Abstract
本发明涉及一种腰椎支撑辅助装置,是一种提供腰椎省力支撑用的辅具结构设计,以长梭半形的锥柱状座本体,一侧边面设成与腰椎部相对称接连的弯弧形,该边面中央设微凹落的弧槽,槽体两侧间设对称排列的凸球体,由梭形底端宽平部分,呈较大椭圆凸粒状凸出较高设计,渐向梭形尖顶一端呈渐低弧的排列,使用时,将设有凸球体的弧面贴置于腰椎段,配合腰带简易束装辅助定位,提供腰椎伸直放松的支撑,通过凸球体凸伸渐次高低的贴触,达到腰部束装贴触不会闷热及形成分段按摩架撑的辅助,使站立或坐姿时的腰椎,具垫撑舒适使用的功效及目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种腰椎支撑辅助装置,主要提供腰椎部分直立架撑辅助使用的支撑垫具装置设计。
背景技术
由于生活习惯中长坐或站立的姿势中,或因为工作、运动因素,造成重复动作、固定姿势太久或不断搬重物,使整个椎间盘受到高压力累积,以致衍生锥间盘过劳或凸出变形,造成不同程度的腰部酸痛情形及人体外观形态的变化与不舒适症状,为改善此一不舒适情形,各式护腰用具便不断的被开发出来,主要为克服上述各式症状产生的不舒适缓解;一般常见的护腰装置,多以宽幅包覆的护腰带设计,如公告M541288号“腰部护带结构”所示,主要以宽幅的带面,配合带面上插组适当的固定板片,达到腰椎部分的架撑定位,再通过束带的束装,提供腰、背部束装直立的定向辅助,藉以确保腰部架撑间的定位辅助,使站立或坐用时,身体腰部保持适当的连结外观,较不会有不当受力或弯弧的情形,以避免腰椎受力过大而造成内部神经丛或包覆肌肉受到压迫损伤,以致产生不舒服的酸痛症状,而以类似宽幅的包覆束装,包覆太松了没效果,但束紧后,则会有不舒适情形,尤其是宽幅的完全包覆式组装,更会产生闷热情形,而以腰部在久站或坐,以致搬物品工作时,常形成受力的重心部位,如何加以维护及提供良好支撑及避免影响到身体活动,以腰部的保护及实际生活保健的角度思量,开发一种可简便使用,又不需特殊技术依赖组装使用的腰椎辅助架撑器具,对现代人生活及健康维护,实有极迫切开发需要,因而才会有本发明的研发设计。
本发明人为一专业辅具设计者,开发有多项专利辅具装置,对于前述腰椎因为支撑力不足所衍生庝痛不舒适情形,至为了解,特依多年来对辅具开发经验,开发出本发明的腰椎支撑辅助装置,以长梭状的半圆锥柱形座本体,依贴覆面中央设有凹落的弧槽,槽形两侧间设排列的凸球体,供贴置到腰椎段部分,可简易插组定位且不会触及腰椎柱,提供腰椎外侧相对弯弧的架撑辅助,通过简易束带的束装定位,使腰椎部分自然形成支撑放松的辅助受力,有效改善缓解腰椎受力产生的不舒适缺失。
发明内容
本发明主要创作目的在于:以长梭半形圆锥柱状设计的座本体,一侧贴覆面中央设凹落的弧槽,依弯弧的槽面两侧边面分设排列凸出椭圆球体状的凸球体,由长梭形较宽底部向上呈渐次低幅设计排列,提供腰椎站立或坐姿等活动使用时,腰椎外侧自然达到垫装支撑定位的功效,使腰椎可自然伸展放松,提供腰部活动支撑舒适的保健维护使用功效及目的。

为方便进一步了解本发明的特征及其实用目的,谨配合下列实施例图式详细说明如后:
