技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装货物的包装材料,特别涉及一种可生物降解且可防止破坏篡改的包装材料。
背景技术
随着全球化经济的发展,承担世界各地货物运输的物流系统越来越复杂。每时每刻,人们通过海运、陆运和空运运送大量的货物、包裹或信件等。在货物系统于不同的运输地点、方式等转换期间,由于引入人的操作,或受到很多安全威胁,例如将包裹中引入爆炸物、毒品或其他具有潜在危险的物品,会给社会带来很大的危害。尽管在安检级别最高的航空运输中,所运输的货物需要使用例如爆炸痕迹检测(ETD)、X射线等技术手段以及手动检查进行多重检查以增强安全性,等仍然不能防止货物完全避免受到安检人员、物流人员等对货物内容窃启、掉包等操作。
现在比较常用的预防措施是使用能够立即显示窃启(tamper)的包装流程。使用塑料胶带和防拆胶带一起密封是一种低成本的防窃启策略。然而,只有当胶带被撕掉后,窃启显示才能被看到。在某些情况下,有可能通过不撕掉胶带而打开包装或使用相同的替换胶带代替重新包装。所以这种方式依然不能提高货物系统的安全性。
现在有人提出使用电子传感器进行防窃启,但是尚处于研发阶段,误报率较高、成本也较高,阻碍该技术的广泛使用。
现在社会变化较快,恐怖活动日渐猖獗,病毒邮件、炸弹包裹等成为恐怖分子常用的恐袭手段,如何提出一种安全性高、防窃启的包装材料是业内人士亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明所要解决的技术问题提出一种用于包装货物的可生物降解的防窃启包装材料,其于聚合物所制成的包装材料中间引入自发损伤指示剂层,一旦包裹的包装材料被恶意损伤,指示剂可以引起包装材料颜色变化,使被窃启的包裹立即肉眼识别,提高了货物系统的安全性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种可生物降解的防窃启包装材料,所述包装材料为三层结构,上下两层为聚合物层,中间层为指示剂层,所述指示剂为自发损失指示剂,所述聚合物为可生物降解的聚合物。
其中,所述自发损伤指示剂为pH指示剂、水分指示剂、还原染料指示剂或化学发光指示剂,当所述自发损伤指示剂为pH指示剂和化学发光指示剂时,所述指示剂层包括指示剂本体层和辅助化合物层。所述使用pH指示剂的指示剂层为包括百里酚蓝,刚果红,溴甲酚绿,甲基红,甲基紫,偶氮百特,溴甲酚紫,溴百里酚蓝,苯酚红或甲酚红构成的指示剂本体层和酸/碱辅助化合物构成的辅助化合物层。所述水分指示剂为氯化亚钴。所述还原染料指示剂为甲基紫精,罗丹明B,酸性绿25或亚甲基蓝。所述使用化学发光指示剂的指示剂层为包括鲁米诺的指示剂本体层和包括过氧化氢的辅助化合物层、包括双(2,4,6-三氯苯基)氧化物的指示剂本体层和包括过氧化氢的辅助化合物层、包括草酸二苯乙烯酯的指示剂本体层和包括过氧化氢的辅助化合物层。

进一步,可生物降解的聚合物为加入促氧化剂的低密度聚乙烯(LDPE),中密度聚乙烯(MDPE),高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)或线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE),所述促氧化剂至少包括Cu、Fe、Co和Mn中的两种。
进一步,所述包装材料为包装薄膜或包装袋。
进一步,所述聚合物层涂覆有防伪标记,所述防伪标记为防伪油墨,所述防伪油墨可以为紫外荧光油墨或热敏油墨;或在聚合物层添加防伪添加剂,所谓防伪添加剂为紫外激发添加剂,红外激发添加剂,拉曼光谱添加剂或含磁性添加剂。
本发明所能达到的有益效果是:
1.本发明的包装材料包含自发损伤指示剂,当包裹受到恶意机械损伤时,指示剂可以立即产生变色可视信号,可快速分辨出窃启的货物,同时,多层结构使这种包装材料强度增加,可以防止非故意破坏导致误报警。
2.本发明的包装材料基材采用可生物降解的聚合物,降低了对环境的污染。
