZ ultrasonic waves into fluid at a certain angle, the ultrasonic signal excitation module amplifies the ultrasonic transmitting signals at a certain power and adjusts impedance to be matched with the ultrasonic transmitting probe, so that the working efficiency of the transmitting probe is higher. After the receiving probe receives the information signal which is transmitted by the transmitting probe and passes through the pipe wall and the fluid in the pipe and carries the fluid, the signal is transmitted to the ultrasonic receiving circuit module, the weak signal is subjected to frequency selection amplification, and the useful signal is subjected to secondary amplification through the low-noise amplifier, so that the useful signal reaches a certain amplitude value and is convenient to process in a subsequent circuit. The useful signals after the two times of amplification enter an ultrasonic signal demodulation module, and are mixed with square wave signals generated by a waveform generation module to generate sum frequency signals and difference frequency signals of the two signals, wherein the generated difference frequency signals are Doppler signals of the flow velocity of the fluid in the pipeline. The demodulated signal is a current signal, and therefore, the frequency difference signal is further subjected to current-to-voltage conversion, filtered and sent to an analog-to-digital converter (a/D) OF TMS32OF2812 for analog-to-digital conversion. The CPU in the TMS320F2812 processes the obtained digital sequence to obtain a frequency offset value, calculates the required data quantity according to the parameters, and stores and transmits the data so as to facilitate remote monitoring and data storage of flow data. And meanwhile, the singlechip C8051F500 is operated for key input and OLCD display.
Referring to step S308, after the audio files to be updated are respectively generated for each scene, the audio files to be updated may be correspondingly transmitted to the corresponding audio playing devices of each scene, in this embodiment, a cloud audio transmission architecture may be formed by using the central control system and the audio playing devices of each scene, and the audio files to be updated are correspondingly transmitted to the corresponding audio playing devices of each scene by using the cloud audio transmission architecture through the central control system. Specifically, the audio file to be updated may be correspondingly transmitted to the audio playing device of each corresponding scene in a 4G, 5G and/or WiFi manner. Of course, in practical application, other modes may be used to transmit the audio file to be updated, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
In addition to the above description, another embodiment of the present invention further provides an audio playing control method for a remote automatic audio control center control system, which is applied to a center control system for managing at least one audio playing device, where the at least one audio playing device is disposed on a shelf laminate of a store, the store includes at least one shelf, and at least one audio playing device is disposed on the shelf, as can be seen from fig. 5, the method includes:
step S502, receiving playing data uploaded by any audio playing device, wherein the playing data is collected and uploaded by the audio playing device within a specified time period;
step S504, analyze the above-mentioned broadcast data, confirm the broadcast data of the audio playback equipment and match degree of the present environment, receive the matching result;
step S506, determining an update data packet of the audio playing device according to the matching result, and transmitting the update data packet to the audio playing device by using the update instruction.
The embodiment of the invention provides an audio playing control method of a remote automatic audio control central control system, which comprises the steps of receiving playing data uploaded by any audio playing device in a store shelf, analyzing the playing data to obtain the matching degree of the audio playing device and the current environment, further determining an updating data packet of the audio playing device according to a matching result, and transmitting the updating data packet to the audio playing device by using an updating instruction. Based on the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, all the audio playing devices arranged on the shelf laminate of the shop are managed through the central control system, the playing data of the audio playing devices are managed and analyzed through the central control system, and the updating data packet of the audio playing devices is determined and issued, so that the cloud management and the cloud updating of each audio playing device are realized, and compared with the traditional mode of manual updating, the method is more intelligent and more flexible.
In practical applications, before updating data in the audio playing devices, relevant data used for the first triggering needs to be stored in each audio playing device in advance. Therefore, before the step S502, the method may further include: and pre-transmitting the preset playing conditions, pre-stored audio files and/or the first playing strategy of the audio playing device to the audio playing device in advance for the audio playing device to use when being triggered for the first time. The pre-stored audio file is an audio file which is distributed in a personalized manner by the central control system based on the store type and/or the regional characteristic attribute to which the store belongs and aims at a specified sales commodity. For example, the recorded audio file of the associated promotional program for any item may be personalized based on the location of the store, such as according to the local dialect or consumption habits of local people. In the case of beijing, many stores in the haichi region are customized for sale audio files of aquatic products, many stores in the cis region are customized for vegetables, and the like, and audio data recorded in each audio file can be recorded by a professional person.