本发明涉及一种腰椎支撑辅助装置,是一种提供安全支撑辅助用的腰椎辅助垫具,整个结构设计请参阅图1至图4所示,包含由塑性成型的长梭形半圆锥柱状的座本体(10),其半圆梭形体(近似乌贼鱼骨形)依腰椎的长弯弧向呈相同弧缘设计,以符合人体工学贴触使用需要,依不同身高体形的变换,将锥柱形的宽幅取用在7~11cm间,长度则设于185~210mm 间较适当,以一般170cm身高左右为例,通常以9cm宽幅制作较舒适;整个座本体(10)的置放长度,以置装平稳考量,长度通常设于200cm间取用,主要依置放稳定考量使用;整个座本体(10)的材料,设由具相对硬质的橡、塑性材质或ABS等材料制作,其硬度介于肖氏60~80度间,形成一架撑的骨架,为求贴触面的舒适,于座本体(10)的贴触表层,设有2~5mm厚度由环保硅胶或环保弹性材质制作的胶质层(11),其可以直接贴覆或以穿套设置均可,期能提供较佳的贴触舒适性,整支弯弧的半圆锥柱形座本体(10)长度中段凹弧处,恰供使用时,可简易以束带 (20)简便束装定位辅助,而在座本体(10)贴触一侧,于边面中央设留凹落的弧槽(12)延伸到座体底部,并于槽体两侧弧形贴触边面上,由底端起,依槽体两侧分别间设有凸出相对的凸球体(13)间设排列,其凸出型态呈半形状的椭圆球体,愈接近底端处的球体环径愈粗大,主要供相对贴抵于第五腰椎与髂骨间,形成凸出的按摩点与贴触的凸点,渐向梭形上端的凸球体(13),凸出高度呈渐低缩设计,排列间隔在3~5公分间,按凸球体(13)凸出的椭圆形体大小,由排列最底部凸伸最高,渐向上排呈微弧渐低设计,一般凸弧球面高度在14~8.5mm的设计,而在凸球体(13)的凸弧宽面则设于13.5~9mm间,按其最上方凸球体(1 3)呈最低弧的凸出设计,供凸抵于较高的第一腰椎排列间,当束装贴覆时,可达到腰椎适当的按摩与活络椎间盘的效果,按以凸球体(13)的椭圆状凸出排列球体凸顶缘面,提供束装面贴触时,通过间隔点状的架高贴触,不会有全面贴触闷热不通风的不舒适情形;而整个排列的凸球体(1 3)其间隔及渐缩式的凸弧缘恰可抵于腰椎各节眼间,随身体活动时,得以确保贴覆性更稳定确实,再者,通过座本体(10)中央凹落的弧槽(1 2)设置,可完全避免腰椎活动时的不慎抵触到椎柱部分,确保腰椎不会有受挤压迫的不舒适性形发生,佐以凸球体(13)凸出可更深入到椎间盘的位置,可有效的提供使用者在坐姿或站立时腰椎外侧形成有效的受力支撑辅助,使腰部不会有悬空腰酸的情形,连带因为腰椎的支撑,使坐(立) 姿势达到正确的连结位置,确保在搬运重物时,整个腰椎的使力安全,相对达到腰椎搬运时的省力效果,进而确保腰部较不会受伤发生,此为本装置设计实用的优点主要;再依座本体(10)底部呈平整状设计,末端延伸有尾片(14),主要提供使用时,可方便直接插组于腰带或束带(20) 的束装内缘,其内凹平面恰抵顶于带面的顶端缘,形成底部束装及架撑的定位组装效果,使其不会任意滑移,另为避免坐用时,插合的端缘过度僵硬,整个尾片(14)可以设为软性材料制作,避免配载或坐姿时压迫造成不舒适;而在座本体(10)中段相对于腰椎凹弧的部分,恰提供配合简易弹性的束带(20)做卡抵束装,便可将整个腰椎支撑装置做确实安全的束覆定位使用,使其穿载后,可随身体活动自然与腰椎连体动作,自然形成腰椎适当固定支撑,而透过凸球体(13)的按压抵顶兼具按摩效果,兼具腰椎省力安全舒适垫撑及健康维护功效目的。
