本发明的对夹芯管阀,是原创性的芯管阀母系列中常规芯管阀板块的子系列,特别涉及需要经常清洗阀门和管道以及需要经常更换的启闭阀、自动调节阀、安全阀、止回阀和紧急切断阀;阀芯管为固定件同轴向贯穿于阀体的袖管Ⅰ、阀体内腔、以及阀体的袖管Ⅱ;阀芯管中部有轴向隔层,隔层的轴向相邻两边分别是输入段和输出段的至少一个径向流通孔;环绕隔层的环形阀芯与袖管Ⅰ和袖管Ⅱ的至少一个袖管喉部的环形阀座构成密封副;输入段与袖管Ⅰ和输出段与袖管Ⅱ为轴孔式配合其至少一个结合部设置密封;阀芯管同轴向嵌于对夹装置之中,阀体相对于阀芯管作轴向往复移动实现启闭、功能转换。结构简单,便于制造,可靠性强,满足卫生工况。

技术领域
本发明的对夹芯管阀属于阀门领域,是本人原创性发明的芯管阀母系列中常规芯管阀板块的子系列,特别涉及需要经常清洗阀门和管道以及需要经常更换的启闭阀、安全阀和止回阀。
背景技术
目前,阀门应用领域中,有一些工况条件是介质使管网尤其使阀门内腔粘接,特别是卫生级阀门,有非常苛刻的工况要求,需要严格的管网卫生状况,需要经常清洗或更换;现有阀门的卫生条件会直接影响其产品质量、劳动强度和人的健康,工业阀门已不能适应食品、医药工业卫生与生产工艺过程自动化的要求,如:球阀、截止阀、闸阀、旋塞阀、蝶阀、隔膜阀普遍存在清洗不到的死角,积液凹坑、有害材料作填料以及铸件毛坯内、外表面、流道形状都不易切削加工的缺陷。
欧盟GMP标准要求阀门满足避免交叉污染和易于清洗的特征。在实际应用中,FDA认证的隔膜阀已成为无菌应用中的指定阀门,FDA认证的截止阀为洁净室应用的指定阀门在无菌应用的情况下,FDA甚至明确指定需要隔膜阀来确保设备或系统的良好清洁性能。
截止阀的缺点是:一、介质的压力损失大,二、流向固定,三、只能用于清洁和非颗粒介质。
隔膜阀的缺点是:一、介质的压力损失大,二、成本和维护成本高,三、操作压力和温度有限制,四、磨损很快。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供对夹芯管阀,克服现有上述用于洁净工况阀门的缺陷,满足生产、安全、卫生和环境保护的需要。
本发明通过如下技术方案来实现上述目的:所述阀芯管为连通压力容器、压力设备、介质管网的固定件同轴向贯穿于阀体的袖管Ⅰ、阀体内腔、以及阀体的袖管Ⅱ;阀芯管中部有轴向隔层,隔层由内核和内核径向辐射的阀芯管的中间管段构成;隔层的轴向相邻两边分别是输入段和输出段的至少一个径向流通孔;环绕隔层的环形阀芯与袖管Ⅰ和袖管Ⅱ的至少一个袖管喉部的环形阀座构成密封副;输入段外径大于输出段外径,因此,内腔轴向两对应端面形成压力差;输入段与袖管Ⅰ和输出段与袖管Ⅱ为轴孔式配合其至少一个结合部设置密封;阀芯管同轴向嵌于对夹装置之中,对夹装置由两块中部带轴向通孔的夹板和连接两端夹板的至少两个匀称排布的螺栓构成,夹板中部的轴向通孔与介质管路连接并相通;在两个方向势能的驱动下,阀体相对于阀芯管作轴向往复移动实现功能作用。
所述环绕隔层的密封圈与袖管Ⅰ和袖管Ⅱ的至少一个袖管环形内壁构成副密封副。
