Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有毛边清理结构的墙纸切割装置,包括底座,设置在底座上的切割平台,在底座的侧部设置有支架,在支架上设置有切割电机,在切割电机的主轴上固定有切割刀具,在支架上设置有两个抵压滚轮,抵压滚轮对称设置有切割刀具的两侧且抵压滚轮的最底点与切割刀具的最底点处于同一平面上,在支架上还设置有两个支杆,在支杆的底面设置有除毛边刮板,两个支杆对称设置在切割刀具的前方与后方,除毛边刮板的底面贴压在切割平台上。本发明的结构设置合理,操作便捷,其不但可以有效的进行抵压定位,同时可有效的实用切割操作,同时设置有除毛边刮除结构,保证切割的质量,实现除毛边操作,使用稳定可靠,适用性强且实用性好。

技术领域
本发明属于机械设备技术领域,具体涉及一种具有毛边清理结构的墙纸切割装置。
背景技术
在墙纸加工时,需要进行裁边,裁边时需要人工固定墙纸进行切割,这样比较麻烦,而且人工固定力度不均匀,造成切割误差,切割完成后墙纸的边缘会有很多毛边,需要人工去除,效率低下,因此,需要一种墙纸裁边机构来解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构设置合理且适用性强的具有毛边清理结构的墙纸切割装置。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种具有毛边清理结构的墙纸切割装置,包括底座,设置在所述底座上的切割平台,在所述底座的侧部设置有支架,在所述支架上设置有切割电机,在所述切割电机的主轴上固定有切割刀具,在所述支架上设置有两个抵压滚轮,所述抵压滚轮对称设置有切割刀具的两侧且所述抵压滚轮的最底点与切割刀具的最底点处于同一平面上,在所述支架上还设置有两个支杆,在所述支杆的底面设置有除毛边刮板,两个支杆对称设置在切割刀具的前方与后方,所述除毛边刮板的底面贴压在所述切割平台上。
在所述底座的侧部设置有平移槽,在所述平移槽内设置有平移丝杆,在所述底座的端部固定有与所述平移丝杆相连接的驱动电机,在所述支架的底端设有平移滑块,所述平移滑块螺纹连接在所述平移丝杆上。
所述除毛边刮板包括金属刮板座和设置在所述金属刮板座底面的橡胶刮板,在所述金属刮板座内设置有空腔,在所述空腔内固定有电加热丝,所述橡胶刮板内均匀镶嵌有金属导热柱杆,所述金属导热柱杆伸入所述空腔内。
在所述平移滑块内设置的顶面开口的升降凹腔,在所述升降凹腔内固定有举升气缸,所述支架的底端固定在所述举升气缸的活塞轴上。
在所述抵压滚轮的轮边上粘固定有厚度为2-5mm的橡胶缓冲层,在所述橡胶缓冲层的表面固定有防滑纹槽。
在所述平移槽的两端分别固定有限位开关,所述限位开关与所述驱动电机相连接并控制驱动电机停止工作。
在所述底座上固定有电源接口、外接气泵接口和开关面板,在所述开关面板上固定有驱动电机启停按钮、切割电机控制开关和举升气缸控制按钮。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明的结构设置合理,操作便捷,其不但可以有效的进行抵压定位,同时可有效的实用切割操作,同时设置有除毛边刮除结构,处于切割刀具前方的除毛边刮板可以实现将墙纸展平,保证切割的质量,处于切割刀具后方的除毛边刮板可以将切口处产生的毛边进行刮除,实现除毛边操作,使用稳定可靠,适用性强且实用性好。