本发明的特色在于:以贴近腰椎部分的弯弧制成垫撑用的座本体(1 0),其贴覆表面以具适当松软弹性材料制作成胶质层(11),形成舒适的贴触面,座本体(10)贴触面中央设留凹落弧槽(11),提供腰椎贴触时,呈透空不会有碰触椎柱的不舒适情形,槽体两侧表面排列的凸出半球体状的凸球体(13),可确实的贴抵于腰椎的两侧相对连结的节眼间,使贴触的表面不会完全贴覆于背面上,而有闷热不舒适情形发生,尤其通过椭圆状凸球体(13)渐向支撑上方由座本体(10)底部呈渐缩式的不同凸出高度设计,可确保间隔贴抵腰椎到髂骨间的各连结节眼凹弧位置,不仅可收到安全完整贴置束装定位的使用功效,更可达到随身体活动舒适按摩支撑的辅助功效;使用时,将座本体(10)底端的凸伸尾片(14) 直接插置腰带系装的内缘间,可简易的插夹定位整个座本体(10),形成支撑装置的简便定位,再通过简易的束带(20)直接束覆于座本体(1 0)外缘中段凹弧部分,即可确实的系装定位,而通过座本体(10)与腰椎部分的相同弯弧面设计,使其贴覆束装后,依座本体(10)的刚性设计,形成腰椎段的定型与支撑功效,令坐姿与站立时,腰部的受力可获得相对的支撑,达到腰椎部分的舒适省力,而配合贴触面中央的弧槽(1 2)设置,使腰椎连结的柱缘因为凹落透空空间的预设,活动时完全不会有抵触的不舒适或受伤的疑虑,佐以槽体两侧的排列凸粒状的凸球体(1 3),恰可提供抵触于椎柱连结节眼间隔两侧处,可收到深入按压按摩及定位的实用功效,配合表层软弹材料的胶质层(11)贴触舒适,并可防止滑动异位,如第4图所示,使腰部活动时不会有悬空无法受施力情形,达到腰椎自体连结定位支撑的省力功效,兼具腰椎柱的垫撑矫正修护保健功效;就腰椎支撑辅具的设计使用,从未见有相同运用的开发设计公开,确为一符合安全使用的全新设计。
综上所述,本发明腰椎支撑辅助装置,以长梭形的半圆锥柱状座本体,柱体贴触一面中央设留凹落的弧槽,槽体两侧依腰椎弯弧分别间设排列凸出的凸球体,供垫撑贴触使用,通过刚性的座本体贴覆腰椎外侧,形成腰椎的硬质支撑与受力辅助,使腰部的活动受力得以舒缓,自然达到腰椎矫正姿势及正常受力时的支撑辅助,半球状的凸球体排列,进一步确保贴触舒适及按摩定位辅助效益,整体设计组装简便实用,确实达到腰椎柱舒缓支撑的实用功效,就其设计创新与保健安全实用价值及特性,实已符合发明专利申请要件,故依法提出申请。
Claims (10)
1.一种腰椎支撑辅助装置,包含一塑质刚性的梭形半圆锥柱状的座本体,其梭形体依腰椎的弧形呈相同弯弧状设计,半形座本体贴覆一侧边面,于中央置设凹落的弧槽,延伸到座本体底端部,槽形两侧的贴覆边面分设有间隔排列凸出半形的凸球体,其由底端部起呈凸出较高且大环径的椭圆球体状,渐向上排列呈微渐缩低设计,供贴置于腰椎外侧时,其凸球体可深入到腰椎连结的间隔节眼,达到贴覆定位确实并兼具活动按摩腰椎支撑舒适安全使用的功效目的。
2.如权利要求1所述的腰椎支撑辅助装置,其特征在于,座本体的长度在185~210cm间,宽幅取用在7~11cm间设置。
3.如权利要求1所述的腰椎支撑辅助装置,其特征在于,座本体凹落的弧槽两侧边面排列的凸球体,排列间隔在3~5公分间。
4.如权利要求1所述的腰椎支撑辅助装置,其特征在于,凸球体凸出的椭圆形体,由排列最底端部呈凸伸最高,渐向上端呈微弧渐低设计,凸弧球面高度在14~8.5mm设计,球体凸弧宽面设于13.5~9mm间,供形成贴覆时的舒适支撑辅助。
5.如权利要求1所述的腰椎支撑辅助装置,其特征在于,座本体设由具硬质的橡、塑性材质或ABS等材料制作。
6.如权利要求5所述的腰椎支撑辅助装置,其特征在于,座本体材料制作,其硬度介于萧氏60~80度间。
