Description

单触式开封帽
技术领域
本发明涉及安装在瓶子上、能够用单手进行盖部的开封操作、且能防止由于错误动作导致盖部开封的单触式开封帽。
背景技术
作为反复开闭的瓶子的瓶帽，有用一只手按压瓶子、用另一只手转动瓶帽而开封的螺合式、使卡定部和爪卡定的嵌接式等。但是，无论哪一种在开封操作中都需要双手操作。对于用双手开封的瓶帽，在其它操作中需要中断该操作进行开封，使用便利性不佳。
因此，开发了一种能够单手进行开封操作的帽。例如，专利文献1的分配器等。专利文献1的分配器包括：具有出口的主体；以及出口的密闭部，密闭部和主体可在出口打开的打开位置和密闭部关闭出口的关闭位置之间相对于彼此可枢转地移动，密闭部和主体设计成在关闭位置处彼此固定卡合。密闭部具有在关闭位置将密闭部和主体固定并且能将密闭部和主体的固定解除的固定构件，为了解除固定，施加至固定构件的力将密闭部朝向打开位置一侧施力。此外，分配器优选能将待分配的材料容易地涂布到期望的位置。
然而，在专利文献1中，容器掉落、碰到置物时，固定部件7受到按压，从而存在因意外开封(错误动作)而使内容物漏出的问题，另外，由于用手指将固定部件7上推而开封，因此存在手指碰到滴落喷嘴9的前端的卫生方面的问题。

因此，本发明的目的在于提供一种安装在瓶上、能够用单手进行盖部的开封操作、且能防止由于错误动作引起开封的单触式开封帽。
解决技术问题所采用的技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明的单触式开封帽的特征在于，上述单触式开封帽由下述构件构成：

基座，上述基座包括连结构件、环及卡定部，上述连结构件连结于瓶子，上述瓶子具备使内部的内容物排出的喷嘴，上述环与上述连结构件的一部分连接且与上述连结构件之间隔着空间配置，并在来自左右的按压力的作用下以前端被向前方推出的方式变形，上述卡定部设置于上述环的前端；
盖部，上述盖部包括主体和爪，上述主体能够转动地设置于上述基座，并在关闭时覆盖上述喷嘴，上述爪设置于上述主体，并在关闭时卡定于上述卡定部，
通过从左右按压上述环，上述环变形，上述爪从卡定部释放，上述盖部转动，从而上述喷嘴开封。

如(1)所述的单触式开封帽，其特征在于，具备按压机构，上述按压机构将上述连结构件与上述基座的前端连结，能将上述卡定部附近压入使其不会向上方变形，并且能够使上述前端变形移动。

如(1)所述的单触式开封帽，其特征在于，上述盖部的转动通过弹簧施力来实现。
(4)
如(1)所述的单触式开封帽，其特征在于，在上述基座的后方突出设置有突起，上述盖部越过上述突起而转动，并且上述盖部卡定于上述突起，保持上述盖部的开封状态。
(5)
如(1)所述的单触式开封帽，其特征在于，上述瓶子具备使内部的内容物排出的喷嘴，在上述盖部的内侧具备密封部，上述密封部在与上述盖部之间设置空间配置且由缓冲材料形成，在关闭上述盖部时，上述喷嘴的顶端气密地抵接于上述密封部。
(6)
一种保存排出装置，其特征在于，由(1)～(5)中任一项所述的单触式开封帽及瓶子构成，上述瓶子连结上述单触式开封帽，在上述瓶子内部填充有内容物。
(7)
如(6)所述的保存排出装置，其特征在于，上述内容物是牙科用药品。
发明效果
本发明由于是上述结构，第一，盖部的开封操作可以用单手进行，而且还可以防止由于错误动作而引起盖部开封。另外，通过具备按压机构，能够提高开封精度。通过弹簧施力使盖部转动，从而手指不会接触到喷嘴，能够保持喷嘴的卫生。
在可转动地保持盖部的基座上设置有突起，通过转动时的旋转力使盖部的端部越过突起，由此即使上下颠倒地使用单触式开封帽，也能够保持盖部的打开，盖部不会阻碍内容物滴下。
通过在由缓冲材料形成的密封部与盖部之间设置空间，能够使喷嘴的顶端与密封部的接触量稳定，防止因喷嘴的压扁而引起的变形、老化，保持瓶内的气密性。

