打羽毛球,除了要有一支合手的羽毛球拍,合脚的羽毛球鞋,一双专业的羽毛球袜也是必不可少的,因为羽毛球运动对于步法移动的要求非常高。运动员要在场地上反复起动、前后移动、制动等,所以对于球袜的要求比一般运动项目高得多。购买羽毛球袜时,一定不要选择普通的运动袜,而要选择专业的羽毛球袜。羽毛球选手在场上的移动非常多,来回频繁地做起动、制动、蹬地等动作,袜子与鞋的摩擦非常多,所以必须要加厚的袜底才能保证球袜的使用寿命。
然而现有的用于制作羽毛球袜的纱线,不具备光清洁的功能,制得的羽毛球袜清洗起来较为麻烦。

本发明的目的在于提供一种自清洁羽毛球袜专用复合纱线及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

(1)称取各组分原料,备用;
(2)取一半去离子水,将聚酯纤维、苎麻纤维、吐温80、肉桂醛投入去离子水中,密封加热搅拌10-20min,加热温度80-90℃,得到混合物A;
(3)取另一半去离子水,将3-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯、单硬脂酸甘油脂投入去离子水中,搅拌混合,得到混合液;
(4)将竹纤维、竹炭纤维投入混合液中,微波震荡5-10min,得到混合物B;

一种自清洁羽毛球袜专用复合纱线的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取各组分原料,备用;
(2)取一半去离子水,将聚酯纤维、苎麻纤维、吐温80、肉桂醛投入去离子水中,密封加热搅拌18min,加热温度88℃,得到混合物A;
(3)取另一半去离子水,将3-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯、单硬脂酸甘油脂投入去离子水中,搅拌混合,得到混合液;
(4)将竹纤维、竹炭纤维投入混合液中,微波震荡9min,得到混合物B;
(5)将混合物A与混合物B混合,密封加热至85℃,并在该温度下保持2h,过滤,烘干,得到混合纤维;
(6)用混合纤维纺织得到纱线,在纱线上喷涂纳米二氧化钛光触媒微乳液,整理、烘干,即得。
实施例5
一种自清洁羽毛球袜专用复合纱线,包括以下原料:竹纤维50g、聚酯纤维15g、竹炭纤维8g、苎麻纤维4g、纳米二氧化钛光触媒微乳液25g、3-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯15g、去离子水250g、吐温80 20g、肉桂醛6g、单硬脂酸甘油脂5g。
一种自清洁羽毛球袜专用复合纱线的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取各组分原料,备用;
(2)取一半去离子水,将聚酯纤维、苎麻纤维、吐温80、肉桂醛投入去离子水中,密封加热搅拌15min,加热温度85℃,得到混合物A;
(3)取另一半去离子水,将3-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯、单硬脂酸甘油脂投入去离子水中,搅拌混合,得到混合液;
(4)将竹纤维、竹炭纤维投入混合液中,微波震荡8min,得到混合物B;
(5)将混合物A与混合物B混合,密封加热至80℃,并在该温度下保持2h,过滤,烘干,得到混合纤维;
(6)用混合纤维纺织得到纱线,在纱线上喷涂纳米二氧化钛光触媒微乳液,整理、烘干,即得。
上面对本专利的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本专利并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本专利宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。
Claims (7)
1.一种自清洁羽毛球袜专用复合纱线,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:竹纤维40-60份、聚酯纤维10-20份、竹炭纤维5-10份、苎麻纤维2-6份、纳米二氧化钛光触媒微乳液20-30份、3-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯10-20份、去离子水200-300份、吐温80 15-25份、肉桂醛3-9份、单硬脂酸甘油脂2-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自清洁羽毛球袜专用复合纱线,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:竹纤维45-55份、聚酯纤维12-18份、竹炭纤维6-9份、苎麻纤维3-5份、纳米二氧化钛光触媒微乳液22-28份、3-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯12-18份、去离子水220-280份、吐温80 18-22份、肉桂醛4-8份、单硬脂酸甘油脂4-6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自清洁羽毛球袜专用复合纱线,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:竹纤维50份、聚酯纤维15份、竹炭纤维8份、苎麻纤维4份、纳米二氧化钛光触媒微乳液25份、3-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯15份、去离子水250份、吐温80 20份、肉桂醛6份、单硬脂酸甘油脂5份。
4.一种根据权利要求1-3任一所述的自清洁羽毛球袜专用复合纱线的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)称取各组分原料,备用;
(2)取一半去离子水,将聚酯纤维、苎麻纤维、吐温80、肉桂醛投入去离子水中,密封加热搅拌10-20min,加热温度80-90℃,得到混合物A;
(3)取另一半去离子水,将3-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯、单硬脂酸甘油脂投入去离子水中,搅拌混合,得到混合液;
(4)将竹纤维、竹炭纤维投入混合液中,微波震荡5-10min,得到混合物B;
(5)将混合物A与混合物B混合,密封加热至70-90℃,并在该温度下保持1-2h,过滤,烘干,得到混合纤维;
(6)用混合纤维纺织得到纱线,在纱线上喷涂纳米二氧化钛光触媒微乳液,整理、烘干,即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的自清洁羽毛球袜专用复合纱线的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,搅拌时间为15min,加热温度为85℃。
6.根据权利要求4所述的自清洁羽毛球袜专用复合纱线的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,微波震荡时间为8min。
7.根据权利要求4所述的自清洁羽毛球袜专用复合纱线的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中,加热温度为80℃,并在该温度下保持2h。
