Abstract
本发明公开了一种化学材料研磨装置,包括粉磨仓、出料斗、进料斗、回料管、筛网、出料口、弹簧、底座、皮带轮和粉碎锤,当需要大量研磨化学材料时,材料从进料斗进入粉磨仓中初步研磨后落入筛网上,由于整个设备安装在弹簧上,筛网会因电动机的转动和粉碎锤的转动而产生振动,从而筛下粉末,粉碎锤的转动不仅研磨材料,而且类似离心风机的原理,中间会产生吸力,从而使回料管产生吸力,将筛网的筛上物吸走,再进入粉磨仓中再进行研磨,直至被筛网筛下,从而提高工作效率,与现有技术相比,本发明能够自动将研磨后的粗料自动回收至粉磨仓中进行再次研磨,无需人工将材料再次回料,提高工作效率,省时省力,具有推广应用的价值。

本发明涉及一种化学材料加工机械,尤其涉及一种化学材料研磨装置。
背景技术
化学材料的种类繁多,材质也较多,现有技术中,在需要制作大量的化学材料粉末时,需要将材料进行反复研磨,才能得到更细腻的化学材料,现有技术中,因粉磨机械不能够一次将材料研磨至达标,从而需要将过筛的粗料再次投入研磨设备中再次研磨,这样工作效率低,费时费力,因此,存在改进空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种化学材料研磨装置。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明包括粉磨仓、出料斗、进料斗、回料管、筛网、出料口、弹簧、底座、皮带轮和粉碎锤,所述粉磨仓中设置有旋转形状的所述粉碎锤,所述粉碎锤的转轴上设置有与电动机转轴连接的所述皮带轮,所述粉磨仓的侧面设置所述进料斗,所述粉磨仓上的进料斗的位置同时与所述回料管的出口连接,所述粉磨仓的下端设施所述出料斗,所述出料斗位于所述筛网的上方,所述回料管的入口位于所述筛网的上方,所述出料口设置于所述筛网的下方一侧,所述筛网、所述出料斗、所述粉磨仓连接后位于所述弹簧上,所述弹簧位于所述底座上。
优选的,所述筛网倾斜设置,所述筛网的倾斜方向从所述出料斗的方向至所述会料管的进口方向由高至低倾斜设置。
优选的,所述出料口位于筛网下方的内侧部分由低到高倾斜设置。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明是一种化学材料研磨装置,与现有技术相比,本发明能够自动将研磨后的粗料自动回收至粉磨仓中进行再次研磨,无需人工将材料再次回料,提高工作效率,省时省力,具有推广应用的价值。

如图1和图2所示:本发明包括粉磨仓1、出料斗2、进料斗3、回料管4、筛网5、出料口6、弹簧7、底座8、皮带轮9和粉碎锤10,所述粉磨仓中设置有旋转形状的所述粉碎锤,所述粉碎锤的转轴上设置有与电动机转轴连接的所述皮带轮,所述粉磨仓的侧面设置所述进料斗,所述粉磨仓上的进料斗的位置同时与所述回料管的出口连接,所述粉磨仓的下端设施所述出料斗,所述出料斗位于所述筛网的上方,所述回料管的入口位于所述筛网的上方,所述出料口设置于所述筛网的下方一侧,所述筛网、所述出料斗、所述粉磨仓连接后位于所述弹簧上,所述弹簧位于所述底座上。
优选的,所述筛网倾斜设置,所述筛网的倾斜方向从所述出料斗的方向至所述会料管的进口方向由高至低倾斜设置。

本发明的工作原理如下:
当需要大量研磨化学材料时,材料从进料斗进入粉磨仓中初步研磨后落入筛网上,由于整个设备安装在弹簧上,筛网会因电动机的转动和粉碎锤的转动而产生振动,从而筛下粉末,粉碎锤的转动不仅研磨材料,而且类似离心风机的原理,中间会产生吸力,从而使回料管产生吸力,将筛网的筛上物吸走,再进入粉磨仓中再进行研磨,直至被筛网筛下,从而提高工作效率,无需人工回料。

1.一种化学材料研磨装置,其特征在于:包括粉磨仓、出料斗、进料斗、回料管、筛网、出料口、弹簧、底座、皮带轮和粉碎锤,所述粉磨仓中设置有旋转形状的所述粉碎锤,所述粉碎锤的转轴上设置有与电动机转轴连接的所述皮带轮,所述粉磨仓的侧面设置所述进料斗,所述粉磨仓上的进料斗的位置同时与所述回料管的出口连接,所述粉磨仓的下端设施所述出料斗,所述出料斗位于所述筛网的上方,所述回料管的入口位于所述筛网的上方,所述出料口设置于所述筛网的下方一侧,所述筛网、所述出料斗、所述粉磨仓连接后位于所述弹簧上,所述弹簧位于所述底座上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的化学材料研磨装置,其特征在于:所述筛网倾斜设置,所述筛网的倾斜方向从所述出料斗的方向至所述会料管的进口方向由高至低倾斜设置。