3.本发明的包装材料的制造方法简单、生产成本低,利于推广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本发明并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
根据本发明的一种可生物降解的防窃启包装材料,所述包装材料为三层结构,上下两层为聚合物层,中间层为指示剂层,所述指示剂为自发损失指示剂,所述聚合物为可生物降解的聚合物。
其中,所述自发损伤指示剂为pH指示剂、水分指示剂、还原染料指示剂或化学发光指示剂。当所述自发损伤指示剂为pH指示剂和化学发光指示剂时,所述指示剂层包括指示剂本体层和辅助化合物层。所述使用pH指示剂的指示剂层为包括百里酚蓝,刚果红,溴甲酚绿,甲基红,甲基紫,偶氮百特,溴甲酚紫,溴百里酚蓝,苯酚红或甲酚红构成的指示剂本体层和酸/碱辅助化合物构成的辅助化合物层。所述水分指示剂为氯化亚钴。所述还原染料指示剂为甲基紫精,罗丹明B,酸性绿25或亚甲基蓝。所述使用化学发光指示剂的指示剂层为包括鲁米诺的指示剂本体层和包括过氧化氢的辅助化合物层、包括双(2,4,6-三氯苯基)氧化物的指示剂本体层和包括过氧化氢的辅助化合物层、包括草酸二苯乙烯酯的指示剂本体层和包括过氧化氢的辅助化合物层。进一步,于所述指示剂本体层和辅助化合物层加入易潮解物质,所述易潮解物质为氯化钙,高氯酸镁,氯化镁或硝酸铁。
可生物降解的聚合物为加入促氧化剂的低密度聚乙烯(LDPE),中密度聚乙烯(MDPE),高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)或线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE),所述促氧化剂至少包括Cu、Fe、Co和Mn中的两种。
以下以选择不同的自发损失指示剂,举例说明几种防窃启包装材料。
实施例一
参阅图1,为本发明第一实施例三层结构的可生物降解的防窃启包装材料,其基材为低密度聚乙烯的聚合物层1,两层低密度聚乙烯中间设置一层pH指示剂层2,pH指示剂层2为夹层结构,本实施例中指示剂层选择百里酚蓝指示剂和氢氧化钠辅助化合物,分别位于指示剂本体层和辅助化合物层,并加入氯化钙,从空气中吸收水分,提高指示剂和辅助化合物的流动性。为了提高降解速度,在制造聚乙烯时,加入基于过渡金属Mn和Fe等促氧化剂,促进聚乙烯的在接触氧气时的氧化能力,使整个材料可降解为低分子量,能够尽快被微生物降解。
本发明的包装材料在制造时,首先使用密闭式炼胶机把指示剂层的指示剂,化合物和低密度聚乙烯进行混炼,再制造成pH指示剂层的母料,(并以三层共挤吹膜法或三层共挤流延挤出法制造出上下两层为低密度聚乙烯的聚合物层和中间一层为pH指示剂层的三层结构的包装材料,或上层为低密度聚乙烯,下层为其他聚合物和中间设置一层pH指示剂层的三层结构的包装材料。其中在制作母料时,还可以用现有的双螺杆挤出机或双螺桨混合器等设备和工艺。
包装材料的制造方法,还包括首先使用现有的各种制造工艺,例如吹膜挤出法、流延膜挤出法等制造出低密度聚乙烯单层膜的聚合物层1,然后将具有指示剂,辅助化合物,粘合剂和增塑剂等的混合物,利用喷涂或括涂方法涂敷于单层膜上固化形成指示剂层,然后再于该预涂膜上层压上一层低密度聚乙烯的聚合物层1或其他聚合物层,以形成三层结构的包装材料。
实施例二
参阅图2,为本发明第二实施例五层结构的可生物降解的防窃启包装材料为了加强包装材料的强度以及指示性能,可以于图1所示的三层结构的包装材料上再重复涂布和层压工艺,以增加一层聚合物层和指示剂层,比如增加一层中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)3和另外一种指示剂层4(比如氯化亚钴层)以形成五层聚合物层。
为了提高防伪等级,在所述聚合物层还可增加防伪标记,比如利用紫外荧光油墨或热敏油墨等防伪油墨;也可以在聚合物层添加紫外激发添加剂,红外激发添加剂,拉曼光谱添加剂或含磁性添加剂等现有的防伪手段,来提高材料的防伪等级。
实施例三
