本发明提供了一种复合型轻量化环保汽车内外饰件的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、加热:首先加热零件的装饰层平板原材料,使其软化;步骤二、成型零件的装饰层;步骤三、取出成型的装饰层:步骤四、将装饰层放入发泡模具上:步骤五、在装饰层上放入聚氨酯AB料和增强用玻璃纤维的混合料;步骤六、预设上模结构:步骤七、合模:步骤八、成型,形成完整的产品后取出产品。

一种复合型轻量化环保汽车内外饰件的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及轻量化内外饰件领域,尤其是一种复合型轻量化环保汽车内外饰件的制备方法。
背景技术
现有的制造轻量化汽车装饰件成型技术一般有SMC类模压技术,缺点是偏重,产品外表面没有装饰层,需要喷漆。吸塑成型没有集成安装结构。注塑成型,材料没有分装饰层和结构层,较重。
而树脂传递模塑成型或手糊玻璃钢,产品粗糙,精度差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种复合型轻量化环保汽车内外饰件的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种复合型轻量化环保汽车内外饰件的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、加热:加热零件的装饰层的原材料平板,使其软化;
步骤二、成型零件的装饰层:
将软化后的装饰层铺在表皮成型模具上,再对表皮成型模具进行抽真空操作,抽去空气,使装饰层成型;
步骤三、取出成型的装饰层:
步骤四、将装饰层放入发泡模具上:
步骤五、在装饰层上放入聚氨酯AB料和增强用玻璃纤维的混合料;
步骤六、预设上模结构:
上模上开设圆柱孔,所述圆柱孔内嵌入式安装有磁铁结构,磁铁结构为中心开孔的圆盘形,
取一胶套和安装结构,将胶套塞入安装结构中后装配完成构成组合件,将装配好的组合件与上模的磁铁结构配合组装;
其中安装结构包括螺栓或螺母;
步骤七、合模:
将上模下压与下模即发泡模具配合后合模,并对上下模进行加热,此时混合料将装饰层和安装结构粘接在一起;
步骤八、成型:形成完整的产品后取出产品。
对上述方案的进一步改进,
步骤6中,当安装结构为螺母时,磁铁结构的中心孔内预先插入导柱结构,然后将装配好的组合件套在导柱结构上。
对上述方案的进一步改进,
步骤6中,当安装结构为螺栓时,装配好的组合件装配在圆柱孔中磁铁的中心开孔内。
有益效果
模具上安装的导柱结构,为了保护安装结构的螺纹,设计了胶套,胶套填充了螺母和导柱之间的缝隙避免了漏料,避免聚氨酯进入螺纹缝隙中。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明;
一种复合型轻量化环保汽车内外饰件的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、加热:
加热零件的装饰层4的原材料平板,使其软化;
步骤二、成型零件的装饰层:
将软化后的装饰层4铺在表皮成型模具1上,再对表皮成型模具1进行抽真空操作,抽去空气,使装饰层成型;
步骤三、取出成型的装饰层4:
步骤四、将装饰层4放入发泡模具2上:
步骤五、在装饰层4上放入聚氨酯AB料和增强用玻璃纤维的混合料3;
步骤六、预设上模结构:
上模上开设圆柱孔8.1,所述圆柱孔8.1内嵌入式安装有磁铁结构6,磁铁结构6为中心开孔的圆盘形,
取一胶套7和安装结构10,将胶套7塞入安装结构10中后装配完成构成组合件,将装配好的组合件与上模的磁铁结构配合组装;
其中安装结构包括螺栓或螺母;
步骤七、合模:
将上模8下压与下模即发泡模具2配合后合模,并对上下模进行加热,此时混合料3将装饰层和安装结构粘接在一起;
步骤八、成型,形成完整的产品后取出产品9。
对上述方案的进一步改进,
步骤6中,当安装结构为螺母时,参见图6所示,磁铁结构6的中心孔内预先插入导柱结构5,然后将装配好的组合件套在导柱结构5上。磁铁结构用于吸附安装结构的螺栓,这样便于更好的安装;
对上述方案的进一步改进,
步骤6中,当安装结构为螺栓时,参见图7所示,装配好的组合件装配在圆柱孔8.1中磁铁的中心开孔内。

1.一种复合型轻量化环保汽车内外饰件的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、加热:加热零件的装饰层(4)的原材料平板,使其软化;
步骤二、成型零件的装饰层:
将软化后的装饰层(4)板铺在表皮成型模具(1)上,再对表皮成型模具(1)进行抽真空操作,抽去空气,使装饰层成型;
步骤三、取出成型的装饰层(4):
步骤四、将装饰层(4)放入发泡模具(2)上:
步骤五、在装饰层(4)上放入聚氨酯AB料和增强用玻璃纤维的混合料(3);
步骤六、预设上模结构:
上模上开设圆柱孔(8.1),所述圆柱孔(8.1)内嵌入式安装有磁铁结构(6),磁铁结构(6)为中心开孔的圆盘形,
取一胶套(7)和安装结构(10),将胶套(7)塞入安装结构(10)中后装配完成构成组合件,将装配好的组合件与上模的磁铁结构配合组装;
其中安装结构包括螺栓或螺母;
步骤七、合模:
将上模(8)下压与下模即发泡模具(2)配合后合模,并对上下模进行加热,此时混合料(3)将装饰层和安装结构粘接在一起;
步骤八、成型,形成完整的产品后取出产品(9)。
2.如权利要求1所述一种复合型轻量化环保汽车内外饰件的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤6中,当安装结构为螺母时,磁铁结构(6)的中心孔内预先插入导柱结构(5),然后将装配好的组合件套在导柱结构(5)上。
3.如权利要求1所述一种复合型轻量化环保汽车内外饰件的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤6中,当安装结构为螺栓时,装配好的组合件装配在圆柱孔(8.1)中磁铁的中心开孔内。
