技术领域
本发明涉及拖拉机超级通用油技术领域,尤其涉及到一种长寿命拖拉机通用油及其制备方法。
背景技术
拖拉机装置用油包括内燃机油、湿式离合器用油、手动变速箱用油、差速器用油、助力转向系统用油、制动系统用油、传动系统用油、液压悬挂系统用油(工作装置)。目前,拖拉机装置用油可达到液压、齿轮、制动三重要求的多用途油,无法做到涵盖拖拉机其它用油部位的要求,导致拖拉机用油品种太多,维护保养麻烦的问题。同时市面上用到拖拉机上的各种油品采用普通精制矿物基础油加普通抗氧剂、防锈剂、极压抗磨剂等剂配制而成,这种情况下,按照目前技术制备的拖拉机用油会导致拖拉机各用油设备保护不够,寿命缩短,操作舒适感下降,同时在野外作业时可能会对环境造成污染。为了兼容拖拉机各装置用油的油品要求,本发明研发出能平衡各用油部位使用特性的长寿命通用油品。

本发明的目的是提供一种长寿命拖拉机通用油及其制备方法,简化用油品种,达到一油长期通用的效果,优化综合性能,且具有一定的降解性,能够减少对环境的污染。

一种长寿命拖拉机通用油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将基础油环己烷二甲酸二异壬酯、基础油烷基萘AN5按重量份加入到反应釜中加热搅拌,升温至55-70℃时加入聚甲基丙烯酸酯,并搅拌1.5-2小时,混合均匀;
(2)降低温度至40-55℃,依次加入清净剂、分散剂 、抗氧剂、金属缓蚀剂、防锈剂、高效抗磨剂、高效极压剂 、摩擦改进剂,搅拌1.5-2h至混合物完全透明即可。
本发明的优点在于:本发明制备方法得到的长寿命拖拉机通用油,可以简化用油品种,达到一油长期通用的效果。同时在大中型拖拉机上,可以保证油品在内燃机中具有优异的清净分散性能和高温抗磨损能力;可以保证油品在高温、重载的条件下仍具有良好的粘度保持性和氧化控制,延长液压传动系统和液压工作装置的寿命;可以提供优越的齿轮磨损保护和防腐蚀性能,平衡的摩擦性能使得湿式离合器和湿式刹车制动平稳,减少震动、无噪音,延长设备寿命;同时,由于使用了酯类合成基础油,有一定的降解性,在野外作业时,可以减少对环境的污染。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明一种长寿命拖拉机通用油及其制备方法作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
一种长寿命拖拉机通用油,按下列重量份的成分组成:
基础油环己烷二甲酸二异壬酯,其100℃运动粘度为5-6mm/s2;重量份是46份;
基础油烷基萘AN5,其100℃运动粘度为5-5.5mm/s2;重量份是40份;
聚甲基丙烯酸酯,分子量在500-2000,具体为德国Kusacryl 1215,重量份是4.5份;
清净剂是高碱值合成磺酸钙和烷基水杨酸钙的混合物,重量份是2.0份;
分散剂是双烯基丁二酰亚胺,重量份是1.8份;
抗氧剂是碱式二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和酚类衍生物的混合物,重量份是2.1份;
金属缓蚀剂是杂环硫氮化合物,重量份是0.35份;
防锈剂是苯并三氮唑和碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡的混合物,重量份是0.65份;
高效抗磨剂是二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼,重量份是1.25份;
高效极压剂是叔丁基苯基磷酸酯,重量份是1.35份;
摩擦改进剂是非硫磷有机硼钼减摩剂,重量份是0.95份;
一种长寿命拖拉机通用油的制备方法,(1)将上述基础油环己烷二甲酸二异壬酯、基础油烷基萘AN5按重量份加入到反应釜中加热搅拌,升温至65℃时加入聚甲基丙烯酸酯,并搅拌2小时,混合均匀;
(2)降低温度至50℃,依次加入上述重量份的清净剂、分散剂 、抗氧剂、金属缓蚀剂、防锈剂、高效抗磨剂、高效极压剂 、摩擦改进剂,搅拌2h至混合物完全透明即可。
实施例2
一种长寿命拖拉机通用油,按下列重量份的成分组成:
基础油环己烷二甲酸二异壬酯,其100℃运动粘度为5-6mm/s2;重量份是48份;
基础油烷基萘AN5,其100℃运动粘度为5-5.5mm/s2;重量份是39份;