参阅图3,为本发明第三实施例的示意图。为了进一步提高对溶剂和气体的耐受性,特别是还原染料的耐氧性,可以引入阻隔材料如乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)制成的阻隔层5。通过聚合物层1,粘合剂6和阻隔材料构成的阻隔层5的共挤出生产的三层膜后,可以用还原染料,比如甲基紫精涂覆,形成指示剂层7。然后通过热法与另一层三层膜层压,以形成七层包装材料。
以上实施例中,当指示剂层2包含水分指示剂,还原染料或易潮解物质时,包装材料四边需要以热或超音波等方法封口,提高耐潮及耐氧性。
以上实施例中,参阅图4及图5,当使用本发明的包装材料包装货物后,当外包装材料受到损坏后,自发损坏指示剂层中的指示剂发生释放、反应,产生颜色变化或发光,从而能够肉眼迅速观测出受到窃启的货物。
唯以上所述者,仅为本发明之较佳实施例而已,当不能以之限定本发明实施之范围;即大凡依本发明专利范围所作之均等变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖之范围内。
Claims (12)
1.一种可生物降解的防窃启包装材料,其特征在于,所述包装材料为三层结构,上下两层为聚合物层,中间层为指示剂层,所述指示剂为自发损失指示剂,所述聚合物为可生物降解的聚合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可生物降解的防窃启包装材料,其特征在于,所述自发损伤指示剂为pH指示剂、水分指示剂、还原染料指示剂或化学发光指示剂,当所述自发损伤指示剂为pH指示剂和化学发光指示剂时,所述指示剂层包括指示剂本体层和辅助化合物层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可生物降解的防窃启包装材料,其特征在于,所述使用pH指示剂的指示剂层为包括百里酚蓝,刚果红,溴甲酚绿,甲基红,甲基紫,偶氮百特,溴甲酚紫,溴百里酚蓝,苯酚红或甲酚红构成的指示剂本体层和酸/碱辅助化合物构成的辅助化合物层。
4.根据权利要求2所述的可生物降解的防窃启包装材料,其特征在于,所述水分指示剂为氯化亚钴。
5.根据权利要求2所述的可生物降解的防窃启包装材料,其特征在于,所述还原染料指示剂为甲基紫精,罗丹明B,酸性绿25或亚甲基蓝。
6.根据权利要求2所述的可生物降解的防窃启包装材料,其特征在于,所述使用化学发光指示剂的指示剂层为包括鲁米诺的指示剂本体层和包括过氧化氢的辅助化合物层、包括双(2,4,6-三氯苯基)氧化物的指示剂本体层和包括过氧化氢的辅助化合物层、包括草酸二苯乙烯酯的指示剂本体层和包括过氧化氢的辅助化合物层。
7.根据权利要求2所述的可生物降解的防窃启包装材料,其特征在于,于所述指示剂本体层和辅助化合物层加入易潮解物质,所述易潮解物质为氯化钙,高氯酸镁,氯化镁或硝酸铁。
8.根据权利要求1所述的可生物降解的防窃启包装材料,其特征在于,于所述三层包装材料上再涂覆一层以上指示剂层和聚合物层形成五层以上的包装材料。
9.根据权利要求1所述的可生物降解的防窃启包装材料,其特征在于,所述包装材料还包括由阻隔材料构成的阻隔层,所述阻隔材料为乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH),所述阻隔层通过粘合剂与聚合物层粘结,所述指示剂层涂敷于阻隔层。
10.根据权利要求1-9中任一所述的可生物降解的防窃启包装材料,其特征在于,可生物降解的聚合物为加入促氧化剂的低密度聚乙烯(LDPE),中密度聚乙烯(MDPE),高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)或线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE),所述促氧化剂至少包括Cu、Fe、Co和Mn中的两种。
11.根据权利要求1-9中任一所述的可生物降解的防窃启包装材料,其特征在于,所述包装材料为包装薄膜或包装袋。
12.根据权利要求1-9中任一所述的可生物降解的防窃启包装材料,其特征在于,所述聚合物层涂覆有防伪标记,所述防伪标记为防伪油墨,所述防伪油墨可以为紫外荧光油墨或热敏油墨;或在聚合物层添加防伪添加剂,所谓防伪添加剂为紫外激发添加剂,红外激发添加剂,拉曼光谱添加剂或含磁性添加剂。