Optionally, the central control system in the embodiment of the present invention may manage all audio playback devices arranged on shelf boards of a large number of stores, where all audio playback devices deployed in each store may be in the millions or tens of millions. In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the method may further include:
s1, receiving the playing data uploaded by the plurality of audio playing devices in batch, wherein the playing data are respectively collected and uploaded by the plurality of audio playing devices in a specified time period; for million or ten million audio playing devices, the central control system can receive playing data uploaded by the million or ten million audio playing devices.
And S2, analyzing the playing data and determining the common information and the non-common information in the playing data. Furthermore, the million or million level playing data uploaded by the million or million level audio playing device can be analyzed, and common information and non-common information in the million or million level playing data can be searched.
And S3, performing data modeling and data analysis on the common information and the non-common information to generate a new update data packet capable of adjusting a plurality of audio playing devices in batch. Optionally, in the specific modeling, the commonality information may be defined as quantitative information in the data modeling, the non-commonality information may be defined as variable information in the data modeling, and for millions or millions of audio playback devices in the same batch, the same commonality information is used as the quantitative information, and different non-commonality information is used as the variable information, so as to generate new update data packages for different audio playback devices in a batch manner.
When modeling is carried out, a deep learning model can be built according to a neural network, for audio playing arranged on a shelf of a shop, when common information and non-common information of playing data are determined, the setting positions of all audio playing devices in the same shop in the shop can be obtained, audio files are determined to be common information, and playing times of different positions and audio files are determined to be non-common information. After the common information and the non-common information are obtained, when data modeling and data analysis are performed on the common information and the non-common information to generate a new update data packet capable of adjusting a plurality of audio playing devices in batch, data modeling and data analysis may be performed based on the audio file serving as the common information and the positions and playing times of the audio playing devices serving as the non-common information to determine influence data of the audio playing devices and generate a new update data packet capable of adjusting the plurality of audio playing devices in batch. Wherein the influence data at least comprises: the sales volume of the sales commodity corresponding to the flow of people passing through the audio playing device and/or the playing content of the audio file.
That is to say, taking the sales promotion audio file for the article a as an example, for the same store, it may be possible to play the sales promotion audio file for the article a based on a preset policy by setting a plurality of audio playing devices on a plurality of shelves, and when the audio playing devices sense a human body, a playing flow of the sales promotion audio file may be triggered. Each audio playing device can collect the playing times in the playing process of the promotion audio file, and meanwhile, the playing times, the setting position of the audio playing device and the audio file are used as the playing data of the current audio playing device to be uploaded to the central control system. If the commonality information is set as X-type data, the non-commonality information is Y-type data, and the final influence data is Z-type data, the central control system can take the promotion audio file as X-type data and the setting position and the playing frequency of each audio playing device as Y-type data after receiving the playing data uploaded by each audio playing file, and then synthesize the X-type data and the Y-type data to perform data modeling and data analysis.
For the audio playing device corresponding to the large flow rate and the large sales volume of the commodity A, the original promotion audio playing file can be continuously played, and for the playing strategy, the playing times or the playing time can be increased. For the audio playing device corresponding to the small flow rate and the small sales volume of the commodity A, the audio playing device can be replaced by the promotion audio file of other commodities. In practical application, other related data can be used for data modeling and analysis, and details are not repeated here.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, the central control system may perform data modeling and data analysis on the broadcast data transmitted by the audio broadcast devices in the same store, and may also perform data modeling and data analysis on the broadcast data transmitted by the audio broadcast devices in multiple stores in the same area, and when performing data modeling specifically, may acquire a store type to which each audio broadcast device in the multiple stores belongs and a region to which the store belongs, determine that an audio file is common information, and determine that total number of times of broadcast of audio files in different store types, different regions to which the stores belong and each store is non-common information, and further perform data modeling and data analysis based on the common information and the non-common information, so as to generate an update data package capable of updating the audio broadcast devices in the entire area in batch.
After the central control system generates new update data packets capable of adjusting the plurality of audio playing devices in batches, the update data packets of the audio playing devices can be updated in batches by using the update instruction, specifically, the new update data packets capable of adjusting the plurality of audio playing devices in batches can be synchronously transmitted to the million-class or ten million-class audio playing devices by using the update instruction, and then the million-class or ten million-class audio playing devices update respective data by using the update data packets, so that when a new environment triggers a playing condition, a playing strategy is started to play corresponding audio files.
