Abstract
一种具有提神功能的口香糖及其制备方法,它涉及食品加工制备技术领域。一种具有提神功能的口香糖由以下的原料组成:茶叶提取物、烟草生物碱、维生素B、氨基酸、牛磺酸、甜味剂、胶基。按计量配比取上述原料根据一种具有提神功能的口香糖的制备方法进行制备即可得到一种具有提神功能的口香糖。本发明有益效果为:其提升了咀嚼本口香糖,可使头脑清醒,消除困倦,起到提神和防瞌睡的作用,从而提高工作效率,可避免因瞌睡引起的恶性事故,通过维生素B、茶叶提取物与烟草生物碱含量的不同可以对吸烟人士逐渐对烟草产生替代作用,因此减少因吸烟造成的二手烟影响和火灾数量。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工制备技术领域,具体涉及一种具有提神功能的口香糖及其制备方法。
背景技术
口香糖,是一种仅用于咀嚼而不是吞食的糖果。口香糖是以天然树胶或甘油树脂为胶体的基础,加入糖浆、薄荷、甜味剂等调和压制而成的一种供人们放入口中嚼咬的糖。既好吃又好玩,深受儿童和青年人喜爱,同时也成为大部分年轻人的扮酷、时尚的新宠。在提升口腔健康的同时,通过咀嚼口香糖带来的面部肌肉运动,在认知学领域也具有多重功效。
市面上的口香糖,主要目的是为了清新口气用途,功能单一,不利于市场的发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种具有提神功能的口香糖及其制备方法,其提升了咀嚼本口香糖,可使头脑清醒,消除困倦,起到提神和防瞌睡的作用,从而提高工作效率。特别是火车、汽车司机及需夜间连续操作的化工、发电等行业的工作人员、学生、IT从业者、以及经常加班的工作人员使用本口香糖,可避免因瞌睡引起的恶性事故,通过维生素B、茶叶提取物与烟草生物碱含量的不同可以对吸烟人士逐渐对烟草产生替代作用,因此减少因吸烟造成的二手烟影响和火灾数量。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案是:一种具有提神功能的口香糖由以下重量份数的原料组成:茶茶叶提取物0.1-5份、烟草生物碱0-5份、维生素B0.1-5份、氨基酸0.1-5份、牛磺酸0.1-5份、甜味剂20-70份、胶基20-50份。它的制备方法包含以下步骤:
步骤一:按计量配比取适量的茶叶提取物、烟草生物碱,将其粉碎成细粉状;
步骤二:按计量配比取适量的维生素B、氨基酸、牛磺酸、甜味剂以及胶基放入搅拌器中,搅拌2-3分钟,搅拌温度控制在40-45摄氏度范围内;
步骤三:在不断搅拌情况下加入步骤一所得到的细粉混合物,再进行均匀搅拌2-3分钟;
步骤四:将搅拌好的混合物倒入型模中压片,冷却即成,并切断后包装。
所述烟草生物碱为选自烟草生物碱盐、结合于络合物中的烟草生物碱、或其任意组合的形式。
所述任一项的释放烟草生物碱的口香糖,其中所述烟草生物碱为尼古丁。
所述尼古丁为选自尼古丁盐、尼古丁自由碱、结合于络合物中的尼古丁或其任意组合的形式,所述尼古丁盐选自包括下列物质的集合:尼古丁盐酸盐、尼古丁二盐酸盐、尼古丁单酒石酸盐、尼古丁二酒石酸盐、尼古丁硫酸盐、尼古丁氯化锌、尼古丁水杨酸盐、或其任意组合,络合物包含离子交换树脂和吸附剂,离子交换树脂为弱酸性阳离子交换树脂,吸附剂选自细碎的硅酸无定形二氧化硅、硅酸镁、硅酸钙、高岭土、结晶的铝硅酸盐、膨润土、活性炭、氧化铝、羟基磷灰石、微晶纤维素或其任意组合。
所述维生素B为选自维生素B族(包括维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B3、维生素B4、维生素B5、维生素B6、维生素B7、维生素B9、维生素B12),或维生素B族盐酸盐,或维生素B族硝酸盐,或含有维生素B族的络合物,或其任意组合形式。
所述茶叶提取物包括茶碱、咖啡因、茶多酚。

具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例采用的技术方案是:一种具有提神功能的口香糖及其制备方法由以下重量份数的原料组成:茶叶提取物0.1份、烟草生物碱0份、维生素B0.1份、氨基酸0.1份、牛磺酸0.1份、甜味剂70份、胶基29.45份。它的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:按计量配比取适量的茶叶提取物、烟草生物碱,将其粉碎成细粉状;
步骤二:按计量配比取适量的维生素B、氨基酸、牛磺酸、甜味剂以及胶基放入搅拌器中,搅拌2-3分钟,搅拌温度控制在40-45摄氏度范围内;
