The invention relates to a full-automatic apple cutting machine which comprises a feeding module, a separating module, a cutting module and a packaging module, wherein the feeding module is arranged above the separating module and is used for conveying apples to the separating module; the cutting module is connected below the separation module through the conveying belt and used for separating the conveyed apples, so that the apples can enter the cutting module one by one, and the apples are cut into sections through the cutting module. A packaging module is arranged below the cutting module, and the packaging module collects the cut apples. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of small separation error, simple technology, novel combination, low cost and the like.