具体实施方式
以下，根据附图对本发明的实施方式进行详细说明。但是，本发明并不限定于这些实施方式。

如图1-6所示，本发明的保存排出装置1由瓶子2、罩3、以及单触式开封帽4构成。
瓶子2由主体2a、连接部2c及喷嘴2e构成，上述主体2a供内容物2b，特别是流动物，例如牙科中使用的药品(牙科用粘接剂)填充，上述连接部2c位于主体2a上部，在外侧具备与单触式开封帽4螺合的螺纹牙2d，上述喷嘴2e位于连结部的上方，将内容物2b从顶端部2f排出或滴下。主体2a、喷嘴2e的形状、材料根据内容物2b的要求、排出方法而适当选择。连接部2c只要与单触式开封帽4连接即可，其形状没有限制。
罩3将瓶子2卡定、收纳在内部空间，由能使对瓶子2的冲击、例如掉落的冲击得到缓冲的缓冲材料支承，此外，在内容物2b具有挥发性等的情况下，根据需要而由阻碍向瓶子2(内容物2b)的热传导的绝热性材料等制成。
主要如图4的(E)所示，单触式开封帽4由基座5和盖部6构成，根据需要具备密封部7和弹簧8(图4、5)，安装在瓶子2上，覆盖喷嘴2e，能够用单手进行开封操作。
基座5包括：筒状的连结构件5m，上述筒状的连结构件5m例如在内侧设有与瓶子2连结的螺纹部5a；环5b，上述环5b与连结构件5m的一部分连接，在与连结构件5m之间隔着空间5r配置，在来自左右的按压力(例如对于左右的按压部5c、5c的左右同时的按压力)的作用下，以前端5k被向前方推出的方式变形；以及卡定部5d，上述卡定部5d设置在环5b的前端。
连结构件5m在内部配置瓶子2的连接部2c、喷嘴2e，喷嘴2e的顶端部2f从孔5h突出。卡定部5d卡定盖部的爪6b。
此外，基座5具备按压机构，上述按压机构将连结构件5m与基座5的前端2k连结，能将卡定部5d附近压入以使其不会向上方变形，并且能够使前端5k向前方变形移动(图6(A))。
如图1的虚线内或如图4所示，按压机构5n的一个示例由按压部件5f和两块框板5e、5e构成，上述按压构件5f的一端与连结构件5m的外周连结，在纵剖面(图4的(E))中为大致L字型，与连结构件5m隔开空间5i配置，上述两块框板5e、5e从环5b的前端5k突出，并且在其上表面连续设置有按压构件5f的另一端即下端。
由按压机构5n及卡定部5d形成俯视呈四边形状的开口5p，爪6b进入开口5p，爪6b卡定于卡定部5d，从而盖部6卡定于基座5，保持喷嘴2e的密封。在图4的虚线内，表示卡定部5d和爪6b的卡定状态。
另外，基座5具有：在前端5k相反侧将盖部6安装成可转动的部分即承接部5s；以及从承接部5s突起的左右的轴5t。盖部6的下端嵌接在左右的轴5t上，盖部6以轴5t为中心转动。
另外，作为用于维持盖部6的开封状态的一个示例，在承接部5s突出设置有突起5g。通过开封时的旋转力，盖部6的末端6c会越过突起5g，但在盖部6越过突起5g之后，即使为使内容物2b滴下而上下颠倒(图7)，末端6c也不会因盖部6的重量越过突起5g，从而维持盖部6(喷嘴2e)的开封状态。
盖部6由主体6a和爪6b构成，上述主体6a可转动地设置在基座5上，在关闭时覆盖喷嘴2e，上述爪6b设置在主体6a上，在关闭时与卡定部5d卡定。而且，在主体6a的内部设置有增强强度的肋6h，在肋6h上穿设有槽6d，收纳密封部7。在槽6d的四方突出设置有防止密封部7脱落并卡定的爪6i。另外，为了使左右的按压部5c、5c向侧面方向突出，在盖部6的左右下端设置有与按压部5c、5c的外缘紧贴的形状的切口6e、6e。
密封部7最好在喷嘴2e的顶端部2f抵接的部位由缓冲材料形成，可以实现喷嘴2e的保护及稳定的封闭密封性。此外，若在盖部6的主体6a的内侧，在与主体6a之间设置空间7a而配置密封部7，则能够实现更加稳定的密封气密性。
如图5所示，弹簧8是扭转螺旋弹簧，将螺旋部嵌入轴5t，使端部臂部分别卡定在基座5和盖部6上，弹簧施力起作用使盖部6向使喷嘴2e露出的方向转动。并不限定于扭转螺旋弹簧，只要在爪6b从卡定部5d释放时，使盖部6向使喷嘴2e露出的方向转动即可，采用何种打开机构都可以。
这样构成的单触式开封帽4如图6A所示，通过从左右按压环5b，环5b变形(左右宽度W被压缩为W'，长度方向长度L变长为L')，爪6b从卡定部5d释放，盖部6通过弹簧施力转动，喷嘴2e露出、开封。
由于环5b的弹性，盖部6可以反复开闭，通过来自左右的同时按压，环5b变形，爪6b从卡定部5d释放，因此能防止误操作。例如，由于掉落等原因，仅按压一方的按压部5c时，另一方侧的弹簧会吸收(缓冲)变形压，无法施加使爪6b从卡定部5d释放程度的充分的变形，从而不会误使盖部6转动。