聚甲基丙烯酸酯,分子量在500-2000,具体为德国Kusacryl 1215,重量份是4.8份;
清净剂是高碱值合成磺酸钙和烷基水杨酸钙的混合物,重量份是2.2份;
分散剂是双烯基丁二酰亚胺,重量份是1.7份;
抗氧剂是碱式二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和酚类衍生物的混合物,重量份是2.0份;
金属缓蚀剂是杂环硫氮化合物,重量份是0.45份;
防锈剂是苯并三氮唑和碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡的混合物,重量份是0.60份;
高效抗磨剂是二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼,重量份是1.35份;
高效极压剂是叔丁基苯基磷酸酯,重量份是1.25份;
摩擦改进剂是非硫磷有机硼钼减摩剂,重量份是1.0份;
一种长寿命拖拉机通用油的制备方法,(1)将上述基础油环己烷二甲酸二异壬酯、基础油烷基萘AN5按重量份加入到反应釜中加热搅拌,升温至65℃时加入聚甲基丙烯酸酯,并搅拌2小时,混合均匀;
(2)降低温度至50℃,依次加入上述重量份的清净剂、分散剂 、抗氧剂、金属缓蚀剂、防锈剂、高效抗磨剂、高效极压剂 、摩擦改进剂,搅拌2h至混合物完全透明即可。
实施例3
一种长寿命拖拉机通用油,按下列重量份的成分组成:
基础油环己烷二甲酸二异壬酯,其100℃运动粘度为5-6mm/s2;重量份是50份;
基础油烷基萘AN5,其100℃运动粘度为5-5.5mm/s2;重量份是38份;
聚甲基丙烯酸酯,分子量在500-2000,具体为德国Kusacryl 1215,重量份是4.5份;
清净剂是高碱值合成磺酸钙和烷基水杨酸钙的混合物,重量份是1.8份;
分散剂是双烯基丁二酰亚胺,重量份是1.8份;
抗氧剂是碱式二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和酚类衍生物的混合物,重量份是2.2份;
金属缓蚀剂是杂环硫氮化合物,重量份是0.4份;
防锈剂是苯并三氮唑和碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡的混合物,重量份是0.7份;
高效抗磨剂是二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼,重量份是1.4份;
高效极压剂是叔丁基苯基磷酸酯,重量份是1.2份;
摩擦改进剂是非硫磷有机硼钼减摩剂,重量份是1.1份;
一种长寿命拖拉机通用油的制备方法,(1)将上述基础油环己烷二甲酸二异壬酯、基础油烷基萘AN5按重量份加入到反应釜中加热搅拌,升温至65℃时加入聚甲基丙烯酸酯,并搅拌2小时,混合均匀;
(2)降低温度至50℃,依次加入上述重量份的清净剂、分散剂 、抗氧剂、金属缓蚀剂、防锈剂、高效抗磨剂、高效极压剂 、摩擦改进剂,搅拌2h至混合物完全透明即可。
实施例4
一种长寿命拖拉机通用油,按下列重量份的成分组成:
基础油环己烷二甲酸二异壬酯,其100℃运动粘度为5-6mm/s2;重量份是42份;
基础油烷基萘AN5,其100℃运动粘度为5-5.5mm/s2;重量份是48份;
聚甲基丙烯酸酯,分子量在500-2000,具体为赢创V12-115,重量份是3.5份;
清净剂是高碱值合成磺酸钙、烷基水杨酸钙、硫化烷基酚钙的混合物,重量份是1.5份;
分散剂是单烯基丁二酰亚胺、双烯基丁二酰亚胺的混合物,重量份是1.4份;
抗氧剂是碱式二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、酚类衍生物、苯基-α-萘胺的混合物,重量份是1.5份;
金属缓蚀剂是杂环硫氮化合物、2-巯基苯并噻唑的混合物,重量份是0.2份;
防锈剂是苯并三氮唑、碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡、十二烯基丁二酸的混合物,重量份是0.3份;
高效抗磨剂是硫代磷酸复酯胺盐、二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼的混合物,重量份是1.0份;
高效极压剂是叔丁基苯基磷酸酯、硫化脂肪酸的混合物,重量份是1.2份;
摩擦改进剂是非硫磷有机硼钼减摩剂,重量份是1.1份;