The present invention also provides an audio playing device controlled by the remote automatic audio control central control system described in any of the above embodiments, corresponding to the above central control system.
As can be seen from fig. 6, the audio playing apparatus 600 provided in the embodiment of the present invention may include: the control component 610, the storage component 620, the trigger component 630 and the communication component 640 are in communication connection with the control component 610; wherein the storage component 620 is configured to store a local audio file playlist including at least one audio file; a triggering component 630 configured to send a triggering signal to the control component 610 when the current environment triggers a preset playing condition of the current audio playing device 600; the control component 610 is configured to invoke a first playing strategy preset by the current audio playing device 600 based on the trigger signal, and invoke and play a corresponding pre-stored audio file from the local audio playing list of the storage component 620 according to the first playing strategy; the control component 610 is further configured to collect playing data of the current audio playing device 600 in a specified time period, and upload the collected playing data to a preset central control system through the communication component 640, and the central control system performs policy adjustment on the current audio playing device 600 according to the playing data; the communication component 640 is configured to receive an update instruction from the central control system and forward the update instruction to the control component 610, and the control component 610 updates the data of the current audio playing device 600 according to a data packet included in the update instruction.
Alternatively, the audio playback device 600 may be provided on a shelf deck of a store, the store including at least one shelf, and the at least one audio playback device 600 being provided on the shelf. In addition, the audio playback device 600 may also be installed in a large location with multiple different scenes, where at least one audio playback device 600 is installed for each type of scene. The large-scale places with various scenes are also gas stations, tourist attractions, parks, bus stations, subway stations, railway stations, airports, shops or places with large flow of other people. The pre-stored audio files are different for the audio playback device 600 disposed in different preset environments. Alternatively, the storage component 620 may be a memory card based on a memory card slot plugged into an audio playing device, or other forms of storage devices.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the triggering component 630 includes at least one sensing component 631, and the audio playing device 600 may further include at least one sensing component interface; the device is communicatively connected to the control component 610 via the sensing component interface, and is configured to send a device start signal of the audio playback device 600 to the control component 610 after being triggered based on at least one element in the current environment; the control component 610 is configured to trigger an audio playing process in the audio playing device 600 based on the device start signal sent by the triggering component 630. Further, when the trigger assembly 630 includes at least one sensing component 631, different elements trigger different sensing components 631, and then different sensing components 631 initiate different device activation signals. That is to say, as long as any one or more elements in the current environment can trigger any one of the sensing components 631 in the audio playing device 600, the sensing component 631 can send a start signal to the audio playing device 600 to which it belongs, so as to trigger the audio playing process of the audio playing device 600. For different device start signals, the same or different audio playing processes in the audio playing device 600 may be triggered, and the different audio playing processes may be different audio files played by the audio playing device 600, or different playing times or different playing frequencies of the audio files, and may be specifically set according to different scene types, which is not limited in the present invention. The audio playing device shown in fig. 7 has a sensing component 631, and in practical applications, the number of the sensing component can be set to be different according to different requirements, which is not limited in the present invention. Optionally, the types of the sensing component 631 include at least one of the following: the intelligent commodity video monitoring system comprises an infrared sensor, an ultrasonic sensor, a weight sensor, a video camera, a timer, a counter, a temperature and humidity sensor, a carbon dioxide sensor, an MIC microphone for recording sound and an MINIPAD display screen for interaction between commodity video and consumers. Of course, other types of sensing components may also be included in the trigger assembly 630, and are not described herein.
When the trigger component 630 initiates the trigger signal, the control component 610 may invoke the first playing strategy to control the playing of the audio file. In this embodiment, the control component 610 may further be configured to determine, according to the first playing policy, the audio file that needs to be played this time and/or the playing frequency of the audio file; the corresponding pre-stored audio file is called up from the local audio playlist of the storage component 620 and/or played by the number of plays. In addition, the control component 610 may further be configured to cyclically control to play at least one audio file in the local audio playlist, or select and play an audio file that matches the current time point based on the play time point corresponding to each audio file in the local audio playlist.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the audio playing device 600 is further provided with at least one play-out component 650, which may be correspondingly provided with at least one play-out interface, and the play-out component 650 is communicatively connected with the control component 610 via the play-out interface and is configured to play an audio file under the control of the control component 610. Optionally, the external playing component 650 may be at least one of an external power amplifier and/or a speaker, and is configured to externally connect the power amplifier and/or the speaker, so as to play the audio file of the audio playing device 600 through the power amplifier and/or the speaker. The external interface can comprise a lotus interface and is used for outputting audio.