见图1和图2,一种具有毛边清理结构的墙纸切割装置,包括底座1,设置在所述底座1上的切割平台2,在所述底座的侧部设置有支架3,在所述支架上设置有切割电机4,在所述切割电机的主轴上固定有切割刀具5,在所述支架上设置有两个抵压滚轮6,所述抵压滚轮对称设置有切割刀具的两侧且所述抵压滚轮的最底点与切割刀具的最底点处于同一平面上,在所述支架上还设置有两个支杆7,在所述支杆的底面设置有除毛边刮板8,两个支杆对称设置在切割刀具的前方与后方,所述除毛边刮板的底面贴压在所述切割平台上。
在所述底座的侧部设置有平移槽9,在所述平移槽内设置有平移丝杆10,在所述底座的端部固定有与所述平移丝杆相连接的驱动电机11,在所述支架的底端设有平移滑块19,所述平移滑块螺纹连接在所述平移丝杆上。
所述除毛边刮板8包括金属刮板座81和设置在所述金属刮板座底面的橡胶刮板82,在所述金属刮板座内设置有空腔83,在所述空腔内固定有电加热丝84,所述橡胶刮板内均匀镶嵌有金属导热柱杆85,所述金属导热柱杆伸入所述空腔内。
在所述平移滑块内设置的顶面开口的升降凹腔12,在所述升降凹腔内固定有举升气缸13,所述支架的底端固定在所述举升气缸的活塞轴上。
在所述抵压滚轮的轮边上粘固定有厚度为2-5mm的橡胶缓冲层14,在所述橡胶缓冲层的表面固定有防滑纹槽。
在所述平移槽的两端分别固定有限位开关15,所述限位开关与所述驱动电机相连接并控制驱动电机停止工作。
在所述底座上固定有电源接口16、外接气泵接口17和开关面板18,在所述开关面板上固定有驱动电机启停按钮、切割电机控制开关和举升气缸控制按钮。
本发明的结构设置合理,操作便捷,其不但可以有效的进行抵压定位,同时可有效的实用切割操作,同时设置有除毛边刮除结构,处于切割刀具前方的除毛边刮板可以实现将墙纸展平,保证切割的质量,处于切割刀具后方的除毛边刮板可以将切口处产生的毛边进行刮除,实现除毛边操作,使用稳定可靠,适用性强且实用性好。

1.一种具有毛边清理结构的墙纸切割装置,包括底座,设置在所述底座上的切割平台,在所述底座的侧部设置有支架,在所述支架上设置有切割电机,在所述切割电机的主轴上固定有切割刀具,其特征在于:在所述支架上设置有两个抵压滚轮,所述抵压滚轮对称设置有切割刀具的两侧且所述抵压滚轮的最底点与切割刀具的最底点处于同一平面上,在所述支架上还设置有两个支杆,在所述支杆的底面设置有除毛边刮板,两个支杆对称设置在切割刀具的前方与后方,所述除毛边刮板的底面贴压在所述切割平台上;
在所述底座的侧部设置有平移槽,在所述平移槽内设置有平移丝杆,在所述底座的端部固定有与所述平移丝杆相连接的驱动电机,在所述支架的底端设有平移滑块,所述平移滑块螺纹连接在所述平移丝杆上;
所述除毛边刮板包括金属刮板座和设置在所述金属刮板座底面的橡胶刮板,在所述金属刮板座内设置有空腔,在所述空腔内固定有电加热丝,所述橡胶刮板内均匀镶嵌有金属导热柱杆,所述金属导热柱杆伸入所述空腔内;
在所述平移滑块内设置的顶面开口的升降凹腔,在所述升降凹腔内固定有举升气缸,所述支架的底端固定在所述举升气缸的活塞轴上;
在所述抵压滚轮的轮边上粘固定有厚度为2-5mm的橡胶缓冲层,在所述橡胶缓冲层的表面固定有防滑纹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有毛边清理结构的墙纸切割装置,其特征在于:在所述平移槽的两端分别固定有限位开关,所述限位开关与所述驱动电机相连接并控制驱动电机停止工作。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有毛边清理结构的墙纸切割装置,其特征在于:在所述底座上固定有电源接口、外接气泵接口和开关面板,在所述开关面板上固定有驱动电机启停按钮、切割电机控制开关和举升气缸控制按钮。