所述隔层由内核和内核径向辐射的阀芯管的中间管段构成,可以是一体的,也可以是内核轴向压入阀芯管的两个部分构成;所述隔层内核的轴向端面是舌形三角坡面,从分流到合流,最大限度的提高过流能力,实现介质流向平稳,流阻小,低压损;隔层内核的轴向端面也可以是球面,还可以是平面、凹面和锥面等。
所述袖管Ⅰ和袖管Ⅱ的至少一个袖管与相邻的夹板之间设置拉伸弹簧。
所述袖管Ⅰ和袖管Ⅱ的至少一个袖管与相邻夹板之间设置压缩弹簧。
所述袖管Ⅰ和袖管Ⅱ的至少一个端部连接一根绳索通过夹板中上部的通孔与手柄连接,手柄可以挂靠在同轴线的固定点上。
所述袖管Ⅰ和袖管Ⅱ的至少一侧的夹板上部螺纹孔中螺旋穿过一根阀杆,其一端是手柄,另一端是圆头直抵阀体上部的顶板。
所述环形阀芯的密封面是坡面,可以是单向坡面、双向坡面和圆弧坡面,密封坡面的坡度最好≥8度,以防止环形阀座与环形阀芯在紧密相贴时出现自锁现象。
所述压缩弹簧和拉伸弹簧,应用在实际设计中可以考虑它们的轴向调节。
所述流通孔在产品设计和生产中尽量考虑流通性的最佳状态而圆滑倒角。
所述对夹装置外边螺母稍微松开之后,内边的螺母向外旋转,卸掉弹性元件、驱动元件,就基本可以取出芯管阀,快速拆卸阀体、阀芯管和密封圈,如果,需要清洗管道可以装上与阀芯管同长度的一截管子,旋紧螺母,使整个管网形成一体,用高频清洗机或其它清洗设备冲洗管道;芯管阀卸掉之后,不但便于修理和清洗,也便于备用芯管阀快速安装,还便于几个芯管阀的阀体和阀芯管的零件的互换。
综上所述,本发明的对夹芯管阀积极效果在于:
1、结构简单,便于制造;
2、基本适应各种工况;
3、阀体和阀芯管内腔表面及连接处光滑,不易藏污纳垢;
4、便于装卸和清洗;
5、使用寿命长,性价比高;
6、轴向流道,流阻小;
7、关闭阀门时启闭件对介质流是切断式,基本没有启闭阻力;
8、提高生产效率;
9、提高内密封的可靠性和长效性。

参看附图1、2,实施例所述的对夹芯管阀,用于安全、止回、压力启闭;所述隔层100内核的两个轴向端面是舌形三角坡面100′;输入段1′和输出段1″均有两个径向流通孔103;复合密封:一、环绕隔层100的环形阀芯101的密封面是圆弧坡面与袖管Ⅱ2″喉部的环形阀座201构成密封副,二、环绕隔层100的密封圈302′与袖管Ⅱ2″的环形内壁构成副密封副;输入段1′与袖管Ⅰ2′和输出段1″与袖管Ⅱ2″为轴孔式配合其结合部均设置密封圈302;输出段1″外径小于输入段1′外径,因此,内腔200的轴向两个端面面积之差形成压力差;阀芯管1同轴向嵌于对夹装置之中,对夹装置由两块中部带轴向通孔的夹板109和连接两端夹板109的至少两个匀称排布的螺栓109′构成,夹板109中部的轴向通孔与介质管路连接并相通;在袖管Ⅱ2″与相邻的夹板109之间设置压缩弹簧4。

B、用于止回,为全开启状态,此时,管网为正常的介质压力,内腔200的轴向两对应端面压力差形成的推力大于拉伸弹簧4′的拉力,届时,袖管Ⅱ2″喉部的环形阀座201离开环形阀芯101,输入段1′和输出段1″的流通孔103均与内腔200贯通,介质流通;反之,管网上游失去压力,阀体2在拉伸弹簧4′的拉力作用下轴向回位,袖管Ⅱ2″喉部的环形阀座201也随之回位与环形阀芯101紧密相贴,切断介质倒流。