After the current audio playing device 600 collects the playing data within the specified time period, the playing data can be uploaded to the central control system, and the central control system performs policy adjustment on the current audio playing device 600 according to the playing data. In this embodiment, the audio playing device 600 may establish a communication connection with the central control system based on the communication component 640 to receive an update instruction issued by the central control system. The data packet contained in the update command sent by the central control system comprises at least one of the following data packets: the new preset playing condition, the second playing strategy after updating the first playing strategy and the new audio file replacing the original audio file;
the control component 610 is further configured to update the original preset playing condition of the current audio playing device 600 according to the new preset playing condition in the data packet; updating the first playing strategy according to the second playing strategy in the data packet; and/or updating the original audio file according to the new audio file in the data packet. When data of the audio playing device 600 is updated, the control component 610 may further be configured to invoke a second playing policy preset by the current audio playing device 600 when a new environment triggers a new preset playing condition of the current audio playing device 600; the control component 610 is further arranged to invoke a new audio file for playing using the second playing strategy.
The communication component 640 may include at least one of: a 4G/5G communication component 640, a WiFi communication component 640, an NB-IoT network communication component 640; wherein, the 4G/5G communication component 640 comprises: a GSM global system for mobile communications module and/or SIM card; the WiFi communication component 640 includes: a WiFi module and/or a WiFi antenna; NB-IoT network communicating component 640 includes: an NB-IoT network interface and/or an NB-IoT network module. Besides the above, the communication component may also be a wired network, an ethernet network, etc., which can be connected to the audio playing device through the network interface.
In addition to the above description, the audio playback device 600 is provided with at least one function key (not shown in the figure); the function keys at least comprise one of the following: volume adjusting keys, power amplifier output control keys, switch keys and audio file switching keys. In practical application, the function keys of the audio playing device 600 may also be set according to different use requirements, for example, an alarm key is added, and when there is an unsafe condition in the surrounding environment, the function keys may trigger the key to send an alarm signal or transmit alarm information to the central control system, so as to implement security alarm, where the alarm signal may be a pre-transmitted audio file or other alarm signals that remind surrounding users of paying attention to security, and the present invention is not limited.
The audio playing apparatus 600 may further include a power supply component 660 electrically connected to the control component 610, the storage component 620, the triggering component 630 and the communication component 640 for supplying power to the above components. The power supply component 660 may include a battery (rechargeable battery). The audio playback device may be provided with a power interface to connect to the power supply component 660.
The power supply component 660 in the audio playing device 600 provided in this embodiment is preferably a removable charging power supply, and the audio playing device 600 can be moved freely by setting the power supply component in the audio playing device 600, so that in practical applications, the deployment position of the audio playing device 600 can be adjusted according to different needs, and then audio files can be played at any time. That is, the audio playing device provided by this embodiment can be moved freely as a cloud speaker to play audio files, thereby implementing a movable function. When the electric quantity is lower than a certain value, low-electric-quantity light or sound prompt can be carried out to prompt a user to charge in time, so that normal work of the audio playing equipment is prevented from being influenced. In addition, when the power supply module 660 does not affect the playing function thereof in the charging process, the audio playing device can realize the audio playing function of the cloud speaker while charging.
The embodiment of the invention provides a remote automatic audio control central control system and an audio playing control method thereof. Based on the remote automatic audio control center control system provided by this embodiment, the audio playing devices of each scene are uniformly managed, and the playing data of each audio playing device is analyzed, so that audio files to be updated are respectively generated for different scenes and then are issued to the corresponding audio playing devices, and cloud management and cloud update of each audio playing device are realized. In addition, the related data of the audio playing device can be updated according to different application scenes of the audio playing device and by combining the current environment information of the audio playing device, so that the audio files played by the audio playing devices are the related information required to be acquired by the current user, the audio playing devices can be unified, individuation can be realized, and different scene requirements can be met.

