锥形引流槽式雾化喷枪及其使用方法
技术领域
本发明涉及环保设备领域,具体的说是一种锥形引流槽式雾化喷枪及其使用方法。
背景技术
在生活和生产中,许多地方会产生大量的粉尘,粉尘对环境和人体产生危害,在环保要求越来越严格的情况下,对粉尘进行抑制降尘处理是主要方式。目前使用的雾化喷枪只是简单的将雾化水喷洒出,雾化头为固定方式,洒出的水珠大,降尘过程中雾化覆盖面积小,并且洒出的距离的短,降尘效果差,满足不了使用需求。粉尘由于雾化因此需要设计一种雾化效果好、覆盖面积大的雾化喷枪装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种锥形引流槽式雾化喷枪及其使用方法,主要解决目前的雾化喷枪降尘效果差的问题。该雾化喷枪对雾化水进行多级雾化,最终形成细小水珠喷洒降尘,降尘覆盖面积大,降尘效果好。通过该方法进行降尘能在短时间内对粉尘产生抑制的效果,提高了工作效率,雾化效果好。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:锥形引流槽式雾化喷枪,其结构包括喷头管、中间管、尾管、一级雾化舱、引风部件和二级雾化管,所述中间管的前端设有喷头管,中间管后端设有尾管,所述一级雾化舱和引风部件设于尾管内,所述二级雾化管设于中间管内,所述二级雾化管的前端延伸至喷头管内腔,二级雾化管的后端与一级雾化舱的出水管连接,所述引风部件与一级雾化舱套置,所述引风部件的进风管和一级雾化舱的进水管均设于尾管外部。
进一步,所述一级雾化舱是由舱体、进水管和出水管构成,所述舱体为封闭腔体,舱体的上端设有进水管,所述进水管的自由端穿过尾管侧壁后延伸至尾管外部,所述舱体的前端设有出水管。
进一步,所述引风部件是由座体、进风管和出风管构成,所述座体为圆环形封闭腔体,座体的上端设有进风管,所述进风管穿过尾管侧壁延伸至尾管外部,所述座体的前端面圆周方向均匀设有若干个出风管。
进一步,所述二级雾化管是由管体、锥形引流部件和通风盘构成,所述管体的前端侧壁设有多个喷孔,管体前部喷孔后侧设有通风盘,所述通风盘圆周面上设有多个通风孔,所述管体的后端设有引入雾化水的锥形引流部件,所述锥形引流部件的尖端与一级雾化舱的出水管端部插接。
进一步,所述锥形引流部件是由锥形体、分流槽和导流柱构成,所述锥形体的外壁上设有多个分流槽,所述导流柱设于管体的前端内腔,导流柱直径小于管体内腔直径,所述导流柱外圆周壁与管体内圆周壁之间形成雾化水通道,多个分流槽分别与雾化水通道连通形成多支薄膜水流喷出通道。
进一步,所述引风部件的进风管和一级雾化舱的进水管并排设于尾管外部,引风部件的进风管设于一级雾化舱进水管的前侧。
进一步,所述分流槽上尖下宽,分流槽的宽端为雾化水入口。
锥形引流槽式雾化喷枪的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、雾化水由一级雾化舱的进水管进入舱体内经前端出水管运行至二级雾化管后端,此时压缩空气由引风部件的进风管进入座体后从出风管吹出,雾化水在压缩空气的压力下被锥形引流部件分为多支薄膜水流,完成一级雾化;
(2)、多支薄膜水流进入二级雾化管内腔后沿雾化管内壁向前运行,到达二级雾化管管体前端时由管体端部侧壁的喷孔喷出,同时压缩空气从通风盘上的通风孔吹出,使雾化水进行二级雾化;
(3)、经过二级雾化后的雾化水在压缩空气的压力下最终从喷头管喷出,对外部的粉尘进行降尘。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明的雾化喷枪将雾化水先通过一级雾化舱和锥形引流部件进行一级雾化使雾化水形成多支薄膜水流,由于雾化水被分流为薄膜水流能保证水流匀速平稳运行,同时由于水流层很薄体积较小,水流层不会轻易下沉,能在一定速度下平稳的运行至二级雾化管前端进行二级雾化,增强雾化效果,能在短时间内对粉尘进行抑制。
