When the top plate assembly 130 is assembled, as shown in fig. 7, the cassette body 110 is placed vertically, that is, the second body plate 112 is placed horizontally. The top plate assembly 130 is first covered on the collecting and separating assembly 120; and causes the stopper plate 193 of the cassette body 110 to be inserted into the insertion groove 133 of the top plate assembly 130. Screws are then inserted through the through holes in the bottom of the recesses 197 and into threaded holes in the side walls 132 of the top plate assembly 130.
The positioning shaft 134 passes through the positioning hole 195 of the limit plate 193 and the through hole 136 of the top plate assembly 130, the positioning table on the positioning shaft 134 is abutted against the limit plate 193, then the fastener 135 is connected to the end part of the positioning shaft 134, the fastener 135 and the adjacent limit plate 193 jointly limit the axial freedom degree of the positioning shaft 134, and the positioning shaft 134 can be prevented from being drawn away from the exterior of the cash box. The positioning shaft 134 can further improve the connection strength between the top plate assembly 130 and the banknote box body 110, thereby improving the safety performance.
After the top plate assembly 130 is assembled, a side view thereof is shown in FIG. 8.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of the driving assembly 140. The driving assembly 140 is used for driving the pallet assembly 150 to move. The driving assembly 140 includes a driving part 141 and a transmission member 142, and the driving part 141 is provided with a plurality of assembling through holes; correspondingly, the first body plate 111 of the cash box body 110 is provided with a plurality of cylindrical connecting parts, and blind holes are arranged on the cylindrical connecting parts. The driving part 141 can be fixed by connecting the screw with the blind hole of the cylindrical connection part through the assembling through hole of the driving part 141.
After the driving part 141 is fixedly assembled, the transmission member 142 is connected to the pallet assembly 150. In this embodiment, the transmission member 142 is a timing belt, and the driving portion 141 and the third body plate 113 of the banknote cassette body 110 are respectively provided with a timing pulley. Specifically, one end of the timing belt is sleeved on the timing belt wheel of the driving portion 141, and the other end is sleeved on the timing belt wheel of the third body plate 113.
The structure of the drive assembly 140 and the banknote cassette body 110 after assembly is shown in fig. 10.
Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of the mounting plate assembly 150. The blade assembly 150 is used to form a banknote receiving space in the banknote cassette 100 between the kicker rollers of the accumulation separation assembly 120, and the blade assembly 150 is required to be capable of moving away from or closer to the kicker rollers. When the paper money is conveyed from the accumulation separation assembly 120, the supporting plate assembly 150 moves away from the coin kicking roller so as to leave a space for the fed paper money; when the paper money needs to be conveyed out of the paper money box 100, the supporting plate component 150 is close to the paper money kicking roller, the paper money on the supporting plate component is pressed on the paper money kicking roller, and the paper money kicking roller rotates to convey the paper money contacted with the paper money out of the paper money box 100.
During assembly, pulleys 152 are respectively arranged on two sides of the supporting plate assembly 150, and the supporting plate assembly 150 can be connected with the first body plate 111 of the cash box body 110 in a sliding manner through the pulleys 152. The pallet assembly 150 is provided with a mounting groove 154, and the transmission member 142 of the driving assembly 140 is fitted in the mounting groove 154. The driving assembly 140 drives the blade assembly 150 to slide along the first body plate 111, close to or away from the kick roller, by the driving member 142.
The assembled pallet assembly 150 is shown in fig. 12.
Referring to fig. 13, fig. 13 is a schematic view of the assembly door assembly 170. The supporting component 172 is connected with the box door 174 through a rotating shaft 176 in advance, and then the box door component 170 is connected with the inner wall of the third body plate 113, specifically, the inner wall of the third body plate 113 is provided with a fixing plate 117, the fixing plate 117 is provided with a blind hole, a thread is arranged in the blind hole, correspondingly, the supporting component 172 is provided with a connecting plate, and the connecting plate is provided with a through hole; the screws are inserted through the through holes in the connection plate and connected to the blind holes in the fixing plate 117. Since the screw hole of the fixing plate 117 is a blind hole, the screw does not leave any mark outside the banknote cassette 100, and thus the cassette door assembly 170 can be prevented from being detached from the banknote cassette body 110 from the outside of the banknote cassette 100.
Also, after the cassette door assembly 170 is assembled, it can cover a portion of the screws on the connection post 114 (fig. 7) on the cassette body 110, preventing the screws from being removed from the exterior of the cassette 100. The remaining screws, even if removable from the outside of the cassette 100, cannot remove the top plate assembly 130 from the cassette body 110.
Referring to fig. 14, fig. 14 is a schematic structural view of the assembled side plate assembly 180. The side plate assembly 180 includes a side plate main body 182 and a strip-shaped plate 184, the strip-shaped plate 184 is vertically connected to the side plate main body 182, the strip-shaped plate 184 extends along the second direction (C-D direction in fig. 14), and the strip-shaped plate 184 is provided with a through hole. Correspondingly, the first body plate 111 of the cash box body 110 is provided with a plurality of cylindrical second connecting parts 116, the second connecting parts 116 are protruded on the first body plate 111, and the second connecting parts 116 are provided with connecting blind holes. During assembly, the screws penetrate through the through holes in the strip-shaped plate 184 and are connected with the connecting blind holes of the second connecting portion 116.