Claims (38)

the data receiving module is configured to receive playing data from at least one audio playing device; the playing data comprises playing information of each audio playing device which is triggered to play the local audio file by an external environment and/or a preset trigger condition set based on a preset scene within a specified time period;
the analysis module is configured to analyze the playing data to obtain analysis results of different audio playing devices for each scene; respectively generating audio files to be updated aiming at each scene according to the analysis result;
the updating module is configured to correspondingly transmit the audio file to be updated to the corresponding audio playing equipment of each scene, and the audio playing equipment updates and plays the local audio file;
the parsing module is further configured to: collectively summarizing the uploaded playing data of a plurality of audio playing devices distributed in the same scene by taking the scene as an identifier;
further parsing the plurality of play data in the set: for the analyzed same information, the information is combined into common information, and for the analyzed different information, the information is set as non-common information;
and carrying out data modeling and data analysis on the common information and the non-common information to generate an update data packet capable of adjusting a plurality of audio playing devices in batches.
2. The center control system according to claim 1, further comprising:
and the customizing module is configured to customize the played audio data of the audio playing device based on the preset scene of the audio playing device, and pre-transmit the played audio data to the audio playing device for the audio playing device to use when being triggered for the first time.
3. The central control system of claim 1, wherein the parsing module is further configured to: analyzing the playing data, and determining the matching degree of the playing data of the audio playing equipment and the current environment to obtain a matching result;
the update module is further configured to: and determining an updating data packet of the audio playing device according to the matching result, and transmitting the updating data packet carried by the updating instruction to the audio playing device for playing.

The central control system of claim 1, wherein the data receiving module is further configured to: receiving playing data from a plurality of audio playing devices of each scene in batch; the playing data are respectively collected and uploaded by a plurality of audio playing devices within a specified time period;
the analysis module is also configured to analyze the playing data of the audio playing device; or
And grouping the plurality of audio playing devices, and analyzing all playing data uploaded by each group of audio playing devices after grouping.
5. The central control system of claim 4, wherein the data receiving module is further configured to: receiving million or ten million playing data uploaded by million or ten million audio playing devices from each scene in batch.

if the preset scene is a tourist attraction, a multilingual scenic area introduction audio file, each scenic spot introduction audio file, a public service propaganda audio file and/or a catering position audio file are customized individually for any audio playing device controlling the governed scenic area in the audio playing system;
if the preset scene is a subway station, customizing a self-service ticket purchasing element audio file, a security check audio file, a safety prompt audio file and/or an outbound guide audio file and a corresponding trigger condition for any one or more subway stations which control one or more lines in the audio playing system in a unified or personalized way;
if the preset scene is an expressway service area, the audio playing equipment in each service area controlling one high speed or a plurality of high speeds in the audio playing system can be unified or customized to a real-time weather audio file, a safe driving propaganda audio file and/or a peripheral scenic area introduction audio file, and corresponding trigger conditions;
if the preset scene is an airport, flight information audio files of different boarding gates corresponding to positions of the audio playing equipment are unified or customized individually for a plurality of audio playing equipment in the airport in the audio playing system;
and if the preset scene is a shop, customizing the audio file for the audio playing equipment in a personalized and/or unified manner based on the shop type and/or the regional characteristic attribute to which the shop belongs.

The central control system of claim 2, wherein the customization module is further configured to: acquiring a deployment position of the audio playing equipment in the preset scene, and identifying at least one reference position where the pedestrian volume within a preset threshold distance from the audio playing equipment is greater than a preset pedestrian volume;
and customizing the audio file of the audio playing equipment for the audio playing equipment in a personalized way according to the reference position.
10. The central control system of claim 9, wherein the customization module is further configured to: and identifying the position relation between the reference position and the deployment position of the audio playing device, and generating an audio file comprising a navigation path from the deployment position of the audio playing device to the reference position.

The central control system of claim 1, wherein the parsing module is further configured to: the common information is defined as quantitative information in data modeling, the non-common information is defined as variable information in the data modeling, and new updating data packets aiming at different audio playing devices are generated in a batch mode by taking the same common information as the quantitative information and different non-common information as the variable information aiming at million or million levels of audio playing devices in the same batch.