2、由于引风部件通过座体将风流从若干个出风口吹出若干条风流,保证风流的流速均匀,使风流与雾化水大面积的混合接触,提高雾化水的雾化效果。

具体实施方式
参照说明书附图对本发明的锥形引流槽式雾化喷枪及其使用方法作以下详细说明。
如图1至图13所示,本发明的锥形引流槽式雾化喷枪,包括喷头管1、中间管2、尾管3、一级雾化舱4、引风部件6和二级雾化管5,所述中间管2的前端设有喷头管1,中间管后端设有尾管3,所述一级雾化舱4和引风部件6设于尾管3内,所述二级雾化管5设于中间管2内,所述二级雾化管5的前端延伸至喷头管1内腔,二级雾化管5的后端与一级雾化舱4的出水管42连接,所述引风部件6与一级雾化舱4套置,所述引风部件的进风管62和一级雾化舱的进水管43均设于尾管外部。引风部件的进风管和一级雾化舱的进水管并排设于尾管外部,引风部件的进风管设于一级雾化舱进水管的前侧。
如图4、图5所示,所述一级雾化舱4是由舱体41、进水管43和出水管42构成,所述舱体41为封闭腔体,舱体41的上端设有进水管43,进水管43与舱体41垂直连接,所述进水管43的自由端穿过尾管3侧壁后延伸至尾管外部,所述舱体的前端设有出水管42,雾化水由进水管进入舱体内,从舱体前端的出水管排出。
如图6、图7、图8所示,所述引风部件6是由座体61、进风管62和出风管63构成,所述座体61为圆环形封闭腔体,座体61的上端设有进风管62,所述进风管62穿过尾管侧壁延伸至尾管外部,所述座体61的前端面圆周方向均匀设有若干个出风管63。压缩空气从进风管吹入经座体从多个出风管分流吹出,形成多支风流,能保证风速均匀,对雾化水提高雾化效果。
如图9至图11所示,所述二级雾化管5是由管体51、锥形引流部件52和通风盘53构成,所述管体51的前端侧壁设有多个喷孔54,管体前部喷孔后侧设有通风盘53,所述通风盘53圆周面上设有多个通风孔,雾化水从管体前端喷洒的同时压缩空气从通风盘上的通风孔吹出,对雾化水进行雾化。所述管体51的后端设有引入雾化水的锥形引流部件52,所述锥形引流部件52的尖端与一级雾化舱的出水管42端部插接,使雾化水在压缩空气的压力下沿锥形引流部件的分流槽522运行至二级雾化管5内。
如图12、图13所示,锥形引流部件52是由锥形体521、分流槽522和导流柱524构成,所述锥形体521的外壁上设有多个分流槽522,所述分流槽522上尖下宽,分流槽522的宽端为雾化水入口523。分流槽522的作用是把雾化水分成多个支流,多个支流的雾化水沿雾化水入口523进行二级雾化管内,所述导流柱524设于管体51的前端内腔,导流柱524直径小于管体51内腔直径,所述导流柱524外圆周壁与管体51内圆周壁之间形成雾化水通道,多个分流槽522分别与雾化水通道连通形成多支薄膜水流喷出通道。由于雾化水被分流成多支薄膜或薄层水流,能使水流保持运行平稳,运行速度均匀,多支薄膜水流平稳、匀速的沿二级雾化管内壁运行至前端由喷孔喷出。导流柱与锥形体的宽端连为一体,保证雾化水顺利的沿分流槽从雾水化入口进入雾化水通道,从而形成多支薄膜水流喷出道。
锥形引流槽式雾化喷枪的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、雾化水由一级雾化舱4的进水管43进入舱体41内经前端出水管42运行至二级雾化管5后端,此时压缩空气由引风部件6的进风管62进入座体61后从若干个出风管63吹出多支风流,雾化水在压缩空气的压力下沿锥形引流部件52的分流槽522运行,从若干个雾化水入口523经导流柱524导流为多支薄膜水流,完成一级雾化。