C、用于启闭,为全开启状态,当需要人为调节和关闭阀门时,扳动手柄501′使阀杆504旋转做轴向移动推动顶板205使阀体2同时轴向移动,袖管Ⅱ2″喉部的环形阀座201随之回位向环形阀芯101靠拢直至紧密相贴。
这种结构可以独立的用于启闭;亦可以安全、启闭合二为一,阀杆504在不需要的时候可以拿走,或者阀杆504必须锁定不能轻易打开,只有在特定情况下,当启用另外一个安全阀时才能使用阀杆504关闭这个安全阀;也可以止回、启闭合二为一,阀杆504可以采用电机控制。

1.对夹芯管阀,其特征在于,阀芯管(1)为固定件同轴向贯穿于阀体(2)的袖管Ⅰ(2′)、阀体(2)内腔(200)、以及阀体(2)的袖管Ⅱ(2″);阀芯管(1)中部有轴向隔层(100),隔层(100)由内核和内核径向辐射的阀芯管(1)的中间管段构成;隔层(100)的轴向相邻两边分别是输入段(1′)和输出段(1″)的至少一个径向流通孔(103);环绕隔层(100)的环形阀芯(101)与袖管Ⅰ(2′)和袖管Ⅱ(2″)的至少一个袖管喉部的环形阀座(201)构成密封副;输入段(1′)外径与输出段(1″)外径之差>0;输入段(1′)与袖管Ⅰ(2′)和输出段(1″)与袖管Ⅱ(2″)为轴孔式配合其至少一个结合部设置密封;阀芯管(1)同轴向嵌于对夹装置之中,对夹装置由两块中部带轴向通孔的夹板(109)和连接两端夹板(109)的至少两个匀称排布的螺栓(109′)构成,夹板(109)中部的轴向通孔与介质管路连接并相通;在两个方向势能的驱动下,阀体(2)相对于阀芯管(1)作轴向往复移动实现启闭、功能转换。
2.按照权利要求1所述的对夹芯管阀,其特征在于,所述环绕隔层(100)的密封圈(302′)与袖管Ⅰ(2′)和袖管Ⅱ(2″)的至少一个袖管的环形内壁构成副密封副。
3.按照权利要求1所述的对夹芯管阀,其特征在于,所述隔层(100)内核的两个轴向端面是舌形三角坡面(100′)。
4.按照权利要求1所述的对夹芯管阀,其特征在于,所述环形阀芯(101)的密封面是双向坡面。
5.按照权利要求1所述的对夹芯管阀,其特征在于,所述环形阀芯(101)的密封面是单向坡面。
6.按照权利要求1所述的对夹芯管阀,其特征在于,所述环形阀芯(101)的密封面是圆弧坡面。
7.按照权利要求1所述的对夹芯管阀,其特征在于,所述袖管Ⅰ(2′)和袖管Ⅱ(2″)的至少一个袖管与相邻的夹板(109)之间设置拉伸弹簧(4′)。
8.按照权利要求1所述的对夹芯管阀,其特征在于,所述袖管Ⅰ(2′)和袖管Ⅱ(2″)的至少一个袖管与相邻的夹板(109)之间设置压缩弹簧(4)。
9.按照权利要求1所述的对夹芯管阀,其特征在于,所述袖管Ⅰ(2′)和袖管Ⅱ(2″)的至少一个端部连接一根绳索(5)通过夹板(109)中上部的通孔与手柄(501′)连接,手柄(501′)可以挂靠在同轴线的固定点上。
10.按照权利要求1所述的对夹芯管阀,其特征在于,所述袖管Ⅰ(2′)和袖管Ⅱ(2″)的至少一侧的夹板(109)上部螺纹孔中螺旋穿过一根阀杆(504),其一端是手柄(501′),另一端是圆头直抵阀体(2)上部的顶板(205)。