一种长寿命拖拉机通用油,按下列重量份的成分组成:
基础油环己烷二甲酸二异壬酯,其100℃运动粘度为5-6mm/s2;重量份是55份;
基础油烷基萘AN5,其100℃运动粘度为5-5.5mm/s2;重量份是35份;
聚甲基丙烯酸酯,分子量在500-2000,具体为赢创V12-115,重量份是5.5份;
清净剂是高碱值合成磺酸钙和硫化烷基酚钙的混合物,重量份是2.5份;
分散剂是双烯基丁二酰亚胺、膨化丁二酰亚胺的混合物,重量份是2.0份;
抗氧剂是碱式二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、酚类衍生物、胺类衍生物的混合物,重量份是2.5份;
金属缓蚀剂是2-巯基苯并噻唑,重量份是0.5份;
防锈剂是苯并三氮唑、碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡、十二烯基丁二酸的混合物,重量份是1.0份;
高效抗磨剂是二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼、磷酸半酯的混合物,重量份是1.5份;
高效极压剂是叔丁基苯基磷酸酯、硫化脂肪酸、硫化酯类的混合物,重量份是1.5份;
摩擦改进剂是非硫磷有机硼钼减摩剂,重量份是1.2份;
一种长寿命拖拉机通用油的制备方法,(1)将上述基础油环己烷二甲酸二异壬酯、基础油烷基萘AN5按重量份加入到反应釜中加热搅拌,升温至70℃时加入聚甲基丙烯酸酯,并搅拌2小时,混合均匀;
(2)降低温度至55℃,依次加入上述重量份的清净剂、分散剂 、抗氧剂、金属缓蚀剂、防锈剂、高效抗磨剂、高效极压剂 、摩擦改进剂,搅拌2h至混合物完全透明即可。
产品形成测试:
本测试以John Deere(美国约翰迪尔) JDM J20C/D油品规格为基准,与实施例1、2、3均进行产品性能测试,测试如下表1:
从试验检测结果分析看出,上述三个实施例的长寿命拖拉机通用油均能达到JDM J20C标准,本发明的长寿命拖拉机通用油具有优良的高低温性能、热氧化安定性、极压抗磨性能、防腐蚀性能、防锈性能、抗泡性能,可满足大中型拖拉机内燃机油、湿式离合器用油、手动变速箱用油、差速器用油、助力转向系统用油、制动系统用油、传动系统用油、液压悬挂系统用油(工作装置)等使用要求。

Claims (10)

1.一种长寿命拖拉机通用油,其特征在于:所述的拖拉机通用油按下列重量份的成分组成:
基础油环己烷二羧酸酯 42-55份;
基础油烷基萘AN5 35-48份;
聚甲基丙烯酸酯 3.5-5.5份;
清净剂 1.5-2.5份;
分散剂 1.4-2.0份;
抗氧剂 1.5-2.5份;
金属缓蚀剂 0.2-0.5份;
防锈剂 0.3-1.0份;
高效抗磨剂 1.0-1.5份;
高效极压剂 1.2-1.5份;
摩擦改进剂 0.8-1.2份;
所述基础油环己烷二羧酸酯,其100℃运动粘度为5-6mm/s2
所述烷基萘AN5,其100℃运动粘度为5-5.5mm/s2
所述聚甲基丙烯酸酯的分子量在500-2000;
所述清净剂是高碱值合成磺酸钙、烷基水杨酸钙、硫化烷基酚钙中的一种或多种混合物;
所述分散剂是单烯基丁二酰亚胺、双烯基丁二酰亚胺、膨化丁二酰亚胺中的一种或多种混合物;
所述抗氧剂是碱式二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、酚类、酚类衍生物、苯基-α-萘胺、胺类衍生物中的一种或多种混合物;
所述金属缓蚀剂是杂环硫氮化合物、2-巯基苯并噻唑中的一种或两种混合物;
所述防锈剂是苯并三氮唑、碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡、十二烯基丁二酸中的一种或多种混合物;
所述高效抗磨剂是硫代磷酸复酯胺盐、二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼、磷酸半酯中的一种或多种混合物;
所述高效极压剂是硫化脂肪、叔丁基苯基磷酸酯、硫化脂肪酸、硫化酯类中的一种或多种混合物;
所述摩擦改进剂为非硫磷有机硼钼减摩剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种长寿命拖拉机通用油,其特征在于:所述基础油环己烷二羧酸酯为环己烷二甲酸二异壬酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种长寿命拖拉机通用油,其特征在于:所述清净剂是高碱值合成磺酸钙或烷基水杨酸钙或两者的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种长寿命拖拉机通用油,其特征在于:所述分散剂是双烯基丁二酰亚胺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种长寿命拖拉机通用油,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂是碱式二烷基二硫代磷酸锌或酚类衍生物或两者的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种长寿命拖拉机通用油,其特征在于:所述金属缓蚀剂是杂环硫氮化合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种长寿命拖拉机通用油,其特征在于:所述防锈剂是苯并三氮唑或碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡或两者的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种长寿命拖拉机通用油,其特征在于:所述高效抗磨剂是二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种长寿命拖拉机通用油,其特征在于:所述高效极压剂是叔丁基苯基磷酸酯。
10.一种权利要求1所述的长寿命拖拉机通用油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:(1)将基础油环己烷二羧酸酯、基础油烷基萘AN5按重量份加入到反应釜中加热搅拌,升温至55-70℃时加入聚甲基丙烯酸酯,并搅拌1.5-2小时,混合均匀;
(2)降低温度至40-55℃,依次加入清净剂、分散剂、抗氧剂、金属缓蚀剂、防锈剂、高效抗磨剂、高效极压剂、摩擦改进剂,搅拌1.5-2h至混合物完全透明即可。