An audio playing control method of a remote automatic audio control center system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 17, applied to a center control system for managing at least one audio playing device, the center control system being used for managing a large-scale place with a plurality of different scenes, each scene being provided with at least one audio playing device, the method comprising:
receiving playing data from at least one audio playing device of each scene; the playing data comprises playing information of each audio playing device which is triggered by the external environment to play the local audio file within a specified time period;
analyzing the playing data to obtain analysis results of different audio playing devices for each scene;
respectively generating audio files to be updated aiming at each scene according to the analysis result;
correspondingly transmitting the audio file to be updated to the corresponding audio playing equipment of each scene, and updating and playing the local audio file by each audio playing equipment;
the analyzing the playing data to obtain the analysis results of different audio playing devices for each scene includes:
collectively summarizing the uploaded playing data of a plurality of audio playing devices distributed in the same scene by taking the scene as an identifier;
further parsing the plurality of play data in the set: for the analyzed same information, the information is combined into common information, and for the analyzed different information, the information is set as non-common information;
and carrying out data modeling and data analysis on the common information and the non-common information to generate an update data packet capable of adjusting a plurality of audio playing devices in batches.
19. The method of claim 18, wherein before receiving playback data from at least one audio playback device for each scene, further comprising:
and personalized customization of the played audio data of the audio playing equipment based on the preset scene of each audio playing equipment, and pre-transmission of the played audio data to the corresponding audio playing equipment for use when each audio playing equipment is triggered for the first time.
20. The method of claim 18, wherein receiving playback data from at least one audio playback device for each scene comprises:
receiving playing data from a plurality of audio playing devices of each scene in batch; wherein the playing data are respectively collected and uploaded by a plurality of audio playing devices in a designated time period.
21. The method of claim 20, wherein the batch receiving playback data from a plurality of audio playback devices for each scene comprises: receiving million or ten million playing data uploaded by million or ten million audio playing devices from each scene in batch.
22. The method of claim 19, wherein playing the audio data comprises: the preset playing conditions, the pre-stored audio files and/or the preset playing strategies of the audio playing devices.
23. The method of claim 19, wherein personalizing the playing audio data of the audio playing devices based on the preset scenes of the audio playing devices comprises:
and customizing an audio file of the audio playing device in a personalized way based on the scene type of the preset scene of the audio playing device and/or the deployment position of the audio playing device in the preset scene.
24. The method of claim 23, wherein the personalizing of the audio file of the audio playback device based on the scene type of the preset scene of the audio playback device and/or the deployment position of the audio playback device in the preset scene comprises:
if the preset scene is a gas station, personalized advertisement audio files, public welfare enterprise announcement audio files and/or sales promotion activity audio files are displayed on the audio playing device;
if the preset scene is a tourist attraction, personalized multilingual scenic area introduction audio files, scenic spot introduction audio files, public service propaganda audio files and/or catering position audio files are customized for the audio playing equipment;
if the preset scene is a subway station, customizing a self-service ticket buying element audio file, a security check audio file, a safety prompt audio file and/or an outbound guide audio file for the audio playing device in a personalized manner;
if the preset scene is a highway service area, customizing a real-time weather audio file, a safe driving propaganda audio file and/or a peripheral scenic spot introduction audio file for the audio playing equipment in a personalized way;
and if the preset scene is an airport, customizing a flight information audio file corresponding to the position of the audio playing equipment for the audio playing equipment in a personalized way.
25. The method of claim 19, wherein personalizing the playing audio data of the audio playing devices based on the preset scenes of the audio playing devices comprises:
acquiring a deployment position of an audio playing device in the preset scene, and identifying at least one reference position where the pedestrian volume within a preset threshold distance from the audio playing device is larger than a preset pedestrian volume;
and customizing the audio file of the audio playing equipment for the audio playing equipment in a personalized way according to the reference position.
26. The method of claim 25, wherein personalizing the audio file of the audio playback device according to the reference position comprises:

the common information is defined as quantitative information in data modeling, the non-common information is defined as variable information in the data modeling, and new updating data packets aiming at different audio playing devices are generated in a batch mode by taking the same common information as the quantitative information and different non-common information as the variable information aiming at million or million levels of audio playing devices in the same batch.
28. The method according to claim 18, wherein the generating the audio files to be updated for the scenes according to the parsing result comprises:
according to the playing frequency and the playing duration, the situation that updating is not needed is determined; or
