本发明公开一种风扇,包括扇框、叶轮、及支撑件;扇框包括底板以及与底板相间隔的盖板,底板与盖板共同限定出第一容置空间,盖板于轴向位置上设置有入风口,扇框的侧边设置有至少一出风口;叶轮设置于第一容置空间内,并包括轮毂以及扇叶;轮毂的截面积自盖板往底板方向渐增而呈锥状,扇叶环设于轮毂的外周缘,支撑件设置于底板与盖板之间并用以支撑盖板。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种风扇,特别涉及一种尺寸小、侧向出风,且可提升散热效率的风扇。
背景技术
随着科技产业日益发达,电子装置如台式计算机、笔记本电脑、智能型手机以及平板计算机等产品,已频繁地应用于日常生活中,这些电子装置中的部分电子组件在运转时会产生热能,进而影响电子装置的运作效率。因此,在电子装置中通常设有散热系统,从而将电子组件所产生的热能排出电子装置。
一般常见的散热系统包括风扇,例如轴流式风扇及离心式风扇。在市场应用(例如汽车市场)上,有越来越多的风扇利用侧向出风来解决散热问题。然而,离心式风扇由于空间限制无法做到小尺寸(离心式风扇的尺寸一般大于6厘米),在此条件限制下一般会使用轴流式风扇在扇框侧壁进行开孔,并将下方出风口封闭后强迫其侧向出风。但由于扇叶的作功方式为轴向加压,空气会遇到很大的阻力,使其散热效率大大地降低。
因此,若能提供一种小尺寸(4至6厘米)、侧向出风,且可提升散热效率的风扇,将会对本领域的技术带来相当大的突破。
发明内容
本发明的目的为提供一种风扇。相较于现有技术,本发明的风扇尺寸小、侧向出风,且可提升散热效率。
鉴于此,本发明提供一种风扇,包括一扇框、一叶轮、及至少一支撑件。扇框包括一底板以及一与底板相间隔的盖板,底板与盖板共同限定出一第一容置空间,盖板于轴向位置上设置有一入风口,扇框的侧边设置有至少一出风口。叶轮设置于第一容置空间内,且叶轮包括一轮毂以及多个扇叶。轮毂的截面积自盖板往底板方向渐增而呈锥状。扇叶环设于轮毂的外周缘。支撑件设置于底板与盖板之间并用以支撑盖板。
在一实施例中,轮毂具有一顶面,顶面设置有一凹陷部。
在一实施例中,轮毂的外周缘呈平面或曲面。
在一实施例中,曲面是凹面、凸面、或其组合。
在一实施例中,盖板于入风口内侧形成有一斜面,斜面呈平面、曲面、或其组合。
在一实施例中,叶轮中的每一扇叶的扇叶截面厚度为不均匀分布。
在一实施例中,支撑件具有一导流面。
在一实施例中,扇框呈圆形或矩形。
在一实施例中,当扇框呈圆形时,其直径在4至6厘米之间。
在一实施例中,当扇框呈矩形时,其长度及宽度分别在4至6厘米之间。
在一实施例中,至少一支撑件及至少一出风口的数目皆为4个,相邻的支撑件之间对应设置有一出风口。
在一实施例中,出风口设置有至少一导流叶。
在一实施例中,底板设置有一第二容置空间,用以承载一马达电路板。
综上所述,本发明风扇的效果在于:通过扇框的侧边设置有至少一出风口、轮毂的截面积自盖板往底板方向渐增而呈锥状、及支撑件支撑盖板等配置,本发明的风扇具有侧向出风,且可提升散热效率的优点。此外,相比于现有的轴流式风扇及离心式风扇,本发明的风扇尺寸较小(4至6厘米),不受到空间限制。

