本发明公开了一种高效环保扰流板加工方法,包括外板、内板和双面胶,外板一侧设置有内板,外板靠近内板一侧设置有若干贴双面胶的位置,贴双面胶的位置涂底涂胶水,外板通过双面胶带与内板粘接,内板的边缘处设置有八个卡脚,外板的边缘处设置有八个卡槽,本发明涉及一种高效环保扰流板加工方法,本设计方案加工的扰流板,内外板定位准确、在自身卡接结构与双面胶的双重作用下粘结牢固,零件表观避免了结构胶本身发热、收缩引起的外观缺陷,本扰流板的内外板安装加工周期短,单件整个周期控制在2分钟以内,加工效率高、设备工装投资小。同时不存在结构胶水使用过程中造成的环境污染问题,是一种环保高效的扰流板加工方法。

一种高效环保扰流板加工方法
技术领域
本发明属于扰流板加工技术领域,具体为一种高效环保扰流板加工方法。
背景技术
近年来SUV兴起,SUV的尾部都标配了扰流板,可以起到优化汽车造型,增强外观,提高汽车动力与行驶稳定性性,改善后视野作用,在高速行驶时增加稳定性作用,目前汽车扰流板绝大部分的加工方法为吹塑、注塑,注塑又分为上下板超声焊接、震动焊接、胶水粘结、螺母紧固等加工方法,吹塑尾翼只能做造型简单,安装空间足够大的地方使用;现有的主流车型普遍采用内外板胶水粘结的方案,扰流板上下板分别注塑后需要经过双组分结构胶注胶,胶水固化等工序,存在胶水混合不均匀导致开胶、胶水反应固化时间长生产节拍慢、受温度影响大、胶水排胶污染环境等问题。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种高效环保扰流板加工方法,解决了现有的扰流板胶水混合不均匀导致开胶、胶水反应固化时间长生产节拍慢、受温度影响大、胶水排胶污染环境的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种技术方案:
一种高效环保扰流板,包括外板、内板和双面胶,所述外板一侧设置有内板,所述外板靠近内板一侧设置有若干贴双面胶的位置,所述贴双面胶的位置涂底涂胶水,所述外板通过双面胶带与内板粘接,所述内板的边缘处设置有八个卡脚,所述外板的边缘处设置有八个卡槽,八个所述卡角分别与八个卡槽规格相适配且位置相对应设置,所述外板通过八个卡脚和八个卡槽与内板卡扣连接,所述双面胶带为高强度丙烯酸双面胶带,所述外板靠近内板一侧螺纹嵌入两个相对称分布的螺钉,所述内板靠近外板一侧开设有两个与螺钉位置相对应的螺钉槽,所述内板通过螺钉和螺钉槽与外板螺纹安装。
一种高效环保扰流板加工方法,包括加工预处理和压合处理。
作为优选,所述加工预处理首先在外板的贴双面胶位置涂底涂胶水,表面闪干30S,然后在照规定刻印的位置分别贴上丙烯酸双面胶带,把外板的外观面朝下放置到模具中,撕掉双面胶表面的离型纸,然后内板相对与外板以10°夹角插入到外板中。
作为优选,所述压合处理初步压合使前端8个卡脚卡入到外板卡槽中,再经过夹具压合,压合力不小于2kgf/cm 2保持60S后开模,内外板之间的双面胶作用使内外板粘结,增加了内外板的结合强度,完成内外板的组装,然后扰流板本体通过固定卡扣与螺栓安装在车尾门上。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明涉及一种高效环保扰流板加工方法,本设计方案加工的扰流板,内外板定位准确、在自身卡接结构与双面胶的双重作用下粘结牢固,零件表观避免了结构胶本身发热、收缩引起的外观缺陷。本扰流板的内外板安装加工周期短,单件整个周期控制在2分钟以内,加工效率高、设备工装投资小。同时不存在结构胶水使用过程中造成的环境污染问题,是一种环保高效的扰流板加工方法。

如图1-4所示,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:
一种高效环保扰流板,包括外板1、内板2和双面胶3,所述外板1一侧设置有内板2,所述外板1靠近内板2一侧设置有若干贴双面胶的位置,所述贴双面胶的位置涂底涂胶水,所述外板1通过双面胶带3与内板2粘接,所述内板2的边缘处设置有八个卡脚,所述外板1的边缘处设置有八个卡槽,八个所述卡角分别与八个卡槽规格相适配且位置相对应设置,所述外板1通过八个卡脚和八个卡槽与内板2卡扣连接,所述双面胶带3为高强度丙烯酸双面胶带,所述外板1靠近内板2一侧螺纹嵌入两个相对称分布的螺钉4,所述内板2靠近外板1一侧开设有两个与螺钉4位置相对应的螺钉槽,所述内板2通过螺钉4和螺钉槽与外板1螺纹安装。

本扰流板制造方法不采用现有的双组分结构胶粘结工艺,避免以上加工过程中存在的零件表观缺陷问题,消除了结构胶本身发热、收缩引起的外观不良,单个零件需要6分钟加工周期长等缺点,本设计方案加工的扰流板,内外板定位准确、在自身卡接结构与双面胶的双重作用下粘结牢固,零件表观避免了结构胶本身发热、收缩引起的外观缺陷,本扰流板的内外板安装加工周期短,单件整个周期控制在2分钟以内,加工效率高、设备工装投资小,同时不存在结构胶水使用过程中造成的环境污染问题,是一种环保高效的扰流板加工方法。

1.一种高效环保扰流板,其特征在于,包括外板(1)、内板(2)和双面胶(3),所述外板(1)一侧设置有内板(2),所述外板(1)靠近内板(2)一侧设置有若干贴双面胶的位置,所述贴双面胶的位置涂底涂胶水,所述外板(1)通过双面胶带(3)与内板(2)粘接,所述内板(2)的边缘处设置有八个卡脚,所述外板(1)的边缘处设置有八个卡槽,八个所述卡角分别与八个卡槽规格相适配且位置相对应设置,所述外板(1)通过八个卡脚和八个卡槽与内板(2)卡扣连接,所述双面胶带(3)为高强度丙烯酸双面胶带,所述外板(1)靠近内板(2)一侧螺纹嵌入两个相对称分布的螺钉(4),所述内板(2)靠近外板(1)一侧开设有两个与螺钉(4)位置相对应的螺钉槽,所述内板(2)通过螺钉(4)和螺钉槽与外板(1)螺纹安装。