步骤三:在不断搅拌情况下加入步骤一所得到的细粉混合物,再进行均匀搅拌2-3分钟;
步骤四:将搅拌好的混合物倒入型模中压片,冷却即成,并切断后包装。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的不同点在于:它由以下重量份数的原料组成:茶叶提取物5份、烟草生物碱5份、维生素B5份、氨基酸5份、牛磺酸5份、甜味剂20份、胶基55份。其他原料组成、制备方法均匀实施例1相同。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的不同点在于:它由以下重量份数的原料组成:茶叶提取物2.5份、烟草生物碱2.5份、维生素B2.5份、氨基酸2.5份、牛磺酸2.5份、甜味剂65份、胶基22.5份。其他原料组成、制备方法均匀实施例1相同。

Claims (10)
1.一种具有提神功能的口香糖,其特征在于它由以下重量份数的原料组成:茶叶提取物0.1-5份、烟草生物碱0-5份、维生素B0.1-5份、氨基酸0.1-5份、牛磺酸0.1-5份、甜味剂20-70份、胶基20-50份。
2.一种具有提神功能的口香糖的制备方法,其特征在于它包含以下步骤:
步骤一:按计量配比取适量的茶叶提取物、烟草生物碱,将其粉碎成细粉状;
步骤二:按计量配比取适量的维生素B、氨基酸、牛磺酸、甜味剂以及胶基放入搅拌器中,搅拌2-3分钟,搅拌温度控制在40-45摄氏度范围内;
步骤三:在不断搅拌情况下加入步骤一所得到的细粉混合物,再进行均匀搅拌2-3分钟;
步骤四:将搅拌好的混合物倒入型模中压片,冷却即成,并切断后包装。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有提神功能的口香糖,其特征在于:所述烟草生物碱为选自烟草生物碱盐、结合于络合物中的烟草生物碱、或其任意组合的形式。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有提神功能的口香糖,其特征在于:所述任一项的释放烟草生物碱的口香糖,其中所述烟草生物碱为尼古丁。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有提神功能的口香糖,其特征在于:所述尼古丁为选自尼古丁盐、尼古丁自由碱、结合于络合物中的尼古丁或其任意组合的形式,所述尼古丁盐选自包括下列物质的集合:尼古丁盐酸盐、尼古丁二盐酸盐、尼古丁单酒石酸盐、尼古丁二酒石酸盐、尼古丁硫酸盐、尼古丁氯化锌、尼古丁水杨酸盐、或其任意组合,络合物包含离子交换树脂和吸附剂,离子交换树脂为弱酸性阳离子交换树脂,吸附剂选自细碎的硅酸无定形二氧化硅、硅酸镁、硅酸钙、高岭土、结晶的铝硅酸盐、膨润土、活性炭、氧化铝、羟基磷灰石、微晶纤维素或其任意组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有提神功能的口香糖,其特征在于:所述维生素B为选自维生素B族(包括维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B3、维生素B4、维生素B5、维生素B6、维生素B7、维生素B9、维生素B12),或维生素B族盐酸盐,或维生素B族硝酸盐,或含有维生素B族的络合物,或其任意组合形式。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有提神功能的口香糖,其特征在于:所述茶叶提取物包括茶碱、咖啡因、茶多酚。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有提神功能的口香糖,其特征在于它由以下重量份数的原料组成:茶叶提取物0.1份、烟草生物碱0份、维生素B0.1份、氨基酸0.1份、牛磺酸0.1份、甜味剂70份、胶基29.45份。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有提神功能的口香糖,其特征在于它由以下重量份数的原料组成:茶叶提取物5份、烟草生物碱5份、维生素B5份、氨基酸5份、牛磺酸5份、甜味剂20份、胶基55份。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有提神功能的口香糖,其特征在于它由以下重量份数的原料组成:茶叶提取物2.5份、烟草生物碱2.5份、维生素B2.5份、氨基酸2.5份、牛磺酸2.5份、甜味剂65份、胶基22.5份。