(2)、多支薄膜水流进入二级雾化管5内腔后沿雾化管内壁继续向前运行,由于雾化水被分流为薄膜水流能保证水流匀速平稳运行,同时由于水流层很薄体积较小,水流层不会轻易下沉,能在一定速度下平稳的运行至二级雾化管5前,到达二级雾化管管体前端时由管体51端部侧壁的喷孔54喷出,同时压缩空气从通风盘53上的若干个通风孔吹出,多支风流对喷出的一级雾化水进行二级雾化。
(3)、经过二级雾化后的雾化水在压缩空气的压力下最终从喷头管1喷出,对外部的粉尘进行降尘。
本发明的雾化喷枪对雾化水进行多级雾化,最终形成细小水珠喷洒降尘,降尘覆盖面积大,降尘效果好。通过该方法进行降尘能在短时间内对粉尘产生抑制的效果,提高了工作效率,雾化效果好。

1.锥形引流槽式雾化喷枪,其特征是,包括喷头管、中间管、尾管、一级雾化舱、引风部件和二级雾化管,所述中间管的前端设有喷头管,中间管后端设有尾管,所述一级雾化舱和引风部件设于尾管内,所述二级雾化管设于中间管内,所述二级雾化管的前端延伸至喷头管内腔,二级雾化管的后端与一级雾化舱的出水管连接,所述引风部件与一级雾化舱套置,所述引风部件的进风管和一级雾化舱的进水管均设于尾管外部;所述二级雾化管是由管体、锥形引流部件和通风盘构成,所述管体的前端侧壁设有多个喷孔,管体前部喷孔后侧设有通风盘,所述通风盘圆周面上设有多个通风孔,所述管体的后端设有引入雾化水的锥形引流部件,所述锥形引流部件的尖端与一级雾化舱的出水管端部插接;所述锥形引流部件是由锥形体、分流槽和导流柱构成,所述锥形体的外壁上设有多个分流槽,所述导流柱设于管体的前端内腔,导流柱直径小于管体内腔直径,所述导流柱外圆周壁与管体内圆周壁之间形成雾化水通道,多个分流槽分别与雾化水通道连通形成多支薄膜水流喷出通道;所述引风部件的进风管和一级雾化舱的进水管并排设于尾管外部,引风部件的进风管设于一级雾化舱进水管的前侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锥形引流槽式雾化喷枪,其特征是,所述一级雾化舱是由舱体、进水管和出水管构成,所述舱体为封闭腔体,舱体的上端设有进水管,所述进水管的自由端穿过尾管侧壁后延伸至尾管外部,所述舱体的前端设有出水管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锥形引流槽式雾化喷枪,其特征是,所述引风部件是由座体、进风管和出风管构成,所述座体为圆环形封闭腔体,座体的上端设有进风管,所述进风管穿过尾管侧壁延伸至尾管外部,所述座体的前端面圆周方向均匀设有若干个出风管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的锥形引流槽式雾化喷枪,其特征是,所述分流槽上尖下宽,分流槽的宽端为雾化水入口。
5.根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的锥形引流槽式雾化喷枪的使用方法,其特征是,包括如下步骤:
(1)、雾化水由一级雾化舱的进水管进入舱体内经前端出水管运行至二级雾化管后端,此时压缩空气由引风部件的进风管进入座体后从出风管吹出,雾化水在压缩空气的压力下被锥形引流部件分为多支薄膜水流,完成一级雾化;
(2)、多支薄膜水流进入二级雾化管内腔后沿雾化管内壁向前运行,到达二级雾化管管体前端时由管体端部侧壁的喷孔喷出,同时压缩空气从通风盘上的通风孔吹出,使雾化水进行二级雾化;
(3)、经过二级雾化后的雾化水在压缩空气的压力下最终从喷头管喷出,对外部的粉尘进行降尘。
