Abstract

本发明提供一种重力自动翻面装置,其包括支撑架、电机、带轮、承载组件和皮带,电机固定在支撑架上,电机具有输出轴,带轮固定在电机的输出轴上,承载组件可枢转地设置在支撑架上,承载组件用于承载工件或装有工件的治具等物件,皮带的一端与带轮连接、另一端与承载组件连接,使用时,重力自动翻面装置安装在轨道上,物件通过轨道输送至承载组件,电机的输出轴先向第一方向转动以拉紧皮带、再向第二方向转动以释放皮带,使承载组件的重心偏移,并靠承载组件自身重力,进而带动承载组件相对于支撑架枢转而从第一水平位置翻转到第二水平位置,使承载在承载组件上的物件实现自动翻面,翻面后的物件通过轨道输送至后续工序。

技术领域
本发明涉及生产设备技术领域,具体是一种重力自动翻面装置。
背景技术
工件(如电路板)在生产过程中,需要通过自动翻面装置将工件翻面,以对工件的正面和反面进行加工,目前市场上的自动翻面装置设置有翻转轨道,驱动翻转轨道进行翻转,从而使翻转轨道上的工件或装有工件的治具翻面,然而,目前市场上的自动翻面装置存在结构复杂、成本高和占地面积大等问题。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,本发明提供一种重力自动翻面装置,其具有结构简单、成本低和占地面积小等优点。
本发明的重力自动翻面装置,其包括支撑架、电机、带轮、承载组件和皮带,电机固定在支撑架上,电机具有输出轴,带轮固定在电机的输出轴上,承载组件可枢转地设置在支撑架上,皮带的一端与带轮连接、另一端与承载组件连接;通过电机的输出轴先向第一方向转动以拉紧皮带、再向第二方向转动以释放皮带,使承载组件的重心偏移,并靠承载组件自身重力,使承载组件相对于支撑架枢转而从第一水平位置翻转到第二水平位置。
本发明的重力自动翻面装置通过电机的输出轴向不同方向转动以拉紧或释放皮带,并靠承载组件自身重力,进而带动承载组件相对于支撑架枢转而从第一水平位置翻转到第二水平位置,使承载在承载组件上的物件自动翻面。相较于目前市场上的自动翻面装置,本发明的重力自动翻面装置具有结构简单、成本低和占地面积小等优点。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
如图1所示,本发明的重力自动翻面装置100包括支撑架1、电机2、带轮3、承载组件4、皮带5和防护罩6。
支撑架1包括两个支撑脚11、支撑板12、两个枢接座13和枢接轴14,支撑板12的两端分別与两个支撑脚11的上端连接,两个枢接座13间隔设置在支撑板12上,枢接轴14设置在两个枢接座13之间。
电机2固定在支撑架1的支撑板12上,电机2具有输出轴21。
带轮3固定在电机2的输出轴21上。
承载组件4可枢转地设置在支撑架1上,承载组件4用于承载物件7,物件7可为工件或装有工件的治具等。配合图2所示,承载组件4包括托架41、轴承42、夹持块43和至少一吸盘44。托架41的一端延伸有枢接部411,枢接部411套设在两个枢接座13之间的枢接轴14,从而使得托架41能绕枢接轴14转动,托架41靠近枢接座13的该端设有卡槽412,轴承42的内圈设置在托架41的另一端,夹持块43设置在轴承42的外圈,吸盘44设置在托架41上。通过托架41的卡槽412卡住物件7和吸盘44吸住物件7,使得物件7稳定承载于托架41上,本实施例中,四个吸盘44对称设置在托架41上。
皮带5的一端与带轮3连接,另一端由承载组件4的夹持块43所夹持。
防护罩6罩在电机2外,以防止电机2运转时对工作人员造成危险。
本发明的重力自动翻面装置100使用时,安装在轨道(未示出)上,物件7通过轨道输送至承载组件4的托架41,如图3和图4所示,电机2的输出轴21向第一方向D1转动以拉紧皮带5,带动承载组件4绕设置在两个枢接座13之间的枢接轴14转动,使承载组件4从第一水平位置P1枢转大于90°,且承载组件4的重心偏移,配合图5所示,电机2的输出轴21向第二方向D2转动以释放皮带5,使承载组件4因自身重力而持续枢转到第二水平位置P2,从而承载在承载组件4上的物件7实现自动翻面,翻面后的物件7通过轨道输送至后续工序,如图5和图6所示,电机2的输出轴21向第二方向D2转动以拉紧皮带5,使承载组件4从第二水平位置P2枢转大于90°,配合图3所示,电机2的输出轴21向第一方向D1转动以释放皮带5,使承载组件4因自身重力而持续枢转回到第一水平位置P1,从而承载组件4能够承载另一物件7,本实施例中,第一方向D1为逆时针方向,第二方向D2为顺时針方向。

Claims (10)

1.一种重力自动翻面装置,其特征在于,包括支撑架、电机、带轮、承载组件和皮带,所述电机固定在所述支撑架上,所述电机具有输出轴,所述带轮固定在所述电机的所述输出轴上,所述承载组件可枢转地设置在所述支撑架上,所述皮带的一端与所述带轮连接、另一端与所述承载组件连接;
通过所述电机的所述输出轴先向第一方向转动以拉紧所述皮带、再向第二方向转动以释放所述皮带,使承载组件的重心偏移,并靠所述承载组件自身重力,使所述承载组件相对于所述支撑架枢转而从第一水平位置翻转到第二水平位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的重力自动翻面装置,其特征在于,所述承载组件包括托架,所述托架的一端可枢转地设置在所述支撑架上,所述托架设有卡槽。
3.如权利要求2所述的重力自动翻面装置,其特征在于,所述承载组件包括轴承和夹持块,所述轴承的内圈设置在所述托架的另一端,所述夹持块设置在所述轴承的外圈,所述夹持块夹持所述皮带的所述另一端。
4.如权利要求2所述的重力自动翻面装置,其特征在于,所述承载组件包括至少一吸盘,所述吸盘设置在所述托架上。
5.如权利要求3所述的重力自动翻面装置,其特征在于,所述承载组件包括至少一吸盘,所述吸盘设置在所述托架上。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的重力自动翻面装置,其特征在于,所述支撑架包括两个支撑脚和支撑板,所述支撑板的两端分别与所述两个支撑脚的上端连接,所述电机固定在所述支撑板上。
7.如权利要求6所述的重力自动翻面装置,其特征在于,所述支撑架包括两个枢接座,所述两个枢接座间隔设置在所述支撑板上,所述承载组件设置在所述两个枢接座之间。
8.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的重力自动翻面装置,其特征在于,还包括防护罩,所述防护罩罩在所述电机外。
9.如权利要求6所述的重力自动翻面装置,其特征在于,还包括防护罩,所述防护罩罩在所述电机外。
10.如权利要求7所述的重力自动翻面装置,其特征在于,还包括防护罩,所述防护罩罩在所述电机外。