具体实施方式
以下将参照相关附图,说明依据本发明风扇的较佳实施例,其中相同的组件将以相同的附图标记加以说明。
本发明的风扇尺寸较小、侧向出风,且可提升散热效率。以下将以实施例来说明本发明风扇的结构及特征。
请参照图1至图3,其为本发明风扇1的较佳实施例的示意图。风扇1包括一扇框11、一叶轮12、及至少一支撑件13。扇框11包括一底板111以及一与底板111相间隔的盖板112,底板111与盖板112共同限定出一第一容置空间S,盖板112于轴向位置上设置有一入风口,扇框11的侧边设置有至少一出风口113。叶轮12设置于第一容置空间S内,并包括一轮毂121以及多个扇叶122。轮毂121的截面积自盖板112往底板111方向(轴向方向)渐增而呈锥状。扇叶122环设于轮毂121的外周缘。支撑件13设置于底板111与盖板112之间并用以支撑盖板112。
在本实施例中,轮毂121具有一顶面1211,顶面1211设置有一凹陷部1212。通过凹陷部1212的结构设计,使得轮毂121具有均匀厚度,降低轮毂121的整体重量,可提升扇叶122的旋转效率。
在本实施例中,轮毂121的外周缘是呈平面、曲面、或其组合。曲面是凹面、凸面、或其组合,本发明并无限制。
请参照图1,盖板112于入风口内侧形成有一斜面1121,斜面1121呈平面、曲面、或其组合。曲面是凹面、凸面、或其组合,本发明并无限制。
在本实施例中,叶轮12中的每一扇叶122的扇叶截面厚度都为不均匀分布,也就是说,叶轮12中的每一扇叶122都为不等厚度。通过扇叶不等厚度的设计,使得风扇1能够更进一步地降低风阻、噪音并提升扇叶122的旋转效率。
在本实施例中,支撑件13具有一导流面131。因此,在风扇1散热时,所产生的气流可以通过导流面131而更集中地向出风口进行侧向出风,以提升风扇的散热效率。
在本实施例中,扇框11呈圆形或矩形,本发明并无限制。当扇框11呈圆形时,其直径在4至6厘米之间。当扇框11呈矩形时,其长度及宽度分别在4至6厘米之间。请参照图1及图2,扇框11是呈矩形。
请参照图1及图2,在本实施例中,支撑件13及出风口113的数目皆为4个,相邻的支撑件13之间对应设置有一出风口113。需要注意的是,对于支撑件13及出风口113的数目,本发明并无限制。
在本实施例中,出风口113可设置有至少一导流叶(图未示)。因此,在散热时气流会经由导流叶侧向出风,提升散热效率。例如,参见图3,气流会沿着箭头方向进入风扇1,由出风口113侧向出风。
在本实施例中,底板111设置有一第二容置空间1111,用以承载一马达电路板14,使得马达电路板14不须设置在底板111上方,从而可更有效地降低风扇1的整体高度。特别地,叶轮12的轮毂121内侧具有一磁石123,而马达电路板14上则具有一电磁感应组件141,通过第二容置空间1111用以承载马达电路板14的结构设计,可以增加马达电路板14上承载电子组件的空间,进而使得马达电路板14上的电磁感应组件141可以设置在对应于磁石123轴向位置的正下方,同时通过此配置,使得位于轮毂121内侧的磁石123正下方的马达电路板14上的电磁感应组件141可以准确地感测到磁石123。
在本实施例中,本发明的风扇1为斜流式风扇,相比于现有的轴流式风扇及离心式风扇,本发明的风扇1尺寸较小,且为侧向出风。
综上所述,本发明风扇1通过扇框11的侧边设置有至少一出风口113、轮毂121的截面积自盖板112往底板111方向渐增而呈锥状、及支撑件13支撑盖板112等配置,具有侧向出风及可提升散热效率的优点。此外,相比于现有的轴流式风扇及离心式风扇,本发明的风扇1尺寸较小(4至6厘米),不受到空间限制。

Claims (13)

1.一种风扇,包括:
一扇框,包括一底板以及与该底板相间隔的一盖板,该底板与该盖板共同限定出一第一容置空间,该盖板于轴向位置上设置有一入风口,该扇框的侧边设置有至少一出风口;
一叶轮,设置于该第一容置空间内,该叶轮包括:
一轮毂,其截面积自该盖板往该底板方向渐增而呈锥状;以及
多个扇叶,环设于该轮毂的外周缘;以及
至少一支撑件,设置于该底板与该盖板之间并用以支撑该盖板。
2.如权利要求1所述的风扇,其中该轮毂具有一顶面,该顶面设置有一凹陷部。
3.如权利要求1所述的风扇,其中该轮毂的外周缘呈平面或曲面。
4.如权利要求3所述的风扇,其中该曲面是凹面、凸面、或其组合。
5.如权利要求4所述的风扇,其中该盖板于该入风口内侧形成有一斜面,该斜面呈平面、曲面、或其组合。
6.如权利要求1所述的风扇,其中该叶轮的每一扇叶的扇叶截面厚度为不均匀分布。
7.如权利要求1所述的风扇,其中该支撑件具有一导流面。
8.如权利要求1所述的风扇,其中该扇框呈圆形或矩形。
9.如权利要求8所述的风扇,其中当该扇框呈圆形时,其直径在4至6厘米之间。
10.如权利要求8所述的风扇,其中当该扇框呈矩形时,其长度及宽度分别在4至6厘米之间。
11.如权利要求1所述的风扇,其中该至少一支撑件及该至少一出风口的数目皆为4个,相邻的支撑件之间对应设置有一出风口。
12.如权利要求1所述的风扇,其中该出风口设置有至少一导流叶。
13.如权利要求1所述的风扇,其中该底板设置有一第二容置空间,用以承载一马达电路板。