At this time, the side plate main body 182 is disposed opposite to the support member 172, the door 174 rotates around the rotation shaft 176 and is fastened to the side plate member 180, and the banknote box main body 110, the top plate member 130, the support member 172, the door 174, and the side plate member 180 together enclose a rectangular box body.
Further, referring to fig. 15, fig. 15 is a schematic structural diagram of the assembly datum plate 190. The datum plate 190, along with the integrating and separating assembly 120, provides a guide structure for the pallet assembly 150, the details of which are not pertinent to the present invention, and therefore the specific structural details and principles of operation of the guide structure will not be described in this embodiment.
The stacking and separating assembly 120 includes a guide rail plate 122, and after the stacking and separating assembly 120 and the banknote cassette body 110 are assembled, the guide rail plate 122 and the first body plate 111 are arranged in parallel at intervals. The guide rail plate 122 is provided with a limiting groove 123; correspondingly, the reference plate 190 is provided with a positioning plate 191. When the reference plate 190 is assembled, the positioning plate 191 is inserted into the stopper groove 123. At this time, the end of the reference plate 190 abuts against the end of the rail plate 122, and the two are joined to form a complete guide structure.
In addition, the reference plate 190 is provided with a plurality of through holes, the first body plate 111 is correspondingly provided with a plurality of cylindrical assembling portions, the assembling portions are convexly arranged on the first body plate 111, and the assembling portions are provided with connecting blind holes. After the positioning plate 191 is fitted into the stopper groove 123, a screw is passed through the through hole of the reference plate 190 and fixed to the blind hole of the fitting portion. At this time, the screw head is positioned inside the banknote cassette 100, so that the reference plate 190 can be prevented from being detached from the outside of the banknote cassette 100.
The assembled configuration of the datum plate 190 is shown in FIG. 16; the overall structure of the cassette 100 after the cassette door is closed and locked by the locking mechanism is shown in fig. 17. Most of the connection structure of the banknote box body 110 is located inside the banknote box 100, and only part of the screws on one connection column 114 (fig. 7) of the banknote box body 110 are exposed. At this time, even if the exposed screw on the connection post 114 is removed, the positioning shaft 134 can also serve to connect the top plate assembly and the cassette body, and thus the cassette 100 cannot be removed.
It should be noted that the connection structure of the components in this embodiment is only an example, and does not mean that the banknote cassette assembling method is only applied to the connection structure in this embodiment. For example, a cylindrical structure provided with blind holes for connection on the inner wall of the banknote cassette body 110 may be replaced with a plate-shaped structure provided with connecting through holes, the plate-shaped structure being arranged perpendicular to the inner wall of the banknote cassette 100.

the door assembly (170) is coupled to an inner wall of the third body plate (113); the side plate assembly (180) is connected to an edge of the first body plate (111) and is disposed opposite to the third body plate (113).
3. A banknote cassette as claimed in claim 2, wherein:
the door assembly (170) comprises a support assembly (172) and a door (174), the support assembly (172) is connected with the inner wall of the third body plate (113), the door (174) is pivoted with the support assembly (172), and the door (174) rotates to a closed position connected with the side plate assembly (180) around a pivoting axis.
4. A cash recycling apparatus, characterized by: comprising a banknote cassette as claimed in any one of the claims 1 to 3.
5. A banknote cassette assembly method for assembling a banknote cassette as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
a. connecting the collecting and separating assembly (120) to the inner wall of the money box body (110); the money box body (110) comprises an accommodating space, and the collecting and separating assembly (120) is arranged in the accommodating space;
b. connecting the side wall (132) of the top plate assembly (130) with the cash box body (110), and enabling the opening (131) of the top plate assembly (130) to be communicated with the inlet and the outlet of the accumulation separation assembly (120);
c. arranging a driving component (140) in the accommodating space and connecting the driving component with the inner wall of the cash box body (110);
d. assembling a supporting plate component (150) in the accommodating space, and enabling the supporting plate component (150) to be in sliding connection with the cash box body (110); drivingly connecting the drive assembly (140) to the pallet assembly (150) such that the pallet assembly (150) can slide relative to the cassette body (110) to move towards or away from the top plate assembly (130);
e. connecting a cassette door assembly (170) with the inner wall of the cassette body (110);
f. connecting a side plate assembly (180) to the inner wall of the cash box body (110);
the banknote box body (110), the top plate assembly (130), the box door assembly (170) and the side plate assembly (180) can form the cuboid.
6. The banknote cassette assembly method of claim 5, wherein:
step g, arranging a reference plate (190) in the accommodating space and connecting the reference plate with the money box body (110); and enabling the pallet assembly (150) to be slip-fitted with the reference plate (190).
7. The banknote cassette assembly method of claim 5, wherein:
the money box body (110) comprises a plurality of connecting parts, the connecting parts are convexly arranged on the inner wall of the money box body (110), and connecting blind holes are formed in the connecting parts;

a fixing plate (117) is arranged on the inner wall of the money box body (110), a blind hole is formed in the fixing plate (117), a plurality of connecting plates are arranged on the inner wall of the box door assembly (170), and through holes are formed in the connecting plates; and e, connecting the cash box body (110) and the box door assembly (170) with the blind hole in the fixing plate (117) by using a fastener to penetrate through the through hole in the connecting plate.
